Like so many of these games, I spent a few minutes trying to read the designer's mind, then gave up because the reward was not worth it. No idea what I was supposed to be doing.

Great idea, I was hoping someone would do a minimal minecraft. Unfortunately the bugginess made it hard for me to appreciate the execution.
I was wondering if someone would do a tiny RTS. Great implementation of the concept.
Your web link doesn't work...
GENIUS. Best original puzzle game I've seen in this comp. And beautiful simple animation too.
Really smart game mechanic! With a little balancing and polish this could be a very addictive mobile game. Great job.
Really clever design!
Ingenious.
I love this! That faux-3D rolling-cylinder world concept is great, I might steal that idea. :) Really nice graphic style, and the map-in-the-sky astral plane idea is great.
I love the Tron-style world and the floaty FPS flying and shooting. Unfortunately the controls are so floaty, and the shots so slow, that it's hard to feel skillful or do much more than blunder around.
Holy crap you made a game out of Max/MSP. Combined with SpaceChem. I'm in awe of this as a 48 hour project, fantastic. At first I forgot it was a game and was just making music with it. :)
Very nice minimal game, does a lot with a little. I was disappointed there were not more expensive upgrades, I was fully upgraded as soon as I figured out what was going on. Still, nice work!
Clever gameplay, I played up to level 6. Love the music.
Marvelous.
If this doesn't win then there is no God.
This game is exactly like my real life in every way, from the soothing ambient music to the constant exploding of cars to the shitting of my pants. Nine stars in every category.
Curse you for reminding me that my Rift has not yet arrived. :) Really wish I could be playing this.
C'mon man.
I love this! Like Gradius but a hundred thousand times better. Please expand this into a full game and I'll pay $5 for it on Steam.
After I died, it just sat there with enemies still flying around and I couldn't figure out how to restart.
Beautiful. Needs Oculus Rift support for gut-blowing terror mode.
Really torn on rating this -- those visuals are astounding, I can hardly believe you did those animated models and cool visual filter in 48 hours. However it doesn't make for much of a fun game.
WOW. Beautiful polished audiovisual style, great-feeling controls and clever gameplay, you've got it all. The best entry I've seen so far.
Making me stand still for 2 seconds every time I try to interact really discourages me from trying to interact with anything. And I didn't see any keys anywhere, like several other people I just ended up at the end with nowhere to go. It's too bad, because those graphics are delicious and I wish I could make art like that.
Still better gameplay than Bioshock Infinite.
I really wanted to play this because the screenshot looks beautiful, but I am missing some mysterious DLL.
I couldn't figure out anything to do. But it was weirdly compelling just to run around...
You sound down on the whole experience but I actually really like the idea you went with. It's also rad to see something made in Blender! Like others have said, shading to indicate the shape of the actual tracks would go a long way.
Very nice visual style, simplest possible minimalist gameplay. Great entry.
Beautiful art, funny sounds, but sending me back to the start every time is a bit much.
I came back to this one just to look at the art again. Are you an artist by trade? That screenshot's so tasty I want to chew on it.
Nice! This is the only rhythm game I've seen. Really curious how you were syncing game stuff to the audio track, did you just use a song of known BPM and timers?
Great visuals! The rezzing/derezzing of the main character is hypnotic to watch. Control/walking feel could use some polishing.
Great great great idea. Dang that's cool.
Is this a parody of garbage like Heavy Rain? If so, bravo, I guess.
WOW! That is a LOT of really nice quality content for a 48 hour game. And fun! And the stick-parts-to-yourself mechanic is creepy cool. Fantastic work.
very pretty and the audio is the best I've heard in this ludum so far.
Really ambitious, and it partly succeeds. I think you tried to do too much here. Still, impressive.
I was all set to hate on this, but then I read the thing...this is great. A cross between Cheapass Games and Fiasco. :D
URMUM IS FAT. This is one of my favorites so far, tons of game content crammed in there!
You have been banned from /r/pyongyang.
Holy crap, great work. Really nice animation, very polished. And fun!
I love this toybox un-game style. Great choice of sounds, I left it turned up despite your advice. :)
HOW HARD IS IT, IT'S RIGHT THERE.
I love Choplifter style games. :) Fun, although the controls felt really syrupy and frustrating.
There's a lot of gameplay in this for only 48 hours, great work.
I had not heard of a "rage game" but I tried this and now I understand the name. Congrats on your first game!
What a great idea, very original. The way the levels ease you into the idea is great. Visuals are very soothing.
First entry to make me laugh out loud. It's high time someone took down that damn Philip Glass via the medium of potato-themed one screen web games.
WOW. I love the visuals, and the premise and gameplay are hilarious. Fantastic work.
Sorry about the broken Linux build -- fixed that (I hope).
Strangely compelling. Nice music too.
I "played" through this non-game to the end just so I could keep listening to the excellent downtempo music. You should give up game design and become a triphop DJ.
Wow.
Ingenious.
WOW!
I like the little square smokepuffs, and that's a great font choice too. Really good first game, nice work!
Seems balanced for maximum frustration.
HOOOOLY CRAP it's so pretty! Katamari Damacy in space. That skybox alone should win you some kind of award.
Eerily realistic simulation of living in San Francisco.
Despite your sad story this is a pretty cool minimal game idea. It would benefit a lot from starting easy and ramping up.
Incredible.
CRESCENT FRESH. This is goddamn genius, did you invent these mechanics? I would play the hell out of this, I just started to understand the tactics toward the end of my first game. There is at least one bug; at one point I capped a piece and both mine AND his returned to the start. But wow.
Really smart minimal game! I love the aesthetic. As other reviewers said though, the click detection is a bit frustrating.
I thought "this is pretty neat" as I walked around the planet flipping myself over. Then I fixed my rocket and...my mind was BLOWN. Nice work. :)
Very very pretty, but I agree with other commenters that it's quite frustrating and not so rewarding. Even so, a beautiful achievement for the 48 hour limit.
Once I figured out how to play: wonderful.
Thank you for making a straightforward game where I don't have to read your mind or remember 7 controls. Really enjoyed it, polish this up and release as a $0.99 mobile game. :)
So good, I thought I was actually playing Just Cause 2.
Really nice work, lots of nice visual candy. Fun game although I think the freezing of controls during the static was frustrating. Solid all around!
Incredible.
Really nice! The mechanic flows naturally from the elements involved, and ends up being challenging but relaxing, very in the spirit of the theme. BTW -- I fixed the Linux build of my game if you want to try it. :)
Honestly I wanted to dislike this as an arty platformer with a long unskippable intro, but...I smiled at the end. Really nice minimalist work.
This is the first one that made me want to download the source just so I can see your crazy shader code. Awesome.
