Truly a masterpiece
A simple but really fun game! I loved the graphics as well
A really fun game with a really beautiful art style! Optimizing the web version of the game might be a good idea though, since most people play the web version. Still, great job!
Really cool game concept! The sprites and animations looked great too. I had a lot of fun playing it!
I loved the graphics and the low-poly art style of the game! The narration at the start was also a nice touch. A great entry!
A simple but fun game! Maybe adding a little more linear drag/friction to the player would make the controls feel more responsive. Overall still a great job!
A really fun and well polished game! The music was great and the graphics looked amazing too! Nice job!
Very interesting and fun game mechanics, probably one of my favorites! Great job!
A really fun game! The gameplay(the shield mechanic) is similar to my own entry, i guess great minds think alike ๐
A fun game with interesting gameplay! The aesthetics of the game also looked great.
A beautiful game with nice character designs and parallax backgrounds! The particle dex with information about each character is also a nice touch.
A fun little game with a nice atmosphere! I was also amazed at how many levels you managed to create. Some sounds would have been nice. Overall still a great game!
I couldn't find the place for the "light" minigame at first. Other than that, this is a great game with nice sprites/visuals and neat music!
A really fun game with some nice visuals and unique gameplay!
The gameplay is simple but really fun! The sprites looked great too. The game size looks a bit off for the itch.io link though, not sure if it's just for me.
I really like the core mechanics and visuals of the game, perhaps if you decide to expand on the game in the future more enemy types or different level designs would be nice. Still a really fun and great game!
A really cool game with some nice graphics and audio! My only complain is that the "seed packet" once spawned at the top of the map, which was blocked by the GUI, so i got stuck for a while. Other than that this is a really great game!
A very cool game with a great mood/atmosphere! The gameplay was really fun and enjoyable.
A really fun game with some cool looking graphics!
A really fun and simple game! The sprites and tiles also looked great
A really cool game idea with fun gameplay!
A fun little game with awesome music!
The gameplay was fun and the sprites looked great. A really awesome job for your first game! Maybe some checkpoints would have been nice.
A neat game idea/concept, the graphics were nice and the gameplay was fun and simple. The movement however was a bit finicky, especially when the character is near the mouse cursor. Perhaps just the WASD keys would have been sufficient, without the character moving towards the mouse cursor. Still an overall great game!
A really challenging but fun game! The models were also cute and very well made
A really fun game with interesting game mechanics!
A really fun game! I like how upgrading your click damage changes the clicking icon
A really cool game! I really liked the aesthetics.
One of the most solid entries ive seen so far! Really awesome job!
Simple and fun! I liked that each character had their own weapon, making the gameplay slightly different for each of them
A really charming game with cute graphics! The mouse sensitivity was a little too high but other than that, the game was really fun! A really amazing entry for your first game/game jam!
I really liked the graphics of the game! The audio was also really well made. The only problem i had was not knowing what to do with the larva. Still a really fun game!
I liked the art and subtle animations the characters/trees had, nice job!
What a unique game idea! I found the gameplay challenging at first soon i got the hang of it. I had a lot of fun playing! game.PNG
Really fun and unique idea! I like how you could make the computer explode even in the main menu
Nice post processing effects! I also liked the gameplay, it's simple but really fun. For the music though since you did not make it yourself, you should opt out of the Audio category to be fair to others.
Really unique way of moving by teleporting instead of the usual walking around! In terms of balance maybe there could be a cooldown on the teleport since i could just spam it to avoid enemies. Overall a really fun game!
I really liked the enemy models! Gameplay was also simple and fun but the instructions screen disappeared a little too fast before i could read it. Still a great entry!
Really impressive if you made the alien model during the jam! The concept of the game is neat but the options could be placed differently, the "nice" options were always on the left and the "harsh" options on the right so i just kept on clicking on the same side. Still a really awesome job!
Great funny game with a lot of charm! Nice music and sound effects too. The mouse sensitivity was a little too high for me though
Nice game!
