I love the theme of the game! My aunt owns sheep so I can vouch for how dumb they are. The sounds added to the charm of the game, I also loved the challenge of multitasking. The game mechanics and controls were easy to pick up. Super cool!
I tried to pick up a tree branch and was unable to figure out how it was done. I pressed S. I held S. I tapped it but I couldn't do it. I tried switching between controls. This made the game frustrating. I would suggest you put a tree with a grab-able branch in the light so the player can practice/test the mechanic without the monsters descending on you. Cool concept and art though would be interesting to see this concept grow.
The game was very challenging even on the Easiest setting. Found it difficult to water the plant in time before it died. One thing I think would greatly improve the game would be to make the water can unlimited. It is hard enough to have more then one crop alive let alone be running out of water. Like the art and sound effects, but the game play was just not enjoyable for me.
The art and animation is amazing. I am also a fan of the sound effects and the music. The camera movement is really nice to because it follows the mouse slightly so you are more surprised by enemies. Ammo management is difficult without the upgrades. Hit box for the small unit and the eyes that the big enemies shoot is not apparent. Overall amazing job, very polished!
Wow this game was really fun to play and to explore. I think it was essential that you taught me the controls in the tutorial and I was very grateful for that. I liked the game so much it is hard to say what I would want to see if this became a full game beyond the jam. Maybe the only thing is more of an indication on doors. My first playthrough I lost because I didn't realize there were doors I hadn't opened because they blend in. But my goodness I am so amazed this was done for a jam!
Good puzzle game. I loved the lasers and button mechanic! I played it through and I like how you showcase the mechanic. I thought the last level was really hard. Maybe I did it wrong haha but dropping your box down and trying to get to the end before it hits the button was like dang! I am glad you had instructions built in your game. Also checkpoints were very nice.
Great entry its amazing you did this COMPO!
I liked the game! Super fun and I got a cool achievement hello tree. I played with a controller and it was easier then keyboard controls. Animation was good! If I were to see this game grow I would want the ring to be thicker, and maybe a super boost so you can make a big dolphin jump across the whole ring.
I really love the gameplay! If this were to be extended to a full game concept it would be awesome if there were different resources and tasks that you had to do. The idea of a RTS with platforming mechanics was wild to me and I really enjoyed it. If you keep this project going I followed your itch io page. Also the tutorial was a must for this game and it really helped me get the hang of the mechanics and gameplay.
It was very nice artwork. I know the machine gun makes it so you can hold down mouse to fire. I kind of wished that you could hold down fire for the normal gun too and it would just fire slower. My finger kind of hurt at the end. The music and theme was so cool and I really though the powerups were great.
Very polished trivia game! Would be fun to have multiplayer too!
Very fun! Voice over was good and fun to slap the bats. I only wished there was a bit more feedback for when your getting attacked so you can more easily dodge.
Everything about this game I liked! Art was A+, mechanics felt smooth, I loved it.
I really really liked this game. And OMG you had the Frogger 1995 sound effect in there too. This games humor was off the charts and one of the most original interpretations I have seen.
OMG, that was so funny. Very original concept for sure haha.
Great game! I wish there was a map other then that great job
I love the visuals in this game! Good foundation for a game here. I only wished that there was maybe a map of sorts to give guidance to the player. Well done!
Had fun getting in and out of debt!
Had fun, wished there was a restart tho so I wouldn't loose all my upgrades. I could totally see this game continued
So fun! Wish some levels had more stars so I could get all the good bombs faster haha. This was so great though!
I loved the original writing. Maybe the only feedback is to time the segments more with the audio so you dont get dead space.
The mechanic was super smooth! Would love to see this as a full game! So much fun :)
I was so scared!!!! D: That means it was a great game.
Loved the atmosphere! Would love to become even more of a big chungus fishie :D
OMG! Got to the end and loved the mystery. Only thing I would add is a mini map of sorts :) 10/10 credits
Really run and original idea, I could see this as a full length game some day.
The game was stellar. I am going to be sending this to a few ppl to play because I liked this game that much. Just a phenomenal entry.
