i like the graphics and the concept, even if adding a bit more difficulty could have been a good choice. i agree with the others. youy should upgrade this game outside of the compos :D
i am not a real lover of point and click games, because usually you need to figure out a logic to the actions you need to do that isn' t always, well, logical.however, in this minigame i could appreciate a different approach, where with some clues you need to make a decision based on them. might be right or wrong, but at least it was your decision. i think this is a good manner to make an immersive game experience. you should make something on the line of this game, i would definitely play it! :D
some animation or sound for the attacks would be good. Maybe even raise the HP of the minions.
Even so, i like the game and the audio :D
Did you maybe have my same problem? got an hard time on the code part and left withut time for all the rest? if so, i understand you. even so it' s a good work :D
it' s an original game, even if too much slow :S
i got a great time hitting goats. really a good game! my only complain is that at high velocity i feel pain to my ayes >_<

You should lower the volume of the sound effects. Also, the spikes are a lot difficult to avoid. That said, i like the 4Bit style \:D/

The art is fantastic, man. And i like the game in general, though i don't agree with your philosophy of only orizontal shooting xD
I love how people took this theme as a competition to make the more significance from the bare minimum. And of course i also love this competing games. this is not an exception. And about the "not so much a game" part, well, atm we are not even sure of the modern definition of game, so don't worry about it xD
The trick is learning how to use the boundaries to bounce around. Glad you guys like it xD
Hitting the tiniest circle is near to impossible xD anyway it's a nice game. i would have loved to hear more sounds (maybe unlocking some looping pattern). good work pal :D
You did a graeat job with the music, man. On the gameplay side, it's a bit difficult to do all the work with only horizontal and vertical beams, but it was fun :)
I like the graphics a lot. I can't say the same for the commands though xD

I really enjoyed this one. i found a graphical experience that i thought hard to find on games made in 2-3 days. I was captivated by the sounds and music. Though a side effect is probably the fact that the core game is a bit too short. Anyway i really like your work :D
Very good game! I like the music and the story a lot, good job on it ! i think though that you should have spent more time polishing the core gameplay, so to avoid situations where you can be stuck by a misplaced block, or worse where you don't know what's your goal. Working on these points i am sure you could pull out a great game ;)

Actually, i spaced out a bit when i found out that the fishes would say some existential/comic haikus. It was a good surprise. Damn, i need to play more of your work, miss! >:D
the game is beautiful. I can't really find any quirk on it that needs to point out. Maybe, making more obvious that once you beat a level, the next game you'll start will be more difficult, but that's just to be silly xD anyway, really nice work, i enjoyed it a lot ;)
Though the goals of the game are not very clear, i i found that going crashing to planets ( potatoes?planetoes maybe) and starting to eat them is hilarious :D you should explain the game controls a bit more, but i liked it! cool work :D
The game mechanic is an interesting one, and the final boss was expected, but hilarious xD
The problem lies on 2 things:
the the ammunitions are too few, with a recharge time too long;
the spawn points are not safe from mobs, and it often happens a death cycle of doom, with the enemy on the spawn point.
The controls are a bit tricky whan jumping, with that's a problem of mastering. I enjoyed this :D
I found the ending very...uh...free for interpretation? xD
anyway, i think that this is great game. I like the music and the art, and the gameplay is original. i would have liked a longer game though, with maybe more narrative :P Tanking about narrative, there's a bug at the start of the game, where there's the same text over and over ( the one of the 200000 years thing). I also didn't understand if i had to wait or to press a button ( the latest option would be better). Anyway, cool game, good job ;)
TAKE. A. POTATO. This game was ....well....not exactly a game... but it was one of the best i played so far on the Ludum Dare! (wat?) It was a very smart use of the theme and the non-theme. Also, i easily fall in love with peoples that do amazing pixel art. So you just earned a new fan ;D
really enjoyed the idea. at first it was a bit tricky, then i applied the chess mentality : white always starts first xD it's a shame that there are so few levels. also good job with the graphics and the music. I'd really like to see a deeper development of this game :)
Very great art and music. i was also surprised to find that the map wasn't static. though simple and short, it was a good experience :)
Nice game. it's a bit short and controlling the camera is a bit clumsy, but at the same time i liked the camera movement and the graphics :)

I really like how the story evolves. And most of all, i like the idea behind this game. I am overjoyed every time i see a non banal approach to this kind of theme. Thank you for the experience :D
oh gawd. the game is quite innovative from my perspective. i really like it, but i am sorry, i can't pull myself to play scary games. i know that it seems silly, but trust me. i stopped playing amnesia after the first 30 seconds, when a breeze of air and some voices came out of a dark door. But from what i played, i have to say Great work :D
This is a very good entry. i always liked voxel style with this level of granularity. The concept of the game is quite interesting too, and you managed to be broad enough with the type of enemies. if there is something negative though, that is the lack of a clear goal for the player. though i spent quite a lot of time on a killing spree, i didn't feel like i was accomplishing anything other than killing monsters and bombing walls to get hearts. if i may, i'd suggest either to increase the rate at wich the rooms become more difficult or raise the difficulty cap/number of enemies per room etc.. in a way that a certain point, clearing a room becomes almost impossible (you'd have a nice arcade with just this). if you feel generous, place a clear goal , like finding a way our, or beating a boss, or even better find your D&D campaign dungeon master that exagerated with the session planification and got imprisoned on his contraption. Apart from that, awesome work guys :D
i found the start of the game quite confusing due to the shop commands. i spent the first minutes stalling trying to understand how did it work. neverthless, interesting game, good job :)

though it would benefit from some music, i enjoyed this game. the procedural generation of the maze was well done, and the idea of the game is nice. i would love to see a complete version of this game for tablets. really nice work :D
it's a bit bugged during blocks collision, and you should fix that delay between player transformation and day shifting. Apart from that, nice game. i quite like the art :3

Beautiful game. the problem is that the controls aren't quite comfortable, and the tutorial lacks of clearance. i think that fixing that should be a high priority task . neverthless, great job ;)
Congrats for your first game :D i see that even if it's your first game, you managed to make interesting puzzles, and that' s great. i managed to arrive half way ( because i suck at puzzle timed games :| ) and i am impressed by what i saw. really, keep up the good work, mate :D
woot, this game is quite difficult! my highest score is just a bit above 230 :P i like it. the art and sounds are nice. i just find the w key a bit uncomfortable to use :P nice work :D
