Cool moody graphic style, can't really tell if YOU are the MONSTER though. Plays great, love the monster designs.

The idea of waiting for the right shot was neat, but overall did not quite do it for me. Audio is a must for this since all the action depends on whether or not you hit your mark, the tense feeling of "gotta line this shot." Also, Zeus is not a monster, which breaks LD33's theme rule.
Wow, this is a solid game. I feel like the movement speed could be turned down, a bit too fast. The sfx are fantastic and the music is superb, great chords on the game over screen in particular. Visrep is great. I mean, wow, this is going to do well, in my opinion.
Great job!!
Art + shaders were used very effectively to create a YATM mood.
Very nice audio and great visrep. The hit detection is not very solid, unfortunately. And the panning is a neat device for this; it lets me know that I need to check around and be stealthy if I can.
Good job!
I felt like the jump needed to be adjustable based of how long I held down the jump button.
Great visuals and audio! Poor monster, better be getting cookies for making the hero look good.
Loved it! I wish I had some indicator as to where people were before I jumped or after I was over them. I ended up mostly finding food to eat and then mostly missing the people on the bridge.
Great mechanics. Fun gameplay. Audio was great. Didn't feel the theme coming through though.
Fun return to Mario, though some you run through, others you jump - fun additional challenge. Neat chiptune that plays in the background. It's minimal, but not too shabby!
Nice job!
At first I couldn't figure out what to do. I was able to Reconquer by buying enough tanks (I think). Once there my tanks seemed to hit invisible barriers that prevented me from getting to enemies to attack.
Yep, this game is tough. Aside from that, the mouse sensitivity was fickle and got me killed several times. But this was a cool monster game from 1st person, nice job!
I really liked that you put slightly different gameplay on top of a game type that I instantly recognized by art. I'm finding my favorite this theme are the ones that not only replace the main character with monster, but also invert the gameplay. Well done. I wish the bullets went all the way off the screen though :P.
The ambiguity of ". . . what am I doing here? Oh, crap, shoot'em up!" was interesting and the music (especially the nice short chord change) helped that. Interesting concept.
This game looks GREAT. Graphics don't make a game, but still, this looks really spiffy, great job!!
Audio could have been executed better, perhaps with the right software, team members, etc. I did the audio on my team, so one tip I can give you in using Audacity would be using the "Noise Removal" tool in the "Effects" tab. Highlight your sound sample, select the noise removal dialogue box, click "get noise profile," select the removal tool again, then click preview to tinker with it. Click "okay" when satisfied.
One big flaw is how I bounce when running against the terrain - I try to clear a gap, but since I'm already airborne, I fall in, having to run the whole thing from square one with no one to slice.
The other big one is how victims stand in place. If they ran around, that would present more of a challenge, but the challenge lies mainly in the platforming, which is satisfying (save for the bouncing).
Completed it despite my conviction not to. Well done and great job on owning the theme.
Lol, das baby schlaft nicht. XD
Man, audio would have been great, oh well. The particles while charging were nice. I love to have a beam charging so that, when I die, I can blast my killer, saying "You're comin' with me, #@$%^!" Oh, and yes, I said KamehameHAAAA quite a few times.
Nice job!
My 6y/o demanded I let him play long enough to get the highest score in the world.
Dave is on point to get milk. BAHAHA, ON POINT. Anyway, Neat concept to see just how fast you can beat him to the punch.
No music, minimalist approach, not much to it, but it took me a while before I closed to test the next one - if not for other games to test, I would have kept playing! Fun game, good job!
Cool gameplay - pretty peaceful, given the circumstances. One of the better ones I've played. 9/10 Innovation
Wow, visrep and sfx are great! But, man, I can't get very far. Need to move faster and hit shift to slow down (hopefully I'm playing it right).
Great job on the sfx! The menu music seemed out of time, maybe on purpose? Though the gameplay tune fit very well (speaking as the audio guy of our team).
