Well, my family is dead, but at least know what is the best astrological sign

Fun conncept, game works nicely without bugs - overall very well executed! Something that nearly made me not play is starting the game by waiting a minute for the installs ^^

Wow, very cool, I really liked the visuals, it feels very cozy and charming

Very satisfying in terms of clicking and so on, but i think being able to shrink windows and expand them would be a cool option

liked the stile and this funny animations for "pin"

turbolaser 2026-10-22 11:52 ♥ 1

Wow, this feels incredibly polished! Excellent work in every aspect!

Fun design with Pinni. Felt like it's meant to be enjoyed the second time around -- the prompts I got were sorta tough to figure out where you were supposed to find the answers to... or maybe I shoulda tried an upgrade or something. Neat though! I liked the music stopping when you found the photos -- it was a nice touch

Well that got dark quickly.

@turbolaser @ordineu @khaotom Thank you guys for playing 😁

I would be interested to know if you found the game too easy or too hard!

turbolaser 2026-10-23 10:11 ♥ 2

@wakobu

I find the gameplay quite difficult. The main issue is that English isn't my native language, so I have to translate everything in my head, and the timer doesn't account for that.

On the first day after the tutorial, there are some misleading options. You go into what seems like the obvious category, but the correct link isn't there. At some point, I even started thinking the game was designed to make me lose for dramatic effect.

Also, when you copy a link using the button, it goes into a separate clipboard that can only be pasted using another button. I'd prefer a single shared clipboard for both Ctrl+C / Ctrl+V and the copy/paste buttons.

That said, I still stand by what I said about how well-made the game is. Difficulty is a matter of taste and personal preference, and my less-than-perfect English is my own issue.

@turbolaser

Yeah, I agree with the timers being on the short side (I tested with a friend who had the same issue). The timers of the first ~2 days should definitely be longer to let people familiarize themselves with the directory and generally poke around.

The data is a poorly organized by design, but this should only mean weird categorification, not of outright misleadingness. In practice it can definitely be misleading for certain queries ("how to make friends" is a hard one I remember coming early, the lazy fix would be pushing it back to a later day, when players are more familiar with the layout).

There was not really supposed to be a ctrl-c/ctrl-v option, we'll just disable that one.

Thanks a lot for your feedback, really appreciated!

@bgdu67

By misleading categories, I meant something like the question "Where to get money?" I went to the Money category, which seemed like the most logical choice to me, but all I found there was a joke bank. After that, I didn't have enough time left to look for another category.

Nice game! I didn't fully understand how everything worked and got kinda stuck near the end XD. But the graphics and sound are perfect! Also, really loved the animated pin, it's so funny!

smilewood 2026-10-25 15:47 ♥ 2

Shockingly fun to play even if it felt almost impossible to get out of the hole once the days progressed, if I get even bad links on a couple of queries without missing them. It was painful that even if I didn't meet the goal the pin still took the money I had, I didn't see an indication of how many queries I would get in the day so I couldn't open the store at the last moment and use some of it if I wasn't meeting the goal (I would have absolutely sacrificed a family member I wouldn't have been able to save anyway to get an upgrade). Despite that I had fun playing it and almost managed to save any of my family :/ Great game jam game, well done!

@smilewood Thank you so much for your feedback 🙏

We indeed have trouble to balance the game. We also realized one half of players really understand the idea quickly and can largely score enough to save everyone while the other half struggled more with the concept and often run out of time.

We will consider adding day progress information in the postjam version 😉
