Pretty solid. The game seemed to give a pretty steady progression of platforms, and even seemed to give the player a breather after a tough section, which is pretty good for a random platform generator if that was your intent.
Pretty cool key system with the color mixing. Good job!
Very unique and interesting concept, I'd really like to see where this goes. Love the use of voxel graphics.
It's a sci-fi Oregon Trail! Loved it! That fire is a real pain, though.
I think I figured out one or two things about this game, but must be missing something because I can't seem to make it past getting 3 white triangles at the bottom lit.
I like the sounds and how they work together with the graphics to build a mood of eerie, futuristic suspense. Good job!
Nice, well polished feel, and a unique concept.
Unique concept, Good job! I liked how sometimes the friends' shots helped the other.
Nice polished graphics. Good job!
Very well done, awesome use of the theme. It was fun to guess what it wanted, even on the last level before finding out the big secret. It would be great if it could talk to you in an exciting, artsy voice.
This was a lot of fun, one of the most fun I've played so far. It had some good laughs.
As for the complaints about the dialog, maybe replacing the offending words with viking words that start with the same letter?
Pretty good for 2 hours of work. I'd love to see it fleshed out some more.
I liked the pixellated art, and it was fun bounding down the hills. Interesting movement mechanic.
Well, at first I thought, "Wow, this is easy." Then the bridge started flying apart and I peed myself a little. Then after I had gotten used to that, angry meteors arrived!
Great job!
Liked the graphics, the story seemed to be good, but I got stuck after reading the letter and couldn't find anything new to click on/do.
Interesting mechanic, at least if I'm playing it right - move, and hit space when dude is heading at the angle you want to fly.
Really awesome! Great puzzle mechanics, and some pretty funny dialog.
Nice audio, really made me feel like I was inside the run.
Very nice! Interesting, with the safe and danger zones, and the mechanic of kicking the bombs into place.
Great job!
The graphics were some of the best I've seen so far in this LD. Nice job!
Agree with Xatulu that the enemy shots were hard to see due to being a similar color to the starfield.
Sometimes you just have to get pushy with your distractions. Good job!
Very nice and well polished. I really like the graphics, and how each time track had its own color. Very unique gameplay.
Nice concept, will be really cool once the kinks are worked out. Good job!
Pretty fun, great use of the theme. Brian was a hoot, with all of his comments.
Pretty well done, interesting concept. Liked the music.
One idea would be to use the mouse cursor to aim the shield instead of the keyboard, this would give much more responsive and accurate control of the shield.
I like the use of 3D objects with 2D platformer mechanics. The music is very mellow and kind of soothing.
Liked the gameboy-style graphics. Well polished, though I must admit I didn't make it beyond level 3 at any point.
This played really well. Very original and very well polished.
This partly reminded me of an old 2600 game, Planet Patrol, but with the shooting mechanic replaced with a collecting one.
Nicely done!
Very nice, a very different kind of shooter. Great job!
Though this should be a jam entry if your friend created the song for it.
Wow, that's a lot of 3D level design for 48 hours. Good job! There was quite a mood through the whole game, but I think the creepiest part was when everyone around the stage was staring at me with those little beady eyes.
Sometimes key items seemed a little difficult to interact with (the key, the second flower). I had to get fiddly with the camera and my position relative to the item to make it work.
Link appears to be down at the moment...
Very cool concept.
One suggestion - if the player starts running low on shapes to use (i.e., no supremas possible), they should be able to get more shapes without sacrificing time. On that one point I felt like I was being penalized for doing well.
Other than that, great job.
Hmm, on my browser (Firefox, latest), the screen draws, then goes blank except for what seems like my square. Nothing seems to work after that.
Very unique controls! Took a while to get the hang of it, but it was a lot of fun. Great job!
Lol, this is one of the funniest entries I've seen. And with an intro video, even! Awesome job!
Neat little quadrathalon of minimized arcade games.
I really liked it, I would have loved for it to have been longer, building more complex shapes under a tighter time constraint. Hopefully this is just the beginning for this.
