I will totally finish this game, even if it takes some time until everything is like I want.

I finally uploaded a post-compo.
It's compatible with java6 and got a few bugfixes and new features, even when I wasn't able to make it perfect in time.
More updates will come - make sure to check this site from time to time.

Tapping to fly and beeing unable to walk on the ground is intended to add some difficulty.

I was able to catch the soul in both levels...
If it is too fast, change the speed variable in the level file.

I know :/ The collision thing took so much time that I changed to a pretty simple algorithm. Will get fixed in the post - compo (or the post - post - compo as it really needs time).

The idea came to my head when I thought about old games, I'd love to find a goldie again :)
The collision detection (at least should) be pixel perfect :O
But it resets you to the niext tile position, so it seems to you as you would jump.
I'm currently working on that and some online leaderboards.

Yeah, I had to remove the final level which should be endless (like astroids) :(
But I'm on it, this are just ideas I implemented quick 'n dirty.If I had enough time I could make a 10 hour game out of it ;)
Small update:
Leaderboard works now, I'm currently integrating them into the game. (Minimalistic) audio is implemented, but atm not working as I want.
If you want the WIP version, just download the repo and pack it with the needed natives.

The minimalistic look was in fact intended, as I knew from the beginning I wouldn't have much time (coded it in ~3 hours).

I actually plan to port it to android, as I used libGDX it should be pretty simple :)
I was about to add the game over screen, took a look at the time - 2:50 am (which is, as I'm german, 10 minutes before LD ends). I tried to squeeze in a restart key (at R), but it's horribly bugged. Let's see if I can fix that in a post compo version :)
Really nice, but after Day 14 there is not that much left to do :/
