LD29 — Beneath the Surface

Burrow Down by danbo 2014-04-29T02:16:00

I got this error on Love for Ubuntu 12.04: http://i.imgur.com/VooUFcX.png

Meddle by Pitƶik4 2014-04-29T03:54:00

Now this is a good concept! I love the code/matrix view, but I found it difficult to control. If you could somehow simplify the controls it would make this one of the coolest games I've seen so far.

Dwarf by GhostID 2014-05-01T02:35:00

I liked the look and feel, but blindly smashing rock walls in the dark gets tiring.

Nith the Surface by Cognizant Game Studios 2014-04-29T01:22:00

I think the attack action should be a keyboard control.

In Too Deep by Toestee 2014-04-29T02:39:00

Damn that art is awesome! This is my new favorite!

Atlantis Explorer by Integershift 2014-04-29T02:12:00

I liked moving around and exploring. It was fun, but when I went down the ladder a rock pinned me to the left and I died.

You are now the Dungeon! by Cosrnos 2014-04-29T01:33:00

I liked it. Everything fit together, and I like the concept. Everything was really tiny, and I couldn't zoom in because I didn't have a mouse wheel.

Frustration by parDal 2014-05-01T02:52:00

I like the graphics style, and the camera zoom, but it ran really slowly and made my system crawl.

Nuclear Waste Zone by granut100 2014-04-29T01:55:00

I like how it looks and moves with exception of the player stopping when he bumps into the wall.

Franz Kafka's A Hunger Artist by monika 2014-04-29T02:06:00

I liked the art, but I wasn't sure how I was controlling the game, if at all. I liked seeing all the people come and go.

Infinite Hell Loop by ricklesauceur 2014-05-01T02:39:00

wat

Forsaken Pit by Afrosatan 2014-05-01T02:45:00

I coulnd't tell where I was going because everywhere I went looked the same. It would also be nice to not have to do two clicks to move somewhere.

Bitmite Blitz by Coin Flip Games 2014-04-29T01:36:00

I got this error on Ubuntu 12.04:

Set current directory to /home/eric/dl
Found path: /home/eric/dl/BitmiteBlitz.x86
There is no data folder

NanoMed by Felix the Katz 2014-04-29T04:07:00

A solid entry. I was doing okay until I came to the blue virus. I couldn't find any blue medicine at first and died. The second time, I found the blue medicine, and killed the blue virus, but another one pinned me to the wall until I died.

The Stones Back Home by jrap 2014-04-29T00:58:00

I really liked the music and art style. I had a bit of trouble with the jump keypresses not always registering.

Beneath the Surface by Milktoast 2014-04-29T01:12:00

I got this error trying to run it on the Ubuntu 12.04 version of Love: http://i.imgur.com/2Sne9CU.png

Xen'Juru Adventure by micdoodle8 2014-04-29T04:22:00

Very nice! Once I figured out that you can shoot back, it was really fun. It would be nice to have some visual indication of the laser recharging.

Mr. Fluffykin's Great Sorting Adventure (AKA where your internet comes from) by Two Scoop Games 2014-04-29T04:02:00

@JALgames Touch mode does work on mobile Chrome/Safari, so I'm not sure why it doesn't work for you.

@Kino333 @JALgames We plan on adding a "wave" system to slowly ramp up the difficulty.

@Marjie62 @awppy I started to work on better pathfinding, but ran out of time. It's on the post-competiton polish list!

Digger Grave by ajfischer 2014-04-29T02:52:00

The mechanics/physics feel rock solid. It's really satisfying to fly around and plow through the blocks. You just need to work on the programmer art.

Army of Gnone by cambrian_era 2014-04-29T03:02:00

I liked the concept of using gnomes to help each other while controlling all of them.

CRUDE by blahoink 2014-04-29T03:16:00

This was fun! I liked it when stuff started exploding. I don't understand how to dig deeper, and I couldn't get any upgrades to work.

We Can Build Together After We Have Gone to Sleep by WBojangles 2014-04-29T01:45:00

Very enjoyable. You should add some tiny point of reference at the bottom of the initial screen so the player knows to move downward when they naturally want to check it out.

UHP Undeground Facility by 2A1S 2014-04-29T01:28:00

Good atmosphere. Seems really good for 48 hours.

LD30 — Connected Worlds

Sun God Star Bridge by Ted Brown 2014-08-31T00:09:00

Loving this game. MOAR GUITAR. I'm really glad you guys ported this to unity from the SNES, all the MODE 7!!

