Not what I expected at all. really good job. I also loved the doors theme idea. and had a good idea for it :(
I kept dying right away. Now that I read comments ill try again. maybe i wasn't jumping high enough to move around. full screen issue maybe? okay yah further away makes for larger jump. made it to second checkpoint. Pretty good game for a jam. could use a little work on the mechanic. maybe health bar so you dont die first fall. like give it a couple hits before exploding? more for longer game play than anything. I did same though. fall and die. hmm. something for us all to think about.
Anchor, covering your bases on the possible themes ;) i brainstormed an idea to use all the themes in one. The game was nice. i started to align the anchor and jump down to next platform to get light and then jump back on anchor. a timer on the amount of light left would be nice, to know if you have time to reach the next one.
Well that was a good use of an hour or so. yah once you get the automation going you can walk away come back and get everything ;)

okay that was creepy for sure. Expected jump scare sooner or later. Was this recursive or reloading levels over and over again? i feel it could go on forever. Maybe if something was chasing you would be a good add. or scary sounds coming from behind you. But yah i went really far down. Fun to play.
Great work for a completely made engine from scratch. I tried custom OpenGL awhile back but never got anything done with it. like others WSJL ? took a minute to figure that out. Yah your right sorta like my game. light torch move from fire to fire. Good work.
really fun game. at one point i had a wolf behind me following for like a good minute was like a pet wolf. thought i could just outrun him. but i turned anyways :(ld48wolf.jpg
yah cool idea. some colliders to keep the cheaters out of the woods. i made it to 6000 before i gave up :) yah slowing down should not be so quick. or at all. and i died or hit a tree and i was no where near it. at least it didn't look like i was near it. Good start. it was a tuff weekend for us all.
okay now that was a better sub game so far. Seems to be a deeper deeper theme this jam, hehe. I like the 3D aspect of it. good graphics and sub model. underwater explosion that was unexpected :) i did get the radar box. but then no radar? maybe i pressed the wrong thing. overall pretty good game.
Wow the title alone is click bate. sure to get a lot of feedback on this one. Other then that the game was pretty cool idea. I'm guessing you researched most of this info. seemed on point AFAIK. like others i wished repeated talks could be skipped and more interaction. but overall not bad.

pretty cool. i like how fast you moved. felt good. Is there a jump? that would of been nice. got stuck on a small enemy could not move anymore. And maybe enable full screen on webpage. mouse kept going out of screen causing issues. not your fault just an issue with web games.
oh man so hard. any accidental jump and bam you could go all the way back up. cool game. i like the world leaning left and right. would make good phone game with single touch and lean

I feel like i've played this supermarket style game on LD before. Not bad. took a minute to figure out how to accumulate debt. Is there a win for the game? or just get a lot of debt. Fun game.
so flahslight dies and game over. :( wanted to find an opening somehwere. crawled forever. Hope someone plays my game that long :) mine could take 14 min best to beat. maybe an hour of walking. haha, lesson learned.

Okay started out great. but then i didn't know what to do at first monster/wolf. i hit it once? i think. pretty good. liked the opening graphics.

couldn't figure out the coffer one? I got battery but then what? coffee spelt full up but no energy and i didn't see the battery after i got it? Not bad otherwise.

great game idea. i had similar idea but no time this jam. wanted to do a groundhog day style. everything would kill you and start over so you would learn what not to do. more free style movement.
this is great. could even do this on mobile? runner style. Super fun. too bad i cant vote this time.

Well hope you get more reviews. it was fun. like the music but yah guess i cant rate that. Interesting game play. cleared everything out before i realized i needed to mine more. now i wait i guess. and see what happens. once i have 50 to spend on a shell?

Great game. not sure how it tied into the two genre theme. but i guess i get it. your last game was a little darker but i remember playing it last jam as well. Keep up the NSFW games. You are a brave team to do this for a jam.
hey this was pretty good. Standing in middle you can not fall through floor and monsters could not get you. so i just stood there the whole time. overall not bad.

That was fun. zombie sounds from everywhere. hard to tell where they were. Maze/horror not bad. i like the blocky style theme.
Oh this one is great. i like the opening scene. and the game play is great. get high level attack and play golf for bonus. great game. Wish there was more to it.

Okay bug, i won and then i lost on purpose and both win/loose showed up. other then that it was cool. more scary stuff would be cool i saw one zombie walk by. maybe some whispering scary things when you make a wrong choice? i like that it got darker a little. that was good indication i made a bad move.
Not bad. interesting choice of music. i would say all good music genres. yah at first i thought game genres. but theme was not specific. could be movie genres music genres. good catch there in picking something other then game genres.
maybe country/rap/heavy metal mix would be incompatible. Although maybe you had it i did not check all rooms. did like the run from fire level!
not bad. i kind of wish the background music played during gameplay. couldn't figure out putting batteries in the turrets/ do i just build and place next to them? i did notice two batteries made the robots destroy the turret first.
Yah the music was great. Just got done telling someone else to just use a mic and there voice to finish the game audio.
you could remove developer text. that seems like bug that can be modified after the fact. ludum rules. :)

Interesting game. The sounds where cool. especially with headphones on.
Okay so multiplayer bad idea for game jams. But....i managed to play by myself. And surprisingly it was fun to play. I think 3 player would be great if i had more people to play with. took me a second to find the lock to the last gate. And the end level was strange. but maybe part of theme? overall not bad. good game.

Wow really difficult to play round one. Movement was not smooth and made it difficult to jump onto platforms without falling off. maybe some velocity to the movement would help. Good design overall. Maybe if i tried a little harder i could move through the levels. Background music was pretty good.
Yah fun game. collides not perfect. maybe some more leeway on when you press a key. Felt i was hitting them but not getting anything.
