The procedural generation of this is very cool and the time pressure really feels well-tuned.

I rather like this. Having to focus on completing a task whilst being distracted with the keys was an interesting challenge and the slight increase in difficulty over the levels was nice.
Initially I wanted a sound for when a new leak was found, but I think that would take away some off the difficulty. I can see comparisons to 'Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes' - there could be different distractions and more tasks to complete in future levels.
I think the Repair shops return policy is disgraceful and anti-consumer, though.
@rapwnzel Thanks! The puzzle idea of "They can't have these gems" seemed to have more to it than "They must have these gems". So the idea is that the dragons need any healing potion, just not ones that they are weak too.
@jefvel I completely agree! Thanks for the feedback.
@rialgar
Thank you so much - this is excellent feedback! It's great seeing you learn what we had intended for each level. And yes, We did have quite a few ideas for puzzles that unfortunately didn't make it in - you were right about running out of time! Thanks again :)
Nice set of mini-games with different ideas in each. Good pace too.
There are a good amount of systems that work together nicely. I liked figuring things out as I went along, and really like spotting the scrolls along the way. I played until I ran out of trees... I really, really wanted them boots! Oh well.
Improvements: - Your character is far too slow. I believe it takes more than 7secs to cross the bridge. Maybe your speed could be linked to your temperature? - Change "Helmet" to "Head Torch" - After going around in darkness the first night, then getting a torch the second, then seeing that I couldn't buy another torch was confusing. - A little "ping" showing where I have clicked would be good.
Nice game overall, thanks!
Fits the theme very well. Loved the different fail states.
Well done on your first game.
As others have said, the difficulty ramps up quite quickly and the upgrades are expensive.
Suggestions for improvement: Drop health and coins randomly a short distance from the flame. This gives the player the incentive to stop "camping" the flame.
Congratulations on your first jam game. It's exciting!
The background and aesthetics are well done and has a good connection with the theme. I think zooming the camera out and adding a few more platforms would have helped.
I spotted that enemy platforms are red - that's a cool extra signifier.
I like the concept. I'd like to be able to build the DNA with keyboard keys (QWER?) and "send" the built DNA left or right with keys. That would allow people to go further and get into a cool rhythm.
@zagoiris Thanks so much! That is very appreciated. :)
A nice, quick, cute experience. Enjoyed it. The "SPAM" was unexpected and a nice touch. Just the right amount of polish too... e.g the simple rotation on the jump.
Would have loved to see more to the level, but great job nonetheless! :)
I'm really a fan of this. I can imagine that the unique interactions and systems were fun to code. The puzzles taught the ideas well, too.
Nice gamejam submission. I liked the atmosphere created with the lighting and sounds. The enemies were varied enough to keep me engaged throughout, and the final boss battle actually made me chuckle on the chaos of it all. Good job.
I found this one somewhat tricky to get in to.
Adding instructions to the game page would go a long way.
Mood/Vibe is good... the "weird"ness of the art is great.
Also, there's a bug with Godot's web exporter and the audio crackling. Fixed with the latest release, though.
