The visuals and mood really sold me on this! If punching / adjusting the XY sliders did different things, or if there was more than one vector to adjust the signal, could be really compelling! Regardless made me smile!

j3m 2026-04-21 07:41

Sympa! A little French humor

2026-04-21 07:42

You guys found such a creative perspective to relate signal and daily life! Very funny experience. I do wish I can tap the buttons on the TV though. BTW if you guys have time plz feel free to play our games too ><

muzzlove 2026-04-21 07:45

cute

saering 2026-04-21 07:53

Hi!

Fun little entry, I got caught by the name as a french person, and I'm not disappointed. I did not understand exactly how I was supposed to play, at first I used punches which seemed like the way to go, but I could find the right signal so I used the sliders which makes the game fairly easy, but that kind of defeats the whole point of the game?

The main issue, imho, is that the 3 punches are random (that's what it seems to me, at least). For instance, you could have one that randomizes the color, one that randomizes the noise, and a third one that increases the spacing between the 2 other signals. I don't know if that would work, but what I'm saying is that, there would be some logic to understand for the player to try playing with punches instead of using the sliders.

Being able to use the TV buttons instead of sliders would have been a truly great addition, I know it's easier said than done, but seeing those buttons and not being able to use them is a bit frustrating

Anyway, overall I enjoyed playing your game, and I love the idea! Bravo !

draki 2026-04-21 07:59

Thanks for the feedback! We're really proud to have found the game's mood so quickly; it gave us time for other things like the audio and visual effects.

@wabutt Yes, we had considered that, but we thought it would complicate understanding the use of fists in particular.

@j3m Did you see the Aveyron documentary? ;) haha we love that french region

@lizzyli thanks for the feedback and yes im gonna check out your game soon ;)

draki 2026-04-21 08:07

@saering Thank you for your detailed comment ! Love that name too : TELOCHE ! Yeah, like @lizzyli, you wanted to be able to touch the TV buttons, and I understand, but yes, we were a bit short on time for that ! However, the fists do something specific! One changes the sound, and the other two change the image. It's not random :) I won't tell you more if you want to figure out how they work yourself haha

anne-ogborn 2026-04-21 08:22

Great little game. I like the way the images get harder with the levels.

draki 2026-04-21 08:58

@anne-ogborn Thanks! Actually, there are no difficulty levels as you progress, but yes, some are harder than others. There are 5 levels and 10 TV channels, so you can replay multiple times without encountering the same pattern !

anne-ogborn 2026-04-21 09:19

The ones with straightforward images vs the ones with the weird 'scream' guy - he's deffo harder

lisieshy 2026-04-21 10:46

Very fun! So satisfying to hit that old TV!!

Love the sound design and the channels variety, really brings me back to when I first watched "Peokmon"

saloid 2026-04-21 12:48

Really liked the idea, it’s simple but it brought me back to childhood when I did similar stuff just to watch cartoons at my grandma’s place

got pretty hooked, went through five levels without even noticing would be cool to have more levels, and maybe instead of sliders actually twist some knobs on the TV, feels like it would fit even better

thanks!

flx 2026-04-21 12:52

Thanks a lot for your feedbacks !!

@saloid In fact there are 10 existing levels in total, when you start a new game we pick 5 random channels. So you might discover more if you play again ! :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

eden-zorro 2026-04-21 12:58

Simple and fun!

I miss the days when we used to punch TVs, so thanks for this, haha

0x0961h 2026-04-21 14:33

That's absolutely amazing take on the theme. Very well done. I really liked smacking TV as a game mechanic.

tkap1 2026-04-21 14:36

Very innovative! I was confused at first about what the different fists did

universeflow 2026-04-21 14:47

very well done graphics and sounds for the videos! probably one of the best takes on the theme I've seen so far :D

only thing I would change are the sliders and text, they don't really fit the vibe of the rest of the game. would be cool to be able to directly adjust the antenna by dragging it around

sariiger 2026-04-21 14:54

Really love the concept and the execution here! It took a couple of attempts to understand how it really worked (at first I didn't register that the right side changed speed, thought it was choosing between different audios, so I was lost on that).

But this game was a blast, amazing work!

wakobu 2026-04-21 15:13

Salut l'ami! Le jeu est bien polish au niveau de l'effet graphique cathodique! On s'y croirait! Ca manque un peu de mecaniques de variations de gameplay, mais en regle generale, le jeu est style et original! Notre jeu a le meme mecanique de definition de signal si ca t'interesse

woona 2026-04-21 15:51

Great job! It's easy to understand how to play, the game is fun, I love the videos in the TV and shaders used to distort them. I managed to complete the game with 84%

2026-04-21 16:48

really a great idea, and it's done really well! Kudos to the sound designer(euse 👀), great work !!

2026-04-21 17:52

At first I thought, oh, its horror!, quite a surprise to find I was completely wrong, this game proves that with a simple idea you can have a marvelous game, nice job!

penagwin 2026-04-21 18:32

I like the graphics and the simple concept! I appear to struggle to get over 70% Using shaders is fun, and I like that some of the screens like the ghost are designed to make it a little more difficult to tell if you have it perfect or not.

gamebuilder 2026-04-21 21:44

Brilliant! One of the most unusual games I have ever played, here or anywhere. I love the surreal TV shows, and tuning into them was an experience like no other. I gave you a 5 in every category—I don't think I've ever done this before. You folks have a lot of talent—an inspiration to us all.

