Hi ! :D I liked the universe ! The grahpics and the audio matched to it ! Hamsters are cute :3 For the moment, taking ressources is not viable because it's to long to get it. However, the concept is pretty pleasant (reminded me Age of War flashgame with the awesome music).

Wow I really really liked your game ! I finished all the levels and I found it was very nice ! Graphics are fine, gameplay is pleasurable (when your big mass of bugs runs into the last base of the crushed ennemies :D) The most difficult level is level 6 and I had to restart it several times. The only inconvenient: once you have less bases than your ennemy, you lost Good job !
Wow dude I really like your game ! It's difficult without being impossible, there is a very good game feel given by the camera angle switch (when you prepare your cannon). You've to take quick decisions and to use your bubbles carefully ! I love the feeling when you kill ennemies :D
It's sad that there is a lack of audio, it could reinforce the gamefeel :3

I liked to have 3 different weapons, (especially love the bazooka explosions). At some levels, enemies are rushing too fast to the snail, so the whole level is empty once you killed them. **EDIT:** The game has been changed concerning the gradient. I acknowledge that the game is way less frustrating now.

@grimsbaldruk Oh BoxHead, un Homme de goût, les bons souvenirs ! :smile: Pour la normalisation des déplacements, on voulait être raccord avec la perspective (les cases sont deux fois plus larges que longues). Néanmoins, le manque général de perspective donne l'illusion d'être en vue de dessus et le résultat est un peu chelou, je le conçoit :wink: L'équilibrage n'est pas parfait et a été très douloureux. Avant l'équilibrage, c'était vachement plus dur, mais je crois qu'il y a une technique optimale qui enterre toutes les autres (un équilibrage imparfait en somme :smile:). I agree it would have been better if we added a slower start, so the player can use to the interface, controls and different options. We did the horizontal/vertical speed separation on purpose, to match the isometric perspective but I agree it looks weird if you are not used to it :sweat_smile: (Congrats again for your gorgeous game)

Salut Curtis ! Excellent travail sur l'ambiance, la musique et les effets de lumières ! Le premier niveau est un peu longuet mais le jeu se rattrape vite avec le deuxième et le troisième niveau. On a bien la sensation de progression entre les niveaux. C'est plutôt stylé !
It lacks difficulty, you should have accelerated the game over time. That's sad because this lack of difficulty made the game boring over time. However, all the other elements of the game are good, so it's a strong entry at the end of the day.
The particles and painting system is very nice ! The problem is that you have to run very slowly to anticipate the spikes, that's kind of frustrating. The theme is not very strong as well. Good entry overall ! Congrats !

I saw you guys rated 6 games and have a karma of 4. As a rule of thumb, having a karma of 4 means that your game will appear in top of games list until reaching 4 ratings :wink:

Les points d'amélioration: - Manque de feeback sonore sur les actions - Manque de clarté sur certaines mécaniques (typiquement la perte de cartons) - Manque d'équilibrage: le jeu est vraiment fun quand on galère contre 50 voitures mais dès qu'on choppe une arme, on arrive trop facilement à se débarasser des ennmis

We actually spent a lot of time writing the story and dialogs, and debugging the game itself, but we frankly did not have any time to test in-game if everything was self-explaining and logical. In theory, you are not supposed to be able to soft-lock yourself, even when forgetting everything, but we surely missed some cases... Thus, I'm not surprised by your saying. @flying-dog-fish In my opinion, if you dispise our art because it is AI generated, which I can understand, you should rather **leave art category empty** than putting 1 star to the category. Also, just be aware that we spent a large amount of time to fine-tune images (by hand and via SD) to obtain graphically consistent results. Using an art generator was actually far from a quick win :slight_smile:

@oatsbarley Actually, when you draw any shape, it interpolates the stats of the summoned minion following the distance to each 5 archetypes (even if you did not discover it yet). Thus, you can have (in theory), a mix between an archer and a tank :wink:

Very creative entry :fire: I really like this originalgameplay and I also like the art. You can easily improve the game by implementing more advanced game (fight) mecanics. The prison providing you units reminds me in some way the campaign of AOM, where you can free some units to rally it to your army :laughing:

What you can improve: - it's too long, you should halve the duration of the game - I know these kind of games are super hard to balance but you get overpowered too quickly - the stats upgrade depending on your answers is a cool concept, but it feels a bit odd while playing the game because you have no idea how answering will impact your gameplay

- I know what glitch you are talking about, because an offline friend alreafy reported it to us, but we just could not reproduce. It really looks like browser/OS dependent. I would be curious to know what OS and browser you played with.
- The only way to realistically win the game at the moment is to abuse of the combo multiplier mechanic. You probably just comboed him to the oblivion, and he went from 9 Billions to 0 in a single strike :sweat_smile: We need to balance the game and expand the upgrades to have multiple winning conditions