Great atmosphere and very moody. I could see with more features the gameplay would be more fun too! I appreciated the compass so I knew where to walk.
Great, a little hard to aim but still lots of fun
Wow so great, amazing polish!
I loved the relaxing experience. I think adding some kind of bio feedback would be cool. How relaxed you are makes something happen in the game.
This game was soooooo good! I had a ton of fun playing. The movement was fun and crisp.
Had a great time getting all the treasure! I would love to be able to see grapple range.
So I think the game was really fun overall. I think the effects were all very unique. I particularly enjoyed the bunny hop one. My only problem with the effects is I found my self "waiting out" most of the hard ones. Like why would I risk this section when I could wait. The only thing that can counter act this are moving platforms that will fall after a while so the player is forced to have to play with the reversed controls for example. I really liked the level design except for 5 I think it was. Having to walk in a strait line for so long only to fall near the end was heart breaking. I would add checkpoints in areas like that for sure. Overall I am not sure the dialog felt like part of the game because it was really long and I think scrolling through really slow? I might tighten up the dialog as players are more inclined to read something short then something long (people are impatient about reading haha) and maybe just have it last at the very start of the level. I think a 3D platformer with special effects that randomly trigger is a great and unique idea.
Very cool instruction, found my self getting better after I understood the mechanic more. One thing is I still am not sure how to destroy the "depth charge" bomb things. Great art and gameplay.
Hey fun game and sequel to the last LD. Maybe it should be a few less pizzas haha.
So much polish, I really enjoyed this game! I would for sure add an indicator for how far you will jump so the player has more control over jump distance. Was very fun, would be great commercial release for mobile.
Wow what a mood. I really enjoyed this game.
I liked that each section was a different gameplay yet none of it was confusing to me the player! Great job!
Very great start to a game, the art was very polished.
What a fun game, I hope you continue it.
I loved the art! Great game
I liked the game, adding a map that is revealed as you explore would help a lot.
Nice game, I liked the game a lot. I would add a little something extra to let the player know that they get xp by fighting enemies.
OMG had so much fun dodging the shark lol. Great game!
Fun game, I think the movement was vary nice.
Very atmospheric I really liked the art and the general direction of the game. I like that you are rewarded for exploring.
Really innovative, I am so happy you had a no damage mode!
Love the game, I love you you ease the player into the mechanics and difficulty. Very fun!
Hey So I ended up finishing the game! The art style was really nice. Now I think that when you are on the generator it should automatically make progress without pressing space. It was hart to press a button constantly and draw and move to avoid the hands/spikes. Other then that change the game is fun!
The game was very polished and full featured. I think maybe having the camera not move with the mouse might make the platforming a little more difficult. I really liked picking up the oar, very satisfying.
This was fun! I was so bad though I kept on getting deeper and deeper in debt haha. Those darn taxes. One suggestion I have is to make it so the art for some of the blocks are a little more distinguished. I had a blast playing :)
Thanks for the amazing game. Only feedback is maybe keep all the hard jumps on one camera frame so you dont need to make blind skill jumps.
My poor goats! I had a ton of fun playing!
OMG! I get so spooked, thanks for sharing this game with me but I could not finish haha. Great job.
It was a great game! I was so sad because I collected all the berried but by the time I got to witch I was wolf haha. Maybe after you collect the berries you can "quick run" back to the witch. Great visuals and fun to play.
So the game was good, I would like the difficulty curve to be a little easier, was hard to go down narrow area to get objects because it was dark. This is honestly a really great start to what I think could be a bigger game for sure.
Thank you so much for a wonderful narrative game. I really enjoyed it.
Really liked it. Maybe add a sprite mast to the spikes so the player can see them coming better :) Visuals and music were great!
controls were hard to get hold of but I got there at the end! Maybe a little work on them would polish the game. Good work.
Thanks for a great game! Could be improved slightly with a puzzle notebook in game to keep track of hints :)
Nice art, hit the theme in a deep way.