Warp Paint by zatyka 2014-08-31T00:20:00

Controls could use some tightening. Solid game but got tricky pretty fast. Nice job!

Connected Words by Mathias Olsson 2014-08-28T04:07:00

Interesting but definitely not playable for a non-programmer.

Bipolar World by havana24 2014-08-31T05:57:00

This was really cool! The story element was super cool. My favorite parts were the change in music and the momentum you can build up by falling into the sad world. Great job!

Connected Platformers by xviniette 2014-08-31T00:30:00

I think this really fits the theme well. I like it's simplicity, and the fact that you can restart quickly when you fail. Verry unique.

SILENCE ... NOISE by RadioLemon 2014-08-30T02:52:00

Ran pretty slowly making it hard to figure out.

Grim Gateway by radmars 2014-08-31T01:12:00

This game was super fun. The movement was a little slow. I loved the combo creatures like beebears.

Dream World by Levi D. Smith 2014-08-28T04:09:00

Really trippy. This is some weird stuff. I wish I could jump on the baddies!

Dream World by Levi D. Smith 2014-08-28T04:10:00

Some mood going on here for sure! Very odd and trippy, I wish I could jump on the baddies though.

Little Drop by masterhyjinx 2014-08-29T17:35:00

I really liked this one! Great job on the different states of water as a creative new mechanic! Nice work.

On the edge of Earth: 5000 by Hypnohustla 2014-08-28T04:17:00

This game has a really cool feel to it, I love the graphics and animations, reminds me of the film Silent Running.

NECLiD by 0x0961h 2014-08-31T00:48:00

This is one of the best looking games I have seen in LD30. The mood is really cool, and I like the animation. Character movement seems a bit slow.

ACID WORLD by Aske 2014-08-31T06:11:00

Interesting idea!. It would be cool if the bad guys had more variety. It would be nice if there was somthing to prevent you from overlapping the bad guys, this made it difficult to attack them.

Binary System by rogueNoodle 2014-08-30T00:57:00

Now this is awesome, super simple and fun but difficult to master. Easy controls and you feel really good when you start getting a good rhythm or flow going. I love the mood, the audio and colors really help with that! The art style is great as always from rogueNoodle. Great job!

World Absorber by crneumre 2014-08-31T06:47:00

It was really confusing what you were supposed to do. Once I got it the puzzles were pretty fun. Sometimes it was difficult to know what the difference was in each of the worlds. Interesting idea!

Lava Is Last by Crefossus 2014-08-29T16:20:00

Interesting concept, took me a little while to understand it. Had a crazy feel to it.

Other Side by Raphy 2014-08-31T01:20:00

Really nice art. It has a great setting. took a while to walk around. would love to see more puzzles or areas to explore.

The MillionWood by frogcheese 2014-08-29T21:49:00

Nice! This reminds me of Electronic Super Joy. It get's pretty difficult, but I really like it.

Psychiatric Hospital by GuillaumeGwi 2014-08-29T13:54:00

I love the idea that each patient's world is a mini game with a new mechanic. there are a few bugs, but I'm sure you are aware of them already. I hope you keeep working on it and make a post-jam version!

RED Thread by NickZangus 2014-08-30T00:39:00

I really like the swifting of the levels perspective as you move from side to side. Fun simple and clean graphics. Interesting concept, first time I have seen this!

TRAVEL by chadiik 2014-08-29T20:48:00

I didn't really understand what was going on, but once I figured out that I was supposed to click on planets I really liked the music, and played it again just to hear it.

The World Within by Oxeren 2014-08-31T06:03:00

Great graphics! I like the concept of the real and imaginary worlds, that's a fantastic take on the theme.

Peregrinatio by Zerkruemler 2014-08-29T21:58:00

Clicking to draw the line doesn't work in Firefox.

Fuco by Zolmeister 2014-08-30T23:53:00

This is a great concept, I would love to play it on my iPad! Nice work!

4 Dimensions by Delicious Code 2014-08-30T02:46:00

Really nice UI elements (the buttons, backgrounds, etc). Controlling the wizard guy was like driving a car. You should be allowed to turn without moving forward or backwards.

The Wild West And Its' Living Fossils by toinfiniityandbeyond 2014-08-30T23:47:00

I know that you are already hard at work on the post-jam version. Adding some sfx would be great. I would love to have something to do in-between waves, like kicking rattlesnakes, or maybe looking for ammo, cutting open cacti for water? I dunno. Great job!

