The units are just perfect *chefs kiss* I liked that I had the choice to make it more interactive as some people do like just to watch and others like to interact with the fight. Cool entry!

I love the concept, autobattlers are my thing, but I wish it was kinda harder or there was more types of enemies. I didn't lost a single unit through whole game. Also final boss was way too easy, he attack me like 2 times before dying. But I think if you decide to develop it further it would become a really nice game.

Really liked this game. The music and art were great. The concept was really fun and a good start to a cool roguelike game. If you added different kinds of units and more power ups you could have a really turn this into a fully fledged game. Amazing job.

im not used to this genre but I had a good time with this here game. i appreciated the upgrade that lets you interact with the combat a little.

presentation is spot on, neat animations and detailed backgrounds with a solid color scheme. are the graphics original or stock?

Hi! really enjoyed the style and look of the game. One little suggestion if you decide to develop this further would be a greater variation on the height of the incoming projectiles to make stopping them harder. Otherwise Great entry!

Hey ! I really liked the style of this game but the difficulty is lacking in my opinion. I would prefer to have more projectiles incoming with the ability to stop them from the start

Nice mood, nice graphics. The game cruely lacks of difficulty, it's very hard to lose. It is still a nice concept and an overall good entry :wink:

Poor balancing, But the art style and music were nice, lacking a few sounds effects maybe ? I think a few more gameplay elements (where you actually play) would be nice additions, and with more impact than the current ones. Otherwise, great base for a follow-up !

I loved it. Music is fantastic and gameplay is simple but due to the graphics a lot of fun. Would have loved to have a bit more active impact on battles.

Awesome game! Great job! One thing I would change is make the clickable area for projectiles a bit larger than the projectile itself - a bit hard to click on the spears

oh noooooo I needed the game to last longer :( :( it would have been easy just extending the game by two stages and use the enemies as bosses :( the game is fun and I would love to play it more. what a fun little game. some notes: the divine blessing is a bit broken I guess when I got it I was able to destroy all the projectiles of the demons and the game felt easy with it so maybe limit it to one level only and not forever. also I think I broke the game lol and I don't know why but the last boss in my second try didn't take any damage. The game is too short :'( I love this FTL map style I always wanted to make a game like that... The game is really fun the art and the sound design are great as well ! Maybe the game is too easy ? but it's not a problem since this game is for a game jam ;) A very good potential here, good job guys ;)

I think it's remarkable for an LD game. All the features implemented so far are pretty neat so I am not bothered at all that it's a short game.

Pretty solid game so far, but with room for improvement. As other players mentiojed, the difficulty level is to low. The game should be harder, the path you choose should influce the game play a bit more and the game should last a bit longer. But I really liked your game!

This was very fun and well polished, but I was super sad to discover that it didn't matter how well I played because the final boss seemed to not take damage. I went from like 16 guys who were very upgraded, to losing.deepInferno.png

It's really short - but it's a great little "tech demo" if you will. I enjoyed the art style and with some better balancing (mainly it's way too easy) this could be a really neat game! The graphics are fantastic and I didn't encounter any bugs or glitches. Great entry! :)

This game is amazing. I wish it was longer, much longer! With many types of units, enemies and bosses, and powers... Great job on the concept and execution!

Strong "Kingdom" vibes coming off this one! It's cool that the map layers change as you scroll down, nice touch. I also really like the background art for the battles, spooky red caverns and cracked stone everywhere, it reminds me of the nether from minecraft :thumbsup: The throw animation for the little guys is great, I love the sweat beads that fly off them.

I think it was a good idea to randomize most of the choices you have at campsites, but always keep the "hire a unit" option. Keeps things fresh. I love how all the spear guys throw in unison when you get a couple speed upgrades going, really helps sell the "me and THIS army" feeling.

Probably not relevant for a jam game, but fyi I played this on a 1920x1200 resolution monitor, and the edges are a little cropped (could only see 1 pixel of the r in "choose you(r) path").

I also got the "last boss not taking damage" issue; I had multiple accuracy upgrades, maybe the spears weren't aiming at the right spot? I dunno.

This is a super solid entry, nice work!