I liked the movement! I got better by the end and finished the game. Only feedback is maybe some more visual and audio feedback about when the the enemies will strike so you can dodge better. fun entry!
I had fun getting the treasure arrrrrrg. A dhop to buy more sonar would be cool :D
Amazing art, and super cute. Very fun too.
Loved the humor and the voice over! Congratz this is a solid first jam.
One suggestion I have is to make it so you can maybe aim your missiles with the mouse so you have more control.
The game fits the theme well, "go subs!" and I hope you do more jams in the future.
Congratz
Ok my one big feedback is that maybe you should be able to pick up the coins automatically. Great potential and start to be able to expand on after the jam for sure :)
The model of the cars looked great, wish it kept your time so you could race yourself to get faster times.
I would add some more map to explore, very good art style. I would include instructions on controls and objectives so the player does not get confused.
I like this sandbox, very relaxing and the violin was a nice touch.
Thank you so much! Great game. Only feedback I have is maybe some indestructible block so players can not go strait down.
Was very fun. One thing that could improve the game is making the background a little more different then the foreground :) very good entry
Wow great first game! I would pick up the speed and this game and add more levels as my suggestion. I hope you make more games in the future great start!
This was such a great game and great execution. Hope it gets continued
I am so smoothaty! I wish I could pick the font for the teleprompter. Other then that this game was great, fun to play with a live audience too.
Haha, I was so bad at doing my homework but at least I got that melk!
Very charming and a great length for a game jam.
I liked the style! Next step I think would be to add some sound and music, great job!
Please continue to a full game! A tutorial section would help a lot too!
Great game, I think checkpoints could make it even better
visuals looked great with the zooming out. A few bug fixes (0 friction walls) would make the platforming experience in this game even better!
This game was really fun! Hope it continues, would be cool to add a minimap and some more levels.
I beat the game! I would also add enemies to make the game even harder, and maybe play around with the energy concept a little bit.
So much fun! I am going back to this for sure! The art and feel of the game is so good, the procedural generation makes the game feel so unique.
A lot of fun! I had a blast learning the strats
It took a while for me to get good, but after I got it this game was a blast! Simple and fun!
I won! Had a lot of fun.
Really liked the game, I feel like having the bullets and robot be unstable makes the game a bit too hard. I might keep just the circle mechanic in a post jam build. The game was really fun though and felt unique and easy to control.
Such a fun game! I really liked the mechanic. Maybe add an indicator for enemies and destabilization time in a post jam version.
Very solid entry! The humor and artwork was soooooo good! I would improve UI a tiny bit and add a way to earn hearts back in a post jam build.
The game was great! I loved the unique controls. The fact that it was a little challenging made is scary when the ppl started to chase me. After they chased me I got real good at the controls and zoomed on out of there. Horror games of any type spook me good. One improvement is that you might want to suppress the sound of the squeaks for consecutive squeaks if you were to do a post jam build.
Really cute and easy to understand controls. Need to find a way to make extra more incentivizing to the players. But I really liked the core mechanic and gameplay a lot.
Wow what a blast! Honestly just a real fun game!
Fun concept! I liked the gameplay, the tree needs a buff imo ;)
Amazing entry! Would love to see it expanded upon. Maybe with a navigation system in a post jam version. I just think it was fun to be the grasshopper tbh.
The game was well balanced but it was a little too hard at the start. Maybe machine gets more unstable with time so that new players can learn controls. The game had fun chaotic energy.
Loved the game! Honestly think you should pursue it further after the jam!
Solid puzzle game! I enjoyed that the progression of levels helped you learn the mechanics.
In a post jam I would tie together the cube and timer reset. Great game!
Very nice entry! It was hard to balance it all but it ended up being really fun!
The game was polished just a bit too hard! I would add a redo button and make the puzzles a little easier in a post jam version.
An interesting narrative to explore. Only thing I might change is to make the font more readable since that is the core of the gameplay.
Loved loved loved this game! Only thing missing is a leaderboard so we can all speedrun :P
Fun game! I struggled with the mechanic of picking up the batteries, maybe help them pop more from the background. Loved the visuals and the gameplay felt unique.
