It was fun to control the syringe, but the pathogens would tend to always pin me against the wall, resulting in a lot of frustrating deaths. You also might want to make it more clear that you can restart the game with enter.
The concept of immunizing yourself before ramming an enemy to destroy them is neat. Getting enemies kind of stuck to you and taking a lot of damage is not so fun. :P

Great game. Having to refill the syringe while avoiding the pathogens is an interesting mechanic.
A solid entry. I was doing okay until I came to the blue virus. I couldn't find any blue medicine at first and died. The second time, I found the blue medicine, and killed the blue virus, but another one pinned me to the wall until I died.
The pinning thing is a small issue, but otherwise it's really unique and cool!
Congrats for your first entry on this awesome competition :D The game is very fun, loving the movement and physics. The concept is very original, great work :D
Very clever presentation, and well done art!
Solid game. Nothing the play can do once you get ganged-up into a corner -- maybe have some push-back on enemies when they damage you?
Poor Mr. Bob ;) Great game, interesting mechanic.

Fun mechanics, clean graphics, could probably do with maybe a dash key to get out of trouble or to ram a bug. Maybe allow the player to stock up on meds so you don't need to keep going back to find extra meds. Not bad for a first entry.

Really interesting gameplay ! Hard to master but fun to play. Some sounds and music would have been nice. Graphics looks very good.

Smooth and pleasant control of the syringe, until i had to kill more than one, hit me against a wall and game over.Maybe if the vials could recover your "life" would be more enjoyable.
That was surprisingly fun. I wasn't sure at the very beginning what to do but once I moved around I quickly got it.
Nice mix of action and puzzle game!