The visuals were good. The turning camera perhaps causes the bit of choppiness I experienced, since it's gotta draw it over and over and direct the mummy from each drawn viewpoint.
The biggest drawback is how easy and slow it is. You also might want to check your AI (given more than 72 hours, of course, right? XD) cuz the girl just started running back and forth enough for me to belch her health down all the way.
Easy to figure out, played well. Nice soundtrack. A bit monotonous.
For me the Start button never went away so not sure if game win/lose conditions are in place. Really liked the art style and think it could polish up nicely. I thought the buildinsg were too hard to break and were too easy to avoid altogether. I also never found the ocean =(.
Nice minimalist style, a person could have this running on any idle screen, and it'd be satisfying. Not much of a game though.
Very solid entry. A few things kept me from being able to zone out puzzle style on it.
I would have liked an updating indicator of what color shifts are upcoming. I know the key on the side is meant to indicate that but it took me a second to figure out. During gameplay, I felt I was trying too hard to remember where I was rather than planning ahead which I think is what makes this fun.
Really great idea. I would have liked an on screen indicator of which buttons switched which shapes. At first it was very difficult for me to remember, especially since I don't see many of the shapes for awhile.
Congratulations on a job well done!
Very solid entry. Shows promise and potential for depth.
Liked the idea. I found the enemies very difficult to avoid at times.
Nice take on the theme. I also would have liked a snapping feature.
Great job. Very true to the theme and a mechanic that could lead to lots of interesting game play. Congratulations on your success.
Has a core that I believe could be tweaked to be fun, but I didn't enjoy it as is.
Great aesthetic. There is a lot of potential gameplay for two buttons. I'd love to see the package shapeshift further.
Not a lot of criticism I could level you don't cover in your own comments. Its playable and a great effort. Congrats!
Great mood and aesthetic.
Fun idea! The humor is great, but some of the text goes on too long. It would be nice if there were more to it than just clicking. Also, I kept missing the tournaments clicking through the training.
Thanks for reviewing my game.
This is truly epic. Particularly noteworthy were the controls. I'd never used mouse buttons to platform but it felt great and my meatboy training translated 100%. My one gripe is using lives ... you are keeping users from fun content. Let them experience as much as they can manage imo.
Epic entry. Well done. Bravo? Stupendous!
I had fun with this. Its an idea that could be polished and expanded on imo.
Solid entry. Difficult to grasp what to do.
I liked the way the car looked. Idk how you got that pixelated look but I like it.
Couldn't figure out what I was supposed to do.
Thanks for reviewing my game as well. Awesome feedback. If we were to make more I would 100% implement your suggestions.
And clearly looking now we should have used q,w,e for forms.
Yes the white screen is intended The narrator indicates deactivation ... but the audio seems to be broken for many players.
Great art style. Solid entry overall.
I had trouble playing because the fixed-size window extends off the bottom of my screen. I am not able to resize the window to see the lowest part of the game.
A lot about this impressed me, but it wasn't fun for me.
Excellent work! Love this game! Easy to play, challenging to complete. Great instructions, great theme, beautiful graphics. I love the "mash button for one more life" ... definitely allowed me to complete it.
Very well done.
Some control and camera issues I'm sure you would hammer out if you took it further. I did feel like it was very hard to avoid taking damage when trying to eat falling enemies.
Excellent aesthetic. Nice take on the genre.
Great entry. I found myself mostly being a stationary turret.
I had fun with this. I could see this mechanic used for puzzles as well as this more arcade style. Great entry overall.
A lot to like about this. The movement mechanics for both forms were genuinely fun. Leaving a clone body when you change is a neat mechanic.
Well done! You have a clear mechanic and show an example a puzzle type it creates. Easy to imagine other potential content.
From a core idea standpoint I think it is very similar to mine.
Great aesthetic. Found the 2D in 3D to be very inspiring. Mood was excellent.
Well done. Found the minimap essential for navigation. The visuals were hard to track.
The aesthetic was amazing. A great production overall.
