I seems it needs more work on consistency. Others say movement is sluggish etc, on my PC it is far too fast, it is hard to control the character at all.
Nice idea for a game though, I like the ability to ove the lights around.

Yeah the initial plan was to make more parts, upgrades, options etc, and throw in multiplayer. But due to the time constraints, I went with the amount I figured I'd be able to get done in the time allowed.

I do plan on remaking it now that LD is finished, eventually with all these things.

Cool little game, I like the way you control the speed/turning. Has a nice trade-off that the faster you go the more accurate you are, but slower lets you turn faster to catch up to nearby enemies.

@Dooleus: Thanks for the comments, and I agree on them all. The reason I put the Place Unit button on the far side was to try and make the game a race against time, to make you try and rush to place your units in the 10 seconds allowed.
I've had this game idea for a while now, so a lot of the things you bought up are in relation to trying to shoehorn the theme into the gameplay.

As other have said, the controls are very hard for a platformer - with the 10 second timer thrown in there, it's a pretty damn impossible game.

Quite a hard game, took me a while to figure out what was actually happening. I think the time before you fade is a bit too fast, making you switch back and forth to the point where you don't see things coming fast enough because of the perspective.

Not sure if I'm doing something wrong, but tapping Z and X to hop around I end up hitting some invisible walls or something after the first pit - can't progress any further than the first pit (where it shows the Tap instructions) as the cube just keeps hitting it's head on something invisible then not moving. Eventually it says I failed, but no idea what the lost condition was.

Nice work, but as TheSambassador said, the room is massive, and the timings are way too long. The hammer stage I got completed pretty fast then had to sit there for a minute as I waited for the timer to tick down. If it know when things are hung, it should end the level as soon as you've hung both. Triggers to pick stuff up would've been nice since they weren't otherwise used.

Nice idea - one request would be keybinds for the different mode toggles - starts getting very hectic in later levels when you're switching between all the modes for all the different guys then having to go back up to click them. Nice game - I mostly have the same comments already posted - the placement of the sign on the last level is almost right where you want to jump from, so I ended up talking to the sign instead of jumping a lot. The last level is a huge step up in difficulty too. Would've been good to have a level in there where you needed the dash for a specific part or parts, I think I got through all of the levels without needing it. Cool stuff!

Slow to start, then becomes a fast panic of clicking to keep everything together. I'm not sure if there's a win/lose state at all, but my screen was mostly filled with pieces without hitting anything. It seems it might get to a point where it's impossible to keep up, especially with some pieces floating off the screen.

Good base idea, I could see it being expanded with more patterns and combos of pieces needed for specific holes and it'd be a pretty good mobile game. Nice work!

I'm not sure if it was just my end or by design, but the camera controls seemed to be locked at a flat angle, so I couldn't really look up or around properly to try and see the portal - so I just had to pick a path and hope for the best. Would be good if at least at the start you could have a look around and decide where you're heading before you get lost climbing to it. Nice work!

Super hectic game when you can't easily touch type - haha. Thankfully I pulled a pro-gamer move and found that there's no penalty for hitting the wrong key, so you can just slam your head on the keyboard and win.