Ethernet Quest by MentaL13 2014-08-26T03:06:00

Fun concept, I like how the cable moves as you fly. The spam emails are a funny touch. Good work!

Sneaky Nessie by barryrowe 2014-08-26T02:51:00

The concept is hillarious. The artwork is fantastically cute and well-made. I love the humor of this game. This is a seriously great achievement in a weekend, great job!

An inverted side by MiscEtc 2014-08-30T02:15:00

This is a really great puzzle game! It took me a little while to realize that the clicking inverted the brinks in the square, once I got that it was really fun. The sound really created a mood for me. The enimy attach animation and sound scarred the crap out of me the first time, and even a couple times after. Great entry I love the reset button and letting the player fail and keep trying quickly!

Rails by mint 2014-08-26T02:57:00

I love the feel of this. Great work on the 3d modeling, I also like the ambient sounds.

Symbiosis by vividhelix 2014-08-31T18:03:00

Cool concept!

Close Your Eyes by nonetheless 2014-08-26T03:10:00

Wow this is a really cool concept, very unique! Great work

Stanley Squeaks and the Emerald Burrito by Two Scoop Games 2014-08-27T11:57:00

I am going to add a note since we can't change this in the jam version of the game. The skull destroys only the blocks you touched, we're going to add some sort of indication of that like glowing or cracks on the blocks as you touch them.

Connected Retro Worlds by yodamaster 2014-08-31T04:43:00

I like the concept, the three seperate games was cool. I would have liked to see the asteriod from the first game be a diffferent (more fitting maybe) sprite on the others like traffic cones for example on the car game. Might be hard to explain. The music did not fit well in my opinion. Good job!

The Guy Who Lost His Arms by Quetzakol 2014-08-30T00:41:00

I like the faded other world, fun little platformer you have here.

Schizophrenia by Sogomn 2014-08-30T23:34:00

Faster respawn/restart of the level you are on woul make this much much better. Any game where you die this much needs have instant respawn, so it is not punishing the player. Controls were a little awkward but overall this could be a great game with some more work and polish. I liked the puzzle aspect of it. Great job on your first jam.

Connect Home by BitOfGold 2014-08-28T04:01:00

I love the art style, fun puzzles. Great job!

Relative to Scale by Peach Pie Productions 2014-08-26T02:47:00

Great concept, great execution. I love the fun way all of the creatures interact and the art style!

Dimensional Leak by Blizzard Muffin 2014-08-31T06:32:00

Great first entry to Ludum Dare! It would be awesome to have feedback or another animation for attacking, at first I could not tell that I was doing anything, I thought my button was not working. I liked the story intro! Great work

Between Worlds by Eduardo 2014-08-28T04:04:00

I liked the screen wrapping and the overlay of the different maps a lot. Good colors too.

A Darker World by Maxr00 2014-08-29T20:37:00

The art was nice, and the world generation was pretty neat. I did spawn inside of a mountain, and I couldn't figure out how to mine a block.

Ride to the Moon by CrefossusJam 2014-08-31T06:43:00

I like that I got to play as a hat!

Lethal Reflection by steve 2014-08-31T00:59:00

Very fluid and fast-paced. When I learned that your shots bounce off the walls it really made me rethink how I played.
This is amazing for being made in such a short time!

Hamster Run by scriptblocks 2014-08-30T03:00:00

Hamsters in space? I like hamsters! I even made a hamster game this time!

Tin Can Internet by fserb 2014-08-29T16:24:00

Hey great game, nice job. unique concept of roping the planets, I would play this on mobile for sure. Keep going with it! Thanks for making it browser friendly also!

Switch by hungyg 2014-08-30T00:36:00

Some nice puzzles, great work.

DINO BOLT by GeorgeBroussard 2014-08-29T13:24:00

Fun and simple. Great art & animation. Fun concept. Would be perfect for mobile (which I think you already know :) ) I like how there are two dinos, so you have a second chance! Solid entry!

LD31 — Entire Game on One Screen

Alpha Circuit by SecondDimension 2014-12-21T21:50:00

I like the murder beams, I wish you could move faster. Where is the space hoarse?

The Cop Who Killed Batman by pancakecity 2014-12-21T22:01:00

I am so confused.

Grokageddon by lukz 2014-12-21T22:17:00

doot doot doot doot do doot doot doot. I died too easily, this was hard.

BIRDS! by barryrowe 2014-12-09T02:43:00

I love the look and feel of this game so much, I can just fire up chill mode let some birds accumulate and play with them a bit. If I want a real challenge I can turn it to shock mode and try my best to save these guys, it gets pretty challenging! Great work!