Losing when I hit the top was a bit unexpected. It also raised the difficulty significantly.
Cute game, I love chickens Eddie! X3 Nice on the music!
Enjoyed the art and animations. Would have liked to be able to cancel out of the shoot animation before or after shot by moving. I kind of felt stuck in that animation. Great job.
Wasn't sure of the rules but had fun playing. That is a win imo. A clearer rule set could tip it to awesome.
Congrats on finishing your first game.
Great job. Was fun to play. It looked very nice and I think it may benefit from a pixel perfect camera.
Everything a game needs is in this game. I would have liked to see some puzzles requiring the other two morphs early on and interspersed with combat segments. Great entry.
I love the idea! I can't tell if there's any way to make these people happy. There are some bugs. I kept accidentally handing the object back to the owner trying to pick it up for the first time, and some objects seemed to clip completely out of the building. The graphic style and dialog are fun. Nice work!
Well done! Nice characters, animation, control responsiveness and infinite running. I did think most of the difficulty came from controlling the flying character rather than navigating the environment. I would have liked to feel a bit more in control and forced into tight spots by the level itself.
I found it hard to play. I was having trouble differentiating the player from the environment.
Nice look to the art. Switching mechanic had some fun to it. I felt like the hitboxes for death were a little large and would have loved some checkpoints so I could see all your content. As is it was just too hard for me.
I didn't feel in control as the player. The boomerang was too erratic imo.
Great aesthetic. Wish I could channel some of it but with digital.
I found it hard to plan my shot because I could not see the next bowl so I had to guess.
Excellent submission overall!
Liked the way it looked. I think it could be an idea that could be built upon.
I had some trouble getting the crafting working, and trouble understanding why I couldn't get it working. Some of the NPC encounters I feel like were impossible to avoid taking damage. I also died once and I had no idea how.
You definitely did a great job implementing all these features. It was overall well thought out and a very playable platforming experience. Kudos sir and congratulations on your first LD! Cannot wait to see what you make next time.
Great work on the art and fx. The player texture didn't seem to load.
I was able to play the first level but was unable to complete it, I am not sure why.
Great work! The controls were a bit unresponsive and it caused me to wonder whether I was doing it right. Got stuck at the jars and see now you posted the solution.
Great entry. I was secretly hoping to have to figure out how to change it to channel 3. I would love to see more puzzles to get the game on.
Great work! The 3d objects were primitive but I like them that way. I liked the death animation for the robots.
Sometimes it was a bit glitchy picking up weapons but it was very playable. Most of the things missing I am sure you would have added if ya had the time : muzzle flash, dmg taken sounds.
Congratulations on your first LD! Can't wait to see your next.
Excellent story, good difficulty, very interesting. I've been developing ideas for a terminal-based game, and am inspired by this one! Very nice job!
Intro was awesome. Controls were a bit off but I adapted pretty quickly and was able to meet with success against your obstacles. The wait on respawn after dying seemed unnecessary.
I did seem to die a lot from obstacles that I hadn't touched.
Great job!
I liked the sound fx and I really liked the camera panning out as you approached the fire pit. I may borrow that idea =D.
I played through the third night but the wood collecting was too repetitive for me.
I think moving diagonally was much slower than moving left to right which added to the delay.
Great job! I look forward to playing your next one.
Neat take on the theme. I would like some audio to help me understand what rhythm I am trying to keep.
Played a few times. I never quite understood the game enough to forge a strategy.
Great job! Took me a bit to figure out how to attack but after I did everything about this was awesome. Loved the art, loved the music, the death animation got all my lols out. And to top it off it was legitimately fun!
Gameplay on my Windows box was very laggy but it wasn't because of resource usage. Most of my deaths were caused by the lag would have loved to explore more.
great mechanic idea and take on the theme. the art assets were also a good fit. the controls were a bit awkward, i found it hard to quickly adjust the mirrors. id like a ghost ray showing where they would go if a ship wasn't in the way.
great work!
great use of the theme. too hard for me to play much.