Great job!
This reminded me bit of the old arcade game Qix. In fact, I almost expected a bonus of some sort when I trapped 2 balls in separate boxes. I liked how it works with the theme!
The first time I tried it seemed to get stuck at the music switch dialog. I think I may have been colliding with a projectile/enemy at the time. The second time thru I was able to reach the end.
Did anyone else just start shooting at the kitten thinking it was some kind of boss?
Pretty cool, like the minimal take on the board game classic.
Pretty cool, liked the ammo mechanic at first, though after the first 30 seconds I felt like I was always out of ammo, and couldn't make any headway against the increasing number of enemies. Maybe boosting number of ammo given by pickups?
Cool concept, love to see it fleshed out more.
Liked the concept, though the movement felt a little bit touchy. Overall, good job!
Pretty cool! Love the concept of switching between editor and gameplay.
Adding gravity to your basic asteroids game makes it a bit more interesting. Good job!
Very creative puzzle game! Nicely done.
Pretty cute and fun little game. Great job!
Lol, first thing I thought when I started this game was, "I don't need all of these weapons!" I liked how the game slowly started whittling down your arsenal.
Web link not working.
Pretty cool, this had an addictive quality to it.
Like the game mechanics! Just the right length too, I was just about to stop and rate when it said "final level" and convinced me to see it through to the end.
@Mega1mpact: Yes, win state is at 10,000 points.
@martijn: I added a Windows build, hopefully that is what you needed. Unfortunately I don't have the hardware to test other standalone builds.
@m64 It is very beatable, my best time is day 6, 12pm. My wife's best is day 10. The shortcut keys displayed below the buttons should help things go a lot faster.
@xgeovanni - I kept all of the models as simple as possible, and used scaling with a simple cube model for anything "boxy". The most complex model was the room itself at 270 triangles. There are 10 unique models used and the rest save the room are 60 triangles or less. I usually say I dislike blender 3D, and only use it because its free, but if you say I accomplished a feat of productivity with it, maybe I need to change the way I look at that program. Most of the textures are just solid or pattern fills with a little geometric ornamentation and text. Some stuff, like the furniture, isn't even textured, just a colored material.
@KilledByAPixel - great idea to streamline, I like your idea of getting rid of the popup, and a later version will just use a single click or keystroke to deal with an item. I'd actually love to do that now, but gameplay-wise, we're stuck with the version we have until judging ends.
@SomeNetworkGuy - I was wondering too if this could help real hoarders. I think it actually models what I know of the recovery process pretty well in taking small steps to build up to taking larger steps.
@JimmyLord - I had thought about having the inspector not come if you got your act together, but for purposes of the dare figured that it would not play into the race to 10,000 points, so changing that went out of scope for now. There are in fact a couple of glitches unapparent to the player (and thus went unfixed) where objects could get stuck inside/under furniture, making a full clear impossible, so I didn't tie any sort of accomplishment to a full clear for that reason.
@dook - I was wondering when someone was going to make the Katamari connection. I did rather borrow from their progression mechanic (just substitute will increase for size increas), as well as borrowing their tendency for uncanny knockoffs of real world items with tongue-in-cheek flavor text.
@Codename Crab: Wow, awesome! This is the first time someone besides me has ever made a video of one of my games, and I am rather flattered. Thanks, I'm going to link to it on my blog a littler later, hope that is OK!
I liked the concept, though I couldn't quite figure out what would cause the blocks to slide closer together after a match.
Pretty cool, though I agree that it needs some balance in regards to the missile launcher. I was able to score 24 by using just 3 missile launchers to take the whole map.
Very interesting mechanic and concept, and a lot of fun to play. One of the best I've seen this compo.
Great work!
Seem to be having an issue on the web version where it sometimes generates walls too high to jump over?
When I don't get levels that start like that, it's a lot of fun.
Wow, that was creepy. I made it down to the basement, and something killed me, not sure what.
I lol'd so hard while playing this. Pretty much a button masher, but oh man, sheesh, and with the deer, and...
