@denvil You can use WASD instead of the arrows to cast the attacks!

Very nice game! Had some trouble understanding when you can cross over yourself or not, but I've managed to beat it 100% anyway, and reached what I think is the secret room? Well done!
Very neat game! I liked the additions of features on your bike as your make deliveries. I thought angry tomatoes were the ones moving at first, but they're all moving haha! I sometimes get hit while I don't feel like I did, but overall, the controls and the gameplay loop are fun! Would recommend. For you next jam, consider looking into assigning key codes instead of letters for all of those who aren't using a QWERTY keyboard!
One of the most polished games on the art front I've seen so far! Gameplay is pretty good too, and there's definitely a learning curve! I haven't found any shop, which is a shame considering the kind of currency you get while playing the game. Does it just go on forever? But still, for such a short amount of time, this is very impressive! Congratulations!
So I couldn't understand right away that when a single card is displayed, that's supposed to be the card the opponent is playing! A simple animation of the card being turned over, or more clear instructions/UI/colors could make it clearer.
The fact that rage is displayed in red and also on our side makes us think that it's our own rage despite what the help section says. In general, it's difficult to know which stat and wording belongs to what at the start, it's all pretty unclear. The graphics could also definitely use a touchup, and UI scales very weirdly with the resolution. There was an attempt though!
As others pointed out, the difficulty is waaaay too up there. Sure, absurd difficulty makes a victory more satisfying, but usually, in a game jam, people won't stay for very long on each game, if their goal is to review a maximum of them. Adding easier levels first would definitely help with that, as it would allow people who want to have a quick look to see what all of the game is about, but still give tryharders a challenge! I totally understand if time constraints didn't allow for this, as there's a similar problem on my very own game, but it's definitely something to keep in mind for next time!
Some other comments mentionned a card storage system, which could have definitely helped leverage the RNG nature of the game. Gosh, I even managed to decrease the god's health to **zero** in one game (or 100/200, depends how we see it I guess), and even this wasn't enough to beat him. The damage the god does at some points seem random. I get that it's some kind of multiplier of the rage onto the base damage value of the card or something? Does the boss also have a rage value? Displaying the base damage in parenthesis just after the modified damage would have helped to make it clearer. I have tried beating the game for over two hours after giving up. If your goal was to recreate the kind of rage one would get by playing KanColle events (if you know you know), then congratulations! You did it! I'm exhausted.
But overall, it's a cool idea! There definitely is a risk/reward system. Did I enjoy it? Maybe, after all I wouldn't have has spent two hours trying if it wasn't a bit fun, I guess? Also, I got 41 on the secret game. How it was hidden is pretty ingenious! Nice play on the theme too! You not only deliver a package, you're also delivering arguments!
While I myself don't have much experience, it is an honorable attempt for a game alone in less than 48 hours! It is an especially risky move to try making a card game in such a short amount of time, and I commend the effort. Good luck with your next game!
Managed to get the S-rank! Great humor, very funny voices, loved it despite the missing features! Just as some other people said previously, it indeed would've been too hard with this many dogs, and the jump is a bit floaty, which makes finding packages on the map harder. Well done on the music too!
Hard to get the hang of, but once you do, it is pretty rewarding indeed! Didn't expect music to kick in at the end, well done! I've also made a game using Godot 4, and if you want people to be able to play on the web directly, you can publish it in itch.io and provide a link to it here!
Very well made. Smart Sokoban/Helltaker-type puzzles, and funny ending. Managed to complete the game without skipping, and tried dying on level 10, which actually worked, even past the cutscene, which is funny. Great job! Oh, and the keyboard controls are well configured for any type, and not just qwerty!! Finally!
@alex-chertilin You can play it on itch.io, the link is in the description!
I will proceed with a few responses to some people:
@spacespytv Difficulty was indeed a great concern for many. I will add difficulty settings to my game in future updates, and I'll consider adding difficulty settings in my future games as well for the initial version directly if appropriate. The small scale arcadey feel definitely reminds me of Flash games too, you're right!
@captaindreamcast Well done on finding these tricks, these are indeed very valid! Thanks for the appreciation!
@pincushion Many people appreciated the music, I'm glad it fitted so well. If you have Twitter, please give the composer a well-deserved follow! He wasn't involved in the development of the game, but he provides a great variety of free-for-any-use music on his website! https://twitter.com/Potwi_UTM
@aurailus Thanks! The game would definitely benefit from more sound effects. I didn't really have the time for that during the 72 hours unfortunately, but I'll do my best to add some in my future games, and also eventually in future updates to this game.
