hey there from austria :-)
i really liked the look and feel of your game. sadly it was a bit short, but hey its a jam, and i got these comments alot too. and its definetly a good thing when a game feels short.
i like the sound effects and the mood of you game.
i stumbled across your entry after watching your ld45 "thanks for nothing" post mortem on youtube. nice video by the way.
tech note: i played your game on linux using wine and it worked perfectly :-)
wow! amazing game! the mechanics are great! it is quite challenging, but thats a good thing :)
and special thanks for the linux build!
the idea is very good, the game is fun. it is clearly not yet finished and somewhat unclear what to do at first. but after reading this description and some comments it makes more sense.
keep it up and post an update after the jam if you want.
the prototype looks promising!
i really like the art style, although it should get a little bit more consistent (i like the style of the "machines").
Awesome game! I love it! Great concept, great setting, great sound, great graphics, great gameplay. One of my favorites so far!

nice game, good sounds.
if you would add some kind of "story" through a start and end screen it wouldn't feel so generic tbh :-)
hey @generictoast,
your game is awesome! the visual style, the sound, the gameplay, ... everything fits together perfectly!
great game. i love space themed games! and it has really cool soundtrack.
funny sounds, ouch ouch :D
fun little game, ended too abrupt,... but thats also a feedback i also used to get :-)
nice game, the animations and the art style in total is on point! i really enjoyed it!
I really liked it. But after a short while there are overwhelmingly many fish :-)

(note: i played on linux using wine, works perfectly!)
nice game, very hectic. when the wasps appear it gets quite messy, but i like it and the sound fits also very whel!
(note: played on linux using wine, it works perfectly!)

very cute graphics. and a nice take on the theme. a veggi penguin keeping the fish alive,... hilarious!
tech note: i played on linux using wine. it worked perfectly :-)
Very beautiful graphics and a funny creepy "story". It would be awesome if you could interact with more objects in the world.
great game i love it!
sounds are very funny and gameplay feels good.
on the loading screen sometimes no button apears even if the percentage reaches 100. but after a reload it works.
the game has a fantastic visual style! i really enjoyed it. the controls were a little bit weird, but the music and the graphics are really awesome.
very nice game, it feels very polished, calmed down, relaxing and has fantastic writing.
really fast paced game. a bit too fast for me but i enjoyed it :-)
note: played it on linux using wine, it worked perfectly.
great game, i like it, as someone said before the instructions were not very readable.
the sound is very good and fits perfectly.
the art style also fits well
tech note: i played on linux using wine. it worked good