I liked how the background color changed as you picked up the bars. Great job!
Love the concept, cool gameplay.
I'm not very good at it, though. I don't seem to be able to last very long. I think my best was around 170 abductions.
Pretty cool little minigolf game. Took a minute to figure out the shooting mechanic but after that I had fun.
Very beautifully done! Both the graphics and the music are gorgeous. Love how you rotate a single piece of the puzzle at a time.
Excellent work!
Wow, this was pretty inspired. One of the better survival games I've played in a while.
Very nice! It gets really interesting when the red ones start charging you. I like playing matador with them.
Good take on minimalist art and all of its brightly-colored squares.
Very zen-like. I really liked the music, too.
You may want to consider throwing this up on Kongregate or something. The only way I could play was to download the webplayer file and html from dropbox, then correct the reference in the html file to the right filename. If it's on Kong, it will be much more seamless and easier for others to rate.
Wow, those formations are beautiful, if deadly. Great job!
I have never been motion sick before in my life, until now.
I did think it was a really interesting game mechanic. I'd play this more if the screen didn't move around so much.
I recognize the music - it is the same music that I use for the title screen of my game EARL's Warehouse, "Junk Ship Gold" by Dan-O.
Unfortunately using music not created during the 48 hour compo is a no-no.
Other than that little hitch, this was a good fun game to play.
It took me a moment to figure out that the lifts can be controlled even when not on them.
Overall, good job, and congrats on your first LD entry.
Interesting, congrats on your first LD entry. Good job!
Lol, I thought I had died when I reached the green particles, like maybe they were poison or something. Then I realized the game had just gone sideways on me.
Wow, everything about this game is good. The best I've played so far this LD. Love the concept. Great Job!
It was fun just putting together the sounds and shapes. Nothing more needed here. Great job!
Liked the music!
Cool graphics, especially the ship sprite.
Pretty cool, I think this could be evolved into a fully-fledged space golf game.
Great job!
Very nice! Good game mechanics, and excellent use of the theme.
Pretty cool, Those arrows are tough to deal with. Liked the graphics and the effects behind the balls. I felt like I was playing some sort of intergalactic polo.
I lost a ball to overacceleration on level 17. Perhaps an out-of-bounds check on the balls, triggering the ball or level to reset?
Very cool. Great use of the theme, and I loved the music.
Took me a while to realize I could slide rows/columns of letters, once I discovered that it was much better.
I immediately turned to my wife and called it an "Infinite Boggle where you can slide stuff around", and that got her very interested as well.
Great job!
Pretty cool retro graphics and sound. Poor pink creatures are going to die of starvation, at least the ones that weren't dissected.
Great job!
Pretty cool, I like how the ripple mechanic prevents you from just camping a small area with the mouse.
Good job.
Pretty cool, I managed to get 3 different endings.
Good job on the environment models!
Loved the graphics and the soundtrack!
I'm apparently quite a forgetful dog, forgetting about so many things I've buried.
This was pretty funny and enjoyable.
Wow, awesome music, that's a lot for 48 hours of work.
I thought the game got a lot easier when the power-up items were introduced, maybe introducing them earlier and being more sparing with them later would reduce the frustration level.
Overall, great job!
Pretty cool, I liked how you could confound the monsters by walking over top of them.
Nice minimalist RTS. I normally don't get into RTS, but I was getting into this one. Good graphics, and the music reminded me of some of the stuff Larry Fast/Synergy has done. Awesome job!
Is there a browser requirement for this? In mine (Firefox, latest), I seemed to hear popups, but did not see any popups.
Sorry, still not able to see the popups on my browser even after multiple refreshes.
Does that mean I win by default? In essence, my configuration seems to have done the job of eliminating the popups for me. =D
Ok, LOL, I figured out why I couldn't see popups. AdBlockPlus was literally killing the in-game popups. Disabled ABP for your game page, and the game now works like a charm.
Pretty cool game concept, and I liked how the popups were subtly different.
Though I think the TARDIS has been, erm... compromised, lol.