@yuriscat Thank you so much! I'm glad so many people appreciate my modest attempt at game art haha! And about the development team, I'd like to thank again https://twitter.com/Potwi_UTM for his free-for-any-use music and https://twitter.com/sleepcows for his wonderful free-for-any-use font. It really helped to give the game life and good aesthetics. Apart from these, I did everything myself from scratch, and I was ultimately the only person involved in the development of the game :P
@everyone I may release updates to the game later to fine tune it, add more variety and implement some of all the feedback I got. Thank you once again, it was hard to start the jam, but I'm very glad and proud of myself that I managed to finally deliver something! I'll see you in the next Ludum, hopefully!
Great game! I've nothing to add that hasn't already been said before, but I really loved the title joke! The graphics are also pretty impressive. Well done!
The graphics are indeed pretty nice! It might be a little bit *too* randomized, but it's a cool idea! Well done!
I think I found a glitch: if you start thrusting upward just before a cutscene, you get stuck forever in the thrust position! I had trouble to figure out where things were, and how to thrust upward, but very well made game!
A pretty game, very nice!
Very harsh rankings, but I managed to see the end, and it was worth it for the humor! Great game, and fun idea, well done!
Got 27%! Very challenging but easy to understand, fun and simple. Well done on the art and graphics too!
Survived for 2:33! Very fun game, I laughed very hard when a truck departed with a bomb, I certainly wasn't expecting it lmao The graphics and menus are clean, the mood and humor is definitely there, and the mechanics are clever. Well done!
Pretty cool game! I like that each planet gets its little touches of sounds. Travel between planets can get a bit long and repetitive, so I think having more dangers or obstacles along the way would be welcome! I also thought easier delivery would simply mean closer planet, but not really, so it didn't really seem worth it for me.
Got 4133! A pretty cool game. The universe is also interesting, well done!
Very well made! Great art, great sound and great story!
Nice voice
Couldn't understand how to get points, but I still reached the end quite effortlessly without taking damage on my health. It was pretty fun to spin the ball still!
Cute girls, nice menus, but I feel like a few things aren't working as expected... For instance, refueling your car with the Amazon car seems to only be visual, but doesn't impact the internal fuel value.
Best game I've played so far! This is so well polished it even has additional things like a credits scene, and plants that can be killed with too much rain. That credits scene is perfect to showcase all of the art you might have not seen if you played well enough. Excellent work! I love the artstyle, the soundtrack, everything is very well put out together. Congratulations!
Managed to finish it! Very smart concept, well done!
Cute game!
As others said, I feel like having less stamps types at the start to ease the player in would be preferred, it's a bit overwhelming. I also feel like removing the box covers would improve playability, having the letters stuck above it because it didn't open soon enough can be frustrating. Otherwise, it's well put together, graphics are nice apart from some Z-fighting, and concept is smart. Well done!
Managed to finish it! Cool game!
Can't open the terminal...
Very challenging! Well done. Smashing the muggers is a pretty nice touch indeed.
Using the boxes as "fuel" as well is a great idea! Well done!
I'm usually the type to shrug off narrative games, especially in the context of a game jam, but I got very immersed into this one. The sound effects, music and art really sealed the deal, I was hooked! Great job on the writing too. I got to the falling snow boulder and died due to lacking the green stuff. I'll definitely share this game around, and try to get to the top of the mountain. Huge W, among my favorite games so far!
Amazing game! Could definitely be ported to mobile!
The graphics are very interesting, and the core idea is fun indeed, well done!
Couldn't have said it better than Sariiger, very fun!
Great game! I really enjoyed going through all endings. I only found the last one by looking again at the screenshot on the top of the page haha. The ambiance and set up are very immersive
Very good game! Well done
Got to the point where the green light lights up continuously as if I had reached the point I need to look for, but clicking the ladders seems to do nothing... I like the graphics and the fact you control a boat in the open sea though
The game has a very unusual aesthetic, I like it! The fact you added a very functional level editor is really cool too. Well done!
Incredible game! The ending even made me laugh despite the generally serious tone. I found a route that didn't require using E at all, all I did was moving and jumping and I felt like I broke the level design haha, but I still made it and it's all that matters. Very well done!

Thank you everyone for playing! I'm glad a lot of you resonated with the atmosphere of the game. I've taken some of your feedback into account to create a post-jam version!
In this update, you will find more interaction with Lyara, a dynamic weather system, ambient background music that matches with that weather, and more! Feel free to leave your thoughts about this post-jam version on the itch.io page! This is only the result of working more on the game for a few days, as I wasn't able to keep working on it for the entire rating session's duration. I'm planning more updates in the future, including different paths, more NPCs, more environments and hazards. Until then, you may follow me on Twitter to stay updated with the latest developments on the game if you are interested. I'll also try to make devlogs on the itch.io page. See you in next Ludum!
That's pretty cool! Definitely seeing the early GTA inspiration here
Actually funny game, but I couldn't hear Louie Zong's music. I won't give any rating due to the use of AI, even for something as mundane as the thumbnail and the title screen. It's quite unfortunate.