Actually a really fun game to play! I didn't really think strategy games would perform well in ludum dares but this one is really well thought out and fun! I also tuned in to some parts of your stream while you were making this game p.PNG
Really well thought out game mechanics and design. The only thing i felt that could be improved was the difficulty progression between the stages. The puzzles are already semi challenging from the first few levels so some easier levels at the beginning would have been nice. Other than that, this is an extremely good compo game!(as expected from you ๐ )
Cool concept that could be improved on by adding more powers. Currently the game plays out very linearly since each power can only be used once(not including the one that the power returner gives) so maybe a turn based cooldown would have been better? Also, the main menu and play again buttons don't work after finishing the game. Overall still pretty fun and a good game idea!
Great looking art and cool sound effects. I encountered a bug where i sometimes got stuck to the sides of the play area. Was hoping there would be unique enemies who did different attacks instead of just walking towards the player. Still a great entry!
A really great story and a nice take on the theme. I found this game very refreshing as it is so different from all the other typical entries. Even though there isn't much gameplay, the story makes up for it. I also liked that there were multiple endings to the game. Great job!
A neat game with some nice artwork and great sound effects. When i reached the final tile the game text kind of skipped past it and i just ended up at the victory screen. Other than that great job!
A really cool game idea and take on the theme! I liked the idea of the actual pixels on your screen slowly being sacrificed. Some audio would have really added to the experience.
A really smart take on the theme!(This was the first game idea i thought of doing but eventually changed it XD) Theres a way to stick to walls by holding the movement button, but should be a very easy fix if your'e using unity's physics(because iv'e also encountered this before in another one of my games). I like the use of the "cutscenes" at the start to help set the story of the game. Overall, this game could have a lot of potential if the mechanics were a bit more polished.
A nice looking game with good environment and character models. I found the game pretty difficult to play on the web version though due to the character continuing to move forward when clicking and dragging a sheep. Sometimes the sheep would also disappear when i click on it once. I'm sure the windows build works fine though so i recommend people play that version instead. Overall a really cool looking game!
A pretty simple but fun game! A great game for your first ludum dare entry. One problem i faced was when dragging some of the idea cards, some of them would go off screen and i wasn't able to pick them up again. Other than that, good job!
Pretty good for a game made in a day. I liked the art and user interface. A way to speed up the time could be added as i found myself waiting a lot for the next day to come. I also came across an issue where my items would disappear if i picked them up while i had a full inventory. With some added content this could make for a really interesting game!
Really fun and well designed puzzle game. The level design is solid and the game mechanics are well thought out. The music was also good and the various sound effects were nice. Being able to produce a game like this in 3 days is really impressive! I managed to find all 3 "secret" items and get the (good?) ending and i liked how you had to replay the levels to get them. Definitely one of my favorite entries so far!
This was an extremely fun game to play! Solid level design coupled with simple mechanics made for a really fun experience. The sounds and music also added greatly to the atmosphere and mood of the game. I found the final boss a little challenging at first since it could push me around but after a couple of tries i managed to defeat it. Overall a really well made entry which i thoroughly enjoyed!
Really impressive being able to make a game with randomly generated levels within the given time! The minimap is also a very nice addition to help players keep track of where they are since the levels are random. The movement speed when going up and down ladders could be increased a little as it felt a bit slow. An aiming indicator could also be added or the mouse cursor could be made visible as i found myself clicking outside of the game a lot of the time(i played the web version on chrome). Overall a cool game with some nice music and quirky backstory!
This game sets a really great mood with amazing looking graphics and atmospheric sounds. It reminded me of fighting fantasy games with the different decisions you could make and the story telling. If this was made into a fully fledged game, i would definitely get it. Great entry!
Great looking sprites and cool music! I like that the enemies actually try and block/avoid your snowballs instead of only moving randomly.
Really nice graphics and sounds! The level design is also great with good difficulty progression. The game has a simple but fun mechanic. I feel that this game could be a really fun mobile game if you decided to continue working on it. One bug i encountered was I could not move anymore after dieing later in the level(i was playing the html version on chrome). Other than that, really fun to play!