Pretty fun. I spent most of my time chasing after new brown segments to try to get back to original size.
Enjoyable, reminded be a bit of the arcade game Berserk from way back in the day.
Great game, loved the music and the concept.
Really well polished graphics, love the effect of the lines on the sand.
Awesome job!
Good story - I managed to save Anivia, but I think I might have picked up a touch of megalomania in the process.
Very cool, I like the whole dropping mechanic.
The audio was top notch, and the concept was good. I was really getting into it.
For some reason, the limited viewport caused me considerable eyestrain, though, and I could not play very long. That's probably me, though, and not any fault of yours.
Interesting concept, awesome graphics. Cool use of the theme. Great job!
Loved the fail screen. Great job!
Cool little arena shooter. I like the pixel art graphics!
Love the madcap destruction! More!
This reminded me a lot of Katamari or Tasty Planet.
Nice graphics and good use of the theme, though everything seems a bit too small, especially the skier and the schools of tiny fish.
Was pretty fun, great concept! Yes, a battery indicator would be great.
Interesting, unique concept. Nice simple graphics, pretty soundtrack. Great job!
Pretty fun little shooter, unfortunately at one point it glitched out on me and the screen went to all one color, and my game got reset as a result.
Pretty solid platforming controls, I never felt frustrated or hindered by them which is a rarity for a LD platformer. I think I got pretty far, but then the game glitched and the blocks stopped spawning though their colliders were still active and I could not continue from there.
I can see other players moving and firing, but I do not seem to be able to. I'm using Firefox.
Surprisingly addictive. I love all the different vibrant colored moles that appear. Great job!
The turn radius of the worm adds quite a bit of strategy to the movement. Well done.
Very fun, though I found it to be very tough. I'd love to see this fleshed out more. Great job!
Great mood, loved the silhouette graphics.
Love the concept and the 8-bit graphics and sound are well done. Great job!
So based on everyone's comments so far, I went in and double-checked the controls to make sure they were working as intended. They seem to be for both the Windows and Web version, on at least 2 machines. The official submission is version 1.0.1.7, which is verified to be up at both links, please let me know if you find yourself running a different version. Specifically, I know the controls were jacked in 1.0.1.6, and there were significant changes between the two versions, but 1.0.1.7 was up well before the compo ended.
It would be helpful to have more specific info on what is off about the controls for a lot of people. I know that one person here said the turn speed seemed too slow, and another on Kong strongly disliked the inverted mouse for looking up/down.
For what it's worth, when I play, I mainly use WASD and Space, and the mouse to look up and down.
Version 1.0.1.8 adds an "Invert Mouse" setting to make the game more accessible to everyone who was not a fighter pilot in a previous life.
Well, I thought I remembered reading that making a game more accessible was within the rules, but upon review that does not appear to be the case, so the invert option has been relegated to a post-compo version, and 1.0.1.7 will continue to be the official compo version.
After playing my own game again after a couple of days, I figured out another part of the controls that is probably leading to some of these complaints. Wasn't really a "control" per say, but the smoothed rotation of the camera with the player. I've now made it a lot sharper in the post-compo version, so the camera should re-align rotation with the avatar much quicker.
Post-compo link fixed.
@Dualhammers - Thanks for the feedback. Item dropping/exchanging was not implemented for the compo, but is being considered for future versions. In the compo version each item must successfully be brought to its goal before another one can be picked up.
More than swimming around and collecting, the goal of the game is to reveal the story of Atlantis. I could definitely see this game getting more varied gameplay to that end; this is what I could provide within the compo.
Very nice artwork. Great job!
Very interesting game concept. Would be nice if I could fill whole areas, though.
Pretty cool, I didn't really have an issue with the difficulty, it just took some careful resource management in the beginning. Maybe make the dots for heavier treasure bigger on the radar.
Pretty cool story, nice floaty platforming. Loved the narration! Great job!
Interesting concept, I really liked how the two currencies were tied to both the success and failure of the adventurers.
Cool puzzle mechanics. Could use a more clear indication of when walls can be moved (maybe have them change color).