The graphics are really solid!! Nice game
I really loved the in-game headphones sound, the way it closed in in one ear then the other was really satisfying. I makes me want to try to exploit sound more in my future games
I got ending 2 out of 4! The writing was outstanding, the graphics and interface as well. The music was a good fit too. Well done!
Nice music! Original idea and fun story, I liked it!
I like the mix of 2D and 3D here, a nice fundation that still needs work. The weeb art lured me in
Fun game! Miku's behaviour seems too random though, sometimes you'll get cycles of captcha + her going in the folders instantly at the same time and it becomes impossible
A very intriguing experience. I like the art and music! I tried many times but I feel like no matter what I do, whether I act gentle or brutal, I get the bad ending
Very interesting concept! I feel like it's a bit slow though. Props for trying to make your own music
Great job! I really like the idea, and the whole package is well put together. I just think the transition between screens is a little slow. Also, I've noticed sometimes the signal will fail because of missing masks even though no mask was asked.
Very cool!
Interesting vibe. Pretty nice
I feel like the game is stricter than 66% for a pass, on the first level, I missed one note and it got me a fail. Getting an indication of how many notes you hit at the end and a rank would be more helpful than an obtuse score rating. And the second level really dragged on for too long. Otherwise solid entry! And a nice idea to use a marshaller for the theme! Not even mentionning the level editor, that's very cool
It is funny you can just survive eternally using only the square hole. I like the presentation, well done!
Took me a while a finish, but I did it! As others pointed out, hitboxes are definitely unfair, and some hits you do that you think should hit the enemy doesn't, otherwise very solid, and especially good as a solo jam project.
A Compo game??? Of this quality?! Man, and it's right up my alley too: rhythm game, poetic, cute anime girl, it's perfect! Great job!
I think I'll also use this occasion to type a very long comment in order to fill up my bottle. I just have no idea what to say except that it's such a good idea omg I may keep using it even outside of the jam cause it's really funny. Okay I'm two thirds of the way to fill up the bottle, just a little more, come on, lorem ipsum, sample text, idk something haha wow owo hehehehehehehehehehehehehe okay I think it's filled up now, good. Wait, omg, there's upgrades and even a cute girl in the jar at the end?? That's peak
At first I thought I needed to tap in rhythm during combat sections but no, I found ways to block enemies in a corner and spam S haha Even better, I did this in survival mode and now I can survive forever Graphics are really impressive, it's definitely by far the most polished aspect of the game. I has fun though, keep it up!corner_bug.png
Very cool art! The premise and colored ghosts like that made me instantly think about Luigi's Mansion
A very interesting game! I don't exactly understand what's going on with the things beyond stomping, but I felt like what I believed helped somehow, and I got through the main levels. The art is cute too
The graphics are cool!
Once I figured it out, it was pretty fun! I got 31 combo. The graphics and music are a nice fit. Well done!
A literal scream being sent as a coded message was very funny, 4/5 at humor
Impressive creation, although I couldn't quite figure out what to do. Breaking the suika game was fun though
I played until what I think is the end screen. It's certainly a game that conveys a message. The fact the sofa room can never be reached as all other tasks that come before take too long is daunting
Inverting the jump button as well is evil! Interesting idea, but the level is very difficult to parse, and the lettered platforms are very hard to deal with at times. The character sprite is great, but the environment is lacking
Very fun game! The voice acting and graphics are out there and I love it, it's so funny! I couldn't get up the steep hill so I used an exploit that makes you jump repeatedly on the takeoff button to go really high and I was able to completely go over the hill and land in the water
Very nice art! A pleasing experience, well done!
Very cute game! The gameplay is ingenious, and the ambiance is on point. The choice of the voice is perfect, it really added something.
Very cute game and polished like I rarely see here! I love it! It feels like a complete experience already, and would just need more levels/mechanics for a full release. Excellent work!
Edit: I just found out this is a compo game and it makes it even more impressive! I'm speechless! clear.png
Very cool game! The ambiance is outstanding
The kind of game I could totally see in a history museum! I couldn't understand how to succeed in the scam and get friendly points unfortunately
You forgot to include the data folder in your zip! In this state no one can play your game. You can still edit your page after the submission page ends btw, as well as the uploads, so feel free to add a thumbnail and a link to your itch.io page
Good game! I got to the end. Some mechanics are pretty obtuse though
I couldn't find any exit or anything, so I'm not sure what to do
Trying again kills you instantly and sometimes crashes the game, you're forced to close and open again. You can also go out of the play area in a corner and you're safe forever. The title within the game is Memory Hunter even though it's Mind War here. Otherwise the game works, although it's very basic. Keep going!
Cute game! Interesting idea although pretty basic. Seems to have nothing to do with the theme but I'm not complaining
It's certainly rough but I can tell there's love that has been put into it, and that's cool! Well done!