Dread Keep by Frump 2014-12-21T21:54:00

Joel gets a 5

LD32 — An Unconventional Weapon

BED✰HOGG by 01010111 2015-04-22T02:35:00

Great pixel art! I really loved this game. Keyboard controlls were tough to get down, but once I tried a controller it rocked. Great work. I would love to try this with two controllers!

Crump Rush by OnlySlightly 2015-04-22T01:18:00

I really like the idea of building the levels and mechanics specifically for speedrunning. This game is crunk off the hizzy yo. Cump cump.

God's Going to Cut Em Down by emmelineprufrock 2015-04-22T01:06:00

rad triangles. I am intrigued by the world you are creating here, and I enjoyed being pulled into it.

Fathom by Joe Williamson 2015-04-22T01:35:00

Really interesting concept. A little tricky to manage all of the controls. Great pixel art!!

Beep Boop by CJ K 2015-04-24T02:36:00

I really enjoyed this game! The mechanic is really interesting. It ramped up in difficulty rather quick, and I could not get too far. I noticed from the screenshots there were different worlds/ obsticles/ artwork that looked really fun. Great work!

Trouble Cliff by catchthefloaty 2015-04-22T02:02:00

Cute characters, cool backgrounds. I was confused most of the time, but for me that is normal. I think the music concept is a great idea, but could be better if you use the music to color grey characters and make them happy.

Frazzle Dazzle by hexdie 2015-04-24T03:44:00

This was a super fun concept, I had a great time making my friends fabulous!

Cosmo's Apprentice by Gametery 2015-04-22T02:13:00

This is an interesting idea, but really hard. I like the jet pack.

Roll Initiative by Lynx 2015-04-24T04:10:00

I really liked the art style, Great work. The UI is really polished, The concept is cool.

Eustus: On the Squid Farm by Tasteslikefuture 2015-04-22T01:49:00

I was pretty confused, but this shows potential. I liked the tim burton art style. it could use some faster pacing.

Ninja Swapper by Plustech 2015-04-22T21:47:00

This is an awesome concept! I like the art style and the controlls felt good.
I can't wait for the post-jam version that fixesd the couple bugs. Keep up the great work!!

Evil Cupido: Haters gonna hate by Pixel Heart 2015-04-22T00:47:00

I loved the art and the arrow sound. the cat was funny. I liked the bouncing arrow mechanic.

Burd Turd by thumbgarden 2015-04-24T02:55:00

I like the bouncing off of walls back and forth mechanic more than the pooping on cowboys. It was fun that they melted though! It felt almost like two games overlapping. Interesting concept, and I had fun trying it out. Good work.

Myopia by generic_ghost 2015-04-24T03:08:00

THis was super fun! I loved the mood & sound. I liked the graphics and the crunchy feel when you pop those ghosts! The ball that pops them all was a stroke of genius, it made it really exciting.

MonuMENTAL by clegamecoop 2015-04-24T03:58:00

My favorite parts were the name, the sound, and the art. I was confused at first by the gameplay, and then caught on. This could be a fun multiplayer game if you want to expand on it. Perhaps make the 'health' regen button more obvious visually?

LD33 — You are the Monster

Primer by alvivar 2015-08-26T03:15:00

Pretty sweet square jumper! I had a tough time getting over the enemy and onto that overhang, but I eventually got it. I think making the death & respawn much faster will help the pacing. Also, it gets a little tricky trying to press all the keys correctly when teleporting.

Welcome to Cronenburg by Galan 2015-08-26T02:50:00

Works fine on Linux. The monsters are creepy! I would like to change the camera angle to see more stuff.

Spooky Cuties by OnlySlightly 2015-08-27T02:25:00

Really neat idea! I like how you actually have to type, though it gets a little tiring. I'd like to see a blinking cursor, and have key-repeat working.

The Creature from East Second Street by emmelineprufrock 2015-08-27T02:31:00

Sweet little experience. Like watching someone else's fond memory.

The Trial of Tyrone Rex by Manky 2015-08-26T04:26:00

This was super-awesome! A+++ Would buy again!

Loveless : a multiplayer story by Mark Venturelli 2015-08-26T03:06:00

Very well done, I'm excited to see what happens next!

Ogre Ball by Jacob Peltola 2015-08-26T03:20:00

I loved the ogre animations, how the arms and legs moved. It made me laugh. I think it would be more fun, if you your throws charged up faster, and if you could throw multiple things without waiting for the first to land.

