If it wasn't for the not so good controls and poor frame rate it would be a very good game. I still liked it a lot. It feels good to relax after a rainy day.

Well I'm not entirely sure what the hell just happened, to be honest, but whatever it was, it did work... I can see the coding prowess that went in to this, but I'm not sure I get how the theme tied in. Anyway, thanks for tonight's nightmare... xD

Very trippy experience. I think this would be so much better in VR. I was hoping for some end of some sort. I saw a timer and thought that was it but just put me back in the room with HE-man lol Interesting and very trippy

That sure was a video game. I liked the way you broke the expectations of the player quite often with interactions. Creating comedy not from just images, but the actions the player does like falling door at the beginning.

Whoa this is absolutely wild :O I loved it. Not sure i saw everything of it (it seems after a while the rooms are played again in a random order) Anyway thanks, it was hypnotic, fun, intriguing... incredible atmosphere Personal highlights : - The whole introduction (even more in the post jam version with the added sfx) - The main title with this ominous synth - The room with nothing but single images - The popup sequence at the "end"

Wow, that was quite the experience! Super trippy and really well made. Love the aesthetic and getting lost in there. It totally reminded me of the Berlin-based indie game festival Amaze, you might wanna check it out and maybe submit this one for next year :)

matlab 2020-10-08 17:44

We're glad you enjoyed the "experience"!

Like everyone else during the jams I guess: we wanted to add so much more stuff and so much more content (lots of interaction with the various GIFs, a bit like completely wacky "quests" in those wacky worlds, and many more worlds...).

We already wanted to make a new version a little later, your comments make us even more eager to improve all this!

Thanks a lot !!

I don't know how to define the meaning of my life after this game, honestly ... hahaha I think I had fun, it's a unique experience this game haha, good job.

cerka 2020-10-13 19:14

This is crazy :D The theme doesn't really play a role, but cmon who cares. Was the glitching dialog box the end of the game?

trexxak 2020-10-13 20:29

I feel like this is the game I was always looking for without knowing it.

Fives across the board and thank you for the trip!!!

matlab 2020-10-14 17:18

@cerka nope, in the level with the countdown and the "Mission:Find the Santa!" you have to find this damn Santa, and then click on it, and then a famous guy tell you if you found all the secret. If you found them, he will give you a gift... ;) Thx for playing!

joey-vrij 2020-10-14 19:24

This was a lot. I really like it tho. Awesome to see an experience rather than a game, very good work!

rosettastoned 2020-10-14 19:30

Very nice mood and vibe in the beginning when you got home into the house! Hahah, loved how all objects are just billboards with that scale up and down. But everything just got confused after getting on computer. Got stuck with La Faille glitchy popup after clicking some youtube vid, and didn't feel worth it to start over and play again. Might've if it would've been some checkpoint system, but meh, the game failed to pull me back in sorry to say :(

jojopalambas 2020-10-14 21:09

Quelle infinie beauté... Ce jeu a fait de ma vie un succès, je peux mourir maintenant.

(en vrai très cool comme jeu, et très bonnes musiques ^^)

Absolutely nothing in my entire life leading up to this moment could've prepared me for the experience of this game. Absolutely incredible use of the jam. Marvelous work all around, and great puzzles!

Edit: I went back and beat the game. *god dang it.*

I have played a lot of weird and surreal games like this one and I overall like them. But to be totally honest, so am I not a super fan of this game. Okay it starts pretty good and interesting. But what I don't like is way it just gets more and more and more and more chaotic and it's seems never to stop. And when the chaos just is there all the time, I just gets use to it, and in a way it's gets kinda boring and at best a bit annoying. But okay with a bit better balance between chaos and relaxation, this could have been a much better and much more fun game to play.

When all that is said, so do I like you playing around with some weird, surreal and interesting ways of making a game. So overall is this still an okay jam game.

wakobu 2020-10-14 23:01

Un grand bravo, j'ai quasiment mis 5 partout alors que j'ai tendance à me trouver trop sévère. Superbe ambiance et excellente immersion !

celuloide 2020-10-15 08:48

Wow this was an experience indeed hahaha! I really liked the intro sequence, after that the feeling of weirdness got somewhat distorded depending of the room but it was interesting. Some rooms I did not know how to "exit" and felt a bit lost. But in the end it was a good experience, Good job!!

geckoo1337 2020-10-15 22:26

Strange and weird experience. I did not expected anything, and I am not disappointed.

Like a prophet, you opened my eyes - now I know the meaning of life :)

Arrêtez avant qu'il ne soit trop tard ++

annie-owl 2020-10-17 15:58

What a surreal experience... I loved it!

wxzuir 2020-10-21 18:55

Definitely the best entry I have seen for LD47! A masterpiece reminding me the experience watching chill videos. Wanna to leave, but I can never get out lmao 100/10

igaryhe 2020-10-22 14:17

This game is awesome. 12/10, 2 points for Rick Astley

coleslaughter 2020-10-25 22:56

[We played your game on stream this weekend!](https://www.twitch.tv/videos/781046795?t=03h12m47s)

And um...uuuuuhhhh...I can't really put my finger on this one. I dig it a lot, but I have no idea what it did to my brain.

Not just anyone can make a surreal experience like this, so you get some major bonus points for making something that felt genuinely original.
