LD49 — Unstable

Railrider by Blobby101 2021-10-09T17:26:42Z

Loved the falling off sound effect. Shame I heard it too often  got better once I realized you could predict the shift in balance. Good fun little jam game. Enjoyed my short time with it.

Raiders of the lost gems by Domantas 2021-10-09T17:44:56Z

Nice game. Lots of level which is impressive as normally the most difficult thing to design for puzzle games. Had a lot of fun with this, enough to actually complete it. Good job on the entry

Unstable Way Home by limered 2021-10-05T18:32:40Z

This is an absolutely crazy trip of a game and I mean that in the best way possible.

Beat Server by pickens-inc 2021-10-10T20:41:31Z

I struggled a fair bit to get the timing right. Might just be me. The game waas good thought. Interesting take on the theme and a lot of fun. The voice-over was great, very funny. Overall very good jam game.

Vintage SPACE Restaurant with AI by DGSpitzer 2021-10-07T20:36:09Z

My main complaint is it take a little while to get going. The early levels seem to go slow. Overall very impressive for 72 hours. Good job.

Schrodinger's Cat by jeroenpx 2021-10-07T21:01:08Z

Really good idea with some of the puzzles. Shrinking yourself was a surprise for me. Really like how each puzzle built on the last until the final where you needed to use all the stuf you learnt before. Soild premise for a game but a little rough around the edges, as expected.

Weasel Words by eldogg 2021-10-05T21:02:25Z

This is my favourite game I have played so far in this Jam. I love it so much. Masterpiece doesn't even describe how good it was. I want a full 30 hour release.

Atlas The Clownlifter by Croped 2021-10-15T20:52:14Z

As others have said it is far to difficult to get started. Other than that I was impressed with the presentation and music.

OverCauldron - Lonely industrial stories across the hearth by bloodycoin 2021-10-18T19:53:53Z

Visuals had an interesting style to them. Thought the background and foreground elements in the ingredients areas blended into one another a little too much. Audio was pretty good but felt like the music wasn't quite long enough so the looping was too obvious. Plus 1 for having a CAT in the game. Overall pretty decent game.

Under P'ARRRR by Fear Games 2021-10-05T18:27:02Z

Was not sure how it fit the theme. The boat seemed very stable to me. Was a lot of fun though. Had some issues with the volume slider and would appereciate if ESC opened a menu instead of taking you back to the main menu. Overall a fun little golf game with a unique spin.

The Penguins Below by michaelaranda 2021-10-07T20:45:54Z

Nice idea, quite difficult and a little frustrating to control. The penguins are super cute so sad when you accidentally squish them. Art style was interesting and sounds were good. Some creepy music could have added to the ambience. Very impressive game for the time limit. Feels a lot more polished then some entries (include my own).

Ice Pop! by essarrgee 2021-10-07T19:32:09Z

Very cute graphics. Game felt a little awkward at times I guess hearding Penguins would be difficult. Felt like I was trying to her suicidal penguins the amount they seemed to want to yeet themself off the level. Was a fun enjoy little game overall.

Toad Towers by LucaVazz 2021-10-05T17:58:42Z

Menu music absolutely slaps. The game feels a like clunky to play. Issues when you go over budget the delete function didn't seem to help and did not seem to work for me. Otherwise an interesting premise even if I didn't see much unstableness in the game.

Rocketboy by cjce 2021-10-08T18:37:45Z

Like that both the rocketman was unstable and the objective was to un-stable the horses. Was quite simple but for 1 persono over three days was pretty good.

MIFFED by Caladrius 2021-10-07T19:14:11Z

Loved it. Great insight into a normal trip to the supermarket.

Balancefield by Codeer 2021-10-05T17:16:48Z

Was a lot of fun to play. Really like the art style cohesion and the little details like the hands swaying.

Danger Flask by Evileptic 2021-10-07T19:58:59Z

Nice graphics, pretty good controls. Took a while for me to find the reset button. Was not too clear if it is bad to loose the flasks or not. Sometimes it felt a little annoying that they would slip out somewhere I couldn't reach and thus had to restart.

Wobbly Penguins by bqq 2021-10-09T17:23:29Z

Very polished and pretty fun. Loved wobblying my penguins. Not as much of a fan of the first person sections but an interesting premise. Can see the story being developed. As others had said would loved more levels but very impressed with the amount of work done in the short time limit

Chemical Salesman by PressStartEarly 2021-10-05T17:43:23Z

Was a fun little game. Felt that all the screen could be placed in one view to make the overall experience more streamlined. I was impressed with most aspected of the design except the main menu which didn't feel as polished as the rest of the menus/buttons.

Reactor Symphony by Strynion 2021-10-04T22:43:08Z

Really enjoyed this game. It highlighted an issue with my touch typing in that I seem to misplace my finger for 'L'. Really cool game. Wish there was a timer or something so I could track progress or something as I did fail before the music finished (so not sure if you can complete it).

Fragments of Memory by SunnyRx 2021-10-15T18:41:37Z

The art was really good. The drawings themselves a real standout. The controls were simple and easy to understand. Felt like the difficulty from the first to the second level was a little jarring. First level was super easy the second was a little more awkward. Overall had some fun with it.

Scootles by Surfa 2021-10-05T15:49:47Z

@liss1024 An unfinished feature is the reverse levels. Which changes the scoring so you earn starts through damage. It was never finalized and was added in the last 2 hours of the jam so the objective work against you (you still have to collect them though).