Escape the Doom by m3games 2015-08-26T03:51:00

The shooting action is satisfying, but I wish there was mouse-aiming, and shooting in more directions.

The Tour by KevinWorkman 2015-08-26T23:27:00

Really interesting idea, it made me feel creepy.

I, Villain. by P.T.A 2015-08-26T23:34:00

I liked the music, and thought the dog was pretty sweet. I liked the style of the bad guys. I had a hard trouble jumping over the tall block dividers.

Minotaur Maze by MPCherry 2015-08-26T03:57:00

I liked how the camera moved to show you the most view in front of where you're walking.

Policia para quem precisa by Markof 2015-08-26T04:05:00

I liked the music and presentation. I tried to figure it out as best as I could despite the language barrier.

Monster Free by kobo 2015-08-27T02:19:00

I loved SkiFree, and it's pretty great being the abominable snowman! The camera could use some work so it doesn't jarringly wrap around, and WASD controls would be nice.

FTLOL by team_ftlol 2015-08-27T02:38:00

I really liked the sounds and writing. The game was pretty hard to read and manipulate at first, but was WAY better once I full-screened it. It took me a while to figure that out. Also, I was pretty confused by "PROBLEM SOLVED: F!". Did I fail or not?

Monster Mind by Pitƶik4 2015-08-27T02:52:00

I liked the graphics, and the jumping/shooting action. The walls were sticky and clunky to get off of, and I'm not sure what the other shooter people were for.

LD34 — Two Button Controls / Growing

GunGun Koi by CheesyRamen 2015-12-22T16:52:00

I thought the yellow warning sign was a great idea. It helped me to feel like it's my fault that I died.

Mobsferatu by CremaGames 2016-01-04T17:10:00

I love the art style and polish in this entry. The rotating castle is really fun. This is an amazing level of polish for a jam game, great work!

UPSQUID by 01010111 2015-12-15T19:34:00

I like the art and the music was great. You nailed what you were trying to do with the downwell look! The squid animation was really cute - all dem flippy floppys!

Revolver by scriptorum 2015-12-22T17:09:00

I liked the sarcasm. Had a hard time with a bunch of the levels, the timing is really tight.

The Daring Entrepreneur by zedutchgandalf 2015-12-22T20:03:00

My shop sold dank memes. Many happy customers!

Snakish puzzle by lightsoda 2015-12-22T19:47:00

The idea is interesting, and I liked the music/sfx. I had trouble using the controls.

The Temple of Horyuji by ZYXer 2015-12-23T03:12:00

Excellent animations, solid gameplay. Very nice!

o / O by NMcCoy 2016-01-04T17:32:00

I love how fast and dramatically the ball inflates. Music was nice and upbeat. Keep it up! Web version would be nice.

Swarm by NaoisTheGuardian 2016-01-04T17:25:00

Swarming and scattering looks awesome. Great interpretation of the growing theme.

Longbeard by Joe Williamson 2015-12-22T16:30:00

The game mechanic and artwork stand out a lot in this game. The beard growth is a clever riff on the theme. Particularly great is that I am able to "accidentally" discover that waving the beard around triggers buttons -- but that doesn't mean I don't have to put in a small amount of effort to make it happen. Great gameplay experience. While I would love for there to be more levels and game content (and I hope it will come!), it's a solid and promising start.

Growing Ties by drludos 2016-01-04T18:05:00

This is a really unique concept. cute game.

SILooET by Pantelis Petsopoulos 2016-01-04T17:46:00

This really controls perfectly. I love the solid feel and the stickyness on the walls is great. The eyes on the box are cute. The strongest parts of this are the perfect controls and the great level design. It seemed a little easy in the first few but the challenge ramped up and was very fun. Great job on this solid entry!

Hydra Chicken by awesomerex 2015-12-22T17:18:00

This game is crazy/scary/awesome! It gives me chills.

The Supernova is Expanding, Scram! by cdwaddell 2015-12-22T18:47:00

I loved the music, and that supernova was creepy! It didn't feel like the supernova on the rescue screen matched up with the supernova on the planet-chooser screen. I ended up squishing a bunch of the people I was supposed to rescue.

Drunken Boss Fight by aquisenberry 2015-12-22T18:23:00

I like the art style. I'm curious about what the big bear was going to do.

Fruit Shaper by Rialgar 2015-12-22T16:38:00

Neat idea, but I wasn't sure how to fill in a hole I accidentally made to progress to the next level.