Wow I think it is a really great idea to bundle two games into one. A lot of these "unstable" themed games are unforgiving. But when I mess up on the treadmill it is like I have a second chance to boost my score. I though the voice over sound effects were a nice touch. The only thing I might do is add more features to the game to keep each section fresh. Maybe for the treadmill section you could have it be a rhythm timed thing, after all I always groove to beats when I work out haha. Also for the cloud section powerups that boost you and make you soar a quick burst forward while immune to the clouds. Overall I think the concept is solid. I am also really glad I got to play your game in time to rate it. My computer had a hard time with your download for some reason. I bet it is on my end and not yours XD
The game was good, I might give the character more mobility. That would make it more fun when it gets to the bullet hell part! Great visuals too!
I really loved the gameplay! One of the rare cases where I actually felt like exploring in an exploring game. Because everything was so interesting. Also loved the music! What an amazing experience.
Such polish, I really enjoyed. The game was hard after you ran out of energy, power ups that replenish energy would be cool.
Fun game! But I would color coat the customer to the thing they want or use some kind of really clear BIG icons. If you do a post jam version that would make the gameplay easier to succeed in. Also a queue that shows what customer is up next and what they want. Impressive graphics for the time period of a jam, gosh dang. :D
This entry was great! I played all the way till my crew was safe from our mission. I really enjoyed the atmospheric touches like the ambient noise and the little crew voices. Really well done. Also the game play was really strait forward and I picked it up fast. Pick up items at planets so your crew can repair the ship.
Now I think if you were to do a post jam build I might make it so the ship auto resumes flight after you come back from a mission. If you did that then you can add a nice little gameplay on the ship where you can have a HUD that shows you your ship and its damaged parts. Then it would be fun to have to assign the crew to specific places.
Once last feedback if you were to take the time to make a post jam build would be to make little icons for the elements. Just so you really have a way to visually distinguish the inventory.
Again I loved how the game turned out and thought the look and feel of the game was great! Congratz on the amazing entry.
I loved the game, I would like to see an indicator at the end where to stand for the core deactivation. Like a noob I looked for 2 min and parkoured off the walls trying to see where to go. Haha, but the game was great! So polished!
I was confused about the mushrooms and the rocks. But after I got the hang of it, I wasn't kidding around :D Super fun game!
Loved it, was hard to steer when I lost too many dwarfs. But I kind of liked that at the end. In a post jam powerups that let you blow up the big asteroid would be awesome.
Loved the game and also the fact that you had a leaderboard, real solid jam entry!
I won! I would lower the speed of the radiation in a post jam though. Great entry!
As always brilliant game and really fun to play!
Wow I just have to say the replatability of this game is insane, this is so much fun! The only thing I can think of as feedback is inverting the color of projectiles when they are in the flashlight with a masking layer or something like that, just to make it clearer when your being shot. Besides that I cant think of much. One of my fav games of the jam so far!
The game was fun! I would spend time improving the UI and also adding a visual tutorial in a post jam build.
Loved the game, and execution. Could be expanded upon in a post jam version. I might add weighted random so that the games never stack too much.
The game was a solid entry! I played till level 6 where I hit a glitch and couldn't get any furthur. I might make the bullets pop out from the floor a bit more. Also maybe incorporate walls into a post jam build maybe collapsing the building too!
Unique and well executed. I enjoyed the game a lot only thing I would change is going up. It felt a little too tricky at times. Maybe a water spout with the right mouse button would help.
wild idea! I wonder how it can be expanded upon. So I love games that break the 4th wall I am excited to see what else you can do with this concept. A solid poc and original entry.
Art is great, there needs to be a much more gradual introduction to the parts or you need an indicator to show the player what will happen. The game as it is now is too hard imo. But it was still fun!
Game was fun, but I think the controls were a little too hard to get a hang of. I would probably keep player speed consistent. I had fun playing though, I always like a challenge.
Liked the idea, and execution. The controls felt precise. Well Done!
