Amazing game! Highest that I got to was 347, its very hard! I think that this would make for an awesome full release, for instance a mobile game. I would play it a lot! Overall 10/10 idea and execution were flawless

Everything about this game shines, unique gameplay, amazing art, very polished, good visuals, good effects, nice variation of maps. I really like the fact that once you do run out of bullets, there is no way to come back, a good nod to the theme.
This game ROCKS! Tons and tons of fun, there's no other way to say it. The literal only downside I felt was that it was hard to initially tell which zombies were OHKO and which had armor, which would bounce bullets and which would pierce through. (this was very quickly fixed when i realized i was too busy being impressed to pay attention to what color the zombies were, whoops) But everything else is awesome! Multiple maps with fun angles, art and music fit the vibes perfectly... very interested in seeing where this goes!
*the only other downside is I can't seem to exit the web build (not that i want to)
Core gameplay loop is fast and arcadey, really excellent combat, utilizes an innovative concept for the top down shooting. Nice game, good work.
@Fzsa-v and @DevParty thanks you !!!
Love on u everyone
@fzsa-v @devparty thanks so much!!!!
@xmagpie4 @fzsa-v @devparty It's actually my first jam, I have chills by seeing your positive comments!
I love this game. Such a great concept, really satisfying to play
I love this game, it has such cool concepts such as time-stop and bullet ricochet. The game effects and art look so cool as well. If I saw this game on Steam I would have thought it was a full fledged indie game already.
Really neat game I like how the speed slows with your moveSpeed.
@Enkrypton I'm glad you like the art and the game :D
This is an awesome game. I love the mechanic where you have limited amount of bullet and have to collect it. The time stop also help a lot. The feeling of bloody crunching through eneny feel great.
This was put together really well, awesome mechanics and innovation. It was really hard at first but eventually I got the hang of it!
Pretty cool!!!
Hekkin good game. Great sound, great effects, very polished gameplay, very fun! Bullet multi-ball is surprisingly fun to play around with.
Really good! Art, sound, and gameplay in general are amazing! Solid contribution ^^
Damn, this game was amazing! Very polished and the combos were super satisfying, made it to 2228 🔫😎
This was a lot of fun. The slow down and ricochet mechanics were really satisfying, and the atmosphere was great. Splash graphics were so worth the time you guys spent on it, and really brought it all together. Good juice and polish, just overall a blast to play. HTML5 could get a bit laggy and those skips are obviously deadly, but had no such issue with windows. Go team Godot!
@cyzaine Hello! Thanks for the comment. There is rare issues on the HTML5 version because we used a GLES3.0 version which is less optimized for browsers. I hope it wasn't that bad.
@sagiii Was good enough that I played it another 5 times before trying the Windows version which got another 10ish plays. So I'd say mission accomplished!
Sorry to spam, but had to add, literally all I want is a Leaderboard heh. Take a peak at [SilentWolf](https://silentwolf.com/) for a good free one for Godot. Its what we used and is pretty easy to implement and we used it for Somnipathy to pretty good effect.
@cyzaine ok silentwolf is noted thanks for the tip! We didn't know how to add one so we were thinking about adding a fake leaderboard (with fake scores and all) but we got lazy...
Great game to you all! The time manipulation on movement was very clever!
@cyzaine I'm working on it! Can't wait to see your insane scores.
Great game! Core mechanic is extremely engaging, fits the theme well. Had to come back and play it a couple times!
Fantastic game, great art, engaging combat, feels smooth. Hope you expand on this!
A little gem. Comic stylized graphic style is awesome, and the gameplay is even better! :D
it looks and feels great. The recollection ricochet mechanic was really fun to explore and it is really going hand in hand with the way the time dilation works
What a cool game ! Loved the gameplay and its interesting mechanics. Also I really enjoyed the menu art !
a bit though on the first couple game but incredibly fun when you get the grasp , love every aspect of the game !
@cobgoblin @scootaloozamyslona @heho Hello! Thanks for the comments! What do you think we should expand/add on the game? We are starting a leaderboard feature as suggested and it will be released after the deadline as stated in the rules.
Really slick, awesome game. The juice you put into this game is perfect, it leads to some incredibly satisfying moments of gameplay. Going from having nothing in the chamber being chased around by a pink guy to a full reload off some lucky ricochets in another room *chef's kiss*
This is flippin' DOPE. Felt like hotline miami meets SUPERHOT. Very cool game, and an interesting take on the theme. Sound and visuals are poppin', the juice is juicy, and the bouncy bullets are... bouncy? great job!
@scootaloozamyslona @heho @cobgoblin @nebiros thanks i'm so glad u love the art !
Probably the most fun game I've played so far :) The gameplay and feedback has been nailed perfectly, despite being terrible in every run I've done so far, I'm hooked. Great job
@sagiii honestly the base of this is already so solid I hesitate to even suggest anything! I think some slight enemy variance and perhaps maps with dynamic components could add to the strategy of it, but it feels so clean that it might honestly be a "less is more" scenario. Either way it plays beautifully!
This is so cool! I love this idea! It's a real challenge in all the good ways. I've never seen a mechanic like this before. Also your art and music are stellar.
@david-york The music isn't our propriety but the art is mine, i'm really glad you like it !
really awesome game, I had so much fun with it. it's just so cool to try to kill the zombies in the most stylish ways bouncing the bullets on the walls and getting it back. very well done!!
