Pretty fun game man. I really like the sound FX and music. The swoosh sounds from swinging the tentacles was really well made and the music was pretty good too. Fun game but I wish you made it longer and more difficult!
Game looks really good. Loved the opening cinematic and the tutorial. The game seems very thought out with the rules. Unfortunately it's a shame that half the time the game just doesn't work at all :( I've reloaded multiple times and I still have yet for it to work for me.
As soon as I realized I could destroy the building it just got crazy haha. Cool game :) I don't think I ever got damaged though.
Nice game. The gameplay seems like there could be a bit more to it in terms of the chasing part afterwards but the upgrade system was a nice touch :)
Cool game but yeah as everyone said it was just insanely hard to control. Seeing as you made the game in Unity if you perhaps changed the rotation to use Impulse forces instead of the regular forces it would have made the turning feel less delayed. That along with cranking up the angular drag would have probably made it feel a little better. Either way fun game :)
Really great puzzle game. Very creative and fun!
Played the game on my Android and it worked great. Fun game :)
This game gave me carpal tunnel. Fun game :)
Nice game. Very wario ware-ish. Visually everything looks super nice and I love how you used the concept of birthday wishes as lives.
Art style was cool and I liked the voice over story at the beginning :) Pressing Enter or Space didn't seem to do anything so I'm not sure if that didn't get implemented or not.
Haha I love the ending of the game, the sound effect made me laugh :) Pretty nice game. The blood coming down was a great effect. The berserk bar almost isn't even needed with that as long as the player knows it doesn't mean they are dying lol.
Nice game. Visually looks good and the feedback from fighting feels right. It takes a bit getting used to the fact that the knight only attacks in the direction that you are actually moving and not where the cursor is pointing though, but I'm guessing that's because it's made more for a controller.
Haha this game is awesome. Love the concept, the graphics, and the monster :) It felt super hard to control though and I realized it's because it seems like only SD (Down and Right) seem to be working? Not sure why that is but it was pretty funny either way.
Weird. For some reason I couldn't play the WebGL even on Firefox. It told me my browser doesn't support it but I've just been playing a bunch of other WebGL entries :P Tried to join the testing for the Android version but when it tells me to download it, the link doesn't work which is weird.
Ignore my comment above! I restarted Firefox and now the WebGL version is working! :) Awesome game! The music and sound FX are very well done, the concept is great and the gameplay is pretty good. Overall a solid game.
Hilarious game! The salt and pepper one I had no idea what to do and I somehow passed it without doing anything evil lol
Cool game! I like the fact that the game progresses as you collect instead of just having collectibles for fun. One thing that bothered me was that the character moves so fast and the game view is not zoomed out enough (or not widescreen enough) to see certain obstacles in time and it can be a bit frustrating since death is instant.
Nice game concept! Even reading how everything works it was still pretty hard to get the actors to go where I wanted and there were a couple of glitches (one actor went outside the map lol). But it was fun and the I like the use of the theme :) Well done.
Shame. Game seems really well made but I went to play and realized it's online multiplayer. No servers to join and trying to host for some reason didn't do anything :(
Graphics are really well done and the game is a very interesting concept! I found is extremely difficult to move the limbs though (which I know is the point of the game, but like really difficult). Overall a pretty creative game
Beep, beep, beep, beeeeeeep. Haha great game :) Love the visual feedback and the voice overs. Game played well and was fun!
This is really well made. As someone else has mentioned the human sounds can get a bit repetitive after a while but the graphics are consistent and the gameplay is fun. The laser coming in to pump up difficulty was a great touch. Overall great game!
Nice game :) The music gets pretty repetitive pretty quick but the sound fx are good. I liked the game concept. Pretty well-executed and good use of the themes. It was pretty difficult though :o I had fun playing it :)
I swear if this game didn't have a toot button I would have killed myself. I finally beat the game and I was surprised that my computer didn't start lagging from all the dead car carcasses lying around. I cannot say enough how great this is. Great use of the theme, great mechanics, great polish.
Started getting frustrated but then I knew what tricks you had up your sleeve. Oh yes I- wait what? :( ... jokes aside I finished the game. Pretty neat concept and it was nicely done.
