Nice job, especially for first entry with javascript. Simple game play but would be a really good base for a more complex game. I really like the art too, nice one. :)
Nice art style. Unfortunately my browser scrolls down when I press space so I had to keep scrolling back up. Well done on trying javascript! Brave to try an new language for LD. Also Cliffhanger ending?? I want to know that old mans secret.
Neat little game, great effort! It looks fantastic too.
Good work with Javascript. Good graphics. The screen scrolls down with space and also moves with the arrow keys, so it was a little frustrating at times because of that. Hope you develop this further.
Not bad - nice smooth movement on the player especially. Had a bit of a problem where hitting spacebar / arrow keys was moving the viewport as well as the player.
The window of game is too small. Please setup the windowframe greater than the canvas at the next time. The game is a little bit weird for me, but I like it :)
I was a bit confused about what was happening or what I was suppose to do, but I really dug to art style. I am always impressed by people that teach themselves new things and do stuff like this. I am really interested to see what you do in future jams.
I liked the art style of the game! I didn't know what to do, exactly... Just smashed some enemies and tried to interact with everything. But, for a second entry, and with new tech, its pretty good ;)