Beautiful art and soundscape.
I beat it but I just randomly clicked the buttons a lot =D.
I would have liked it more if I had some feedback loop helping me understand what to do as well as a potential failure condition. I never felt like my choices were affecting the outcome.
The sliding really through me off for platforming. I would have really liked a duck key for some of the parts.
Overall, pretty standard platformer that is well implemented. Level design was well done with a progression of difficulty.
I liked the stealth mechanic and monsters to strategize against. I struggled some with the controls and I am not sure the monsters always responded to my flashlight.
Great job and grats!
I love the art and animation! The smoking is a nice touch. Kind of reminds me of Papers Please. There's not a lot to it though. After losing a couple times, I wasn't interested in continuing to play. I found it hard to tell whether there was a gray box or not in some places.
SO CLOSE TO THE END. XD I am driven to play well, and that's what counts. Breaking out of the room but playing in an enclosed space = one room. Nice job!
Everything is great but the controls! Like ... really great. I'd kind of like to be able to use mouse wheel to scroll guns - that was a lot of buttons and each of them did something deadly and awesome.
Well done.
Great job. TBH I played for awhile and didn't lose and really wasn't sure at times if it was working ... but it was still fun! That is a huge indicator of quality imo.
Extremely well done.
It's a well designed boss room encounter. Great use of the theme and great execution. Something about the controls didn't mix well with the death walls. I tried many times to stop in time to where I felt I should not hit them, and I just couldn't do it.
A terrific first entry. Can't wait until next time.
Perfectly delivers a short excessively fun experience. I found the apricot a little difficult to pickup.
Well done!
Lol PEWPEWPEWPEWPEWPEW
Fund to just jump right in and start shooting stuff up! If anything, pickups and powerups what have been fun. Good game, good job!
Heh, fun figuring my way out around the room. If anything maybe the hints could be a bit less cryptic. I looked at things that I felt should have triggered, but didn't - in fact sometimes reset the process. But as is, I was pleasantly surprised to not be eaten by Slenderman, rather to find myself surrounded by works in progress.
Fun game! I'm impressed you were able to get so many things into a jam game, footsteps, mouselook, menus, etc. Some of the interactions are a little janky. I had a lot of trouble climbing the trash can or whatever to get off the floor. After falling the second time I couldn't get back up. I like that there are puzzles and not just running around to collect stuff. Very nice entry!
Shooting mechanics felt great. The ae lob on the grenade was good. Movement felt floaty. Having the free roam mode was great and I needed that space to learn the controls. Current game seemed to start us well into the difficulty curve but I was able to get a few points pretty quickly.
Great entry!
Fantastic entry. Aesthetic and theme were top notch. Music was great. Player movement relative to the staggered walk looked and felt fantastic. Not sure if I could have mastered current gameplay.
Great work!
Great job. Solid movement and platforming. I liked the transition effect. If I had a suggestion it would be to jump / fall faster.
In level 3, I fell past one of the first candies on a ledge which I think put me in an unwinnable state.
Well done!
Ha ha, the AI is much better than I am! Nice job! Feels very complete for a game jam. I am a little confused about what the bars and percentages are. It didn't seem to make much difference whether I charged or not before shooting someone. It is fun to play, and the audio and graphics are well done.
Very fun. Looked great. The waves and difficulty progression was fun. I am not sure if the walls or turrets were helping me.
Great job!
Great use of the theme. It was really hard, I'd like some more control of wall building.
The other reviewers crushed my highscore =X. I couldn't get past $400.
Excellent entry. I would have liked some checkpoints with the dwarfs - a second game mode in a jam is fantastic though. Art, music, sound fx were epic.
Well done!
One problem I encountered is that a change in direction does not take effect right away; I compensated by changing sooner. Link would have SO much fun in this room. XD
Fun entry!
Cute puzzle game. Had a little trouble with the controls but was able to figure out how to navigate the room. I was not able to solve the puzzle.