Fun little game with a great personality and a cool artstyle! I managed to find the (not so secret?) ending where i took down the boss. This reminded me of papers please with the similar concept of choosing who to fire or keep. A small problem i had with the web version of the game (i was playing on chrome) was that the text box was a bit small and difficult to click on. Other than that, i really enjoyed playing it! (Also RIP bill's dad)
One of my favorites so far! Amazing aesthetics combined with simple but fun mechanics make this a great game. I like that the UI is part of the level itself so the screen doesn't end up cluttered. The music and sfx are also great and helps to add greatly to the game. The only thing a little off is the theme, which the game doesn't really have a huge connection too. However, this game is overall very impressive and a great fun to play!
Amazing artwork and music! The fire and smoke aesthetics also looked really cool. It took me a little while to figure out what i was supposed to do so a mini explanation at the start could help. Perhaps some more stuff could have been added to further increase the replay-ability of the game. Overall, a great looking game with a cool take on the theme!
Unique take on the theme and cool concept. The user interface could be improved though such as showing what items you gave when in the different menus and the amount of money you have.
Also when accessing a menu, every single option is shown. Instead of that, you could make it so that only the options that are possible should be shown. (eg. only show 'plant corn' when you only have corn seeds)
A mini in game tutorial could also help players to understand the game a little easier.
Overall a cool game which just needs a little bit of polish
Really nice atmospheric sound effects but i was pretty lost at what i was supposed to do. Perhaps a more detailed tutorial could have benefited the game. Other than that, a really cool concept and being able to work with such a large group of people to create a game within the given time is quite impressive!
Really cool looking game with a fun concept. It was a little confusing at first and I did not quite know how the flipping mechanic worked, a more in depth tutorial would have been nice. The art though simplistic looks really good and the animations help to add on to the look. The game would have benefited greatly from some music and sound effects, which would make it even more polished.
Cool little game. Feels like a classic top down shooter. The movement and shooting felt easy to control but i sometimes got stuck inside walls. The help button at the main menu doesn't show anything too :P (I played the webGL version of the game)
This was really fun and enjoyable. The sound effects were great and the controls felt very comfortable and easy to use. I only managed to get 48% of my burger though ๐ญ
I had a lot of fun running around throwing money at people and seeing the different lines of dialogue from all the characters. Some more gameplay would have been nice.
A really interesting and unique game concept. It's a shame that you didn't have the time to add sounds, it would have benefited the game a lot. I feel that the movement is a bit too slow, plus you can only move in 1 direction. I also encountered a bug where the dialogue box would not close after my friend said "Unfortunately you can't help me". With a bit more polish, this game could be really great!
A very fun and simple, yet challenging game. For some reason i really like the art style. The particles are nice too. I also liked that the planet had a 'day/night cycle' (if that's what it was). I would love to see more in the future.
I really liked this game. The levels are designed very well and the difficulty curve is just right. The grappling mechanic is also very nice. The sound effects and background music is great too. A minor thing though, I got stuck on corners sometimes while controlling the big ship as it seems the hitbox is a little bigger than the sprite. This game is really fun to play and a co-op mode where a player controls each boat would be fun.
The controls said to use up/down to load and unload, but i didn't know that was only when standing on a building. Holding down the up/down button also spam toggles between the drill/movement mode instead of only switching once. The movement was also a bit laggy on chrome. Other than that, this is a really nice game. I like the amount of buildings you are able to build and you can actually see the resources depleting when you mine them.
Really challenging and fun. The gliding of the player adds just the right amount of difficulty to the game which makes it too easy, but not insanely difficult as well. The particles look great and the sound effects/background music are awesome. The sprites look really nice too.
A really nice exploration type of game. I would have liked if the controls were A and D instead of W and S, as the way i had to place my fingers was a bit awkward. Also i could not propel off some planets and got stuck there, so i had to restart the game several times. With a bit of polish and audio, this could be a really good game!