Blood, bullets, chaos! Had to deliberately put it down or I'd be stuck for ages playing this. Great job to all 3 of you!
what an awesome game. This game give a great feel from all the graphics and sounds.
Outstanding! Fantastic mechanic, metal concept. Very engaging gameplay, fast, violent, intuitive, well executed. Great work! Sound design was perfect.
338 Lapua Magnum in a wheel gun. If you gonna go out, go out big.
Man, this is cool! The intro/ending art is really cool, and I love the concept! Some nice gameplay polish too, the slowdown and visual effects help keep clear what's going on. Great job!
@anson-rutherford @wainini @autogibbon Thank you very much, i'm so glad you enjoy my art !!!
@whiskeybadger big gun for big boom
Wow, it's awesome!
Bang-bang! It's a cool game, I'd like to spend more and more time playing it! Thanks for this wonderful work)
Very solid concept and superb execution for a jam game. I want to highligh the super simple, 1-bullet tutorial which teaches everything the player needs to know in 1 second.
The only thing I found missing was to way to somehow predict bullet's trajectory after it has been fired. Things change after the initial shot moment and sometimes catching that one bullet may be essential to staying alive. But then again, that is also something that the player can learn if they play the game more - so it is a double-edged sword.
@nash I made the tutorial, thanks for the feedback!
Your game is AWESOME! I felt the vibe like i was playing a mix between Hotline Miami and Superhot. Its a really cool game that you made here! The music is incredible, the SFX also very good to listen. Love the illustrations in the menus, the colors that you used, it's soo aligned with the idea that i was excited to play it even without starting the game.
I just have two comments: first of all, the game is VERY difficult. Die with just one hit seems very punitive for a game like this that you want to play for more time. Don't know if it can be a sollution have a life bar for the character or simply do not destroy the bullets. Instead, they just go faster while more zombies came in. After some time i know the game will be a total madness, but this look such a good way to keep the vibe that you have in the game.
The second comment is about the map itself. For the jam, it's great! But i really hope that you make a full launch of this game in some platform, and make the ingame map so great as the illustrations made for the presentation. Actually it seems a little empty.
I loved your game, hope to see more of it soon.
Great job!
@platyboss Thanks for the feedback, as for me it' not really punitive for the one life with the slowmo but i can understand how it can be frustrating to be one shot. Thanks again for the feedback we will analyse all of that for make the game greater. PS: I'm really flattered ypu like the art of the game and i hope make the in game visuals greater
Style with mega coolness! This urges to evolve. Great concept, loved it, man!
Hello! Thank you all for the comments.
@platyboss Thanks for your interest. The instant death and the bullet destruction are punitive but it was a choice for making the player feel vulnerable and force him to think more than just shooting. The SFX aren't from us we just used some no copyright sounds we found.
We didn't plan to add a lot of things to the game because the team thinks that we should not modify it. We planned to add a leaderboard, maybe other maps, and enemies after the rating phase.
We discussed it a lot on the team and we are still discussing it and even if the concept is great we can't add a lot of things because it can have a big impact on the gameplay.
Thank you again for the comments and have a great day!
nice game! The music is awesome. Your game fits the theme well! Good job!

Just for the precision promo 2.png
The game felt amazing and the gameplay was very polished, the bullet ricocheting mechanic worked very well and the attention detail also was noticeable like the on screen effects. The variety in the zombies was also a nice touch as it led to different tactics needing to be adopted for different scenarios. I feel like the main mechanic wasn't really delaying the inevitable as you could go on forever (e.g. the tactic where you camp a corridor). The audio was very good and the overall presentation of the game was really really good. I had a lot of fun playing, and has one of the best game feels of the jam so far! This really is an amazing game!
This game just feels so good to play. It feels like it has a crazy amount of polish and filling up the skull meter feels extremely satisfying. The only other thing I can say about this game is that I wish the slowing down time mechanic was better explained or demonstrated. It took me a bit to figure out it even existed, but once I did, oh boy.
Hello @meeseagainsthumanity ! Thanks for the comments. Do you have any suggestions for making the time manipulation more intuitive? I just thought about an hourglass on the hud, I'll speak with the team about that. Also, we are thinking about limiting the time slow utilization.
One of the best games I played during this jam. Keep it that way!
Pretty dope! I love the gameplay concept, its very satisying to do a big combo! The only thing is that the comic art is so good that it want that for the actual gameplay as well which is of course tricky
Great game! I love the intro cutscene artwork, looks amazing!
Creative interpretation of the theme and a fun and interesting take on time manipulation, feels like a 2D take on superhot!
Great work!
Gameplay is so frenetic, keeps you on tension and at the same time feels really satisfying. Art and atmosphere are brutal. Great work!
Ohh man, this was such a treat! I love the mechanics of bullet time and it feels great to be on a roll with bullets flying everywhere ready for grabs and zombies just falling into heaps of dead flesh! Excellent Submission to the LD! And a great job good sir! Chainsaw Cheerz!
Awesome game mechanic idea, it is really fun to play and has a well designed gameplay !
Love the drawn graphics & music too. Top entry here :)
Awesome game. Well executed and polished.
Wow, what a polished entry. The bullet mechanic works perfectly, and ties in to the theme well. Excellent visuals and art direction, a very stylish game. Good job!