Assuming that you used AddForce for movement because of the first few frames not moving the character. A neat trick I found is you can add an absurd amount of force then alter the drag to make it feel right.
Great entry! Good luck!
Great take on the theme.
I got stuck on the middle level and couldn't use either stairs after playing for awhile.
Was also upset I couldn't get my dinosaur painting!
Great job!
I like the drawn characters quite a bit. I had trouble figuring out what to do.
Well done!
Really nice idea! The writing and narration for the computer is great ... very well done, especially for a jam! The puzzles are interesting, although a little more description of the rules would help. One time the computer told me the roots were too close and I lost, but didn't understand what I could have done. Another time I just got stuck and didn't know if there was anything I could do. It would be nice if the game would detect if you are stuck so you don't have to guess. I really like the touch of stuff flying by out the window ... it makes a very nice mood. Great job!
Love it. I want windows on right click or space bar.
Can't praise it enough. Epic take on the theme. Minimalist story, great gameplay. Great art, great music. Grats!
Great concept. Looks great, feels great. I would have really like to be able to scroll colors with my mouse wheel.
Great concept and entry. Having to switch between the mouse and keyboard on death kept me from enjoying this at the pace I wanted to. It was a tad difficult for me, but the levels I was able to pass all required the same technique.
Loved the art and music, thanks!
Multiple scenarios is a great touch. This was an ambitious concept and it succeeds. I feel like the unit control could use some tweaking.
Its a great entry, thanks for sharing.
Well done. Great core idea. Art and sound were a nice fit. The mine types were a nice addition. I think some arc trajectories for the incoming projectiles would have felt nice.
I had fun, thanks for making it.
Absolutely epic. The only game so far my 8 y/o who is watching demanded to play. Then again ...
Small issues with the camera and both feet staying easily clickable on big steps. Would have liked some camera scaling to keep them on screen. And of course ... more screenshake ;P.
Well done!
The characters and environment art were fantastic. After wasting a few rounds, I got the hang of how to play. I think more highlighting on the active character would clear up most my issues. There was a lot of polish and winning requires a strategy. Best of luck in continued development.
This was really good and unique. I got overwhelmed after awhile and I am not sure any strategy would have helped me progress. I think a growing camera would have addressed this and add an element to the game.
The art was great, the music worked well with it. A fantastic entry. Thanks!
Its a great prototype of an ambitious concept. I had to test versus myself but had trouble killing myself (moving around blind and randomly). I think a 15 frame version where there were very few places to go or hide so even guesses were somewhat likely to be correct. The initially traveling projectile caused me some confusion as well.
Great work, thanks for sharing!
NIce game. It was a good story and fun to play through. I am not sure I understood the end of the story. Great job!
Great tower defense game. Was genuinely fun to play. I would have loved to have seen more orbital mechanics. It did get difficult rather quickly but ... thats a jam game =D. Yours is a great example, well done!
Everything was well done. Lots of great polish on the details like digging, text presentation and color grading. Music was superb. The story got some LoLs out of me, the difficulty wasn't high but the fun level was.
This was a great game. Had a lot of fun while playing it, even though the AI managed some quick hard to defend goals it still felt fair. I wish I had a wee bit more control over moving left or right, I was able to get off some counter clockwise rocket jumps that were super satisfying.
Well done, thanks!
It looks and sounds very good. I enjoyed playing with it for awhile, but after I sampled all the variations I ran out of things to do. Nevertheless, it was fun to play with for awhile even without goals.
Thank you for making it for us.
It played great with the xbox controller. I would have liked the left thumbstick to work for movement as well. The circular world with one way travel is a great mechanic based on the theme. For the jam content, nothing except the herbs really harnessed this as a mechanic but it has great potential.
It was very easy to use the craft system and inventory. That many systems in a jam is ambitious, and you pulled it off! Great entry.
This was super. Great aesthetic and solid gameplay. Difficulty was on point. All I can offer are small nitpicks : I think allowing players to still jump for a split second after they fall off a ledge would help with feel. Jump cancel on button up for reduced height jumps always feels good to me in these kinds of games as well and allows greater depth of play.
