A really cute and charming game! You had me invested with the dialogue, narrative, humor, and especially the character design. The GB 2-bit graphics also worked well for the presentation.

Cool I liked it. The game reminded me Undertale. The final boss seems brutal. I didn't pass it 🤪. It’s a pity that you can’t immediately continue at this point, but only from the beginning of the game. Maybe there are saves but I didn’t see them. But I definitely liked it.
Really fun game, love it! I was expecting a game with more puzzles and maybe RPG is a better descriptor, but I loved it the whole way through regardless, dialogue and art and music and the whole vibe all are so amazing

I definitevely didn't expect this kind of story. It was interesting to play it, I got ending 2, which was nice - bravo for the writing. The puzzles with stones were too easy, I expected a bit challenge there. Still, this is really a polished project, the art and the whole vibe is really consistent. On the dev side, did you use some framework for JRPG games or wrote everything from scratch?

This is such an ~adorable~ game! I loved the art so much I got side-tracked and had to restart because I didn't focus on the story haha. The gameplay is nice and it feels so incredibly polished! Congrats on making such a fun and amazing game in such limited time!

@Alpie Hello there! The puzzle system is greatly inspired by undertale, so the "thing" that MC is pushing is supposed to be just a big rock :,-] Maybe because of the limited color pallet it wasn't as intuitive, thanks for the feedback! The mouse is possible to use due to RPG maker MV preset, but we found out that sometimes it messes up with puzzles because of the high speed, so use it at your own discretion!
That's a complete masterpiece! The game is already ready to mass audience. Furthermore, I experienced that the green hues create a distinct mystical ambiance, making it not look like an ordinary puzzle
I really liked how you taught people how to play at the start, not instructions just having them do the action which leads to them learning. I do wish there was more to do puzzle-wise than just pushing blocks. I got both endings and I am reminded of Harvest Moon: Back to Nature or Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town, there was a TV show you could watch that had a demon trying to romance a princess haha. Nice graphics, nice music, decent writing. I liked how the sheep would just "bah" after being possessed, that was actually funny.

it's a great game with great graphics and great music and well chosen humor... when I finished it the first time I was wondering what would happen if I just quit and at that moment I realized that it has two endings and I want to see the other one
but for some reason I can't get past the second ram... He killed me twice and I have no choice but to play from the beginning. I don't want to go through the whole game for the fourth time, even though I'm sorry that I can't see what the other end looks like. unfortunately, the game seems unfair to me because the first time I played I beat the ram without a problem with only attacks. in other passages, I always missed the last attack before death, which seems extremely unfair to me, since there is not much tactic in the game.
even so, I rate the game extremely positively and I don't want to include bad luck in my overall rating. good work. :)

this game does have an autosave to make it less tedious to replay it from the very start but for some reason we couldn't figure out why it wouldn't properly work in the web build of the game. for that instance we uploaded downloadable versions of the game as well included a notice about it at the top of both ludum and itch.io pages, our bad for not figuring it out and not making notice even more noticeable.
if you'd ever feel like coming back to this game, please use a downloadable version of it. but it's ok if after so many replays of it you would not want to!! -- i can record and upload the other ending on youtube if it would fulfill your curiosity! just let me know!!

Woah! Adorable character art, well written dialogue and amazing pixel art. Seems like you put a lot of effort into polishing this. I was impressed by how you made sure players won't leave a room without having picked up the sheep and such. Was worth playing through it twice for the second ending!! Great job on creating a VN RPG :)
Fun game, almost a visual novel type one. Intrigue me to go to the end and, I must say, you guys should pursue this narrative kind of experience - I can see this type of art, story and beats in a full game one day

Very nice entry and interesting story. I like the retro/game boy style with that wonderful art. The puzzles are a bit too basic, but who cares? :grin: I first chose the coward ending, but played it again to get the full experience. It was worth it. Nice twist in the end after winning the final fight. Heart warming ;) Well done! (Happily I always won against my opponents even though I did not really understand all the stats in the battle screen ^^)

Man, the art in this is astounding! I wouldn't really classify it as a puzzle game, but it was enjoyable, and made in RPG maker, I'm assuming? Your humor was one of the standout parts of the game for me, probably the reason I ended up finishing it! :3

It's a cute game. Very lovely visual and charming story as well. I wouldn't call it a puzzle game though since pushing a block to a predefined path doesn't recquire thinking. It's a nice little experience anyway. The second ending is the cutest.
Remark : From what I am understanding from your description, you have not made the audio of the game so please opt out from it as it's unfair for people who made the music for their game.

What a cute game!! The little devil that possesses the sheep has so much character! through the dialogues and facial expressions of the sheep! I decided to leave the little devil alone and went home hahaha.

This game is so lovely! the Art and audio are both very nice and it was a very relaxing game to play. As for a few notes on improvements, I think adding some variation to some of the dungeon rooms could be nice, as most of them are just about the same but with entrances on differnt sides. Even just little rocks or pools of water could help give some of the rooms a bit more character. Also, some of the time when you push one of the rocks enough it just automatically solves the puzzle for you rather than making you push it the whole way. This wasn't much of a complaint but I did find it a bit odd. Lastly, I know this is an rpgmaker format for the battle system, but the title to choose a fighting action was "punch" which seemed a bit strange since the menu then contained attack, special, block and item. I think just changing that from punch to fight might make a bit more sense
Now it may seem I just have negative reviews cause of the comments I've left but that's so far from true, I think this game was incredible, and I just wanted to leave these comments in case you'd like to find ways to make your game even better! Great job!