I didn't expect a superhot style time mechanic, but that was a cool surprise! I really dug the art style too and everything flowed well and felt polished with a lot of juicy effects. Only criticism I have is that the movement was maybe a bit too fast and slippery, with the character going a lot further than I wanted. Great work, nonetheless!
:exclamation: ATTENTION: this game is highly addictive!:exclamation:
So f'kin stylish! :sunglasses: Badass stuff, but more of that - this is so fun to play, this is fresh, this is new, and I spent a lot of time in it.
I wish you luck, I think you can win a gold medal with that!
Awesome :D! Pinball and a top down shooter.
Very, very cool! Love the concept and the execution is well done.
That.. was really good !!! Great job !
I had a lot of fun playing yor game : the idea is great, the arts and sound are really fiting, commands are clear and simple to understand. A solid entry !
I just had some bugs while shooting ennemy at point blank range: sometime the bullet just goes trough them and I die :(
Hello thank you all for the comments!
@furano Yeah it's not really a bug we just can make the bullet appear closer to the player. I'm sorry if that bothered you, I'll personnaly change this for the final version which will release after the rating phase.
The art is SOOO Cool! I just wish it translated better to the gameplay as opposed to just cutscenes and stuff :) Great concept, good job and great entry!
Great gameplay! The menu is also nice!
One of the best games ive played so far in this jam. Good job!
Great game and great job was super fun to play and feels polished to pieces! One of the best games I have played this jam
Great fun! Very original and challenging.
Very cool main mechanic! Great execution, getting a combo feels really good! Great job :)
What a gem of a game!!
firefox_ckA7dKw8XG.png
Easily one of the best games I've played this jam. Total complete package, I'm in love with how chunky and satisfying the effects, music and visuals are together <3 I like how you learn more about the mechanics as you play in an intuitive way. When the meter is full it is SOO much fun, I almost wish there was an infinite meter mode where you could just shoot infinite ricochet bullets into hordes of mobs because that it definitely the most fun part of the game! I love the balance between going ham and having to keep track of all your bullets bouncing around.
Keeping this one in my folder of all-time favorite jam games, this game is masterclass!
It's kinda easy to survive and get points if you stay in one corner and understand just shoot at the spawning points, but amazingly funny and well done
The perfect game doesn't exis-
But for real though, I don't really know how this could get much better. The art, sound, gameplay, theme, innovation. It's honestly perfect for a game jam. This is probably the highest praise I can give for a jam game tbh
Wow! What an amazing game! The level of polish for such a short jam is incredible! Not only you've come up with a great idea, you also executed it very well. I'm amazed by how fast-paced the game feels, despite me having to spend a ton of time thinking through every move.
If there's one thing I'd change in it, make it so the enemies don't spawn right next to the player. Several times I've lost because I got myself in a corner and a zombie spawned in the wall behind me.
That's a rather innovative and unforgiving gameplay, very nice concept ! And super nice artstyle to boot, really cool style. The zombies do walk pretty fast though when you're moving, I wish I had more time to aim for the best bullet trajectory. Great entry, great job
Soooo uhhh... This game is amazing... I love it!
I would pay money for this as-is.
I was sold as soon as I read the bizarre concept. And the gameplay delivers too! Feels slick and professional. At first I couldn't figure out what triggered bullet time / normal time, but I was certainly having a good time.
This is incredible! Absolutely blown away by the atmosphere and aesthetics, and the gameplay did not disappoint. Had so much fun playing and am definitely sharing this to others.
Yes, yes, yes, yes! Superhot x Hotline Miami x Pinball???? I love it! So cool and fun. This was awesome! Be proud of what you have created!
Very solid. Took me a single round to fully understand what I needed to do. Mad props to the team.
I *really* liked this entry. The graphics and audio work together wonderfully to set a strong mood, and the gameplay is really strong, balancing skill and strategy in order to produce a very satisfying, difficult gameplay loop. Just one thing:
This part of the level is comically broken and OP: Screenshot (122).png
Due to the shape of the room, bullets ricochet around for easy collection, and the hallway forces the enemies into a small space to fire bullets and take them out easily, and as long as you're aiming straight, 90% of them will come back down the hallway to be collected easily. Plus, the enemy spawn at the bottom of this triangle room allows for easy farming of bullets during combos. The end result is the player can generally just wiggle around while firing at visible enemies and just never be taken down. While I absolutely loved it, because it made me feel like a god with my 10,000 points, I imagine it was *not* intended.
Considering this is literally the one problem I can find with the game-not even like a bug, or a game design issue, but a level design quirk that is still fun in its own way-I can safely say this is a really strong entry. Wonderful job!
I love this game pretty fun tho. Nice entry
Thank you all for the comments!
@proxy-games We will work on it for the final release after the ludum rating phase.
@herchey You still can do it on the itch page haha!
There is the best dev score:
1oAJ8P.png
Great game. First I thought this was going to be another twin-stick shooter but boy was I wrong. Loved the gameplay and loved the difficulty level. I am impressed with you making the game and with the people scooring over 13000 in this. Great work. Thanks for making this game.
Won't lie, you got me to come into the game cuz I thought it was a quick 6 bullet challenge, but you got me to stay through the gameplay even though it was more than 6 bullets :D
2 things I didn't expect: - Superhot slowdown - Bullet speed such that I had to factor in bullet travel into my initial shot
The 2nd aspect led me to taking only straight on shots or very short ones. I'm not sure the absolute best way to play but it does seem like some high scorers here are finding a nice room to park themselves in and just take simple shots.
