lol, I thought that the somewhat distorted English translation added to the atmosphere; pretty cool

probably should make the lava disclaimer a bit more prominent or have some indication that you are in the lava
platforming was fun, especially with the multiple-jump and jump boost powerups
minions didn't seem to be too threatening
boss tentacles were a bit difficult to hit; I just saved up a bunch of ammo and then spammed a bunch of bolts at the weak spot
kinda cool that you can push dead enemies around
cool game
seems to be a bug where every other time you restart, the clock doesn't reset or something?
originally I went with a WASD / mouselook control scheme, but couldn't get the mouselook to be smooth enough; after deciding on the ps1 vibe, I decided to combine the movement/look into a clunky keyboard scheme to try and emulate the awkward controls of some ps1 games
also, you can hold objects while going through portals (probably not apparent sry)

art + audio + mood were great
not a fan of the fact that this is just basically a collection of clone games, though. Maybe if they all had some sort of gameplay twist to tie into the style/tone of the game, that might be more engaging. As they are now, they kind of detract from the superb tone of the game set by the art and audio
pretty cool concept; I just wish the slo-mo could be toggled on and off
v nice art/animations
gameplay felt a bit too simple, I found that I could just stand on the side of the first platform and continuously spam the purple beam and that would kill the skeletons before they could reach either side of that platform
loved the graphical style; sometimes I got stuck on the left edge of the screen, but besides that it was gr8 fun
pretty difficult, but really cool; I think one of the most interesting parts of the game for me was trying to enter the capsule at high speeds, as well as trying to enter the capsule after running out of fuel
runs fine on mac (OSX 19.9.5 at least)
:)
very responsive controls, nice difficulty