Fantastic entry, thanks for making it for us!
Great concept. Loved the camera work introducing the levels. The introduction of new mechanics was great. I would have really loved it if the dung beetle both animated more like a dung beetle and controlled more like it.
Great entry!
Great entry. Gameplay worked and I beat it. Found the exit during the day and had to wait until night to win. Did not see the point of collecting friends but was fun to do anyways.
Awesome job, looking forward to your next.
Good job. Game played well and I had fun. Voiceover was funny the first play through but I would have liked to have been able to turn it off for subsequent plays.
Well done!
Really nice game-play. Very solid aesthetic. Lots of controls but I only had to reference them once. I got a little bit confused when using the map the first time, I wasn't sure how to exit ... walking away did it.
There were a lot of controls but I had no trouble using them. I had fun playing it.
This is a very good entry. Thanks for making it for us.
P.S. If you have time and could review mine as well https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/38/spider-collider
This is a great game. It's fun with conflicting goals to be balanced to succeed. I wasn't able to escape but enjoyed trying.
Sound fx and a better UI would really make this gem shine. Thanks for the fun!
Great entry. Easy to grasp and play, mechanics worked as expected. Combat felt a bit too smooth. Some stops and knockbacks could have made it feel great imo.
Excellent work!
This is really great. I love the use of the theme. The voices are very good and add a tremendous amount to the final product.
It took me a moment to realize that there were clues on the screen and also that I could move the text bar to the left and right. It was a lot of fun. I think the additional off additional mini games as random as the characters would take this to the next level.
Fantastic entry. Art & music was amazing. Gameplay was tight. One downside was I could not execute the long jump effectively, so I got gated around level 4. Much prefer easy to access moves that require perfect timing rather than moves that require perfect timing for a wide range of acceptable executions.
Super entry! Good luck.
Well done. Had a great time mowing down enemies and exploring the world. I also ended up using mostly the lightning.
The charge shot was hard to use and would have preferred it on the keyboard.
Great game!
A fun clicker. The art, music and sfx all worked well together. I also happen to love the Little Prince =D.
I liked having to choose to ignore some meteors but click on others.
Thought the game was impossible until I learned from comments I could double jump. I like the art direction and music was fitting. Great game.
I like mobile one tap style rpgs so this is right up my alley. I really like the idea of having the hero follow the mouse that closely as a game mechanic. The whole aesthetic was put together nicely.
At first I didn't realize the wave didn't start until I attacked so I wasn't finding time to level up. It did get difficult for me rather quickly. I would have gladly played some easier content before getting crushed.
Great work!
This is excellent. The puzzles are well thought out. The pacing is good. Art and music work really well together. One of the best I've played so far.
Great concept. I liked the creature editor. In game I didn't feel I could control the creature well enough for my choices to be very important.
After I beat the first level, subsequent levels required me to collect negative goo and I never saw an enemy again.
The edit mode and gameplay mode were ambitious but you succeeded, everything was well executed. Great entry! Thanks for making it for us.
This is a very good entry. The premise was solid and could definitely be built upon. The characters were interesting and smashing enemies was fun. The gameplay was immediately intuitive.
I would have liked more feedback when I was being attacked, I found it difficult to notice the ground units.
Well done!
I really love the aesthetic. The menus, art, and sound were really well done. Once in the game it took me awhile to figure out what to do. Once I figured it out I didn't have further issues.
Well done!
The game plays great, looks great. Its an excellent entry. Some other enemies / constraints would have done a lot to extend the gameplay.
Well done!
Hi! Thanks for playing my game. To answer your question, I made the spider in my game as vector art in Illustrator, then animated it using Spine2D.
Great concept. Character art was fantastic. Was fun to play but I got frustrated when I knew my character would never make it in time so I was just waiting to die. I would have liked to have been able to use right and left side of screens for move left / right. Then tap for throw (or swipe up).