I think that aspect could use some improvement, but don't get me wrong, I played this game for a long time and enjoyed it. The polish and juice is through the roof and I'm happy you made the multiplier meter so gigantic, practically Guitar Hero levels of size. All the color changes and effects all add to the fun when you end up clearing the entire stage.
The concept is solid and if you do a full version it'll mostly come down to your level design. I think the larger rooms will add more strategy and opportunities to do things like purposeful bullet catches. Bullet catches do absolutely feel awesome when intentional, but I mostly just got them accidentally in small rooms.
However, the small rooms are incredibly satisfying and doesn't really get old. Much like nailing some perfect AOE in a game. Would love to see what you come up with in the future, this game was awesome!
What an incredibly fun game! I absolutely loved it! Everything is so thought out, and very well put together. I managed to get up to 1878 (or somewhere theres about XD).
Damn that's so great. All mechanics fit very well together, the fact that you want to grow combo to get multiple bullets and get back the one you lost, that's amazing. Even if graphics are simple, the filters and stuff makes it look quite great in the end. Really, really, really great job !!
i love this concept
promo3.png
I love it! Easy to get grasps on the controls. I love when the time slows down when you're not moving. I love the effects, everything is so much fun to play.
Unreal. Refedined my expectations of what could be done in three days. Rating #100...?
What else is there to say that haven't already been said? Simply fantastic, great core idea, great execution, and just a lot of fun to play. Great job!
Danm, so fun to play, you get hooked really easily with such good quality gameplay and the sound and visual and effects really help set the tone well. In a way a simple concept but brilliantly executed really enjoyed playing around with this one. Only nitpick is that the cursor position and the trajectory path is a little off, but didn't even notice it for 5 minutes!
Love the bullet time game play. easy to get hooked! Awesome work!
Rly great game. The puls effect was a bit to much for my taste.
This game is amazing! Every aspect of it is fun! A leaderboard would be nice though. Add some more levels, maybe powerups or multiplayer, and I'd buy it on steam in a heartbeat.
Thank you all!
@starr-fighter05 I'm working on a leaderboard rn! The game can be downloaded on the itch page ^^.
We are thinking of features to add and the multiplayer is really a risked idea. If you all have something to suggest, you can !
Its like playing pool, but shooting zombies
Wow! Fantastic game design here! It's fun and quite hard, I love it! Well done!
Really nice game! Fantastic design and wonderful execution! A more interesting leveldesign, as well as an destructable enviorment would be the cherry on top! But its a very good game as it is! Congratulations!
Wooow, cool game!!! Amazing gameplay and graphic!
@cyzaine we worked in the scoreboard, we have the final graphics assets and they worked in the code version scorebnoard wyp.png
@escarpoulpe wow the concept design for that looks so good! It'll be a huge addition to your game for sure.
This is AWESOME! Everything works so darn well together. Just the intro itself blew me away. You are an insanely talented bunch of people.
I really like the concept and music of this game! The game is just a blast to play, i got a decent score from the looks of it aswell. chrome_1RO9t4LyIk.png
I've seen something similar on mobiles, but it wasn't in real time. So far, this is the highest rating I've put on this LD
Thank you all for the comments!
@andrey-zhukov Do you remember the name of the game? I would like to see how they did it.
OMG. I can say that this is really the best game of this LD. The idea itself, its execution, visual, music, everything is just perfect. I really want to see this game in a more expanded form with a plot, new types of weapons, and well-designed levels. Thanks for the great game!
I remembered the name: Mr Bullet - Spy Puzzles https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.lionstudios.mrbullet&hl=en_US&gl=US
What a fantastic game, everything feels incredibly polished and crunchy - gameplay loop is really satisfying and a cool idea! Amazing job!
I realy like the special mode, where the bullets will replicate. The game is rely good.
This game has a ton of juice and cool elements that drive you to play more, really nice!
reminded me enter the gungeon, liked 2d art and mechanics wanna see more levels
Really fun game! Loved the concept of bouncing bullets that can be retrieved! especially with the splitting effect! Awesome game jam entry! Great job!
I played this game multiple times. The concept is incredibly easy to grasp - but the successfull execution during gameplay is hard. Exactly the type of game I can spend hours with, hating myself, and loving every second of the experience :D
Very dope!
Thank you all! The whole team reads carefully the comments and we are so much happy. You give us more motivation to continue the game.
It's the first jam of two members of the team and also two members are first year students in a game creation school.
@cyzaine I actually have a working leaderboard in the game. I had issues to do it because we code in C# on Godot but I could understand GDScript because its close to Python.
We are planning to release the game on Steam or/and Itch maybe.
@andrey-zhukov thanks i will try it for curiosity
I really liked the game, the concept is easy to grasp but hard to master, and the difficulty curve felt fair, challenging without being too much to bear. The graphics and sound design are great, and I really liked how everything is cohesive. Really really well done, amazing work!
Really nice game, I like the idea and the gameplay is engaging!
What a great game - the audio goes really well with it!