AHHH THE DEMON IS SO ADORABLE! The art is so cute and coherent, and the gameplay is quite simple but fluent. You have really nice dialouges and well shaped characters. I will surely play it if any afterstory is made.

You had me at "cute sheep boy".
On a serious note, I wasn't expecting this to turn into what it did. The graphics and sound are great, and while the gameplay itself is a little easy, the hilarious storyline makes up for it. I love how the farmer is just 100% done with the whole thing. I got Ending #2 and I'm not sure what you're supposed to do differently to get Ending #1 (lose the final battle, perhaps?) My only real complaint is that the dialogue has a lot of spelling and grammar issues which detracted from the experience at a few points.
Overall, though, great job! I look forward to seeing more games from you!
@f1krazy , YAAAAAAY I'm glad someone came for the boy ;,)))))) I was an artist, who really wanted cute sheep boy being included at least in one way or another, so it makes me EXTREMELY happy to see someone appreciating him!!
Oh!! Yeah, I'm sorry if those made your experience worse - our whole team are non-native english speakers and we didn't possess anyone who could have properly checked on that... but we tried our best to fix at least the most ridiculous mistakes that were created during late night writing :DDD
Mhm! Other than that loosing battles only results in obtaining 'Game over' screen, though I realize how good it could've been to make an ending for losing a boss fight. It's just at the time we didn't have resources to add another ending (and to be precise the #1 ending was a last minute decision, already).

Very good graphics, the small map is a great idea. I think the combat system was not necessary. In my opinion, we mostly played to see each sheep's reaction. I love the one that moves super fast :smile:

Ohhh the art is so pretty and charming, I love it. I laughed when the first battle started because I was not expecting that at all. I found the gameplay pretty simple, which I think works for this because the focus is on the art and story. Great job!
It's a cute, good looking and well polished game but all it has going for it are its looks and the story. The gameplay is really basic and has very little to do with the theme. The fights are very easy, feel a bit out of place and not very well thought through. I sadly did not enjoy playing. I think a puzzle mechanic that actually made use of the limited space of each room wouldve elevated the gameplay. That being said, the art is amazing. It is what drew me in to play this entry and why i finished the run.
I've sorted my feedback into a little list of positives (+) and things I think could use a bit of work to make the experience more polished (-)
+ lovely artstyle & character design + coherent color palette that's pretty to look at! - in the beginning I was a bit confused as to what was going on -> maybe some clearer dialogue could help clear up the confusion! but I understand your native language isn't English and it's still understandable as it goes on!! + very nicely selected BGM for the fights (it makes them seem so mysterious! especially the first one when you don't expect the battles yet!) - I find the stone puzzle a bit repetitive and unnecessary. as an alternative I would suggest maybe something like a question that a sheep asks you/ required amount of sheep to collect/ a battle you need to win each time to open the next door? + Ending 02 made me smile :)

Great art! I found those first stone puzzles unnecesary, someone already mentioned that. Why not making them a bit more involving? There's no way to fail, right? :D I guess you had a few more ideas in mind for fights that didn't get into the final game. But it looks amazing, you could certainly keep working on it!
Amazing what you managed to squeeze in in just 3 days. The art is really cool, the music too. Narrative didn't click for me and the "puzzles" were too simplistic to offer a proper challenge, but I still had a good time reaching what I think was the good ending.
@metzkermeister Hello there! Even though you didn't enjoy playing, thank you for walkthrough and feedback! The theme "Limited spaces" we interpreted not as much in a narrative way, but stylistic, taking inspiration from early gameboy games (color pallet included), like the first in the entry "The Legend of Zelda". All of the locations in the game fit into a 5x5 cube, so the limited puzzles were a part of that. Hope that helped!
@f1krazy Hi, glad to hear that you came for the boi :-] I'm sorry that some grammar issues slipped through in the development, we will probably release a fixed up build with all of the feedback combined sometime later, so I will keep that in mind. The second ending (spoilers) is rather a joke one, after collecting the last sheep you can just... exit the dungeon. No confrontation needed, you can just go straight home :,-]
I did not expect sheep collecting to turn into a shota fantasy story xD I found the gameplay boring although i really liked the surprise when first switching to the combat system. This is such a long story for a jam! Very well done! And the art is gorgeous of course, as well as sound and music!
- cool game, I liked the art style, also having the rooms be same layout was nice for ease of navigating. - The fights were a little simple, not much too do. - The puzzles were also quite simple, also when turning while pushing a block sometimes pushed the block away from the character along the track (push block upwards, turn right, the block moves left), not realistic but it's not really a complaint.
Yes, I love the little sheep demon. Art style is also really pretty!

Omg, the art on this little game is soooo cute, gorgeous!! Really loved it! :) I found some of the texts hard to read cause they skip automatically, but overall fun text! :) Great entry, good work!
Really really cute game, the graphics were fantastic and the story was very entertaining. You put just the right amount of empty rooms between puzzles and sheep encounters, they didn't feel boring or useless and instead made the dungeon more dynamic. You may not have made the music but there's still feedback to give on that, you picked some good music for each situation, they all fit very well. I don't usually replay story-based games but it's a such a good game I'm going to play it again and try and get ending #1.

The art is absolutely incredible, this is the prettiest game I have played so far! I love everything about the visuals, it's filled with so much charm!! Peak character design (especially the sheep boy), and the sprite work is very good too. I think the Gameboy palette is a super cool touch too!
The writing was great too!! Really liked the little story as well as the dialogue was cute and it made me smile!
The gameplay is a bit simplistic, it would help if the puzzles were a bit more complex, also the battles had a higher difficulty, but for the time it was made in it's good!