A very nice and relaxing game. I would have loved to see more from it. The sounds and background music fit the mood perfectly. The mouse cursor should have been locked and hidden though, as it prevents the camera from turning once the cursor reaches the edge (when using right click to rotate the camera)
A really fun and great looking game! I could only play with bots since i had no one else to play with, but it was still fun! Some platforms which you could jump onto would be nice, to be able to dodge the bullets from other players. There could also be some sort of way to tell which character is yours, perhaps an arrow above the character's head, as I lost track of my character once in a while. Still, a great game to play with friends! (or bots)
A really fun and simple game. The camera zoom could have been a bit bigger so more things can be seen on the screen at once.
Really interesting and fun game mechanics. Whats even more impressive is the amount of levels you managed to make as levels for puzzle games like these usually take a long time to make and balance properly. I just wished the colour chart could be displayed while playing a level. A really fun and challenging game!
The sprites look nice and i liked the sounds effects/music. The game was too short though, wished the level was longer or there was more levels. I also managed to fall off the map at the right edge of the level as there was no wall. Still pretty fun.
The sprites look really nice and the gameplay is challenging but fun. The trajectory at which the pills flew at is a bit off as compared to the aim line, which may be intended but i found a little frustrating at first. Some background music would have been nice. A really great game overall!
A really fun, good looking, and funny game. I would have liked if the time it takes for the suits to become angry was a little longer as the later levels contained too many suits to move within the short amount of time. The swaying of the suits and the sound effects helped to make the game feel humorous and lively. Definitely one of my favorite entries.
Really fun and good looking game! I would have loved to play more levels. I liked how enemies drop the weapons they use upon death. The enemies get more abundant and tougher further along the level, adding the perfect amount of challenge. It also forces the player to actually fight enemies to get their weapons instead of just running through the entire level. The sprites look great (except for the boat which was a bit blurry, probably due to scaling).
The models are really nice and the background music is great. I loved that the rooms aren't all on the same face like most other similar games and that you could rotate the building to view the other rooms. Some things that could be added: - A way to see how much time is left before the workers complete a task - A way to cancel a task (i removed one of my rooms by accident) - More room types
Still a really fun and good looking game!
I liked the upgrade system and how you could upgrade different parts of the ship. Some audio would have been great. With some new sprites and more gameplay elements, this game could be something really great. Still, it is really fun to play in this current version.
Really nice looking game with great gameplay. I would love to possibly see more in the future, perhaps more levels and ways to slow down/block death. A bug I found, the game freezes upon restart sometimes (i was playing the web version on itch.io)
Seems like a great game idea with a lot of potential. The game would have benefited greatly from a tutorial as I had no idea what i was doing and what i was supposed to do when I first started playing. Some audio would have been nice as well.
I loved the art and the music, both fit the atmosphere really well. I would have liked to see more, possibly more levels or some gameplay.
Really cool and neat looking game. Would have liked an instructions page (though i figured out what to do pretty quickly). More levels and possibly hazards to add an extra challenge would have been nice. I liked how the rocket changes direction when out of bounds, instead of just stopping at the edge like most other games. Nice sounds/music too.
I felt that the thrusters didn't really give me much of a boost, even when i wasn't in a gravitational pull, making it a bit frustrating at first. Still, a very cool and neat game!
This game seems like it has great potential, but the lack of a proper tutorial and a confusing instruction screen negatively affects it. The text in the instructions screen is a little too small, and doesn't really do a good job of explaining how to play the game. I didn't know how to buy/place down items. Some user feedback, possibly audio, would have been nice. Overall, this game could have benefited greatly from a proper tutorial/instructions screen.
A very nice and pretty game. The enemy models looked good. Would have been nice if the shooting required manual aiming instead as enemies can be taken off too easily just by spamming the shoot button. The procedural generation is an added plus that helps to add replayability to the game. More types of terrain and enemies would have made it even more fun. Still, a really great game.
The jumping doesn't feel comfortable since the player slows down while in the air. Also i didn't know wall jumping was a mechanic, maybe a different animation for the player while holding onto a wall or an instructions page would help. The player also flies a bit too far back after jumping from a wall, making it quite difficult. An arrow pointing towards the goal would be nice as i didn't know where to go when i started playing. (and the ambient background noise doesn't loop). Other than that, the intro sequence is really nice and the sprites look great. The added particles and noise effects add a very nice touch.