Teaser of the new zombie! And he doesn't speak about something strange...
unknown111.png
That was incredible! I love what you've done here. First off, the comics and intro are so brilliantly drawn. I absolutely adore them. The game itself is SO GOOD. The core loop is well-made, the concept reminds me a little of Yahtzee's 12th game in his game dev series, and feels like a fresh fast-paced take on the bullets-bouncing mechanic. The slowing of time is perfect. The gameplay feels challenging, catching bullets and predicting trajectories isn't easy, it feels like you've traded action-hero-wish-fulfillment for some real challenge, which I can respect.
It's somewhat punchy, but if I had to criticise something that would be it. I think the art, music, and sound effects can come together a little bit better to add more oomph to the primary gameplay loop.
But apart from that, I'd struggle to find something to complain about. Level design is interesting, enemy variations are fun and I see you're working on even more. All in all, a sweet game!
@steve-dragon Thank you a lot.
You can see that the comics aren't from me haha-

Uff what a Game :o
I just loved this game, it's rare that I see a gamejam game that actually makes me excited to see where it goes, but this is a game that I really want to see the future of. Initially I saw the screenshots, and thought that the graphic style might be a bit dull, with the repeated floor texture and the plain black walls, and whilst I would have liked to see some more detail in these elements, the way you presented it with your post-processing and effects just made me fall in love. You gave the game such a meaty punch, which is surprising for a game that I actually played quite slowly and methodically. This really is a game that you can play in so many different styles and I love that. Kudos as well for getting in an intro, gorgeous art, and multiple levels, fantastic work all round. I would love to see level progression, maybe some more environment objects or interactables, and some different enemies. I think my only main complaint is that sometimes the bullet would go in a wildly different path than I initially shot it at, but that might just come down to the moving zombies. My stand-out favourite so far and I can't wait to see if this goes anywhere.
Wow. Great job yall. This game is super polished, love the art. Multiple layers of interesting concepts (both the ricocheting and the super-hot effect). Definitely one of the best games this LD!
The graphics are so beautiful, was the artist inspired by Hellboy at all? Super super cool and a great mechanic as well. The Superhot + ricochet really gives the game some texture.
Not sure what else can be said, but I like the music
@csdoescs Yeah i'm a big lover of the mignola's style and i thought it was a good idea for the da of the game
I am here, as promised :) That are some nice in-game mechanics and level design! The starting screen is really cool. Sick art style, too! Oh wow, I'm bad at this :P I got 458 points at best. Awesome job!
really a great game! amazing graphics, sounds, and also a great idea! i would have just made the slow motion a bit faster. FANTASTIC game overall!
Simply put - amazing. :)
Here is my current highest score: 18295.png
Neat concept and very much worth exploring for a full release IMO. Liked it a lot and felt like (very good) mix of Heavy Bullets and Teleglitch.
One thing that I noticed: - It was somewhat confusing and unintuitive that the bullet path would show a certain direction the bullet would take after hitting an enemy and then did not do (which I guess might be because the path is no longer correct as soon as an enemy moves again but it still felt weird)
@faceless yeah I noticed that too. It even sometimes showed it bouncing off the player, which obviously doesn't happen
very good game. It's challenging and really fun. The feeling between normal speed and slowmo feels smooth.
Hello! Thanks for the interest in our game!
We are planning to do a full release on Itch and maybe Steam. The game will certainly not be free to play, maybe 2$+. If you agree or not with this decision please explain yourself ^^. The jam version will stay free ofc.
@starr-fighter05 That's an incredible score you did there, the best was 13k and it was made by myself.
@faceless We are working on it but the ray is a thin line and the bullet is larger so, of course, the bounces can be different because of the shape.
On our current version, we are working on a lot of things and the ray bouncing on the player is solved.
And I want your opinion on some little things:
- Should we limit the slow-mo mode? - Should we force the player to not camp with negative feedback if he does?
More like should we reward the player if he moves? Like having bonuses drop on the map and all. To prevent camping we thought about switching maps every 2 or 3 mins in endless mode, stuff like that
@sagiii
They are both difficult decisions/questions for sure. I feel like only further prototyping would give you conclusive resulst here. I will gladly give you my opinion on those two topics however.
- When I play your game the slow mo mechanic of it gives me some "Superhot" vibes. And imagening Superhot without unlimited slowmo would probably not work (or you know... time moving when you do). If slowmo were to be limited the gameplay loop probably needs changing as well. You probably would not be able to play with the "limited bullets" aspect as much. You could then instead work with weapon pickup mechanics as seen in Hotline Miami for example (emptying your current gun, throwing it at the next enemy and then picking up another that isnt empty)... but that is just off the top of my head and would need lots of experimenting. So with unlimited slowmo you could explore the "puzzle" aspect further with it being limited the "action" aspect.
- Forcing the player to move by simply scoring him worse is something that can work (again hotline miami) but can also feel very forced and to the detriment of the experience. In hotline it is for example very much supported by the rest of the gamplay and music. Camping could be reduced by for example making the bullet drop to the floor if it hits an enemy. Or something else that gives you good reason to leave your spot.
I bet if you think about this some more and especially prototype a few possible mechanics you will get there.
Good polish and fun gameplay, don't have a lot more to say, Good job on this one!
Amazing game design, so much fun to play. I honestly didn't expect such a cool game first when I saw your screenshots/GIFs.
Extra kudos for that amazing intro art <3
What a great spin on only having a limited amount of ammo! Very fun :)
The idea is just way too perfect for the theme ! It's very well executed too. Level and characters could probably be a little prettier but it has so much juice it makes up for it. Also the arts of the UI are great.
