I like the graphics you made. It's also always nice when a game has a story behind it as yours does. Good work!

Great art, the scripting is working really well. I couldn't figure out how to drop off at the green sight, and honestly my brain/heart can't take the stress right now, just trying to chill, so I only tried playing it for a minute before quitting. Love the system! Buy menu looks great too! Sound is probably too loud, the music should probably just take center stage, it sounds good!
@nathan-franck Hi!
Thank you for your comment!
To drop packages, you just have to go on the green zone. In order to continue playing, each time you drop packages on a green zone, you also get new packages to drop
Really cool art, a bit of balancing needed, but otherwise great work!! Loved the plot twist at 6.66km! Here's my score [a.jpg](///raw/d67/e/z/5acbc.jpg)
Nice ambience. The gameplay is nice and could be even better with just a little bit more tweaking! Here's my score, sorry @achiru: [Screenshot from 2023-05-02 21-50-28.png](///raw/5cb/93/z/5acca.png).
The twist took me off guard.
good ambience, i like it
Cool! Good job overall. Graphic design, sound and music make a very fitting ambiet. Gameplay isn't too innovative and a little hard in the beginning with out the gattling, but I had fun playing a few rounds.
I'd appriciate it, if the shop items that are already bought, would be greyed out. Or an explanation as to what buying the shield a second time accomplishes, since that was in fact possible. I'd also imagine that the drop marker starting to blink moments before arrival would be a fun upgrade. Definetely add some feedback for the drop off and a way to control shop and menu with the keyboard since the mouse is irrelevant within the rest of the gameplay.
Cheers :fish:
Fun little game, it really felt like one of those Flash games I would play on the library computer. It would have been nice to have some indication as to how many packages you had left and some indication when they were dropped off. Also, some indication of what "level" your upgrades were would have been nice, but that is just nit-picking at that point. Overall really nice game with a fun and satifsfying gameplay, if you got long enough to really feel powerful.
Cool game. Those experimental desert physics are on point! I like the art and theme. Reminded me of Outlander for the SNES. The gameplay could use a little bit of additional depth. After I managed to buy the gatling gun, there wasn't much of a challenge to the game. I could easily handle the cars that showed up on screen. I would have liked to see the difficulty ramp up a bit over time. Some more variety of enemies and/or obstacles would have helped, or increasing the distance between shops so it gets harder and harder. But I understand that the scope of a jam can make it difficult to get those additional features implemented. Overall great work! I enjoyed my time delivering packages while fighting off scavengers!
Very nice game ! I enjoyed the art style and sounds ! well done on that. The game idea also feel well though ! The only nitpicks I found were that the controls don't really feel like you're actually driving a car, and sometimes there are no collisions where they should be. Also, sometimes the enemies are not really avoidable. Other than that, really lovely and enjoyable game ! Nicely done team !
Liked the graphics and the setting, a good idea which I haven't seen while checking other games from this jam :) Sound of cars engine made me smile, can imagine how you were recording them, must've been a lot of fun. Also hand drawn art looks great, especially the shop screen
My only remark is that it that the game is lacking some indication / guidance. I was not sure if the delivery was successful, having some sound or a pop up text when driving through the drop indicator would be nice. Cars could also use some particles when turning or just when riding, similar to those that they have on collision, it would enliven the picture
Other than that - great submission and a lot of creative ideas!
Really solid little game! I loooove the engine sound effects and the music really swings too! The game looks great and the user interface/ipad is a great touch too! I tried to slam the attacking cars by swinging my package at them, but alas!
Thanks everyone for the kind comments!
We acknowledge the lack of feedback for the deliveries, it would have made the game way clearer, but we did not have time to implement this feature haha
Somehow reminded me the Full Throttle vibe. Loved the design and the concept is very cool, can be polished into very nice ride if you add some narrative encounters (quests even, stories on the stops).
I liked the setting and music of your game in the style of Mad Max
