the ending though
Brilliant little game! Ending was rewarding! :)
Ugh the site glitched out and I double posted. Mod plz delete :'(
While I'm still here, only things I would suggest is showing WHICH planets you've already hit. And the other thing, it's hard to find the sweet spot between being too zoomed out, and too zoomed in.
Love the art of the menu and ending though! And the satisfaction of nailing far away shots!
Nice job! I like the closeup of the package flying, makes it feel dramatic. Agree that something to mark which planets you've already hit would help.
lovely graphic design & presentation, and a nice execution of a pure concept. the ending made me laugh :)
- Gravitational mechanics are always neat to see - Sometimes a package gets stuck at the edge of the solar system for a while while your camera follows it, although in both cases it did hit a planet eventually (in one case, it was even the one I was trying to hit) - I like the ending!
I wanted to hit all 5, and it was well worth it. Fun game, the particle effects are a nice touch. Great job!
Very clever idea! And I like, how gravity also slightly effects on package.
But in my opinion, camera follows packages is too long in case if player miss.
Very good graphics and ambient spatial here !
nice way of implemeting gravity... clever use of physics chapters in school.... i liked the game
I really like the space theme, so this game is great for me. I like the gravity simulation and smooth zooming
Solid physics -- I thoroughly enjoyed yeeting packaged into the star. I think objectives would've made things a bit more engaging, but overall this is a fun and creative entry!
Very interesting idea of using the gravity of the planets. Fun game!
Cool idea, the artwork and story was cool, especially like the intro document :)
Agree with others that said that a clear indication of which planets you've already hit would be nice, and accidentally flinging a package far into the outer rim breaks the flow of the game as you sit and wait for it to return. I think it would be a big improvement if the scrolling was smooth i.e. there weren't set zoom levels, you could smoothly zoom in and out.
Luckily I managed to beat it by pure fluke, so I got to see the ending :)
Simple but fun mechanics. Pretty difficult to do it perfectly, but fortunately it's easy to restart.
Nice use of gravity as a mechanic, and the visuals are great. I agree that some indicator of which planets you'd hit would be nice, but once I realised it was something I needed to keep track of it wasn't too hard to remember. I think there could be a max distance from the star your package can go to before it gets destroyed - I missed the planet I was aiming for a couple times and had to wait a while for the package to be pulled back in. The ending caught me completely by surprise
I think the biggest thing holding this game back is the waiting time, if you miss there's a good chance your waiting till it smacks into the sun.
Managed to finish it! Cool game!
Interesting ending to the game! Using gravity as the game mechanic is nice. Feels very satisfying to hit the small planet with a very precise shot. Nice game!
Very cool game. I love space games. Congratulations!
SO COOL main menu.
Pretty difficult game. Great job on the physics. The funny little scribbles in the help screen were a nice touch too. There's a lot of time spent waiting if you miss badly, though I'm not sure what can be done about that.
Interesting take on the theme. I like the aspect of using planet physics to make your delivery. However, the lack of camera controls, to see what is actually where, made this really hard to play. I would like to see a camera pan and also maybe a speed up, if you want to get a specific angle. All in all, cute game!
Really fun game and a unique idea. Really impressive you got the planetary physics to work so well it really adds a nice depth to the game. well done!
