Wow! The story is really engaging, I'm not going to spoil it for other people who are going to play it but you DO want to play it all the way through, it's worth it!

Woah. I don't know what to say after playing this.

- The story was great- but I want so much more! It just sort of ended :( - The art is phenomenal. Great job. - The music, ESPECIALLY the transitions, are great. - The way the speech bubble follows the speaker was very well done, however the text didn't follow the bubble! - Very fun setting.

Excellent work, I loved this submission.

I was confused at first when I saw the ending but then I was *mind blown* when i realised what was happening :open_mouth:

The graphics is very nice and cute, love the changes in their facial expressions based on different dialogue. The story is simple but engaging because I kept wanting to know what is going to happen (I kept having the feeling that bad things was going to happen, e.g. beth was cheating on johnny or something). The dialogues were funny as well. I love this game, you should be proud making such a great game! Very well done!!

Nice! great visuals and deep well made story.

Great LD game. I left you a rating. Good luck!

It took a while to understand what happened in the end but once I figured it out I was quite mindblown. The artwork was very stylish and professional. Overall, Great!!

Really deep and engaging game, it took a while to understand the ending but after connecting the dots... man that's the best story I encounter on this LD thus far. the animations and facial expressions are on point. Great game!

Ah the twist! While the ending was not really my favorite, the idea itself was mind-blowing.

Fantastic story, absolutely adorable art, great animations, cute speech bubbles and so much more. It's incredible how much was done in 48 hours. The way the buildings and other objects tipped when on the edge of the screen gave it so much charm.

My only nitpick is that the music was a bit repetitive.

Wow - didn't see that ending coming! Like the style and graphics. it was very intriguing wondering where it was going. I just didn't expect THAT! :-) Would love to know more of the story - please expand it!!

I'm afraid I don't understand the game :3 IMO, the world where we play is the bullet of the carrot's gun...

chloravirgo 2017-05-03 11:54

That is some David Lynch thing going on in the game

maldo19 2017-05-04 07:51

That twist man, the art is superb, that storytelling is simple, engaging and mysterious. I really liked the story and emotions that this has, it is really interesting and your writing is superb. Now for the nitpicks/feedback the music was a little too repetitive, I would have liked if it had a little more variation like having some deep instruments to give even more sensation of "something is wrong" and that would made the music more interesting. And I would have liked more attention on the gameplay like instead of going from left to right you could have some variations acording to the events happening on the story. Of course this are just nitpicks. This entry is one of my favorites. Amazing Job!

Adorable <3 Great job, I won't spoil the ending!

The art & music is great and the story is really intriguing... but I don't really get it in the en........

Wait I just realize what happened in the end, holy!.. That's really mind blowing wow!

All 5 Stars!

jk5000 2017-05-05 07:42

The game is really great and super weird. But most important is it both interesting and fun to play. Well done.

God!

I wanted to write a big constructive comment but I don't really know what to say. Everything is so well made, Art to music, the ending is solid and full of sense. Your writing is amazing, as everything else in this entry.

Thank you for that experience and for the inspiration you give me every LD and every game you make! Can't wait to see your next work! <3

The only thing I want would be a way to move slightly faster. That's it. Audio was excellent, graphics were top-notch, animations were fluid and the story was amazing.

The only problem I had was that I kept getting access violations when the screen turned red and so had to watch a video to see the rest of the story. That said, if this entry had no bugs *on top* of everything else, I'd be suspecting black magic.

athomicus 2017-05-10 10:21

Hey I want more and faster grame Very nice good job

subwooferx3 2017-05-11 03:14

This game was seriously nice, the story was fantastic and everything just fit together perfectly. I was completely caught off guard by it and yet it still all made sense.

mooncalf 2017-05-12 00:24

NIce game. It was a good story and fun to play through. I am not sure I understood the end of the story. Great job!

tuomo 2017-05-13 10:43

Amazing game! Interesting take on the theme. First I felt bit like I was playing Animal Crossing but you foreshadowed in a great way the coming events. Story really made the game, visuals and sounds supported story in a great way. Perfect!

mewsoul 2017-05-13 15:22

I won't have much to say about this game, not as there was nothing but because it was too great!

I'm just amazed with what you've been able to pull off in such few time, it's so well polished from the intro screen to the end scene!

The graphics are gorgeous, the story is nice, the sound design goes perfectly with the game, it's full of so many details (like the arrow at the bottom of the conversation windows which moves depending where the character is, just crazy).

And thanks for playing and leaving a review for my game! <3

Hats off!

joemid 2017-05-16 06:06

Wow- that was a great one! I played through twice. The first time, I hung around my wife, the second, I went back around the world and it felt like a new play-through! Subtle! Love what you are doing here! Even the graphical language leads to an "arc." Love it! And compo! Congrats!

cerno-b 2017-05-23 05:15

Post LD comment here because the ending was just so awesome.

I played the game with my daughter last night and neither of us understood what was going on, especially in the part towards the end.

When I was in bed later I was mulling it over, half asleep when it hit me. Mind Blown! I actually woke up my wife to tell her and she hasn't even seen the game.

Great job! This remain with me as a personal favorite. Well deserved place, congratulations!