Very interesting concept. I think it might be better if the ninja moved faster and the camera followed him during a test run.
If not for the obvious trademark issues, a good title for this would be "Pitfall Harry's Escape from Hell". Pretty fun little runner!
I liked how you could move on mostly every surface available.
I hope you do develop this further. I really liked the game concept.
Very nice graphics and atmosphere.
Whoa! A two-and-a-half ton pumpkin, and that was only my first try. Nice graphics, great use of the theme, unique concept.
Fun little sub game. Definitely fits the theme, and has some cool graphics. The water effects and ship model are especially nice!
At first, I thought I was supposed to walk along the bottom to find the fish, but I finally realized that the fish are supposed to come to me. After that, it was a pretty relaxing experience. Awesome graphics, and good soundtrack.
Cool concept, there is more strategy than I originally thought to collecting the loot. Great job!
I got about halfway through the level, and the ball decided to leave through the side of the playfield and got stuck as a result. Nice chiptune soundtrack.
Keep it up, I'm sure you'll beat your dad at this some day. Great job!
No lag here, even in Firefox. Interesting concept, would love to see this expanded.
Nice graphical art style. Had a very relaxed meditative feel. I liked how the music got more complex as I went on. Great job!
Seems to have a resource leak or something - I started playing it, then it and my entire browser kept running slower, and slower, until it would barely run anymore. Using Windows/Firefox. Looks fun, I'll make another pass later and see if I can rate it then.
Like the pen-and-paper style artwork. Great job!
It didn't seem to work in my Firefox Browser, or I couldn't find the secret key despite trying every key on the keyboard.
Oooh wow, that is one Creepy Pasta you have there. Too close to bedtime to play that one any more. Awesome job with the graphics and sound!
Nice runner, I recognize a lot of the music. Cool graphics, too.
Nice reversal of concept, and cool soundtrack. Great job!
Like the background contrast between above and below. Needs a reset level feature; at one point I got stuck and couldn't proceed.
Pretty funny, doing pick-ups, lol. Great job!
The visuals were nice, crisp and stark. I agree with what baykush_figtree said about the inputs, in addition, it took me a while to figure out I had a double jump (I see it in the instructions now, but had just glanced over them before playing).
Also getting invalid data file.
Interesting platform mechanic, and good use of the theme.
Nice graphics, I like the use of bordering to be able to see profiles of far-off shapes.
Really fun for the most part, though the hitboxes on the open doors seemed to be finicky. I seemed to need to be positioned just right to activate them. Great job overall!
Nice artwork. I actually had to work to lose the game, am I supposed to be doing something other than catching the worms?
site seems to be down.
Very innovative, yet simple. Great job!
Exploding monkeys are always fun, though I couldn't really use my powerups because my mouse cursor was tied up working the onscreen joystick.
The little tank reminds me of Blaster Master from back in the day. Some solid graphics for a 48-hour entry. Good, minimalist bass soundtrack. Great job!
Neat art style. It's not often anymore that an FPS draws me in.
It was fun once I started finding stuff, until then I wasn't sure exactly what I was doing. Then I was like "Oh, archaeology, cool!" Maybe a bit of a hook would help - like a backstory or rigging it so that the first block dug always finds something, then the game returns to normal.
This was pretty unique. I had some fun, though at times I found the game a bit punishing, especially when an explosion chain-reacts to offscreen (awesome!) and unleashes a crapton of lava (not-so-awesome) that eventually owns the entire level.
Hup! Coal! Coal! Coal! Coal! Coal! Coal! Hup! Hup! Coal! Hilarious.
Alas, the CGA color palette. How I've missed you. Nice castle defense game, great job.
Nice mood, excellent graphics. I was curious to see all of the various different endings. Great job!
Very nice! Great use of music as a weapon, and pretty awesome music too.
Great mood, and good use of the theme. One suggestion I would make would be to have separate keys for controlling the Qi to prevent unintended movement of the character once the Qi hits something.