(note: played on Linux using wine. worked perfectly)
great game, fantastic art! quite addictive :-)
btw: it didn't run on firefox 75.0 64bit on ubuntu,... but it runs fine in chromium browser. (maybe its not your fault,... i have this problem with 1 out of 5 games).
hey there, your game looks very nice, from the screenshots. i currently have no windows machine available and tried it on linux using wine. it didn't worked but if you are interested i uploaded a backtrace here: https://gist.github.com/linluk/962824c7df1ddb8de630b7703ea0741c
nice game, really cute :)
absolutely funny :D
I feel a little sad for the fish ;-P
this is quite hard, but thats a good thing. on german keyboard Z is where Y is on a "normal" one and the other way round, so thats made it harder too, but still a good entry!
This game really needs a tutorial. But it was fun anyways. Lots of funny ideas.
a fun little game. beautifully made. i like it.
hi @joamd
Trees, Gras and Flowers are from: https://opengameart.org/content/zelda-like-tilesets-and-sprites
Also the player, but I modified it (Idle animation).
The pirate is a modified version of the player (wooden leg, colors, sleeping)
Everything else is custom made: for example all items, the crashed plane, the HUD, the portals, the switches, the radio ...
Also the music and sound effects are custom made.
hi @torh,
glad that you like it.
i would love it to see my game in one of your videos! the game is currently only available on itch.io and i try to keep my number of online accounts as sparse as possible. i currently have no plans on uploading it elsewhere.
but i like your videos and subscribed to your yt-channel :-)
@moi93101 thanks, really this is also the first time i (kind of) released music i made :-)
@blackquiltro linux build is obligate, the windows build was the bonus ;-) glad that you like it.
@krassenstein thanks! and a good idea,... we will see if i continue working on the game when the rating is over.
@bohrmaschine2000 thanks! glad that you like it!
thank you @hectorpather :-)
thanks @wakobu for playing my game and the constructive feedback :-)
hi @reddashgames glad you like it and thanks for the congrats i take them alone :-D
hi @rolodophone thanks for playing and the feedback
hi @drjedd, you are right the wheelbarrow is a little bit buggy,... you can drop/pick items on one side and "activate" (attach it to the player) on the other side. anyways: thanks for the feedback! and thanks for playing.
thank you very much @lurkerrip
you are right the wheelbarrow is a little buggy,... but its not necessary to win the game :-)
hi @ldf-productions, glad to hear you like it :-)
hi @ale,
thanks for playing. there is this area on the map (as you say after the yellow portal) where you win the game. it wouldn't make any sense if the radio tell you that you have to keep the fire burning until you find the yellow portal,... but after that you have solved all puzzles i have programmed, thats why you win at this point.
the text on the victory screen says, that there is a plane descending towards the island so imho that makes (at least a little bit) sense.
thanks :)
@wolfier thanks for the feedback, you were not the only one having problems with the wheelbarrow,... it definetly need fixes and also a situation where you have to use it. and of course the game should be longer and shouldn't end so abruptly, that was mainly because of time issues.
@pndaa thanks for your kind words! glad that you like it.
@willians-rodrigues i don't have a mac around myself,... so i can't test and therefore not uploaded a mac build ... sorry. but anyways thanks for your feedback so far. maybe some youtubers or twitch streamers will play it so you could check it out this way. and of course i really liked the music and effects of ignis :-) it was a great concept for the theme and all (sounds, visuals, gameplay) fits together very well!
thanks @jajo!
hi @dodormeur, thanks a lot for the good feedback! very glad that you like it!
hi @savvu, thanks for your kind words. i am happy that you like it.
@dodormeur you can also play using with the arrow keys, thats what i did all the time. but i have to get into kb layouts for my next game, or an update of that one. thanks for the tip!
and oh yeah, you are right @savvu s pixel art is really top notch! its an honor :-) his whole game feels very polished!
hi @zessirb,
thanks for your feedback. ofcourse there are some things that could (Should!) be improoved, but time, you know. the game is quite easy and short, thats true,... but hopefully thats also the reason more poeple can play the whole game :-)
thank you @lars-erik, you should have played for one more portal, then youve had won the game :-D
thanks @curleysam, glad that you like it.
hi @zoarfy, @saulo-rosart, @lerg,
thanks for your comments and improvement suggestions! i really appreciate that you played my game and i am glad that you like it.
hi @tony-artz, @larsspawn, @svenerik, @nabo369,
thanks for your feedback! i really appreciate that you have played my game :-)
hi @sebeee,
thank you for your feedback!
thank you @natpat!
thanks @nexonium!
@trexxak, thanks for playing and the feedback. ya the collisionboxes and how the wheelbarrow works are definitely things that have to be approved!
hi @sassykeys and @nachodlv
thanks for your feedback and playing my game. i like the pirate the most too and the wheelbarrow is definetly buggy and also not necessary to win the game, but still a nice gimmick (if it would work).
i made a playthrough where you can see how the wheelbarrow can be used. starting at 1:30 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zXHewd8485A
you can drop items on one side into it and then carry the wheelbarrow from the other side.
hi @duck-reaction,
thank you for your feedback!
hey @theblackfrog thanks
hi @tobiasw, thanks a lot for the feedback! the puzzle is really easy, thats true,... and the wheelbarrow is really buggy. If you are interested check out the playthrough video there you can see how the wheelbarrow (should!) work.
**thanks @lazzydev72 ! means a lot :-)**
too hard for me, but well made and i like the style of it. keep it up!
cool game,... at first i thougt this is simplecause you are so used to those keys,... but it absoultely is not so easy as it might look.
i like the concept, i like tha art.
and oh: I really like the sound! it was cool. congrats on submitting!
very fun game! the sounds are hilarious and the art style is great.
the toaster was a little hard to control and when clicking on the sound on/off the fridge jumps in that direction, but why would you want to turn that sound of :-D
a nice game! i like it.
keep it up!
Nice game! The graphics are really beautiful and it plays very fluently.
@willians-rodrigues, @tari, @dahoon-studios check out my blog post ... I featured your game,... hope someone will read it and play and rate your game :-)

just saw your post. played your game (really short tbh) but allready like it :)
really nice game! i could play it forever
the game feels really polished and the music and sound effects are great.
really liked the graphics!
very nice entry, i really like the art, the sound and the overall feel of the game!
i stumbled across your game via your excellent devlog video on yt. its a great video!
while playing i found a small bug: if you try to jump on the raft while its in the air (directly after you spit it out) it some how sticks to the character and stays attached to the game.
Screenshot from 2020-04-29 09-28-23.png

to wrap it up: very nice game! i like it a lot!
nice game!
at first i thought: "this will get boring soon", but then i played again and played again and played again and again, ... :-)
i really like it, its quite addictive.
and beautiful sound and visuals!
quite good,... needs some polishing and tuning here and there. but ive only played the jam version, so maybe thats already better there.
very nice entry. the graphics are great. it is very tricky to get used to the mechanic of throwing, shooting, catching. but its a very good idea and worked well.
i have no idea why, but this game was addictive and a lot of fun.
its kind of simple but genius.
my tower is still growing in another browser window :-)
you might forgot to set your itch.io site to published?
nice game, great sound, great art. it was really good fun!
