I think the critics are being a little more harsh than they need to be. :) You've gotten around a lot of fallbacks that first- projects generally have, like you have a decent character speed, fast shooting, and a definite point. The music's great. I think if you added a point counter you could have a proud, head-held-high game here!

I got up to Mobius. Despite what people are saying, I don't think it's too hard, you just have to get used to it. The Mobius is an interesting concept, although I almost think it might have worked out better if the ship was a tad more mobile. Again, though, it might just need to have a little getting-used-to on my end. :)
