this was awesome, I love Clippy! really well done.
Fun to play after watching it getting made on stream! Great game Tim!
Awesome game, love the art for this
This was a great concept, I like that show a warning time before the object comes up. Music or SFX would have definitely added to the mood. Good job overall though.
@jamison great feedback, I really appreciate that thank you!
Your link does not work, may want to fix it quick!
this was a challenge! great concept and I fun to play. Sounds would have made feedback of placing tiles a lot easier. Great job overall!
very interesting concept, good experience
Nicely done! that was a good experience. Feedback I would say the movement I would tone down the floating so it is more responsive. But it's a gamejam. Nicely executed. Great submission.
Concept is really good, music and art was awesome. Just the controls needing some love is really the only feedback, great job.
Nice game! Art is great and the theme fits nicely. It was a little difficult to understand what to do at first but I got it eventualy. Great job!
That was a really good experience, difficulty was nice. Leaderboards were a really nice touch, make you want to keep playing to rise up. Great job!
Visuals were really nice, pretty good entry!
This was really good, I enjoyed playing this.
Good use of the theme. This has potential, if it's something you want to post LD I think if you fixed those issues it would be a pretty good game!
Updated the itch.io page, for some reason Windows file was set to hidden
@acuriosity @groverthegrovekeeper @legavroche I have updated the link on itch. Please try now and I will also play your games!
@lazertrax that's a good suggestion, thanks for the feedback!
Really interesting concept, I liked the movement of windows for gameplay. I was always a fan of the old lemmings games so this brought that back. Great game!
that was a great experience, loved the artwork and VO. Great job.
This was a good game for first game jam, I think if you would have spent a little more time and added more sound and music it would have gone a long way. But good job though for your first!
I'm a big fan of low poly, nicely done. More work needs to be done on gamplay but this game has a lot of great potential!
This was a really cool experience. I liked how you had to eat the survivors to regain health. Nice game and music was great too.
I like the animation. It was a bit hard to see the platforms ahead so I was guessing sometimes where the next platform was. I would move the camera out a bit. If you add a bit of sound and music to this it would have set the mood nicely. But decent submission!
nice concept, pretty fun. Only feedback would be to have a highlight on the chess piece selected so the player can visually see the selection.
I wanted to try out your game but the link is only for Mac. Do you have a Windows version available?
After 15 minutes I finally got a decent score. Good game, very addictive to get that final score. Capture.PNG
The environment was really nice, the enemies were annoying after as they got to be a lot of them following me around. Some music in the background could have made the mood better but really good job overall! I was able to easily get items from the shop as each time you go through the portal it resets the collectables. I was able to go collect, sell and repeat until I got everything. But overall great entry!
Awesome game, I love the concept. Music was a touch loud. That bridge got me so many times! great entry, well done.
This was fun, the graphics remind of the mobile game Grow Castle. Audio would have been a great addition, but overall nice job with this.
There is no link for your game here, I don't know if you forgot to link your game or if you didn't complete it. Either way you should still submit your link so we can give you some valued feedback on your progress. :)
Fun game, graphics were great. Nice entry!
Really wish this was completed, it has great potential to be something enjoyable! Still fun to play now but needs more mechanics and gameplay. Good start.
Music was very calming, art is great and the game play was good too. Can't give much for feedback other than it was a fun experience! great entry!
Well done for your first game. Congratulations on finishing it. Very nice entry.
Nice and simple game, I would like to see some animations of the chopping of the trees. Maybe have them fall down and then collect them. Art work is nice too, good job Ratstail.
@masterpose If you use the web version fullscreen it works best that way. The movement is slow, I was going for a more real ship feel. I should have sped it up more.
Great art, nice music job well done! Too bad for grandpa...
Music was great, dialogue was good. The dash mechanic was welcoming. Good entry!
Visuals were fantastic in this game. If the game had some audio it would be near perfect. Great game, great entry. Well done!
Nice entry, bulldozing capsules was fun and the jump to block the boulders was great. Some improvements I would say would be to use both arrow keys and WASD keys as well. Maybe a progress bar on the wagon to see how much damage has been done. It was fun, nice entry.
I like the concept for this, Like mentioned above I kept dying and I think it was because the duck would not move for me even though I clicked on either side. I would be interested to play it if you finish it post jam!
Gameplay is good, the story and having to kill the guy is a bit awkward at first but it's a game :) Nice entry and good overall.
Some audio would have been a great addition to the immersion of the game. Like mentioned above holding down the keys would be much easier to navigate. Great job overall!
First time I played it worked perfectly, the second time it glitched. I like the randomness to the world generated. Pretty good game, I hope you complete more of it post jam!
Initially I was looking for places to get food and a drink but could not find any. Being your first game and your first jam, 3 days is tough to do everything. Overall your models are great, I am a fan of low poly. A little sound and some gameplay elements with win/loss condition would make a huge difference. Great start though for the two of you!
Music was great, I liked the voice overs. I think if you added more of a challenge to keep him alive it would be more engaging. After a while I figured nothing left to do but let the poor thing die like he wanted. Creepy but I liked it. Good job.
