I think the art style is really cute and the music and sound effects are cool. Grabbing enemies and feeding the cat feels a little wonky but its interesting having to move around and feed the cat at the same time so I think that's super cool. Nice job!

@hora-timer @budark Sorry about that, it'll run on any system as long as you've got Java installed

VICTORY The graphics are absolutely adorable. I feel kinda bad about chucking all those mushrooms etc into the void, but we do what is necessary to survive.
On Linux had to downgrade to OpenJDK 8 for it to run.

@organicpencil Thanks :) Could you try running the new jar I uploaded under your normal (more recent) java version and let me know if it works? It'd help a lot - I rebuilt it properly and it should work with newer java now (Also send a screenshot if possible, I want to see if the window size is correct)

Simple idea but great execution, I had a fun time playing. Maybe, the void should also move? seems like the "meta" was to stay at the sides since you could just grab food from anywhere. Still, well done!
The increasing grab radius is a really good feeling progression-mechanic. I just wish the game had a personalized mouse cursor, since the default windows cursor sort of blends in with the sprites/background. Love the music and the cute cat! Cool game!

Cool idea for a game, kind of wish the theme part of the hole expanding wasn't there, and it was more like a level you wandered through, like Katamari but with enemies. Had a fun time playing it though! The art and music were really really nice.
LOVE IT! Took a few tries to figure it out. It's really satisfying how the grab radius increases as you go :D
Fun and interesting game, though not very challenging. I like how progress goes faster later in the level. Graphical style is cute. I think it would look even better if the characters had drop shadows.