Scootles by Surfa 2021-10-05T19:11:38Z

@helen Thanks for the feedback. Possibly the unofficial Any% record there :grinning:

Scootles by Surfa 2021-10-05T19:19:03Z

@yogurtthehorse Can you try opening the terminal and changing the permission of the .app file. Using "sudo chmod 777 Scootles.app" command. If that doesn't work I will have to ask one of the other devs as I no longer have a working Mac OS PC.

Jeff Origin Stories Jefferson Escape by phlp 2021-10-04T22:31:35Z

Was really good game. The maze shifting with reality was a nice touch. The ambience was spooky if not a little loud in parts. Graphics were good if nothing amazing. For the time spent was a really good game.

LD50 — Delay the inevitable

Keep Me Alive by Xenation 2022-04-05T13:06:29Z

Very cute graphics and sounds. I wasn't very good the first time and didn't add many more years. I think I should not be allowed to control other peoples choices :) - Was a cool concept and fit the theme well.

Sunday Traffic by Mads 2022-04-05T07:55:13Z

I had fun playing the game. Graphics were super cool. I think it would have benefitted from a small arrow pointing toward the largest jam. Sometime it is easy to get lost in the choas.

The Endless Night by Arivenzys 2022-04-05T08:04:17Z

The graphics are so impressive for the time limit. The game itself was good fun. I found the light level mechanic could use a little tweaking. I found the hunters sometimes grouped up and massively increased the light level when I was busy at the manor house or something. I also had minor pathing issues but this is one of the best games I have play in the event so far. Final small gripe was the UI didn't scale properly in full-screen.

Lokat's Revenge by Kaijiro 2022-04-06T20:41:58Z

Didn't quite get the furrymeter all the way, it felt a litle difficult to get the last bit. Loved the SFX and always love a game with a CAT.

Mystery Bomb by morcado 2022-04-05T11:30:03Z

Good little game. I enjoyed trying to solve the puzzle without resorting to just trial and error and I think I fluked the ending with the key. Would like there to have been more content but for three days I'm impressed.

Planet Saver by PashaLoban 2022-04-08T18:55:46Z

Graphics were good. Liket the hair on the woman, it was a nice touch. Overall as others have said it felt too easy to keep going. Ended up just letting it game over to see the end screen.

Atlantis by lisyarus 2022-04-05T11:22:55Z

Really like the premise. Wish there was a little bit more of a introduction. But once you get the hang of it, it makes sense. Would be interesting if you got to keep up to three cards to play with slower generation of new cards. Temples feel a little bit too powerful in the time you can stun the water for. I enjoy this game though and fit nicely in the casual / hyper casual genre.

Inevitable Dungeon by Surfa 2022-04-05T11:04:36Z

@skyward4d Sorry you hit a bug that ruined your play-through. We were trying out a new engine (Godot) and so probably made some rookie mistakes.

@lisyarus Thanks for the feedback. I have worked in the changed you mentioned and fixed another issue with the weapon drops. Thanks for giving it a go. We really appreciate it.

Inevitable Dungeon by Surfa 2022-04-08T17:43:09Z

@spaint Yeah sorry, I think I fixed that issue now. We didn't really get time to test everything as a whole so some silly bugs like that snuck through. Thanks for given it a go.

@xerxeres Thanks for playing. I agree the iventory could use work. I made an error early on an used a built-in control in the GODOT engine that turned out not to be suitable for an inventory system.

LD52 — Harvest

Space Garden by Yamzho 2023-01-09T20:38:46Z

The AI generated art was really nice, the gameplay was fairly fun but a little slow.

Pickey (VR Only) by shadowbrain 2023-01-09T21:38:12Z

Figured I would give it a play seeing as I'm not sure how many people will want to plug-in VR headsets to play LD games. Overall was a good tech demo but it felt like the aim of the game (speed) wasn't communicated at the beginning well enough. Also every level felt mostly the same would be interesting if you could build upon the idea in interesting ways (some things require plucking in specific orders or have multiple points that need pulling at the same time for example). Overall felt like more of a tech-demo than a game.

Monkey Oolong Harvest Bop by PeachTreeOath 2023-01-16T18:58:39Z

Enjoyed playing the game for a little while. Wish there was a way to modify the overall volume as it was a little loud initially for me. Found the longer throw (with help of additional monkey) a little awkward. It felt like it didn't quite line up with expectations. Very cute graphics and the music/sounds were very good. Initially I wasn't sure I could grab the lower trunk of the tree either, initially I thought it was branches only but that is my mistake.

The Ballad of Eric Hernandez, Cattle Rancher by GeraldFIngBurke 2023-01-16T19:02:32Z

This game is a mooooooooooooooooood

Harvest Rush by Steven Garberg 2023-01-09T21:44:54Z

Really like the graphics. Audio was pretty good as well. Felt like the overall game-design was not as polished. The gameplay felt very simplistic and would have benefitted from some variety (like baskets switching around for example). Overall was a pretty good game but a little simple/short.

Farmer Rabbit's Wild Ride by joyrev 2023-01-09T20:02:55Z

Had fun playing. The game did lag a little once I had a lot of carrots on screen. Different power-ups would have been nice and some more variety in the enemies. The graphics were really nice and I really digged the art-style.

Radiance by XOREAXEAX 2023-01-14T16:32:38Z

Graphics and audio were really good. Very impressive. A volume slider would have been appreciated and the voice-lines got a little repetative after a while. My main issue with the game is the same as most comments here. It felt devoid of a purpose. Like if there was some additional events or complications (require user input) it would have made me want to continue playing rather then loose interested after a while.

Harvest Mouse by Surfa 2023-01-14T15:58:16Z

Thanks everyone for playing the game. We really appreciate the positive feedback and the ideas for improvements and additional features.