Great graphics, awesome job. Is it actually hitting a search service to find the pictures?
This was a blast! I liked how you could even pick up the houses. Great job!
Very nice juxtaposition of humor and the war setting. Pleasantly absurd. Great job!
Great use of the theme, nice job!
I never thought I'd be playing a game where...
Hilarious and well done. Definitely an unconventional weapon.
The game does not seem to be up - getting an error page.
Kept me on my toes with some unexpected things - late in the game rec_circle for a red circle nearly tripped me up!
Awesome game! Most refreshing take on this type of game I have seen in a while.
Very nice! I was just barely able to complete it. Loved the mechanics, they were well done and well polished.
Awesome artwork, great job. Though I believe the correct name for the breed of cat may be "Punk-assed Hellcat", not "Striped ass". I know because I have one. ;-)
A very well done typing game. I really liked how the camera moved around the room, though I admit I was somewhat distracted by whatever psychadelic funk was going on in that armoire - was it a nightclub for underpants gnomes?
Awesome artwork, great job!
@badlydrawnrod lol, I guess that's what happens when you run out of time for texturing your models.
Thanks everyone for the great feedback! I'm glad the controls aren't ruining the fun too much for anyone. It's an area I always seem to have problems with, though I think it's better this time around than last.
Very awesome. Like Time Crisis but with cameras and ghosts. Great job!
Nice art style, cool minigame concept. Great job!
Very nice, loved the art style, and coffee is definitely an unusual weapon. Great job!
Nice game, good graphics. I did find though that by camping the lower right light switch, I could hold out indefinitely.
I like how the puzzles are multi-layered, needing to figure out both how to move safely and how to place mirrors. Great job!
nice, liked the graphics, and good use of the theme. I liked swinging around, but couldn't quite scale the floating cubes.
Well-implemented mechanics and lots of fun. Great job!
Very nice graphics, great job. I liked the twist where some of the lies were harmless, to cover other embarrassments.
Very nice, good use of the theme and good game mechanic. Would love to see more. Great job!
I liked the concept, though it could be easier to get the angels to drop stuff where I need it. Good use of the theme.
Pretty awesome. I loved how everything could be used as a weapon, even the pool tables. Great job!
Nice trajectory manipulation game. It took me a while to notice that you can adjust the firing angle of the gun, then that made it a lot easier. Great job!
Great use of the theme. Fun, though the rule of never, ever missing makes the difficulty a bit punishing.
Good use of the theme, this was a lot of fun to play. Great job!
Wow, this was pretty awesome. Great use of the theme, and great gameplay mechanics. I liked how the different enemies required different strategy, though I felt a little sorry for the poor box that spawned with zero axes.
Pretty fun, great use of the theme.
As for aiming suggestions, maybe have the aim follow the mouse cursor? I think that might be a lot easier.
Pizza and chips for world peace!
Nice art style, unique hidden object game. Great job!
Nice use of voxel graphics. Any chance you used the tool from the ForgeQuest guys to do the models? I only ask because I personally know them and I think they would be delighted if the tool was being used for jams.
Pretty fun, my suggestion would be to lose the cooldowns and randomize the waves so that it's less about memorizing the pattern for each level and more about matching colors quickly.
I also cannot figure out the ladders - running start you say, but even with a full screen-length running start dude just stops partway up. I made it up the first ladder once with a running start and a jump.
Also got stuck after opening either can. Good start, anyways.
Cool little maze game. I loved the audio for the command words. Nice job on the platforming aspect, it was solid.
Lol, blew myself up with an ignit barrel off of a chain reaction from a kill. Lots of fun, great job.
I have a controller, but only the left analog seems to be working in this game. It's an old USB Thrustmaster so nothing exotic.
Very interesting take on "Tower Defense", not actually defending a tower but a moving mob of supporters instead. I really liked it.
For some reason, I can't see the streets - I can see houses, trees, turnips, my truck, and other cars wanting hot dogs, but the background is completely black.
Using Unity Web Player version.
Loved the Seuss-like rhyme to start it all off. Is there a win condition?