Hello! Thank you for the comments.
@yorsh We already have new textures etc, you will see that right after the rating phase so stay tuned on the comment page.
@sagiii @escarpoulpe Aggy over at Somnipathy is now also losing sleep playing 1 man 6 bullets poorly! 1bullet-hi.png
(This is going up with our next fix build, unless you'd rather we didn't. No worries either way!)
I was ready to post my score until I saw it was on the low end compared to everyone else. I had a blast playing this game. I couldn't quite figure out how to catch the bullets to replenish my ammo, but I did love doing bank shots off of the walls.
@cyzaine Hahaha! You can let it like that !
@mrtroy The game is tough I now right. I'll make little tips for playing the game.
Pretty cool idea and good execution, although the screen effects would probably made my eyes hurt over time.

This game is so well made, great job!
A very well done entry, cheers to your team for producing this.
An innovative idea with a rock-solid execution.
@cyzaine omg i love it I will think for a way to make a easter egg for your game too, if the rest of the team is ok
@escarpoulpe Don't break your atmosphere too much, but the thought is definitely appreciated! Such an easter egg just happened to fit our game very well.
@cyzaine Can i talk to u on pm ? idk how to do here
This was one of the highlights of Ludum Dare for me. fantastic work all round.
I'm curious to see where you go with a post-jam version, since the idea for the game seems so elegantly simple that adding too many extra bells and whistles could detract from the experience. But the jam version shows that you clearly know what you're doing, so I'm definitely looking forward to it!
Really good game. Graphics, sounds are amazing. Well done
Nice game. I like the art style and it is an interesting mechanic you used.
Very fun. Interesting ricochet mechanic.
OMG That's a HUGE entry! I loved playing it! - Slow mode ("SuperHotlike") when you're not moving - bullet travel time = lifetime - kill combos = bullet hell - graphics in-game are simple but we don't need more - story + menus graphics are so cool!
Overall = best entry (in my opinion) so far!
Impressive art and polished result, I loved the introduction with the cinematics, and how the art music and gameplay ties very well together! The quality really seems that of a finished and published game. It's also very fun and interesting to play. Well done!
Very strong entry. The game is fun to play, responsive and brilliantly mixes puzzle with action. Congrats !
@cyzaine I know that I'm not active at all in the comments but I do read all of them, it's so thrilling to see your enthusiasm about our game! I hope that what we're going for will live up to your expectations...
Great game and take on the theme. I really enjoyed playing it. Looks really polished. Keep it up!
The best game this ludum dare. 5/5 From concept to design of assets. Pure addiction
@sagiii yeah those tips are useful, but I actually run around on purpose. I'm constantly pressing WASD to get the zombies to move fast because I like the faster play style. I only ever stop moving if there are two zombies on either side of me and I need to slow down to hit both, or if the berserk mode isn't active and I need to time my shots. Though berserk is active like 75% of the time for me.
this is brilliant.. and done very well.. every aspect of the game.. and that time scaling is amazing idea.. so far best LD game I played
Hard to pick a highlight from this banger of a game, maybe the art? Has a great Mike Mignola vibe.
It's the most fun game I've played during the ludum dare! Nothing to complain about, really perfect! GG team =)
Thanks for submitting your game for me to play on my stream!

Such an impressive game! Fantastic work, I hope you release on Steam because I will 100% be supporting this project.
Hello everyone! Thanks for the comments!
@cakts We are for sure working on a full release to launch it right after the rating phase. Nothing is certain, but Steam is one of the options we are thinking of.
@starr-fighter05 Dw every player has his own play style nothing is really fixed.
@szkocka @dusho @korvack Haha we take the compliments but you should try other brilliant games.
My personal favorites on this LD are:

And others...
The superhot-style of time control combined with path-design is a very impressive design, the art, music features a very spicy atmosphere. The game is a little difficult though, if I can have abilities like a CD dash to get the bullet, I guess it's even better.
wow! Very nice game! Polished and great game play and amazing music (edit: oh the music wasn't yours.. but still rocks and adds lot of life to the game). Congrats! Really! :)
Very innovative gameplay, really nicely done! The production value added by all the post processing effects really sold me on this one! My only critique is that I found the game to be very difficult at times.
This was a lot of fun. A bit of trouble with the prediction path collider not matching up with the actual colliders. Loved the small bits of polish like having the main menu track a bit with the mouse. Great work! Thanks for making it for us.
I thought I was good at this game before I saw the insane scores here. Great work, good fun! The most addictive game I have played in this jam so far. 2022-04-09 17_37_45-Window.jpg
This is such an amazing game! It had me playing for about 15 minutes. The art in this is also incredible!
By far the coolest game I have played so far! Can't believe this is created in three days! I love how the main character flips them off while being eaten  Real badass!
That is so awesome! Great job! You could probably just release it like it is right now and no one would notice that it's a jam game.
Such a great game! I really like the controls and shooting! One of the best games I have played in LD!!
@squimmy Thanks, I'm really glad u like the game, it's our first game together and we discover and learn a lot. I'm happy to see our work be appreciated like that. Hope u will like the future of the game
@wouter52 Thanks, I'm really happy u see this thing ! I'm glad u like our game
@stin @ines-brezavscek @arathedev @fizzbark @rollyrollin @albertnez I'm sooooooo glad u like the art of the game, thank you!!!! Mike mignola was a big artistic reference for the game so i'm happy to see u notice it. Hope u will like the future of the game !