Really fun and addictive. Great looking sprites and sound effects. I kept killing myself though, at some spots if i shoot and move at the same time i instantly collide with my own bullets.
Extremely fun and entertaining. I spent more time playing this game than other entries so far. The 'quests' kept me hooked on finding out what item i could unlock next and the automation with the koalas and the blowguns helped the game not feel tedious and repetitive as i did not have to collect the bamboo manually. The models and user interface look really nice too. Combined with the sound effects this makes for a really great game.
I really like the 'story', the narration ,and the breaking of the fourth wall. Would have been great if the game was longer, i wanted to play more.
The sprites look really nice and minimalistic. Would have been nice if the game had some audio. Some aerial enemies would have added an extra challenge since i could avoid the ground enemies by staying on top and dropping bombs. Still a really fun and cool game!
Rally cool looking and fun. An ingame reset would have been nice, rather than having to refresh the page itself.
A fun and challenging game. I liked that you added a button to skip to the next checkpoint as I would have never been able to clear some parts as it was too challenging for me ๐
Even though it's a story and not really a game, i still enjoyed the experience. Would have liked if the story was longer. Being able to click to speed up the text would also have been nice and added some more interactivity.
Really unique and interesting take on the theme, i enjoyed it a lot. The story was humorous and the art looked really nice. I didn't really know what i was supposed to do at first though as the chat box was rather small and i didn't see the chat messages until later on (i bet a lot of people thought this was an actual rpg and missed the entire story). Really great overall!
Didn't really know what to do until i lost the first time, an instructions page would have been nice. I also managed to glitch out of the flask a few times. Still a nice and simple game.
The artwork is really nice and the sounds really suit the atmosphere of the game. Some stuff though, i ran out of mana really quickly so most of the time i relied on my minions to fight. I also couldn't really distinguish between my minions and enemies as only the colour of their level changed so i ended up trying to attack my own minions a lot. It would also be nice if there were more enemy types. Still a really beautiful looking and fun game overall!
Really nice background music and aesthetics. The controls were challenging at first but got easier the longer i played. An end goal like landing your character on a specific area would have been nice, still fun and challenging though.
I really like the art style and user interface, though the text could be a bit bigger. Really fun and simple, kind of reminds me of Spore, I just wished there were more types of 'incoming messages' as i kept getting the same ones more often the longer i played. I also always ended up killing a lot of the population a lot of times ๐
Great game! I didn't know how to build stuff at first(because i'm dumb) but after i found out i had a lot of fun building and designing my base.
I get stuck in corners sometimes but still really fun!
Really fun! I kept on dying to my own bullets though.
Would be more fun with enemies
A bit too easy but I still had fun. Neat game!
Neat game but the art assets used look a little too similar to the original ones. Also the cursor doesn't reappear on gameover/winning so i couldn't click the play again button. I liked how you have to use your projectiles to climb over the wall.

Fun game with some great looking sprites! Maybe more hazards on each level could help add more of a challenge? Overall, great job!

Fun game with great looking sprites! I didnt know pressing escape to go back to the main menu wouldnt save my progress, maybe that could be explained better or there could be a confirmation box? The additional settings in the main menu are great, most people wouldnt have the time to add small touches like these. Overall, an easy and fun game to play anytime!
Deeper into steel by Arsmih24 2025-04-09T15:50:14Z ♥ 1
Loved the art in this game! The starting intro / cutscene adds a lot to the storytelling. I got a bit stuck on the clues, maybe an in-game hint button could help? Still, great game!
The Hidden Depths by nsadie 2025-04-08T13:05:07Z ♥ 2
Amazing intro scene, really good looking sprites, the look of the game kind of reminds me of Dave the Diver. The gameplay requires strategy and thought, with the random creatures changing the strategy each game, adding to the overall re-playability. One small problem I had was I kept accidently discarding creatures since adding a creature requires a drag and drop, but discarding works the moment the mouse clicks. Maybe dragging and dropping to a trash can could help? Still, an absolutely fun experience. From the little ui/text animations to the sound effects and unique sprites, this game is well polished and well made!
