Nice Idea, I like the Theme but its a bit hard to figur out where you are without constantly holding the map key.
Also the controls feel a bit unresponsive (slippery floor).
With some more work it could become a really nice puzzlegame.

It's really difficult and with safari you haven't sound and music.
Web version crashes safari and doesn't work for firefox and chrome too.
App for OS/X doesn't work either...
Game looks really nice and music is catchy too.
It feels like you havenot enough control over the planet movement/orientation though. So its just waiting for the other planet to come in your line of sight.

Thanks. Yeah it was kind of hard to sync the two players, when only one collides. We had real issues with the collision detection, but in the end it worked somehow. :D

Nice game but my laptop gets very hot.
With Safari OSX i have huge lags during the fights. Otherwise nice idea.
I love the game. :D The voiceover makes it soo good. And the gameplay would be well worth a priced mobile game I think.

Wow! Thank all of you guys for the amazing feedback. Special thank to KudukuForgiveUS for his detailed review. :) But there actually is an animation when the aliens "beam" in. (It is too distinct) The pause button is on our list for next time.

If you want to continue here are some ideas:
- make the speed built up smoothely, you could really feel "steps"
- slow down again on hit (in addition to short immunity)
- as it gets harder you might add thorns on both sides but one is short enough to force the player to jump over it to survive

Nice audio and overall graphics! The controls are quite hard. I understand that you wanted to make it challenging but that severly dampens the fun in my opinion because it is very disorienting at some times.
I LOVED the humor! Going full meta is simply brilliant... Gotta admit that I only watched the video but that was excellent already - very entertaining from start to finish. Keep it up!

So nice looking... Never had that much fun wrecking stuff. Time limit is harsh, though... maybe add time by fullfilling tasks, reaching enough points in time?

@Mr_Fudd Is the lag only a problem of the Web version? It started lagging for me at 500+ units. We had ideas regarding "super units", but unfortunately did not get to it.
@VladRusu Maybe we will have time to add arrow keys for navigation tonight.
@ohmmus What means huge for you? :D I think swarms of 500-1000+ soldiers should be no problem for you
@justacookie I made the pixelart :3 With the scroll wheel you can select how many of your units you want to send in percent
@paulfysh Yes it is random. And I think you have to focus on getting villages with each unit type in the beginning of the game. Makes the castles strategic resources.
@oparisy Yeah maybe a tutorial would have helped. The numbers are for the three unit types. You can send unit of your own to other cities of your own and collect them for a big hit.

I didn't get past a certain level, but great graphics.
Beautiful art style, fitting sound and clever level design. I can really see how you can expand on this idea, add more levels, more challenges...
Not sure if intentional but: An alternate keyboard control would be immensely helpful - clicking those two buttons was a bit uncomfortable.

interesting concept but lacks motivation. if you plan to finish the game you might want to add a satisfying animation for the special attack and maybe a combo meter (?) for challenging players

Gosh that is hard... even the post-jam easy version. Very creative however and fantastic music. Apparently I'm just to bad :/

For me there was a logical disconnect why you always climb and the speed was sooooo sloooow and why is duck in the title when you can not duck. Pretty cool graphics and sound though.
I love the music and the graphics but the game doesn't motivate you to play it more than once.
Cool MC Escher esque game, however for me personally it lacked that the doors get you somewhere else than you came from when you go back through them and walking on walls/ceiling.
Loved the graphics, but it was not clear to me what exactly was going on. I was not consistently getting money and dumped people in a room and they disappeared instantly.

you start at night and at this time no visitors will appear and you can arrange your restaurant. When the day comes, visitors will appear at the tables and little speech bubbles indicate what they want to eat. You have to choose their favorite food with Q and E and press SPACE when you are in front of the microwave. Then you can place the food in front of them with SPACE.

Nice little game, definitly had with with it.
Loved the game. The art is stunning. In the first try i just flew into the door in 15 seconds and could not believe that was the whole game, however in the second try it lasted far longer. My only problem with the game is that there is sound of the thrusters in air free space...
Just kidding ;)
Funny little game, but for me it doesn't fit really to the theme.
Neat graphics, but it ran really bad on my Linux. At first I did not know what to do, but figured it out pretty quick. Good job!
Super funny game. Would play again. Could tuck away almost 20,000 before acknowledging a baby.