I love when the little peoples cheer after I die. Great job!
"eyepads", lol. Great job. The awesomeness was indeed awesome.
Very fun! Artwork was well done, and great use of the them. Nice job!
Pretty awesome, loved the mechanics of turning the asteroids against each other. Great job!
That has to be the most zen dogfight I have ever flown. Awesome job with the graphics, too. Lots of fun!
Very nicely done, though I was dying for some zeroes, and maybe the ability to merge 2 demons into a 2-digit number. Great use of the theme.
Pretty fun and interesting. At first I thought the aiming was not working right, but then I figured it out. Great job!
This is by far the raunchiest LD I have seen yet. Very interesting gameplay "mechanics". Great job!
very cool game mechanic, one of the best light-based games I've seen in this event. Great job!
Good mashup, though the web controls were also weird for me. I had to reload it and double-fullscreen before it finally worked.
Loved the art style and the effects. Great job!
Fun little tower defense game, nice job. There does seem to be a bit of a bug where mobs get stuck behind buildings, so early on one needs to be careful to not end up in a situation with no money and one of these stuck mobs or it's game reset. It's not really an issue later in the game once you have more money.
Wow, that's a lot of impressive audio there. Great job!
Very mellow, yet fun. Great job!
Very unique, and good use of the theme. Great job!
You are a brave soul for using the Unity WebGL compiler. Nice job.
Good use of the theme, and very interesting concept. It would have been cool to see the pictures that I took through the game.
Nice artwork, though the game kicks my butt in about 15 seconds.
This was a lot of laughs! Great job.
Lots of fun. Love the gameplay mechanic. At first I thought that the bright red ones were going to explode and take a bunch out, maybe that's an idea for a new type of alien.
Loved it. I feel like you're just getting started with this one.
This was a lot of fun. At first I ran out of energy and was like, "oh, crap", but then I realized I could go back inside and buy more and upgrade. I wanted more when it ended.
Nice graphics, loved the art style. Great job!
The load time was very slow for the web version, but it was well worth it! The graphics were awesome, and zooming around the yard with granny and her umbrella was a lot of fun. Great job!
Kept me entertained for a while, I did finally escape the Dark Forest on my 4th attempt. Nice job!
Very fun, some very meaningful powerup choices through the game. Great job!
Also will not load here:
uncaught exception: could not load memory initializer Release/webGL.html.mem
Firefox 37.0.1
Does not seem to be working for me. The island comes up, there is a number in the center hex, but I can't interact with anything.
Cool concept, great job. F1 to list attacks did not seem to work for me, though.
Very nice, I'm been surprised that more people didn't use food as their unconventional weapon.
Well done 3D world - very nice graphics. Great job!
Good use of the theme, this was a lot of fun. Great job!
Pretty funny, great use of the theme. Nice visual style on the characters.
Nice artwork, and interesting game mechanics. I did manage to break it a bit: I found that if I quarantined two mummies off to one side, no more would spawn and my workers could freely and safely move about indefinitely. Other than that, though, it was a very fun game.
Interesting use of the theme. Nice job!
Steerable bananas FTW. Great use of the theme, nice job!
Great use of the theme, nice job!
Lots of fun, pushing the crates around did seem to be the way to go. Liked the artwork, it's a shame I can't rate this entry on it.
Surprisingly this is the second most shocking game I've played so far this LD. Any other LD it would have been hands down the most shocking. Anyway, great job, hilarious.
Pretty funny story and weapons. Great job!
Nothing like throwing your cohorts under the bus... I mean boulder! Lots of fun, great art style. Nice job!
Great concept, though it is tough to manage all of those planets with just one mouse. Loved the music and the gameplay. Nice job!
Fun turnabout with bullets firing humans. Nice level graphics. Great job!
Very fun, loved running between the different productions and swapping the scripts around. Great artwork, too. Nice job!
Lol! Great use of the theme, and awesome mechanic. I loved the multi-target aspect of most enemies. Great job!
