I didn't have any sound on my end, which was a bummer. I can appreciate the fact that there is a mute button though, so thanks for the effort.
The window size wouldn't scale up at all, and in general the game looks like it was designed for mobile.
The color scheme was a bit erratic, but everything fit together at least slightly well.
The Up reference in the background gave me a little chuckle. I don't know of any other houses that were flown via balloons.
I read in your bio that you didn't have very much time on top of the minimal time in Ludum Dare already. Well done completing your project before time ran out!
I like the soundtrack to the game. I thought that there could have been better directions on what to do in-game. I think that there also be an explanation of the number at the top center is.
I thought this game was lots of fun. Would be cool to see how I did compared to others :) Great job joago losersclub.PNG

Simple play is addictive. I can't stop playing it. The background music is great

Good job, I have liked it. 500 points! Maybe an explanation on lives-collection scenes would be nice.

@gmaanicus, I'm proud that you understood, the house is a reference to the movie *Up*! What I can say is that yes, there is sound in the game! Hahaha, there must have been some loading error, but so far it has been the only time this has happened. Anyway, I'll take a look to try to fix this. I appreciate your feedback.

@tailmaker, Thank you for your feedback. About the numbers: The center number (in yellow) counts the distance covered – it is also your score. And the choice of number 27 in the second stage of the game (when you are controlling the paper boat and collecting lives) as a goal for you, for *It*, to float again was based on the story of Pennywise, who wakes up in cycles of 27 to 30 years, and it was how long it took him to return between the two most recent films.

@ceriseghost, Good job! You played really well! For now you have the ***best score*** among the comments. Thank you for your participation in this!
I didn't have sound while I played the game, but I'm assuming you hadn't gotten to adding it, which is fine. I liked the mechanic of moving the balloon when the birds started to move faster and swarm you, but the collecting lives portion of the game were kind of dull in my opinion. Having the birds alternate between coming at you fast or slow, and alternate between coming at you in pairs and alone would make the core mechanic more fun in my opinion. Thanks for an interesting project and I liked the art style as well, Up reference included!

This game is REALLY addictive. Gameplay is so simple and fun. I like the graphics and I absolutely love the soundtrack. Keyboard controls are much easier than swiping. Maybe add a touch buttons instead of swipes? Anyway, I'll definitely put it into my browser bookmarks.

@gmaanicus, @jallowmam, You both had the same problem, sorry about that but thanks for the feedback! I believe I have solved the sound problem with the new update. Thanks for playing.
Bem divertido e viciante. Gostei da sua interpretação do tema. Bom trabalho!

Nice entry, it's easy at start, but the game got me when you put 2 birds in the same row.

Good job on getting everything together in such a short amount of time! The strength of the mechanics was that they were simple enough to pick up and jump into immediately.
I thought the 'pick up lives' part of the game felt a bit out of place. I was a good way to add a change in pace and give players a break but it felt too disruptive to the score chasing nature of the game. I think a small improvement would be instead of having the 'pick up' game every time you lose a life, have it at some interval, so maybe every 100 or 200 points. And instead of picking up lives, make it a bonus round, where picking up boats will add to your score. That way you mix things up but still have both parts of the game cohesive and build towards the score chasing experience of the game.
Again, well done on bringing it all together for the jam, the art, mechanics, sound, and even story/references. Good job!
That's definitely an interpretation of the theme!
The game is a simple sort of thing, but the music was good (though I was confused how it fit with the game)
I think I want to parrot the above and say that the "float" section would be better if treated as a bonus section to get extra lives than as a penalty.
Otherwise, the concept is alright, and I love the play on the theme.
Hit a score of 234, which isn't high, but I think its enough to get a sense of the game. I liked the "Up" reference in the background.
its funy, easy and adictive in the birds part, good job! Hit Score of 350

Hey, thanks for posting the game to my stream!
Nice little IT-themed endless runner. The mechanic is simple, which is pretty effective for this sorta games though. Good job, was fun!
Nice game but I felt a bit confused with the colliding with people part when you lose a life. Wasn't quite sure what the purpose of that was and it also had a very random number to pass it. I had to get 27 people to turn back into a balloon which seems odd. Gameplay is solid but could do with some extra visual feedback or sound effects. Nice animations and transitions, was quite fun!
Cool take on the endless runner theme/category, although to be honest I had NO IDEA of what I was doing hehe :) Regardless, the entry is solid, because it has all the elements of a game tied together, and specially, gameplay!
Bom trabalho.

I didn’t understand the part after the ballon pops, that we have to collect people or something? But otherwise, cool game, and it gets somewhat exciting when it goes faster and the birds appear in groups of 2×3 (I got a score of 532).

** I thank each of you for playing my game. :speech_balloon: Thank you all for your incredible support!**
@ceriseghost Now it’s official, you are the owner of the **record** for scoring in this *Ludum Dare*. Thank you, I am very proud of your work. :trophy:
@iak Thank you for playing my simple game in your stream! That was really cool. :movie_camera:
:clapper:– ```Some stuffs about the game that I feel I need say because somehow I think I owe it to you,``` when the balloon pops, ***Pennywise*** falls and becomes a symbolic paper boat – *according to the story, **It** can also change shape, taking on many different appearances.* – where it needs to collect 27 – *because in the story of **It** it reappears in cycles every 27 years.* – lives that are represented by the boy in the yellow jacket – *Pennywise's first victim in the film is the little boy Georgie, who disappeared wearing a yellow jacket while playing alone in the street during the rain with his paper boat.* :balloon:
:gear:– It may seem strange but it was purposely designed to destabilize the player by reversing the mechanics (*deflecting* – *collecting*) while providing a short rest and a break in the game. – @zchen I think you were the one who understood it best, even though I didn’t make it so clear. 🤷♂️ I'm sorry for this. But thanks for all your suggestions for improvement. I will take that into account next time. :balloon:
>:joystick: To everyone who left their comments here, know that I played your games too, and I rated them even if I didn’t leave my feedback. ~~```Thanks for floating!```~~ :balloon:
:exclamation: For now I do not intend to continue with this project, but you can be sure that if it happens in the future, I will come back here to review all created confusion, all the feedbacks, about all the questions you’ve had. **Thanks for the learning and experience of another _Game Jam_. See you at the next _Ludum Dare_! :v: **
