Very pretty game and execution! Art is beautiful and game flows well. If there's one criticism is that the player is overwhelmed with having to read the books information all together. A system where you gradually teach the player new signals with each new customer might be much more pleasant to play.

I really love the opening animation—the visuals are very polished and high-resolution, accompanied by the cute chirping of little animals. The gameplay is fairly normal, but still a lot of fun.
Every character is so adorable! Checking the guidebook makes it easy to understand the signals they're sending, super quick to pick up. Nice work!

game is really cool. very papers please but much more calm. i can see this being really fun with a making money mechanic and a timer for the days, shops rent goes up and you have to make more money the code books where well thought out and the use of signals was really fun
the book could do with being a little smaller and the text a bit bigger. it was hard to see the words on the screen for the ludem dare game on your page so i had to guess what the writing said at times. all in all fun game with a lovely art style and good sound !

The art style is adorable with an excellent sense of aesthetics—everything feels cohesive, polished, and executed at a top-tier level. The gameplay is genuinely fun and creative, and I love that when I reopened the game, the animals were randomly arranged—that was a really nice touch. The onboarding is also well done, with manuals and tutorials that can be toggled anytime, making the overall experience super smooth. It’s genuinely hard to find flaws.
If I had to mention one tiny drawback, it’s the lack of pause or exit button interactions—but it’s minor and doesn’t really take away from the experience. Highly recommended for everyone to give it a try!

Great game, I filled 2 and 1/2 pages before realizing this seems to be without an end :joy: I didn't fully understand how sometimes I get R, SR or SSR, seemingly random.
But anyway, great idea and take on the "Signal" theme as well as beautiful art.

@rynti Yes 😂 It's totally random. It's a game similar to gacha card pulling, where players don't know which level will give them an SSR or UR.

Really cool game, the artstyle it's so beautiful!! In my gameplay the audio was a little bit weird? Sounded a little "cracled" but the music and sfx are on point!!
Woa this is very well drawn and quite clever! I'm not very good at social cues and signals irl so this was quite difficult for me to get a grasp on. Also I couldn't find a fullscreen button?

It was a lot of fun! It had a somewhat tough learning curve of figuring out what item went to what piece of dialogue, but overall it was pretty enjoyable!
Read My Signal is a masterclass in "show, don't tell." It strips away the noise of modern gaming and replaces it with the soft chime of a shop bell and the scratching of paws on a wooden floor. It’s short, sweet, and leaves you wishing the night would last just a little bit longer

Very nice art and sounds! The character designs were very adorable. It was very tricky to learn the animal language and know what to give them. Sometimes I got a feedback I didn't understand, but maybe it just meant I didn't give the right item. Overall very cool!

This is amazing! It was difficult at first, but then it became very interesting.

A very cute game with clear instructions! There are many things to do, but the manual keeps you from getting confused! I love the interpretation of the theme; the random combinations can keep you playing for a long time! However, after playing for a while and memorizing the signals, the gameplay feels a little repetitive? I love the art style!

Very cute and polished game, the art style instantly caught my attention — everything looks super clean and appealing.
At first it was a bit confusing figuring out what exactly to do, especially with the codebook, but once it clicks the gameplay becomes really satisfying. I liked the idea of reading the animals’ signals and slowly learning how to respond to them — it’s a cool and creative take on the theme.
Would be nice if the onboarding was a bit smoother (maybe introducing signals step by step), and the manual slightly smaller or easier to read, but overall it didn’t ruin the experience.

The little animals are very cute, and the overall visuals are great. It's impressive that they've developed a multilingual system—kudos to them. I hope the background music can loop. Also, while the gameplay mechanic of solving puzzles involving little animals does fit the theme, it feels a bit thin; I hope there will be more content added.

As soon as you enter, the suspense factor is at its peak. Moreover, there is a time indicator in the upper right corner. The color scheme of the picture and the characters will change accordingly based on the time, which is really very meticulous!

Nice, great collaborative effort. Got the hang of it but at first I'd hoped there would be a little more feedback if the item was the right thing for them, kind of a hotter, colder game and them only getting fed up and leaving if you take took long or offer something really bad.

I really enjoyed your game! Both the core concept and how well it fits the theme are spot on. The visuals are especially pleasing and give the whole experience a really polished feel.
At first, I found it a bit tough. I actually failed the first two customers without fully understanding why. But as I paid closer attention to what each customer was asking for, and especially to the subtle hints in their characteristics, everything started to click. That learning curve ended up being very satisfying.
I also liked how the difficulty ramps up with multiple items to manage at once, it keeps things engaging and adds a nice layer of challenge.
Overall, huge congratulations on what you’ve accomplished here. It’s a fun, well crafted game, and honestly very impressive for a game jam project!