Great game. It played well, and I was able to improve. I would have really like better turning on my ship.
The aesthetic was great. Thanks!
Interesting take. The game looked and played beautifully. Sound was great. Loved that the difficulty lever was only changing the color. Well done!
I had a lot of fun playing this. Controls worked well and the levels were fun. Could definitely be built upon. Great work!
Good implementation of an infinite scroller. Nice shmuppy feel. Keep on doing what you are doing. Character was hard to read against the clouds.
Great entry. Loved the look and the boils in the animation. Clear usable controls and was fun while I played it.
Game was great. Played well except for the jump. A focus forward camera effect would have really helped the feel. Felt good to play and you really made it work as a whole. Great work!
Small nitpicks with the controls - if im holding down and left into a wall I should move along the wall, etc.
Is there a goal? I just ran around and picked things up until I died. I like the artwork, would love to see it in motion - either framebased or Spine type animations.
Great work.
Nice, another screen wrap game! I was able to beat many levels using the same tactic of strafing around them using the wrap. Had fun during my time with it. Thanks!
Great take on the theme. Adorable aesthetic, well polished controls. This is a great game!
Simple idea, executed well. I was able to place shots outside of the arena. I think if the shots started out faster then slowed down it could help gameplay, as is I felt little hope my shot would actually connect. Great work!
Beautiful! The physics was a bit on the crazy side but I can applaud you for fighting the never ending battle against that particular engine. Art, aesthetic were on point and it was fun to play even though I often felt out of control of the cats fate. A perfect jam game!
This was really good and really well executed. Sound added a ton to the experience. I really can't think of any feedback that would make it better than it is. Could definitely be expanded upon.
Excellent entry. It took a minute for me to figure out what was going on but once I did I was able to play fairly intuitively, I did not master the shot mechanic.
Fantastic art and aesthetic. I found the controls difficult to execute. I would have liked to use wasd.
Great work.
The attack felt great. The dodge not so much, I would have really liked a jump. Great art and animations. Awesome jam! Thanks.
Simple, fun game. Looked good and played well. I felt most the action took place on the edges of the screen, it was more a game of moving to the arrows than shooting the things. I think the camera could be pulled out (or something). Fun to play, thanks!
Everything about this was on point. My only nitpick was - I would have liked to be able to shoot in all directions regardless of movement vector, other than that the gameplay felt great. Superb jam entry!
Great entry.
I found the navigation difficult. Either in an game HUD or pausing the ship while viewing the map would have helped me. The voice acting was great and story sold it. Clear objectives and mechanics worked well overall.
Well done, everything was going Great! for me and it kept going Great! I stopped after awhile as I kept getting the same events with the same outcomes. A great entry! Thanks.
Great platformer. You got a lot of things right, camera felt great, movement was good, jumping felt a little floaty.
I think more enemies with less health would be an improvement.
Superb aesthetic. Nice take on the theme. It got repetitive and drug quickly - which was kind of the point. Great jam!
Great take on the theme. Some things I didn't even notice at faster speeds (darts) almost got me when I was loaded down. Game objective was clear.
The camera was problematic and movement could be refined but I was still able to succeed and enjoy myself while doing so. Well done.
Great take on the theme. I really liked it, I thought the pacing could be made a bit faster - more dmg from player and zombie. Controls worked well.
@mmisspelling The intent was to delay the player inevitably moving on to another game by using design tropes to create expectation that kept them playing longer than was merited since there is really nothing to actually do. It is a bit obtuse as explaining it up front counteracts the design. Perhaps the game over screen should?
Thanks for playing! Sorry if it was a bit trollish.
This was a lot of fun. A bit of trouble with the prediction path collider not matching up with the actual colliders. Loved the small bits of polish like having the main menu track a bit with the mouse. Great work! Thanks for making it for us.
Great work! I was able to mostly just double jump straight up with only one of the variations making me go right or left, so I was never pressed for time recharging. Graphics were great. Awesome entry, thanks for making it.