I think to improve this game increase the gravity so it feels less floaty, also I might reduce the hitbox for the horses to help them faster and eat apples from a closer distance. My fav part of this game was the visuals, they were very charming. Nice solo entry.
The only thing I would change is an extra indication about what potion to shoot. Other then that it was a solid game.
Very fun concept, only thing is I didnt like when the wires rotated away from me. Besides that it was a really well executed game!
Awesome game! I got 28 seconds. In a post jam version I might add a tutorial.
I enjoyed the visuals of the game, I think more UI is needed to help guide the player in a post jam build.
Awesome visuals and I really enjoyed the events! I hope this is expanded upon after the jam!
My best was 15.1, great mechanic cant wait to see it expanded upon.
Loved the style of this game. Honestly I think the boat could go faster. In a post jam build I would try to get more playtesters to weed out the bugs. Amazing game for Ludum Dare I am super impressed!
I really like this game because of how unique it is. I only wish that you could kill the chickens faster.
I think my favorite part of this game is the threat of messing up Capchica without it actually being capchica. This was great, but I still dont know what street signs are lol.
I think the content of the game is solid, just focus on polish and it its gonna be great for a post jam build.
Honestly what could be better then bonking crabs on the head and chucking them. If you do a post jam build I suggest adding a tutorial:D
I really liked the game, I am impressed with how developed this was especially for a jam time frame. Maybe adding snapping to the building could be the next step if you wanted to continue this project.
Love the concept, I think the art is charming and the user made content is just *chefs kiss* I had a blast
Game is great! I would put that alt+enter makes it full screen in the itch io controlls.
This was a blast! I always love your games and this one is no exception. Thanks for sharing! Also high score 20,000 :)
The only thing I would change is color codeing the connectors - it was a struggle for me. But dang the game came out polished! Great Entry!
Made it to round 5! So fun. The only thing is I wish that the coins were easier to pick up.
Art and story is great! I would only make it so if you die it takes you to your last good decision.
Loved the game, controls could use some polish but honestly I think part of the difficulty was user error. Awesome Game!
Tight gameplay, I really enjoyed the combat in this one. Had a blast beating it and it is one of my fav LD 50 games I have played.
Overall, I think that the ships should go slightly faster then then enemies so you can make cool plays to swing around and shoot them. I really loved the art style!
I loved the game! Only thing is it might help if the enemies had a bit more wind up for their attack.
Wow what a fun game, it was simple but I liked the execution. I played the 2 player mode and that was even more fun! With some refining of the platforming code the game could feel a little smoother. But I was impressed by the fun factor of this game, nice job!
What can I say, cut scenes great music and art, I had a blast playing.
One thing I would improve about the game is feedback for when you hit the boss.
I loved the take on the theme, just adding some feedback for the boss would be great in a post jam build. I think Bob is a traitor, to think I trusted that guy.
I really like the controls, and sound fx. One thing I might add in a post jam build is to have an ability to place multiple fences at once. I think also some kind of tick or counter would help the player better dodge fire.
I got better with each play, I really enjoy the dash cooldown mechanic. I wish when I reflected bullets that they would hone in on enemies.
Simple but fun, I really enjoyed the game! My max score was 30 :D
I could not stop playing this game, got a max of 44. I really enjoyed the game and picked up on the mechanic quickly. I liked that each time I played the crystals were in a random spot. The art and sound were top notch. I liked my teleportito. The only thing I can think of as an improvement is maybe color coating gems and the color corresponds to the power level of the card choices. I only say this because there are tiers of power - teleportito is much better then roll one dice. Great game!
My fav part of the game was jellyfish acceleration. I think the jelly fish blended in with the background too much so maybe add an outline. Also make the shark faster *evil smile*
I think the game is solid in mechanics and art! Being more clear about when your approaching the lose condition might help the player. Also Icons for resource costs in the shop would be a big help in a post jam build. Solid game!
Game was fun! I like the art and how it contrasted from the background. Only thing I would change is a slider for when the mama dragon is getting close to death. I had a blast playing.
Wow what a fun game! The music was fun, and the animations and art were amazing!