@bloodycoin @glaikunt The idea was that Larry the leek was to be the 'final' optional boss. We had it designed in an optional level if you attacked him. We produced a carrot-man enemy that you can see in the title screen and a few new tile-sprites but ran out for time for creating larry the leek's boss logic. It was something we wanted to do as a nod to our original idea we scrapped, it was to be a 3D platformer featuring larry the leak and escaping from a combine harvester.

The idea for another meter for dodging is interesting. Originally we wanted harvesting the enemies to give different bonuses but again ran out of time before we were able to re-vist the idea and left it with just stamina.

@snoopyholmes Thanks for reporting that bug. I think it might be to do with the default settings we used for a lot of navigation work within GODOT. Will require a little more digging but we won't update the game as we like to leave it in the state it was in when the Jam timer finished (unless it is completely broken).

@ghastlymicrowave @yamzho Thanks for the feedback. We were worried about it being too hard and people missing out on the content we created so it was toned down from our original difficulty. We are all big fans of difficult games but think that they don't allow for accesibility in a game Jam setting.

@ditam We wanted there to be more interesting environments as well but alas we prioritised a smaller experience. Ideas we had were - inside of a tree/log, within someones house/garden and a farm area.

Hermesh by Kultuk 2023-01-16T19:55:44Z

Short but sweet. I thought the hover was a glitch at first. The first part of the game was a little awkward with the blind falls but I guess if I read about the hover properly it wouldn't have been as bad. Overall fun little game and I loved the cat sprite.

Harvest Doom by Sparrowson 2023-01-09T20:56:03Z

Pretty interesting idea to do a multiplayer game for a game jam. Was quite funny playing with our teams members and some other random people in the server. We all won with a score of 0 on the first play through. Think the premise is good but could do with a little more QOL features and the controls felt a little awkward/sluggish.

Consumption by Tris 2023-01-09T20:45:35Z

Really like the graphics but had the same issue as UnidayStudio. The hitboxes felt a bit too big for the character. Slightly small hit boxes whilst not accurate to the art would have felt nicer to play.

Grave Harvest by Nartyna 2023-01-09T21:07:42Z

Was a nice game and overall think it was very good. I have two complaints. First the menu graphics were very jarring being that low resolution. I originally felt like something went wrong with the build. The second was attacking the ghosts felt a little clunky. Would have like to be able to move whilst attacking or have a slightly higher speed.

Human Harvest by Gregormack 2023-01-09T20:28:42Z

I really liked the graphics of the game and the overall presentation but it felt like it was missing an in-game tutorial or some hints about what to do. I think it could be possible to completely miss the upgrades etc.. Also a visual/audio indicator of low power would have been nice.

Harvest of Life by schnodelfactory 2023-01-14T16:40:49Z

Original take on the theme. Really like the hand-drawn art. Sounds very pretty good as well. Would have like a couple more options or interactions in the game. Like for stealing the candy maybe a short mini-game where you can win and not get caught. Or a dancing mini-game at the disco. Pretty interesting entry and I enjoyed my short time with it.

Plant, Harvest, Make money! by huozhedexiaoc 2023-01-14T16:23:21Z

I like the idea. I found the art to be a little simple but worked to differentiate from different fruits & veg. I didn't finish it because I found the controls a little annoying. I wish I could click on the fruit/veg once and then click multiple times on the square to insert it. Having to drag all the time was annoying. Especially when having to re-do a level. Other than that really nice game.

LD53 — Delivery

POST'HIT by PaulLyaudet 2023-05-09T20:13:25Z

Was a really solid entry. Polished in every department. Felt like it took a little getting used but that is not necessarily a bad thing. Although would have appreciated if you still got points when yeeting letters in after the truck starts moving.

Olympus Food Delivery by SolidHinken 2023-05-02T18:31:14Z

At first I thought you had to spam the A,D keys to move up. Once I got the controls down was a nice simple experience. Did notice the lack of sound and music. The graphics were really nice though.

Worm Eats Inc. by sillyman987 2023-05-10T21:13:48Z

I really like the worm effect that you created. The overall pace of the game felt a little too slow for my liking but I could see the effect you were going for. Also wasn't quite sure if the size upgrade did anything for the scoring or not. As others have said it would have been nice to get more for differnet types of dirt/rock and for the upgrades to be detailed a little bit more to understand the cost-gain equation.

Don't Slip on the Snail Trail by Walnut 2023-05-02T18:46:14Z

Really liked the graphics and the feeling of driving the vehicle. Although it did feel like sometimes reverse was faster initially than going forward. Also the opportunity for accidental hilarity was great. Flying up into a tree and flipping onto a snail was a highlight for me. Not sure if just me but there was no sound. Therefore, I haven't rated for Audio.

That time I got to help my father in his new garage by Seraphyi 2023-05-09T20:07:35Z

Really like the graphics, wished the game had more to do. Felt like the flashlight part was a missed opportunity. For additional gameplay.

INTACTâ„¢ by pierogo 2023-05-20T13:22:10Z

Really liked the graphics and music, sfx. Found the difficulty seemed to ramp up significantly after the second level. Overall was fun little game and a good take on the theme.

Delivery Dash by Random Ideation Studios 2023-05-10T15:17:17Z

The art of the game was pretty nice. Like the music and sound but felt like the music was too loud compared with the SFX. The controls did feel a little too floaty and I struggled a bit to get used to them. Overall a solid entry and fun to play.

Delivery of Duty: Same Shift Different Package by Surfa 2023-05-03T12:32:15Z

@slimefriend Thanks for giving the game a go. If you do want to try again I can give you some insight into picking up objectives. The green indicator just means you are close enough. You still need to position the helicopter above the objective. In hindsight we could have handled this better but as it is with game jam games the first implementation normally ends up being the release implementation.