A charming entry that was pretty entertaining :)
Art.
Not sure why but this game was hilarious to me. I love the way the "ingredients" just plop down even if it looks bad haha. The sound effects work with the style and it fit the theme. It took me a little bit to understand how the game worked but not too long (maybe a few fails). Pretty good entry!
Wow very interesting art style! I didn't know whether it was funny or scary but it was definitely intriguing :). The gameplay itself was not bad, very easy though. Overall a nice entry!
This is a really great game. I'm not sure 100% why it was so fascinating to play but I think a lot of it had to do with the balance and strategy required. I really like the mechanic and it was very fun to play. I also liked the ending :) It was a bit too easy since you can blow up the bottom pipes with the tank but I guess it would've been way too hard otherwise. Overall a very solid entry! I enjoyed it :)
I liked the game but it was a bit too easy. At first I didn't even understand what was going on so I just kept clicking on things and I still won :P. By the time I played the second time I understood what was going on. Neat idea with having bonuses for different plants. Overall it was a nice little game :).
Beautiful entry. Great atmosphere and setting. So much about this game to love :)
Great game. Music is good, game is simple but fun, and I love how there was a change up in the game to keep it fresh. Love the mini story you put in as well.
This game is something that has a lot of potential. The number one difficulty of the game is the controls because it can get very confusing learning how the slime behaves in each state that it can be in. That being said, I did slowly begin to learn how it changes, moves, and controls, but it was frustrating at first. Once learning though, the game actually became pretty fun. I still couldn't beat the whole thing, but I really do feel the mechanic has potential if the controls could be ironed out in a way that is a bit more user-friendly. Really nice entry :)
Great game. Right away you can feel all of the polish that went into this. It feels really good and satisfying to play, well done.
Nice variety of upgrades. I did find the game pretty hard but it's not necessarily a bad thing. Nice entry :)
Love the beard mechanics. So short though :( lol
Fun game :) love all the humour inside haha.
It goes without saying that this game is a visual feast, with it's high production value, but I felt that you also nailed it in other areas as well. I thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere you were able to create and really felt like I was a worker on that sub. The narration was very fitting, and not overly distracting as is sometimes the case. The sound effect also were spot on, along with your left/right button control scheme. Loved the idea of putting in alternative endings. Your team created a fantastic entry here.
I was doing so well until I accidentally dropped a green atomic nuke onto a family of litterlings. This game is strangely amusing even though there isn't really a win condition. Very charming game.
Nice game :) I didn't realize what to do at all and was super confused at first. Eventually I saw one of the tooltips mentioned something about clicking and then i realized clicking the flower gives resources. Even having some of this info in the description of the game could've helped, although obviously an in-game tutorial would've been better. The game itself is fun as a progression clicking game. I liked it :). The music was a bit annoying so I had to mute it lol but it wasn't ridiculously terrible. The graphics were bad but it was kind of funny. In terms of gameplay it was great. Varying resources, pretty well-balanced. I couldn't play too long but I enjoyed the time I played.
I really love the visual style here, and the overall environment you were able to create. With a little polish, like was mentioned in other comments, I can see this being a successful mobile game. Best of luck!
Not a bad game. Not a new concept but done pretty well. Nice feel and aesthetic.
Very fun game. I played it for a while amassing a giant army of vikings lol. Eventually I got bored though as I could never lose but that's ok :). Audio was good!
Nice game mechanics! Audio is good as well. Overall well made
Really great game. The sound effect of the conveyer belt was a bit annoying but the mechanics were great. I even loved how the packages were pushed with physics and not just pre-canned animations. Nice tutorial as well :)
Really not a bad game. Has potential :)
I get an error with Firefox as well. Might I suggest doing a Unity player build? It's generally a lot more stable (even though I know the whole browser killing NPAPI thing).
I would love to play this game but the website hosting the game seems to be down :(
Not a bad entry. The multiplication of towers is an interesting concept and with some tweaking and balancing it could make for a very interesting strategic TD game.
My fellow Munch dev :) The story intro was epic. Audio and graphics were pretty well done and the gameplay was fun too. Pretty good game!