2026-04-21 23:48

Belle idée ! And what a name. Kind of reminded me of one old flash game I used to play where you ended up smashing your tv for whatever reason. I read the comments and agree that the punches felt a bit random but that didn't bother me that much. Congrats and bravo :)

draki 2026-04-22 08:15

Thanks everyone for your comments!

Yeah, based on the feedback, I think the description just needed a little explanation about the fists. Because I get the feeling some people had trouble figuring out how they work. I'm going to spend some time playing your games now ;)

silentwander 2026-04-22 08:29

Wow! This is truly fantastic work. The way you've woven the theme into the game is ingenious, the mechanics are wonderfully "distinctive," the art style is cozy and pleasing, and the audio hits just the right note, the level design is pretty solid too You all have done a great job! Overall, well done!

2026-04-22 13:23

i like french people, very hilarious

skyeward 2026-04-22 13:49

Lovely game! Really enjoyed the visuals, the character on the couch with hard shadow on the wall behind them looks great, and of course all the animations are great. Clearly a game made with love.

Gameplay was really solid, a puzzle with a genuine learning curve which is fun to solve. I really like how animations have subtle clues to help you reach the correct speeds and colour palettes. I don't know what colour this kid's cartoon should be... But I DO know what colour the globe logo in the corner should be!

Thanks for the game!

pavel-goncharov 2026-04-22 13:50

This game’s scope is a perfect fit for a game jam — easy to understand controls, fun, and short. I like it very much. It’s one of my favorites here!

shores 2026-04-22 17:45

It was a lot of fun trying to get a flawless run! I also love all the different animations and that there were more than you get in a single run! And ALSO I didn't know they also have that Lingo TV program in France! (We also have a dutch version of it in the Netherlands) I love it, good job everyone!

2026-04-22 17:50

Damn, this is just a brilliant game lol, and why didn't I think of it too, you guys are great, I had a lot of fun, you made my day, dudesScreenshot_19.png

oradimi 2026-04-22 21:41

This game was so funny, and the show references were very French too. French approved!

kuviman 2026-04-22 21:42

get rekt @pomo

tino 2026-04-22 21:48

nikiroz 2026-04-23 16:48

pretty funny game

kabbi 2026-04-24 19:24

OMG OMG we had absolutely same idea when LD announced the theme! Exactly with pushing and procedural deformations! But we've decided eventually to do something else. So happy right now that you've made it)

alekcey-ovalnyi 2026-04-24 19:33

Quite simply, the visual reminded me of a troll face game.

yopox 2026-04-25 19:50

Génial ! Ça défoule de taper sur la télé, super concept  J'ai beaucoup aimé la ref au JDG, et j'ai du en rater d'autres :p

ruddiculous 2026-04-26 00:58

I learned so much about French television! The personality is great and the tuning mechanic works really well. I've seen some other people say they wish the X Y adjustment was on the actual TV instead of on sliders and I definitely agree that would have been cool. A challenge with something like this for sure is how much content can you make for the TV channels so i appreciate that you made enough that the game is replayable and you can discover new channels still!

coleslaughter 2026-04-26 04:07

[Thanks for submitting your game to stream!](https://www.twitch.tv/videos/2756861534?t=03h26m29s)

So cool to see how such a different game can be made using seemingly similar mechanics. Very nice job!

Fantastic entry. I have no idea how I was able to get either 100% or 90%, but buy was this a fun experience. Thanks for making this, it was fun all around. Great sound, visuals, feel (super fun smacking that television - I'm old enough to remember doing this with our 19in living room tv). Cheers!

mrtroy 2026-04-26 20:36

Everyone is nailing it! This is awesome.

I enjoyed the way this game played out. I managed to always get in the high 80s low 90s. It also has a low enough learning curve where I didn't feel like I needed an extensive tutorial in order to play.

fabelay 2026-04-26 21:55

very relatable game when you were alive in the 20th century! easy to understand, amazing assets, quick and fun. thanks for making it!

philstrahl 2026-04-27 01:02

Lovely little game with a twist and a very nostalgic experience for me. So much animation in such little time, wow! Thanks for being present in today's stream! 😊 Here's the VOD: https://youtu.be/HGwzSkcD2uU

flx 2026-04-27 10:23

Thanks everyone for all the nice comments ! We will make sure to properly test all your games and leave a feedback too

croped 2026-04-28 09:54

Nicely polished experience, cute art paired with proper sfx. The only thing that seemed a bit out of place are the unity default sliders, would have been perfect if properly integrated (maybe the tv knobs but those can be tricky to use). Still one of the most polished/completed games i tested so far, very well done!

zathnic 2026-04-28 21:13

Very unique idea, well executed! The distortion effects look cool and the fist punches feel satisfying!

pipetto 2026-05-02 05:26

A cool concept!

emsea 2026-05-06 07:41

Dropping a long over due comment here. Really appreciate you giving me the opportunity to play this game [on stream.](https://www.youtube.com/live/fCwnxSEAlQY?si=0XdU6Ebl_EnTB0Z3&t=4942)

My thoughts are shared in the VOD. Hope we see you back for LD60. ✌

kayrum 2026-05-07 19:38

Accurate simulation of owning a crt television. Intuitive controlls with a nice reveal at the end of the puzzle.