Delivery of Duty: Same Shift Different Package by Surfa 2023-05-07T11:34:00Z

@digx7 Yeah sorry that is a limitation of Godot export for web. It used the Gamepad API that differs per browser. Whne testing on Chrome it seems like the triggers don't get mapped correctly. Sorry about that but we only realized after the submission time.

Uberroo by Saryah 2023-05-09T19:58:05Z

It felt like the controls were the wrong way round when reversing but that might have just been me. Overall the game was an interesting idea but felt a little empty and undercooked. I imagine with more time you could have provided a fuller experience.

HUBERT by ValentinWB 2023-05-05T18:36:25Z

For the first few times I didn't realise there was an end condition. Think as a lot of other people have pointed out the controls and collisions made it difficult. Feel like with a few simple changes (making it slightly easier) it would play a lot better. Graphics, sounds and overall vibe were great.

Ninjanitor by zbugba 2023-05-05T18:52:06Z

I think the overall feeling of the game was great. The only downside for me was it felt a little slow moving around. But overall was pretty fun and would have like to see more levels.

LD54 — Limited Space

Limited Space Moving Co by HueSamai 2023-10-03T21:24:25Z

Some more difficult levels and/or more obstacles would of been nice. Felt like some of pieces were a bit abstract, definitely scope for further development.

On the bottom side by Jasuse 2023-10-03T21:17:25Z

Really cool concept and definitely fits the theme and scores highly on that for me. Main issue I had was either I'm bad or it is really hard.

Trash Delivery by TentacleDream 2023-10-03T20:54:41Z

Controls were a little clunking but I liked the idea. Very much fit the theme. Would have been nicer if the backpack was a little larger. Also was not all obvious how stuff worked and where I could go.

FELL OUT by daveranan 2023-10-03T20:37:51Z

The graphics and mood of the game were great. I really liked the little touches of humour in the dialog.

I do have two quite large complaints aabout the game though. The first is whilst the music was really nice the looping was a little too obvious and due to the length of the game it was very obvious when it repeated. The second is the length of the game. It felt a little boring just because it took so long to get around. really disappointing because of how amazing the initial experience is, it just overstays it welcome.

I think to fix this a sprint button/boost would have made it feel like progress is coming quicker. Also a small in-game map would of helped.

Overall though the game is of an impressive quality for the jam. Really lovely presentation and can see how the theme applies

LD55 — Summoning

Virtua Bob by MSolomon 2024-04-18T19:23:27Z

 Best way to climb the corporate ladder. Loved that you incorporated voice acting. Too few games make use of that for game jams. Love the old virtucop games so enjoyed this throughly. As a god gamer didn't even take any damage :smirk: great entry. You should add some screenshots and stuff to the page though as it deserves a lot more plays.

Necrunmancer by Adam Martin 2024-04-18T20:10:22Z

Gameplay wise this was alot of fun. The music loop got repetative fiarlly quickly and the graphics were inconsistent in their quality. Really like the 3d/2d background and some the sprite work was really nice but felt some was lacking a little bit of polish (archer for example). Overall a really good entry to LD 55

Night 333 by MaiMai 2024-04-19T19:21:55Z

I see there are other connoisseurs who decided to really loosely apply the theme and just make a game about cars. The graphics are really nice. The audio was good but the ambient sounds looped too frequently and got a little annoying. It also felt like the gameplay loop was a little shallow and maybe some additional obstacles and/or modifiers would have been nice to mix it up.

Cloudy with a Chance of Fall Damage by Moritz Jaeger 2024-04-16T10:13:08Z

Nice game. Enjoyed the amount I played, didn't make it to the top :(. Not sure this types of games is truly for me but enjoyed my time with it. The graphics were nice, really like the cute sheep and the glove texture. The audio was good as well considering that it was all self recorded. We did something similar, nice job!

Salmoning by kuviman 2024-04-25T21:00:05Z

There was a lot of cool things about this game. Multiplayer, multiple music options, cool graphics and did I mention multiplayer. The main downsides on the game for me was the massive difference in volume between the two music options and the gameplay didn't have a great deal of varience. Really cool and solid entry

Summongrel by James_7777 2024-04-18T19:13:57Z

Cute graphics in a challenging puzzle game  gets a thumbs up from me

Master Of The Pit by ecenizo 2024-04-18T18:40:36Z

Good premise but lacking in some polish in a few areas. The UI felt like the most obvious room for improvement, lacking in detail with no themeing. Also for me a lot was positioned off the screen but that could be because of my resolution (when I played in full screen). I also encounter a couple of odd AI behaviours whereby my liches would stay far too still sometimes and charge in to their death on others. Also the slow death of my characters was not clear at first. Music and sound effect were pretty good and fit the style of the game.

Morth Obscurum by XOREAXEAX 2024-04-19T19:33:02Z

On first launch the audio was way too loud for me I had to turn my volume right down. An option to change the volume in-game would have been nice. Also I had an issue whereby one of the trees fell down and launched me really high into the air and I never came back down. So I had to reload the game. But the mood and the graphics were really good (except for the rain effect, I was not a fan of that). Overall a spooky interesting experiences with some slight technical hitches for me.

Hat vs Evil by minjutin 2024-04-18T18:52:56Z

I like the boost towers being little cherrleaders, that was cute. The movement of the hat felt good and the speed didn't make it uncontrolable. The graphics were adequte whilst not impressing. I also felt it was difficult to read the stats of the towers and it wasn't 100% clear where the best locations were for towers. I ended up spamming towers and certainly had some placements that were less than ideal.