Nice puzzle game, and rather challenging. I'd probably be better at it if I understood more of the rules of what exactly causes the cave ins. Great job!
The various weapons were great, and the music had a real Metroid feel. Great job!
What, no kitchen sinks to jettison? Just kidding. Lots of fun, great use of the theme. Nice job.
Good parody, and nice puzzle game to boot. Great job!
The first time I tried to play, I got stuck in the first level after the tutorial - I took the path that led to the water area first, and could not backtrack to get the key that I needed. Second play, completed successfully.
Overall, nice job!
Cool platformer. I figured I was supposed to do the last bullet obstacle with the water power, but found it easier with just air power, timing, and luck.
Great job!
Brilliant adaptation of chess and beautiful graphics. Great job!
We love Katamari, and we love your game! <3
I was able to succeed at most of the shapes at least once, except for the LD35 shape. Very pretty environment for a compo game. Well done.
If I were to take this further, one of the first things I would do is make the ragdoll's body parts break away and fly off when they are hit.
Great use of the theme and awesome graphics. A fun little puzzle game. Great job!
Very nice, I really liked the style of the health bar. Good design for the weapons for each shape.
Fun, innovative game, despite the glitches. A good start for something bigger. Great job!
Great graphics, mood, and music! Had fun playing.
I liked the differences between the three cars. Takes me back to my autocrossing days. Great job!
Well, it was fun making a big ball pit for the robot to jump into. :-)
Loved it! A lot of fun. Great job!
Great job introducing the mechanics. Overall a well done runner.
Was just getting into it (2nd encounter) and got an error "LaffyTaffy.exe stopped working". I don't think it's RAM, I've got like 15GB of those.
"STOP!"
"What?"
"Hammer Time!"
Dude I nearly spit out my drink! Some good wordplay and off-guard humor there.
Why no rating for fun? I had fun!
Really liked the musical changes when transforming. Great job!
High points for mood - this is a neat little painting game. I liked how there was a day/night cycle that affected somewhat what tools were available.
Great graphics and audio. Very well put together. Nice job!
like the shader effects and some of the different, subtle powers of the forms (dogs being able to locate food for instance). Needs a sound effect or something when food or a new form is collected; I got the flea form and didn't even realize it.

Overall, great job!
Excellent graphics and sound, and one of the best games I've seen this compo. Great job!
+1 for pants (present or not).
Intense... Bizarre... Stayed for the end... great job, congrats!
Nice simple concept, cute animations on the water blocks. The ice form did not seem to be needed to clear any obstacles though, or I was really lucky.
I read the note about needing 1024x640 resolution, that was not an option in the resolution dropdown, but it seemed to run in 1024x768 just fine.
Very funny, great job!
Wow, good writing. Kept me engaged through the whole story.
Great graphics and sound, very nice job!
Liked the mission-based take on this. Great job!
Very funny! Great job!
Wow, surprisingly in-depth gameplay for such a simple game. Excellent job!
Nice voxel graphic environment, would love to see this expanded upon.
lol, pretty funny shapeshift forms for a ninja. Very interesting. Great job!
This has the beginnings of a really good game. With some tuning, it would be really awesome. Great job!
Very well done. Reminds me of Wii titles like Wario Ware. Lots of crunch. Great job!
Good use of the theme, though like others I had a bit of trouble understanding the mechanics. Even still I managed to clear a good number of shapes. I felt like I almost had it but was missing one or two critical pieces of information.
Very nice with the shifting level layout! Brutal at times, but a lot of fun. Great job!
Nice graphics and music, great job!
Great graphics, nice how the special powers let you flow from one human to the next. Great job!
Nice balance of power concept, a lot of fun.
I think I stumbled across a bit of an exploit, not too bad but it does kick down the difficulty quite a bit. Seems an easy way to play for a long time is to eliminate all of one shape, become that eliminated shape, and then you can just maintain the balance between the two remaining shapes without ever having to changing form again.
I'd recommend not allowing the player to become/remain in the form of an eliminated shape.
It's like M.C. Escher went out clubbing or something. Great job!
