Probably unfair to rate but interesting concept. Keep us posted. How did you create the alien or where from??

bsdrago 2020-04-21 05:27

@marvalgames We were not able to control the little time we had very well. We did the alien with Blender. The idea in the mechanics of the game was to be inspired by the Reigns like game, but the card swipe didn't work, so I improvised a card with buttons. Happen =)

theqiwiboy 2020-04-21 18:06

I liked the alien.

maxathon 2020-04-21 18:07

Neat idea.

aoni 2020-04-21 18:12

The game looks interesting, but is a little bit repetitive. The alien is also cool looking.

foxisxiii 2020-04-21 18:13

The purpose of the game is to kill/keep alive the alien or it's to get information from it? It's funny how you can keep smashing you friend hammer on the alien after he is death

lamasaurus 2020-04-21 18:15

I can see the Reigns influences, very cool concept. Defining scope can be hard, but we learn by doing  Keep it up and next jam will certainly produce something awesome

vedal 2020-04-21 18:16

Would like to see this finished, cool alien though.

adam-clayden 2020-04-21 18:19

Game feels like it has potential, and I really liked the animations on the alien. You could feel that it was in pain. My only issue really is that the decisions feel extremely biased towards using force, rather than a game loop that encourages different forms of interrogation. I think if there was some sort of way to spice things up a bit that would be good (similar to how Undertale lets you win without fighting)

xdsilentstorm 2020-04-21 18:19

Cool game idea with some nice graphics, but you can win the game by just pressing the left option again and again. With more options and maybe more choice this game has great potential. Still a good entry to the jam and a shame you couldn't finish it!

generictoast 2020-04-21 18:22

Really impressive if you made the alien model during the jam! The concept of the game is neat but the options could be placed differently, the "nice" options were always on the left and the "harsh" options on the right so i just kept on clicking on the same side. Still a really awesome job!

blaster391 2020-04-21 18:24

It's a shame you didn't manage to complete it, the concept was really nice, I'd like to see more :)

tayfun 2020-04-21 18:24

Maybe more animations on the alien would be better. Looks like alien has just one animation whatever you do.

dasilvacontin 2020-04-21 18:25

Some of the absurd options made me laugh irl 😆. Some of the options are confusing, because they read more like descriptions than actions, e.g. "He says that...". How is that something that I can choose as an action?

Good job! :)

shardykins 2020-04-21 18:27

I liked how new stats became available as your communication improved, but as others said it became a little easy to find out which options where positive and just click those over and over. Cool idea, keep it up!

codekiw 2020-04-21 18:28

I have the feeling that this is more about killing the alien than keeping it alive? :D

thewustache 2020-04-21 18:31

Interesting concept, it's kind of like the interrogation minigame in GTA V.

fraanns 2020-04-21 18:38

Great concept. Keep going.

chocolat-endive 2020-04-21 19:27

Nice job with the animation of the alien. A more complete mini game could have been cool.

flashviper 2020-04-21 19:43

I like the alien model. Keep up the good work!

nabo369 2020-04-21 20:51

Good idea for an game, even though it is a bit unfinished right now it does have potential for the future. I'd definitely play it again if it would get a bit more polish and gameplay because I love games like these

bsdrago 2020-04-22 04:43

@aoni Thanks! We had some problems with time management. So, the content is very small, just a some ideas available. The good news is we validated the mechanics, even with this small game, probably we will complete this game and put in some site, itchi.io or Google play....

bsdrago 2020-04-22 04:47

Hey @adam-clayden , thanks for your feedback. I like your idea and as I mentioned here before, we had some time management problems, so the content HAS soma BIAS to violence, since the first idea was Keep him alive (You saw the temperature decision? DOesn matter if you increase/decrease temperature, what matter is the variation....). The NON violence game is in my plans =)

bsdrago 2020-04-22 04:49

Hey @tayfun , thanks for your feedback The has 2 animations, but it changes between his life values. If he is too weak, his head go almost in his legs, but if he is ok, he always is looking to you! Its a bend animation! =)

joemid 2020-04-26 14:44

Love this idea! The concept is solid and has a lot of potential. Looking forward to see where you take this.