Cat Good, God Bad by yigoo 2024-04-25T20:46:09Z

I really liked the art is was super good. The mood was rasonably creepy and audio fit well. Wishes there was slighty more in the way of puzzle elements but I understand the time constrais probably didn't allow it. Also like other i could sometimes push the camera out of frame and see the gey background. But very nice too look at.

Ballad of Lead Shroud by KrummSakura 2024-04-25T20:41:05Z

Fit the theme well and the mood and audio was very good. Graphics were decent for the time allocated. I liked the story of the experience but it didn't feel like there was much interaction and it could have been an animated short rather than a game.

Slaymore by Joshua Miller-Pio 2024-04-18T19:36:08Z

Really digged the art and the sounds were well made. However I came across a lot of issues whilst playing. The background sprites seemed to have some issues where they were not aligned correctly all the time and I had seams appear. The summoning managed to get me stuck on multiple occasions as they refuse to do damage to some of the enemies. The health bar did not descrease logically as it seems to delete hearts and add them back in a strange order meaning I died with what looks liked 2 heats left. Also running in on an ultrawide it did not scale properly (but that is a thng on AAA games as well). Overall was enjoyable even with the issues I faced. Good job

TANKZ by Funday Games 2024-04-16T10:01:36Z

Really enjoyed the graphics. The tank is super cute. Gameplay was fun and balanced and didn't drag on too long. Very impressed.

For the theming I see you also very very loosely adhered to the theme :)

TINY PACK by xk_the_name 2024-10-08T15:19:15Z

One of my favourites from the Jam I have played thus far. Really nicely scoped with polish in the areas that matter most. Was a lot of fun as well and would make a nice short full release with a couple of enhancements and expansions to the gameplay formula. Great job

Tiny Paws by EX3D0 2024-10-17T20:50:33Z

Great game for such a short period of time. All the minigames felt well put together and I think the difficulty was well balanced and it didn't over stay its welcome. Only minor complaints are: * Wish there was more animations for the cats :cat2: * More minigames :smiley_cat: * Would have liked a volume slider as I think it was too loud on my setup by default

I'm very impressed

Virus Vanquisher by lectvs 2024-10-08T12:58:54Z

I really liked the game with a couple of small annoyances. The visuals were nice but a matching floor texture would have gone a long way to enhance this. Not sure if I missed anything but other than the intro screen and the shadows I didn't really notice the player character model, would have been nice to see a stage complete animation or something (obviously within the time constraints it is understandable). Gameplay wise was a lot of fun but sometimes it felt like my grapple just let go without any real reason. Would have been nice to have some more feedback on how it works (sound effects when close to breaking for example). Overall very good entry, if this was you first LD Jam then also congrats on finishing and creating a really good game.

Shrink & Slime by Xwilarg 2024-10-08T13:35:06Z

Interesting gameplay and design but I felt like it suffered from the time limit of the Jam as a few things felt a little under-cooked. I also had an issue with the embed whereby the intro panel was not scaled correctly and could only just press the play button. I am running an ultra-wide monitor so when fullscreen it was even worse in this regard.

Things I liked: * Novel gameplay idea with shrinking enemies so the slime can gobble them up * Design of the animals * Design of the setting with everything being large

Things I wish were improved / different: * I felt like if I shrink enemies enough I should be able to stomp them without taking damage. * Not sure if it bugged but were the rockets suppose to do damage or push you back or something? They felt under utilized. * Slime got stuck and the recall sometimes did not seem to work. * Difficulty - it felt a little too simple/easy * Mouse aiming felt too sensitive with no options to change. * Also wished there was volume slider for the music it was a little too loud initially and had to use the windows volume slide to adjust.

Overall a solid entry and I really like the gameplay ideas that were put out. As well as the general feel of the world in which you play.

Ummmmmmmm yummy yummy! 5 stars for the restaurant.

Blood Crux by Dmitry Kaidash 2024-10-12T16:06:12Z

Loved the graphics, the cohesive styling and the gameplay loop. It felt like the more hectic it got the easier to was. That weas until I got unlucky and got hit with a buch of attacks all at once. The web-build did start to lag a little bit once it got flowing but I really loved the overall themeing of the game and the asethics were top notch.

Lil' Guys, Big Adventure by schsam 2024-10-25T19:21:10Z

AI art doesn't bother me in its usage but it does lead to a bit of a mismatch in the icons in the ui of your game and the level end screens. The little creatures do not match too well.

Many Tiny Creatures by zell 2024-10-25T19:06:28Z

Nice idea for a game but I felt it was lacking a little in the polish department. Having a failure state of having all the people jump off and/or a retry button but would have gone a long way to improving the experience also some sounds and music. Good job for a single person effort though.

Pigeon Pummel by Griperis 2024-10-12T17:01:02Z

Pretty interesting game and was fun to play. The one thing that threw me off at first was that you want to release just as you are above the target not just before. Originally I felt like the momentum of the pigeon should be taken into account but that might have been too difficult. Good Job

Wrath of the Evil God by JustusPan 2024-10-08T15:07:12Z

Quite a fun little game. Felt like the movement speed was a little slow and the overdrive not useful in the later levels due to the damage build up being a lot quicker. Was a fun little game and I love the design of the player character which was nicely executed in the sprite work.

Tiny World Mayhem by Transkuja 2024-10-08T13:23:37Z

Great graphics and overall presentation. You can tell it was made with a good team (professionals?) with a lot of focus and consistent design.

Gameplay was fun (works best with a controller in my opinion). Really good game for the jam. Congratulations on putting out such a polished product. Music fit well with aesthetic and was to a high caliber.