Funny theme. I like how there were multiple levels. The last one is actually very challenging.
Nice idea. I could see this being one of those random mobile games that happen to take off if it used swipe controls.
Great game. The graphics and audio are very well made and it was very intuitive to play. I found some of the events that kill you almost impossible to dodge but some were fair and added to the gameplay. Overall excellent entry!
A really well made puzzle game. There are a lot of mechanics here at play and the design is very intelligent. With just a few more mechanics there is enough here to make a full length puzzle game.
I finished the game and I'm impressed. There were a lot of variations in the level design.
Interesting game. Took me a little bit to get used to the controls but after a few tries the gliding was pretty smooth. The dialogue system was also nice. It would have been interesting if there had been some environment effects throughout the world/level that would change up the mechanics.
This game is really well made. I could clearly see the mutations on the enemies after a while. It's unfortunate that the game is pretty challenging so it seems like it would take a while to see the end game (collecting enough for the hideout).
Took me a few minutes to get the hang of how the core gameplay worked, but once I did I was hooked. A really great game with a great design. The game was maybe slightly too challenging but I think that is part of the appeal so I'd say this is really well designed. Great work.
Besides the obvious that the graphics are fantastic, the game overall feels extremely polished which is rare in a jam with a short deadline like this.
Well done. I wasn't quite sure if I made it to the end or not, it seemed like I just looped back to the beginning and it wasn't clear if there was another way to go that I couldn't before.
@tiranice Ah I see. I tried again and see what I missed, so I was able to finish this time. Cheers!
Visuals are great. The art and animations are very polished. The concept of the game is interesting. I didn't get the pattern of the arrows on the die until the last level but then it clicked on how easy it is to move in a straight line when you know the pattern. It would be interesting to see this concept expanded with more mechanics.
A really great entry. The visuals are fantastic. I did have an issue where I kept crashing if I was in fullscreen, but I was able to play in windowed mode just fine. My one criticism is that it would have been nice to have some environmental mechanics that affected the game (maybe areas that increased or decreased the pressure rate) to change it up. Overall a really great game.
Got to 33 score and the platforms stopped coming in, not sure if that was a bug or the intended end. Either way the game is pretty well made. I like the design choice of having benefits be blue and negatives be red so it is very clear what's going on. Having three types of hazards was also a nice variety. It wasn't clear what the blue diamonds were for, if they were just for fun or if it contributed to your score in some way (it didn't seem to).
Really well made game. It's amazing how it seemed so impossible at first but then I really started to get the hang of it near the end. Other people have said it already but fullscreen would have been great for keyboard + mouse users. I know you do suggest playing with a gamepad though.
The movement felt great. The level design was pretty good. I was also happy that there were a few changeups in the levels and in what mechanics were presented (no spoilers). The visuals were charming as well, and there was some good sound design. Overall a really great game.

A really good entry. I assume the control scheme would be a common cause of frustration for most people. However for me I actually enjoyed it after a minute or so of playing, but that might just be because I'm used to thruster-style physics games.
The one bit of feedback I can give is that the difficulty ramping could have been improved. I think in a game with upgrades where you put in the effort to produce that content, you want basically every player to have the opportunity to buy at least one upgrade on their first try for a game jam. It can be very difficult to gauge the difficulty when you've practiced for a while (I've had the same problem with my game).
Overall I really liked it and had a great time playing.
I always go fullscreen so I was able to see what was going on right away. It seems the game may have benefited from a simple menu at the beginning that outlined how the game worked. I realized that the block sizes change, but I didn't realize the next block coming up is properly displayed in the UI which is a nice mechanic so you can plan how to stack. The controls to move the camera were also a bit clunky. WASD to move and right-click hold to rotate the camera may have worked more intuitively.
A fun and challenging game. The art was good and I like the integration of the story into the game.
Pretty good game. I think my two main criticisms would've been the camera. It felt a bit janky when moving really quickly. The other would be that it would have been helpful to have some environmental cues on where to go. This could have been as obvious as an arrow or something more subtle. Overall an interesting interpretation of the theme and I am very pleased that there were checkpoints :)