Nice job on your first entry. Would be cool to have added the ability to top and bottom in addition to left and right. Cool idea and nice game for your first!
This was good, I liked it. Some feedback would be if there were sounds and light music it would make a world of difference for the player. Also a quick tip at the start of the game to let the player know to click and drag the plants to the field would help too. Great game, art is nice too.
Great game, well polished and mechanics were easy to learn. Could make a great mobile game with just tapping the screen.
This was fun, I like the shader effects with the water. I did a similar game with similar effects :) Good job, great entry!
This looks good, would like to play if you update the link let me know :)
Do you have the link to your game you worked on? I would like to check it out :)
Even though it's not finished I would still like to play it, sounds interesting. The link you provided does not work. Let me know if you get it working :)
This was great atmosphere and visuals as well as the story. Feedback, the mouse is very sensitive, but I lowered my mouse sensitivity and it helped. The map is quite large, if you were to make it smaller even just for the game jam it would help everyone get the full story. I spent a fair bit of time and enjoyed it :)
@simpathey thank you for playing on stream and the kind feedback :)
@profit thanks for you kind review! I am going to play yours next
Wanted to try this game, please let me know when you have published it :)
Glad you got it working, this was really cool. Traps were great, loved the ambient audio. Only feedback I have is some of the walls on 5th level were showing back faced culled looked like they were not supposed to be there. I could not go further. Still a great entry! this was fun to play
This was really fun to play. The whole time I am thinking is there a map and who put me in this hell? Great graphics, love the random generated levels. Great entry! will be playing again to beat this!
The link does for you submission does not work on Itch, let me know if you get it updated :)
Really great atmosphere, great concept. This was fun to play! Only feedback is sometimes the subs would appear half off the screen but that could have been a webGL thing. Great job!
Tried the link does not work, tried the source code link for github to see if I could open that also 404. Let me know if this gets fixed!
I like the hand drawn art look, audio was funny. Fun entry! The physics are wonky but that is part of the fun!
Pretty cool concept, a nice challenge to balance out the garbage. I had too much in pollution. Easy to learn and play. Feedback, it would have been good if it was easier to see what each function of the buildings did. Other than that good job!
This was really fun, also playing while tired made me want to sleep but I feel like I might end up like this poor guy! Very good entry!
Pretty good entry, as others have said it feels unfinished but it's a game jam so it's hard to finish in such a short time. Biggest feedback I have is the player is a square and to move in the dungeon area to mine, the colliders are almost pixel perfect so it was hard to move. If you were to make the colliders a bit smaller to allow the player to fit easier it would improve greatly. Nice job!
I would like to play this if you get this updated. You might not have clicked for your Itch.io page to be public. Let me know if you do :)
Double jump was nice, cliff hanging was a great surprise. Using the mouse for movement I had to turn down my sensitivity to make it work. But it worked much better with a controller. It was a little hard to see where I was supposed to go at first. A little visual indication of where the player needs to go is really helpful in a platformer. Nice entry!
@stupidhobbit Thanks for playing, yes we will make changes in future updates (outside of the jam). We ran out of time to do balancing of the stats. Thank you for your feedback! :)
@alexsolonnikovp4 thank you so much for your kind words, really appreciated!
@0x746564 Thanks for playing! the bosses are randomized each time, we randomized a lot of the game as much as we could to keep it interesting. The regular enemies we kept it that there was no requirement to kill all the enemies as we had a bug that could break the game if all enemies die and the key did not spawn. Initially we did have it that all enemies had to be cleared, but time got the best of us :)
This was great, I feel like it's a game concept of the song "grandma got run over by a reindeer" and done really well. it's quick and it was fun, nice entry!
This was put together really well, awesome mechanics and innovation. It was really hard at first but eventually I got the hang of it!
Feel like that will be me one day! great artwork nice job on your first game
Still lots of time to fix your link, please reply once you fix the link. Would love to try it
nice platformer, mechanics are done nicely for a jam game. Nice entry!
Would like to try this, please reply when you have this fixed :)
Fun game love a good racing game with bumper-cars action! The webGL version ran great, didn't drop any frames. Controls aren't far off from being where they need to be. Just some slight adjustments to the car movement and camera movement will go really far for this. Hope you continue with it!
That was fun! Enjoyed trying to keep the office lemmings alive. Did the game Lemmings inspire you for this? At first no controls at all were working for me, then I noticed my controller was plugged in. For feedback, I can't say anything really as the game was pretty well done. Only suggestion would be on your next LD jam try and do a webGL build. It loads quicker and people rating prefer them and you get more ratings. Well done team!
Your build should be a simple fix as others have pointed out above, you are within the rules allowed to fix it. We would all love to try it. If you need help feel free to message and I can walk you through it.
Nice reward at the end, I was hoping it would be what it was! I liked the premise of managing the game, a bit more visual aspect would be good like crossing out the days on the calendar. Overall pretty good!
Fun to drive around and smash into things. I went back after and saw the officer, great stuff.
That was fun, feels like what I have to do every day to keep my office clean. Nice take on the theme, inevitable there is not enough time in the day to do everything (including making a game). great entry!
Can't go wrong with a stink breath T-Rex!