Had two minor complaints: * Timer does not stop when paused to change the volume (potentially a bug) * The boost sound effect seem to be louder than the rest and was a bit jarring.

Flea Circus by Adam Konig 2024-10-12T19:09:57Z

Wow what a fun little game you made. A little confusing to begin with and I did have an accident with one flea and the trapeze where it got launched completely off screen never to return. Also it seems like the black tint was parented to the flea so I got to see behind the scenes.

Really cool game though and nicely polished for a game jam

Dino Island Safari by Skleembof 2024-10-20T17:42:00Z

I really like this type of game and seen some good ones made in previous Jams. This one was fun to play and was generally well put together but suffered from a couple of things. * The slow-mo was more off putting than anything and nothing worse than reloading during the slow mo * The camera movements were slightly erratic in their pacing. Generally the speed of the movements is fairly consistent in these types of game. * The camera also felt like it moved a litte too much. Made it somewhat awkward to aim when fighting. Felt like the shooting galleries should have a more static camera position. * It felt like timing the reloads was the key to do well which is a little disappointing I would have preferred if reaction times and well aimed shots would had been more important.

Overall was fun to play. Love games with Voice acting in the Jam and impressive for two people in such a short period of time. Also loved the unfinished Brachiosaurus, was unintentionally hilarious. Would have loved a voiceline poking fun of it. Great job

Tiny Escape by retrome 2024-10-19T18:03:37Z

Quite a fun little game, liked the little hamsters. Didn't manage to save all of them on any level but that is likely a skill issue from me  Also probably one of only a few games I have seen that used Phaser which is interesting. That fact it seemed to save my progress when I accidentally closed the windows was also super coo and let me experience level 4 which is the only one I got three stars on

Gnomin' by Jvdwijk 2024-10-12T20:35:54Z

I always struggle with this type of game. When I fell in the cave are your legs suppose to break and that is why you can move anymore or did I hit a bug? If it was the former a small audio or visual cue would have been nice.

Overall the graphics were really good and the controls were just the right amound of jank. I think I just needed a little more skill to finish it. For me the volume sliders were set to minimum on start up for me so I couldn't turn anything down. Good job though, it shows a lot of promise

Medic Mayhem++ by Martta 2024-10-12T15:48:35Z

Really cool concept and the graphics were great. I had a couple of issue with the CPU players gettig stuck and also accidentally hitting what I can assume is a debug button in R and just face my 'spawn'. Love the little sound effect of the guys when they're fighting though.

Goober Goblins: A Nose Picking Simulator by Cam Moore 2024-10-12T19:18:00Z

Absolutely loved the pixel art for the win / loose screens. The goblins were possible the weakest of the art but good enough for a game jam for sure. Found the game to be either super easy or too difficult. Was super easy when I just aimed as low as I could and it seemed to dodge the goblins most of the time.

Was fun and didn't try to overstay its welcome which was nice.

Need For Snail:midnight by AegisFate 2024-10-17T17:59:43Z

This was a lot of fun. The graphics were great and I love a good cat :cat2:. The audio fit well and suited the theme. My only complaint was the main gameplay loop is a little simple. But I know lots of people enjoy these types of games, so probably just me.

Very! Tiny Creatures by Dfyzet 2024-10-12T15:43:43Z

Good little puzzle game. Felt a bit quite without some music.

Concept was good but I have two small criticisms. * If I didn't wait long enough, when placing food, the robots could skip to closest blood cell breaking my plan. Wish instead they moved in order of placing them down. * The final blood cell / food always felt kinda wasted as it was always place near the needle maybe was not needed.

Overall cool ideal with good execution. Great job

Nano Commando by ferelily 2024-10-19T18:22:07Z

Overall was a good little game. But I have a few points of things I would of like to see: * More variety in the gameplay. Potential for different enemies that could pose a larger threat. * As mentioned before a way to differentiate between the players fire and the enemy fire * An end screen showing your time and some other interesting stats. Like most pieces attached. Enemies killed etc.. * Bit more feedback in the sound design for when hits connect and pieces are fee to pickup.

Overall was a good game that stuck to a simple core gameplay loop and theme and looked very nice and cohesive.

Ghostie Hunt by emozdemir 2024-10-08T18:11:33Z

Very nice graphics and fitting music. I never could find the last one on the third level so ended up giving up. Was quite fun to play and some of the ghosts certainly were tiny

You are What You Beat by Sabrina_Ross 2024-10-13T18:16:08Z

Really good game. Had a lot of fun playing it. Love the music with the oof sound effect :) was nice and the boss fights were paced well. None felt too long or too difficult which is perfect for a Jam game. Great job

Laverino by Kirass 2024-10-12T16:54:24Z

The plushies looked great and I like the ideas of the little mini-games. I think I would have been more creepy with slightly less light. Also some more creepy ambient sounds.

Also it wasn't always clear what was going on with the camera and why I had to occasionally press button to continue. Some visual and audio feedback regarding being spotted would be nice.

Forgotten (a tiny horror game) by ThisIsSpy 2024-10-08T13:53:01Z

Those are some big cockroaches.

Overall the atmosphere was very creepy. The graphics were good but I felt some parts were far to dark for me. Although it might be because it is reasonably sunny currently and i had some glare on screen. But I struggled to see clearly part of the game. Also the next step was not entirely obvious with the reasoning behind what the player is doing not clear. Some visual story telling would have been nice and leaning more into using light as a tool to direct the player to certain areas.

From a nice to have perspective being able to scale the audio would have been nice.