Poxy vs. the Aliens by Peach Pie Productions 2015-12-22T18:15:00

Really interesting. I played this one for a while. Also really dug the music.

Tumornator by LordKawaii 2015-12-22T16:27:00

Fun and simple game, like it a lot! I'm into the idea of your ammunition acting as a swarm and attaching to your enemies for retrieval. On the flip side, this means that if you miss your enemies on the first go and fail to run and pick the nanobots up, like I did, you'll be forced to restart the game. Liked the boss fight - fun but a bit challenging (though nothing I couldn't beat, haha). Would love for the space bar to work as a firing button - both z and ctrl were a bit awkward with the WASD controls. P.S. Not 100% sure I understand your interpretation of the growing theme. Is it growing a swarm of nanobots? Are the nanobots coming from the tumors? Not totally clear.

Nice art and a novel idea. Doesn't work in Firefox, had to switch to chrome.

Chicken Pox (in space) by LilacLlama 2015-12-22T16:58:00

The chicken is sooo cute! Amazing for a first game!

The Everything Building by Kepab 2016-01-04T18:02:00

This game just did everything perfectly. Amazing job. I love love love the interactions between characters and the characters that cause different status effects on the elevator. The feel is spot on and the music and sounds fit the game perfectly. Great work, please continue on this game and release a paid version. I will be your first sale.

Jared and the Corn Nuts by cameronpenner 2015-12-23T04:53:00

Such a corny game! It made me laugh. Reminds me of QWOP.

Mount FuJ by roaringcatgames 2015-12-15T22:52:00

The artwork is really really well done. I love the idea and the volcano is fun to shoot. The music and sound make this entry have a great mood.

Beanstalkers Extreme: Takin' Out The Trash by ambocclusion 2015-12-15T22:50:00

This game is fantastic, I love the concept and the artwork so much. Great work.

Fun and cute little game with a lot to it. I liked the characters and the sound effects felt right.

Plank by Sir Magic 2016-01-04T17:27:00

I really enjoyed that shrinking and growing changes your speed. I also like the way you tech the player with text in some areas without stopping the action.

Rescue Longboat by Astusvis 2015-12-22T16:28:00

Really enjoy a couple things about this game - exploring the sea map is fun, and even more fun is watching survivors travel, settle and explore the land after you rescue them, and as your rescue others. The game also uses the two button theme nicely, though the core mechanic is a bit rough. This type of control scheme is definitely hard to implement well; perhaps the rotation rate could increase over time as the player holds a button down, so it's simple to both rapidly paddle left and right for forward movement, or turn sharply when needed? My other point of critique is simply that it gets a bit dull after awhile. I only played up until I had rescued 34 out of 100 survivors. Perhaps there could be shorter level segments, and as levels progress, you could encounter different sorts of places and people? Great work so far, looking forward to what comes next.

Towering Smash by BooleanFiasco 2015-12-22T16:29:00

Enjoyable prototype. I love the action of slashing left and right to take down enemies. I also enjoy the elements of strategy required to succeed-- a balance between the need to grow and the need to be ready to attack new enemies, and the need to time well, since there's a limited window between when an enemy can be attacked, and when the enemy attacks you. The art is clearly lacking, and some nice sprites and animations would only enhance an already fun game.

Rooster Rockets by Bracal 2015-12-22T18:28:00

I liked how the speed lines made it feel faster. The art and sfx are cute. I don't like how hitting obstacles slows you down, making it take a long time to fail. I'd rather fail faster.

Beardpocalypse by Asbestos Prime 2015-12-22T16:29:00

This is a really funny/interesting idea for a game. I'm a fan of the aesthetic in terms of music and art; the beard itself could use some work, but it works. The controls and mechanics are a little bit unstable. It's difficult to steer correctly, and it's also somewhat strange that running through a guillotine, so long as the end of the beard makes it out, effectively does nothing to you. That said, I love the idea of the beard fetching keys to unlock doors, etc. That idea could be expanded upon, along with some sharpening of gameplay controls, and the game could start to shape up very nicely

Jetpack Every Day by Dietrich Epp 2015-12-22T16:44:00

I really liked getting different powerups. The homing missles were my favorite, the starter gun seemed unhelpful. Some basic bfxr sounds would bring it to life better.

SHOOT'N GROW by guru-guru 2015-12-22T18:39:00

Nice shooter! I would've liked a little more UI, like being able to tell which direction you're facing, and bars for things instead of numbers. Also, some basic bfxr sounds would helped.