There. Beat my old score. 32685.png
Really cool game. I had never played a game that sped up the graphics based on character movement. It was a fun twist on the theme and enjoyably tense. The art style was real well developed. The only thing I could think to add might be some explanation at the beginning of the game about controls. Also, the text font style didn't really feel like it matched the art style. I might put in some time creating your own font to make it more cohesive. Overall, really nice game!
This is a tough one. Cool concept.
Very interesting take on the genre that fits the theme really well. The mood was set perfectly with the awesome art and music and the game itself is really fun, with easy to understand mechanics, map layouts that add to the experience and infinite replayability!
Really slick game, the visuals/audio are on point and the gameplay is well tuned. Only note I have is that it wasn't quite clear how the combo system worked(which seemed key to getting a really good score), and sometimes the bullets didn't follow the aim line which can feel unfair. Will probably be coming back to play this more in the future!
Very cool visuals and narrative art style. I kept killing myself haha.
Cool submission!
Hello! Thank you all for the comments.
@starr-fighter05 You are insane dude haha!
@melon-spirit Thanks for the detailed comment. I'll speak with the team about your suggestions ^^.
@sagiii I’m shocked I managed to get that far myself!
great game, fantastic use of that superhot like time movement. i was suprised at how chaotic things got when theres like 15 bullets bouncing all over the place and you're trying to grab all of them, kill everything and not die. it feels overwhelming even though you're in complete control of time. good work
You guys nailed the game feel, the combos especially are immensely satisfying. The artstyle is on point as well. Very high quality entry, keep up the good work!
Has me wanting to come back and play it over and over to get better.
I love the graphics. That chromatic aberration effect, along with the music, creates a great atmosphere.
Would definitely play a post-jam version of this!
Simple idea, awesome execution of the concept. Loved the fact that there are more than one level, it was a suprise for me. I really could see a full game with this gameplay, with different weapons, level, and some kind of story.
I loved the 2d art and the menu. It's always nice and it really adds something to the game.
The only not-so-good thing is the audio, but since you did'nt have any musician in your team, it's ok! Some kind of leaderboard/scoreboard screen could be nice too, since you have a score in the game.
Great job!
Hello! Thank you all for the comments. Every suggestion is discussed among the team.
We opened a Twitter for our little friend group. We are already planning to do other games, for the moment it is consecrated to 1M6B!
https://twitter.com/YudiGames1
My situation currently only allows me to play with a notebooks trackpad and this game was still fun af. I genuinely hope to see more of this game in the future. Great sound, great art, great gameplay.
This was a ton of fun! I loved the graphic novel cut screens and the net-hack-bullet-time, that was super clever.
Y'all should definitely make this a commercial game.
5 stars from me (except for humor)
Pros: -everything. REALLY fun gameplay, game feel, visuals, sounds
Cons: -I was lag sometimes, even in windows build when you were watching but I had a lot of things open for my stream. I tried again this morning with everything closed and the problem was minimized but still not completely removed -A couple of the mechanics I feel aren't clear or communicated at all -It doesn't feel great when you run out of ammo, the bullets are all gone and there's nothing you can do but die. One idea I had is maybe you can also reload one bullet but its the longest reload in the history of shooting games. It would give the player a chance to keep going and add to the tension instead of just making the player accept his fate
The focused design, soundtrack, and art assets come together for a really fun experience! My only criticism is that it needs more chromatic aberration.
I love the promo art for this. Does the artist have an instagram/twitter/art station I can follow?
Hello! Thank you all for the comments as usual.
@elijah-wickerham Here is his instagram! https://www.instagram.com/unescarpoulpe/?utm_medium=copy_link
@itsboats We are working on the optimization of the game. I agree that it is not optimized on the jam version.
@eonarheim We are doing a commercial version haha!
What a juicy game!! I love the artstyle in the cutscene and I love how chaotic it gets in such a short time!! I really had a blast playing it!! Can't wait to see it be commercialised!!
Fantastic game.
Perfect! I don't have any words
Fantastic game, all the touches to the design, aesthetic and flow of the game really work well together for a great game feel. Love the use of all the design decisions: slow-mo as aim focuses on a zombie, screenshake as bullets fly and the feedback on high combos. All the pieces for this jam game show off that all these touchers are way greater than just the sum of its parts. Great job!
Yea, so this is f##king amazing. It's kinda like SUPER**HOT** and Hotline Miami rolled into one, SUPER**HOT**line Miami if you will. I'd play a full scale version of this with proper levels and stuff. I could imagine entering a level full of enemies with only 6 bullets and having to clear the whole thing out. As is though it's still a great game. Lot's of style, and the audio adds so much. It made me feel like an action hero pulling off all those combo shots. I usually add a comment or two of constructive criticism, but well, truth is I can't think of any negatives.
Good stuff :8ball:
One of the most polished games I've played so far in this jam. The music and the art style really fit each other, and the game itself is extremely fun. What an entry!
This is excellent! I could easily see this expanded to a full game.
Interesting game. Would like to see how to play it. Because I'm stuck under 1k.
This game was awesome! Reminds me of SUPERHOT.