Silky Slinger by Shlolo 2024-10-08T18:29:49Z

The controls took a little while to get used to. But once I did it felt nice to swing with. The ground controls felt a little slow and some wider steps would have been nice to show off the animations.

Graphics were nice, sounds were good for the pick ups and crawling. Was just missing some music and potentially some additional gameplay mechanics.

Great job

Tiny Cafe by TheFruckets 2024-10-12T19:00:16Z

Was quite a fun little game. I like the sprite work on the animals. Felt like the gameplay loop was simple but interesting. I also felt like the timing was a litte too random. It seems like some animals could only wait 0.001 microseconds but others weren't that bothered. Overall

Quackling Rescue by Laywelin 2024-10-12T17:10:44Z

Extremely cute ending cut-scene. It is always nice to see people put effort into story in a game jam game (even if you can tell from our game I am biased on this). Was fun little adventure and I found the music to be very funny. Although I do appreciate the volume slider as it can get a little repetitive.

I really like the game, the character and object sprites. I felt the level design was a little lacking in details but I was left hoping that there would be more content so it must have been good overall

Also for people wondering about the ZQSD on the floor. I think the quality of the bagguette sprite is a hint. :flag_fr: :french_bread:

Ants Assemble by LGK-Productions 2024-10-12T15:33:56Z

First I want to say this was good entry. Graphics were simple but consistent. Music was great and fit the games theme.

Things I liked: * Controls made sense and it was quite nice to send ants out * Music really fit with the game and was good * Enemy ants were clearly visible and their threat obvious by their sizing

Things that I wish were different: * I would have made the night time much less dark, felt sometime difficult to see * More feedback on selecting ants (cleaner highlight or white border) * Wish the controls were tightened. Sometimes I thought I had selected ants but actually had not so was controlling a different ant or ants. Goes hand in hand with above. * Wish the ants didn't overlap so perfectly when moving. It seems like I would get a bundle or 8-10 ants all in the same place making splitting them a pain. * I would like to have a fog of war system whereby the map stays but is darkened like classic RTS games. Rather than disappear entirely. * I got screwed by a random difficult spike with a giant ant, when most of my ants were further away. Felt a little annoying seeing as other ants did a lot less damage if hitting the base.

Overall was a really good entry and I hope you make more games for later Jams

Critter Gang by lastsecondgames 2024-10-08T14:21:15Z

I am not sure I have the patients to defeat all the bosses but after sometime I got the first two. The overall design of the bosses is good and interesting. The art is really nice and the theme is fit strongly by the game.

The animations are great and I really like the design of the characters and feel of their animations.

Overall I really liked this entry but my nitpicks with this game are: * The damage indication feels slightly weak. Hard to tell when you have taken damage unless looking at the HP indicator. * The Wolf attacks were not as well choreographed as the others. The two slash moves for example was not obvious from a little glance if it was high or low. * Controls felt a little floaty like sometime I would feel like the movement was not precised enough for the platforming. * Hit boxes for our character seemed a little big or maybe just the attack hit boxes are too large. Undersizing them always feels nicer to play even if not true to the attacks. * First phase of the second boss dragged on a little. If the wind pull move was slightly less strong you could get more damage in that phase. * Difficulty was a little high for my liking when you consider it was a game jam game. Not sure everyone is going to want to put the time in to understand the fights well enough to finish the game. * I have an ultra-wide and the controls screen got cut off due to the scaling. Forcing a 16:9 aspect ration would have been better for me.

Really well designed and I really like the animation on the bosses. Great job

Ready, Set, Escargot! by andymetoo 2024-10-08T16:11:25Z

Lost right at the end on my first go as I got screwed by the leaf placement. Second attempt got assaulted by another snail eventaully getting the W on the third. Fit the theme nicely and was hiliarious for the first few runs. I enjoyed a lot of the snail related puns for the AI names. The music was also well selected, especially the race theme.

Tiny Tale by Gimodor12 2024-10-25T19:29:34Z

Like the little individual stories of the toys that you encounter overtime during the game. I really appreciated the graphics and the effort that went into creating all the different environments and toys. Overall likes the maze section the most and wished some of the other toys had mini-game like quests rather than a walk here pickup object type quests.

It's all about the swarm by panicmore 2024-10-08T13:13:59Z

I had a few issues when playing but I like the idea. The graphics were simple but the effects on the flys were nice as well as the character sprites. Music was simple but fit with the game feel. Controls were ok but I had some stutters with some moves and felt like potentially the keyboard controls could have been mapped different (R and G feel nicer to reach with WASD on a qwerty keyboard then Z,X in my opinion).

First problem I ran into was that going backwards at the start there is an invisible wall which wasn't obvious to me and I thought the controls had bugged. The second was the music wouldn't loop for me and just abruptly stopped.

Congratulations and great job on finishing a game for the Jam and I look forward to seeing your future games if you decide to do the Jam again.

Squeak-Squeak by SioSti 2024-10-25T19:15:40Z

Build didn't work for me originally when I came across this game. But did this time just in-time for me to rate it. I really like the graphics and the consistent style that you had going for it. The animations for climbing with the mouse was also a pleasant surprise. However I do have some comments: * Some location specific background noises would had been nice * The controls felt somewhat clunky and it wasn't super clear from the get go how to progress. * It self like for longer jumps it would make sense to have the green part of the bar higher up, * The end was a little bugged for me in that when I placed the blocks it didn't update the hud and wasn't clear what to do next. * Menu music was nice would have liked it as a background track during gameplay

Overall like the graphics a lot include the intro comic. Gameplay was solid idea wise but I felt lack a little in execution.

Suck! It! Up! by Hjalte 2025-10-12T17:46:29Z

Really liked the intro and the music/voices.

