Very hard to aim. Could do with separating movement and aiming controls and using mouse for fine control

Can't run on windows 32bit.
Nice idea but needs more to do other than just keep firing at things and wander around and maybe so reason to actually visit multiple elemental areas
Interesting idea. Plays well once you work out how it works.
Nice first level. Like the idea
Can't play as 64bit only
Very nice game :)
Can be very hard at times depending on if there is the right type of normal ship around.
Nice idea but basically always wanted to be in the shifted form so just spammed the T button. Could be good if they had different abilities and actually being humans was needed at some points
I made it to level 5 - http://sasha.sector-alpha.net/~staircase/squareshift.png
Fun game. Berserker Mode might be a bit too good. Thats how I got through level 4. Basically constantly grabbing beserker modes and growing till giant but then losing many as soon as it finished.
Good start. Could be very good with a few more mechanics and ideas
Very difficult to play. Couldn't work out how to move properly
@BoltKey: I have updated the description with a hopefully better description of the rules. If you have seen bullets not bounce of a flat side then please let me know.
I had always intended to have multiple levels of difficulty, a tutorial and instructions in game but ran out of time. There is now a new version that might explain it better linked in the description above. Also there is a summary of the rules in the description above
Also thanks everyone for trying it and the feedback :)
Couldn't load. Not able to allocate enough memory. Maybe produce windows and linux builds not just web
Currently seems very hard to actually win and doesn't really have that much you can choose to do.
Very interesting game with interesting mechanics. Would have been good to explain some of the mechanisms when they first appeared but wasn't too hard to work it out. The puzzles were good. Would definitely be interested in seeming more level for this.
This is a very interesting interpretation of the theme and a fun game! How about a second level?
Fun little game. Only issue was the tooltips that told you the box size were illegible once more gifts appeared as they overlapped and it was impossible to tell which was for which gift. Also it seems a bit silly that good toys can be thrown in the fire without penalty.
Even with the hints above I still couldn't actually deliver any presents other than by throwing hundreds at each chimney and hoping some went in. Graphics seemed to not handle me rotating very well which didn't help with aiming at all. Quite a nice idea though.
I'm getting an "Error: Invalid or corrupt jarfile" when I try to run it. I also tried to open it as a zip archive using 7-zip and it said it was't an archive.
Java details: java version "1.8.0_151" Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_151-b12) Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 25.151-b12, mixed mode)
@damoy I have made it work. Apparently for some reason the windows zip extractor is corrupting the jar file when it extracts it from the zip file. Using 7-zip instead produced valid output.
Now I can play it. Nice little game. Aiming bullets was very hard and could have done with a little bit more instructions. Other than that good game.
Nice game! Works well.
Was brilliant fun, if annoyingly hard to actually do anything useful! Maybe make the area that counts as being close enough to the head to eat a little bigger.
