I had a good time playing this game. It fit the theme well and I liked the graphics and the audio. I thought I was doing good until grandpa died from lack of affection without me realizing it. The various effects that each virus had made the game interesting trying to avoid them. I think my favorite thing is the LD 46 statue in the center of the map, it looks really nice.
Was expecting corona, received the inverse cold immobilizer instead :D
This game is really fun. I love the different viruses and their consequences and the graphics and music are perfect for the game!

LOL. Very fun and entertaining game. Graphics, humor, theme, and fun are off the charts! Love the different ways you have to balance in keeping him alive. Super sad though hahaha
Was a fun take on the idea very playful nature to a very dark side of thing. It was like Overcooked meets a nursing home. Good game play with a playful tone. Definitely a good game for the jam.

nice game, nice art and game setting.
Controls are a bit clunky, I think you can lower the liner drag on the rigidbody if you are using unity's physics?
also the map gets crowded really easy and touching the viruses is faster than making maneuvers I think if you make the map a little larger and randomize the resources building after each time you pick something up would make the game much better.

I really like the visuals and the effects each virus type has on the player! The map felt a little too overcrowded at times which made me just run through enemies instead of around them. Overall a fun game, good job!
nice graphics and setting, also the background music is a great addition. I'd love if i could gain shields of some sort or any other consumable that would help me avoid the viruses temporally.

This is a great game, and I hope you do well in the scoring. First of all, the graphics are very well done. Grade A! The town layout is very strategic. The look and feel of the game makes sense in both art and strategy. In other words, it's very easy to tell what you need to do based on simple shapes and colors for different types of pickups. The music was very fitting, and left me in a sort of elevated mood while I raced through the game to collect what I needed while avoiding obstacles. Overall, great jam entry. Best of luck!
Fun and innovative! Pacman on steroids with extra gameplay features and theme that is more than ever relevant! The death screen is halarious :) Also I was intresting for to look how developed the "grandpa character theme" since the main character in my game is grandpa too!
I love the graphics, quirky sound and overall look and feel of the game. After 20 seconds or so, or when you do each run for each of the required items, it gets a little bit boring. Of course with more time I think it could be very fun game. Nice job.

Its a bit too difficult and viruses are hard to avoid. Other wise it is pretty polished.
Love the look and feel of it - that moment where the meter is almost out and you have to slide right next to a virus definitely gave some adrenaline! Maybe having more types of viruses that come in as the game progresses, or making slight changes to the map would help vary difficulty and extend game time? Cool and fun concept!
The simplistic graphics are very well done! I also like the music. It would have been nice to have a way to combat viruses however, maybe a pill you can get from somewhere that can stop you from taking damage once?
Great jam game. Simple mechanic, simple but great graphics and music. Really great entry. One thing though, it's pretty difficult. Some tweaking and balancing can probably really improve the game; there's no good way to wait or get around viruses for example. Also can't pickup multiple items so to do one by one, so it seems almost impossible.

That Ludum Dare statue is awesome! The game is nice, with great art.
It's hard to avoid the viruses, maybe the streets could be a little wider to make it a bit easier. Being able to carry only 1 item is also a hard thing. Sometimes I have to rush from food to candy and there are many viruses in between.
But it's a great game. Good job!

Amazing entry! Just like everyone else has said, this is a great game. As it's topical, I highly encourage you guys to make this playable on a phone -- I'm sure you won't be disappointed. Make sure to post back if/when you publish a final copy.

Que tal ignacio? Liked the game a lot. Graphics are cute and sharp, it is challenging and the viruses on street add to the challenge without being too annoying. It is well balanced. It is kinda weird but understable that you can't grab two needs at once, maybe that would make the game too easy.

A nice and simple game. I think the graphics are very good and I love the little animations like the idle animation for the player was a nice touch. I do think the health bars drain a bit too slowly making the game feel like there's little urgency. Other than that great job!
Very well polished ! The size of virus and character vs. the width of the roads could probably be tweaked, but other than that, very solid entry, really enjoyed it.

This is a great entry. Love the music transitions as Grandpa needs something. Was a bit weird that it felt like I should be able to move across the entire street but seemed contained to one side. It also seemed random if I got infected by a virus or if I was able to go around it. Love the "invert keyboard" virus - very creative hazard.

The soundeffects and the music plays well and the game mechanics are simple and solid.