I felt like you guys went a bit too strong on the postprocessing (by about 10-15%) but it was definitely a good decision to dim the sides a bit with vignette when the time is slowed. I found that sometimes there was a disconnect between the bullet path shown before firing and the actual path the bullet took, and the fact that sometimes it bounced off the enemies but most times did not.
Other than that, the music, graphics and gameplay were all very well done and polished! I also liked the comic style as well.
One of the most polished games I've played so far! I *really* enjoyed my time, and this is one of the few games I'll save to play later :D
That said, like any game, it does have a few flaws. Firstly, I think the connection to the theme is a bit loose, since in theory it should be possible to just keep collecting the ammo, hence making death not inevitable. Maybe scale the difficulty up with time?
Another minor flaw is the level design. There's no incentive to switch rooms, so for my score of 2600 I just stayed in one room and shot the enemies whenever they either spawned from the spawn point or entered through the single entrance. Once again, I think making the curve of difficulty/time steeper would partially solve this issue.
My last concern is purely subjective. I'm a stickler for post processing. I still found it to be a tad on the extreme in this game. Although I understand it's a stylistic choice, the intense chromatic aberration and seemingly flashing vignette makes it hard to see anything that isn't in the immediate center of the screen, which is kind of antithetical to the whole "plan ahead, calculate shots" gameplay of the game.
Those few minor issues aside though, this is an extremely fun and addictive game, and I would *love* to see this expanded into a full release. Good job!!! :D
P.S I don't know if you guys made it yourself but the music SLAPS :fire:
I really have nothing to say, one of the best entry I have seen so far! I love how you guys took the theme with slow motion and delay the inevatable (also the zombies). The graphics are simple but really well done and the concept *SMACK*. GREAT JOB!
Hello everyone! Thank you for the comments and suggestions! We are less active in the comments because all the devs went back to school haha.
The sounds aren't from us! We just used and mixed no copyright SFX/music.
@morricore Hahaha it's ok I agree that we did a tough game. Here is a video on YouTube by someone who liked the game. https://youtu.be/Evi_VoOf1Q0
We are happy to tell you that the game is way more optimized. The lags etc were because of crappy choices we made haha.
@arihan10 I don't know if I can speak a lot about it but it will not be possible to camp anymore. We did several things on the game for it. Also, one of the maps will be reworked by me, I'll try my best.
We will see what we can do with the chromatic aberration. The scale of the difficulty will be done before the full release.
All the team is excited to show you all the things we are doing on the game I hope you will like it and have a great time delaying the inevitable!
Like the innovative limit resource gameplay. Definitely reminds me of Enter the Gungeon but with challenging resources awareness.
best LD game I've played so far!!
It's really great ! The time system reminds me of Superhot, and it goes really well with ricochet mecanic
Very fun game! Short gameplay sessions that makes you want to try again. Would love to see that with some roguelite elements like character progression between tries. Good job!
Great entry! I had some audio dropping in the web build (not sure if you can adjust audio buffer size from Godot, that at least helped for me with issues with FMOD/Unity Web builds) but the Windows build worked flawlessly. The gameplay is really fun and tactical!
In the beginning I focused mostly on lining up combos but after a while started to focus too much on running after my bullets which detracted a bit from the fun for me. Probably a personal issue but might want to see if other people feel this way for potential future design decisions :D
The graphics, UI, and intro are just flawless, I could see this being published by Devolver in the future :D
Oh what a solid entry in the theme! I really love the graphics and mechanics, even though it took me a short while to realize how exactly they work but that is not an issue imo :D Congratz to such a fun game!
@bqq We added a dash and honestly it makes the game so much more enjoyable, you can focus on combos and get your bullets back like a total badass. Plus, the game still remains hard. It feels like something to correct your path more than something to cheese through the game.
@raphaeltan Oh that sounds like a great fix to the issue I had with it, way to make a slightly annoying mechanic into a badass one :D Will definitely try it out when the new version is out!
simply amazing, and really addictive
Very impressive game jam game! I'm struggling to find things to critique! One of the most surprisingly good games for sure!

Such incredible levels of polish, from the intro screen, to the brilliantly simple tutorial, to the screen effects, combo effects, end screen, and score counter... Everything is amazing and juicy and fantastic. Keep making games!
Great work--lots of what we used to call "juice" (is that still a term? ) and a really fun take on the SUPERHOT style of not-quite-turn-based combat!
The different enemy types were definitely a must to keep things interesting though, so nice work there.
The gritty, comic style of the opening cutscene blended really well with the graphics of the main game and both the soundtrack and the sfx were very well designed for the mood you were clearly going for.
Good job all around!
Wow, such a bad-ass mood! Extremely well made for a jam game!
Absolutely speechless, this game is insanely fun!!!
The mechanics, the juiciness, the art, it's all amazing. I especially love how the different enemy types introduce so much depth to the game. You also managed to make something very uniquely fitting to the theme of the jam, so more extra points from me! Seriously awesome work, this is easily a top 10 game, congratulations!
simple concept, but goes sooo far. really like the way the bullet is the main mechanic of the game avoid baddies chase bullets to collect so you can reload. line them up when you can and go for the piercing shots.
really love this old school top down GTA2 or Alien Phobia type vibe but mixed with the classic concept of a gunslinger and time-slow mechanics similar to SUPERHOT. wonderful!
Nice core system. I have to think of the route of the bullet everytime since it's limited but the game also gave me the opportunity to earn bullets in rage mode. The gameplay matches to the theme of the jam.
