Great entry! The combination 2d pixel and low poly 3D art was surprisingly a great blend! Smooth and easy control. The music is great but there were no SFX sound? That would have brought out the mood greatly. Had you add sound of people screaming as the civilian got killed, it would have been completely hilarious.
What an AWESOME entry! Especially, when I found out that the carrot also served as a flying dagger. mehehehhehe

@reiknight and to everyone who are confused about the blank chests. They serve as weapon upgrades. We didn't have enough time to implement any visual indication. Every time you open a chest, your flashlight will project bigger and more shapes than before. This help compensates for growing enemies difficulty, who will become faster and more aggressive.

Thanks for uploading the Post LD version. I had a hard time playing the original version to due glitchy movements/bugs. The art is great! Looks to be heavily influenced by retro Mario Bros platformers! The game mechanic is simple and fun, I found myself trying to kill all the enemies before moving to the flags. Great Entry.

Wow I loved hopping around hoping I dont fall off but if I do its okay because my dad is here.
I've been a big fan of pong pretty much my whole life. I think thats the biggest thing that set me apart from my mom. One the other hand my dad was always really into it and he would wake me up at 7am and throw me a paddle and we would play pong as the sun came up. He never did let me sleep much now that I think of it. But growing up, I always thought it was normal haha

Wow I really loved the whole zombie dynamic of the game. I couldnt take my eyes away once they started coming full force. Growing up, me and my dad would watch a ton of scary zombie movies and it always was something i really enjoyed with my father. We would always ride together to the block busters store to pick up a new zombie flick and i always remember how the seat warmers in my dads car would heat up the back of legs and it felt really good.
Wow this took me back to when I was a lot younger and me and my uncle bobby would always go out to his shed to work on model race car models. My dad would come too occasionally when he had some free time and when he was there, those were the best times. The three of us working together to build a car model, then I would paint them with Sam Dandliers brand car model paint, with a Senados NO. 12 brush head paintbrush. I always really enjoyed the time I spent with my dad.

It reminded me of when I was a kid and me and my dad would go around town looking for the best place we could find to get a proper garden hose and we could always go to the isle with the garden pots and my father would always make jokes about the garden pots and would put them over his head like a hat and we would both laugh. I sure miss him.

Wow my favorite part was getting stuck in the computer I was having so much fun! Wowzers, it actually reminded me of this time where i was over in henderman pike state rally speedway, with my dad, and we were watching horse racing on a rainy day and my dad would always say "Dont get your hair wet or you'll catch a cold", I never did catch a cold and I always would thank my father for that one. Our favorite thing to do was to get fruit together and on sundays we would always go, after church, to the old state market tree company to pickup the local bargain fruits and produce. Sorry i went on a tangent hehe

Wow I sure loved walking around in the dark I could hardly see anything but it added to the suspense of what I might end of finding out there in the dark. the dark can be a really scary place, and I grew up most of my life being afraid of the dark, but my momma always told me there was nothing to really be afraid of out there and my dad would take me in the other room and softly tell me that my mother wasn't always right, but that we should love her anyways.
