Fun little game. I wish the handling on the taxi was a little smoother. I loved the visuals and radio, I thought the music was going to be from public domain but was impressed to read you made them yourself, good job! also 40$ for murder seems like a steal!
Looks great, one thing that I struggled with is finding where my passengers want to go, but I guess it's part of the idea
@snowfalleagle Yeah, that's part of the taxi life. Knowing every corner of the city. There is a system to the destination names tho, inspired by real-world grid cities.
The game is not a bad idea, the unique point i wanna talk is de information to the place for drop people. but sounds like good
The game looks nice and definitely is fun to play. I found it a bit difficult to navigate to exact points the passanger ask to go to without any kind of map, but it did not stop me from having some genuine fun.
You used very pleasant visuals, music, and car sound effects in your game. I played it with great pleasure — thank you!
I loved this! Graphics and audio were mad cool. Definitely fits the theme well with the frantic Crazy Taxi-like gameplay. Fantastic entry!
I loved the vibe, I just wanted to run over grand-mas over and over :p
Super appealing visuals, love the 2.5D style! Controls were wonky but in a good way. Navigation was a bit hard to understand without street signs but once you knew where Nanab & 1st was it was pretty simple to find your way around. Good game!
Haha, murder is only 40 bucks. Fun game. well done!
This game is so much fun! Driving a taxi for the first time makes me feel really novelty.
The 2.5D style rendering is really impressive! I wish the car was a bit more responsive. Good entry overall!
Really cool combination of 2D and 3D. Felt like GTA! A couple suggestions to make it even more fun: * Prevent people from asking to go to the same place they started (I had several people pick up and drop off at the Fries place, it felt like cheating) * Adjust the scaling so you have a bit more time to learn the roads before you run out of cash * Make the car have a bit faster acceleration
I'm a fan of driving games, so you got my vote there. Was definitely frustrating trying to find my way around at the start, not the cleanest first impression. Once I learned where streets 1-4 were, it became a lot easier, but I still couldn't make it past the third quota. The scaling seems pretty extreme past that point.
The handling feels not very good, the vehicle's operation is very unstable, it's not very agile when turning, and the camera becomes blurry at high speeds. In reality, you have to deal with a lot of turns and obstacles :(
Additionally, I feel the most lacking feature is the navigation function. Having a **UI map** is necessary for the driver, as players have no idea where the destination is. In the end, I could only deliver one passenger. I watched as the final time approached, and I was already stopped in front of the second destination, feeling sad.
*The map's obstacles and murder are a bit scary, somewhat in bad taste, but not bad.*

I think i did pretty well, this was a lot of fun! It was super frustrating at first because i kept trying do u turns to get to where i wanted to go and it was super slow. once i realized that i had to think more like a taxi driver and just go around the block it was pretty fun! The only thing that i would have loved is if pressing some button (spacebar maybe?) let you look backwards so that you could drive in reverse a bit more aggressively, as its a lot of fun to do when you realize that the drop off point is not too far behind you. learning the roads was very satisfying, road signs would have helped but might have made learning the roads a bit less satisfying.
@electric-sun Congratulations, you beat the developer! Also, a lot of good feedback from everyone in the comments. I'm not sure whether this project will see more development, but if it does, there is a lot to act on!