Graphics were good and consistent and the overall gameplay was good. As with other commentators I was not quite sure of the order of operations when scoring which made it a little more difficult. Overall great job

Interstellar Repossession Service by firellon 2025-10-13T19:33:25Z

Good game overall, enjoyed the gameplay and the idea behind having a long trail of cannons. I did have one issue but nothing major. I have a 21:9 ultrawide and so I could see slightly off the screen and see things spawn in and be de-spawned.

I agree with some other commentators that it was a little hard to hit some of the AI which could be a bit frustrating.

Trash Game by ursagames 2025-10-13T19:10:14Z

Holy hell I can't believe you made a cover of The Offspring for a game jam. Really leaning into the crazy taxi vibes. Love it so much. We have previously made a game inspired by crazy taxi so this is right up my alley. Great entry

Genius Gallery by Silas Reinagel 2025-10-09T19:54:07Z

Was very polished could easily see it being expanded into more of a mobile puzzle game. Currently it felt like it was a bit easy but for a Jam that is probably good as you want people to finished it and enjoy their time.

For me what stood out to other games was the overall standard. I think it is easy in a jam to have one or many parts feel rushed or sub-standard but everything here felt like it had a good level of polish. The graphics, the UI, the SFX and music all done to a high level. Great job

tabli tablo by pataya 2025-10-23T18:13:17Z

Was fun and I like the idea of a painting collector trying to store all his paintings. Felt likes it needed an ending. Maybe it could look at the space left and spawn similar size paintings to fill it up.

The Mysterious UNIT-Y by JustMars 2025-10-23T20:35:03Z

I really liked the idea, but felt the execution was a little bit wonky. It definitely felt a little easy in that most of the units I got made profit of thousands and the few that were losses were in the low hundreds max. I really liked the graphics and the little unity reference was nice good job.

Poop Simulator: Collector Edition by pRoFiT 2025-10-08T20:50:31Z

I wish people walking outside my house picked up as much dog poo as I have playing your game. Interesting idea but I had a little issue playing as the mouse seemed not sensitive enough as the default. Shame you weren't able to flesh it out a little more but these things happen in a Jam.

Leaves by DeadCode 2025-10-09T17:59:35Z

The game whilst simple was fun. The fox/wolf be zooming sometimes though, damn. Graphics reminded me of games like Oregon Trail loved the CRT shader. I did feel like it was missing some audio/music. Overall good job for a solo entry

If I Ran the (Alien) Zoo by UkuleleFury 2025-10-12T17:36:30Z

Was a fun little game to play. A bit too much text in the introduction which I skipped out of laziness so originally did not know what I was doing properly. Liked that it corrected me when I brought the wrong earthlings.

Good job on the game

Treasure Hook by Monado 2025-10-08T21:12:29Z

Really liked the game. Music was great, main character sprites was really nice along with the enemies. Although didn't realize the green mushrooms were enemies at first so took some damage. Difficulty was good, not too hard which is nice in a jam game.

Also was surprised at the amount of content it just kept going. Always love a grapple hook as well. Although found a little later that you can sort of spam it to make some of the platforming a bit too easy. Great job especially for a solo game.

Skeledaddler! by Catusfelony 2025-10-12T19:19:11Z

Great game felt very polished. Could be a little frustrating at points when you make a mistake and put yourself back like 3-4 mins. But overall super cool game and concept.

Cryptozootography by Jahwffrey 2025-10-09T18:41:31Z

Was great, really loved the art. The overall style was fantastic.

Had a little bit of trouble with the mouse sensitivity sometime it would be find then feel slow.

Liked that it was on-rails but would have liked some indication of how far through the trail I was to ensure I didn't waste shots.

Loved the jokes and the weird and wonderful creatures around. Great job overall one of the best games I have played so far.

le Collectionneur Britannique atteint de Syphilis by mackain 2025-10-12T17:57:07Z

Was very funny but I think the game could of benefited with a bit more variety in the gameplay. Loved the sprite work though.

Arkeolog by Shaggy 2025-10-09T20:11:12Z

The game and menu design was solid. The atmosphere was good and the graphics overall were good. I do have a few critiques: * The game is not super clear on what is and isn't an artefact when you play it through for the first time * Some of the artefacts are super small * The ghost whilst interesting didn't seem to be any danger for me (maybe I did not play enough) * You can just fall down to the bottom from the start and collect higher level stuff. * The progression is super slow for a Jam game. I don't think I would ever be able to sink enough time buy all the items in the shop. Would be nice to have it progress faster. * The procedural generation was cool but a lot of it felt similar to one another.

Overall though I thought it had some good ideas and could be interesting to play through more with a few tweaks. The custom engine ran well and I was impressed with the design.

My Little Castle by WouterK12 2025-10-08T19:20:22Z

CAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Also like the premise of the game. Took a while to understand the interaction between the knight and the ghosts.

Overall I liked the game and thought the pixel art was well done and consistent in style

Collect-o-maniac by Surfa 2025-10-08T20:38:48Z

@6knowledge: Thanks for playing our strange little collection of games. I wanted the player to have to grab the end so it doesn't stick all the way the barrel but I think in hindsight I should have made it easier to grab.

@solvenoff: Yeah difficulty levels were all individually done and there was no real consistency. I originally made the stamp mini-game way too hard. So hopefully all the games were completable at least once.

@gamebuilder: If you played the web-build were you using Firefox by any chance. I found that this made the two 'arm' based games a lot harder as it seem to affect the mouse sensitivity.

@sylf: Thanks for playing our game. Glad you enjoyed it.

@harujam: Thanks for playing glad you enjoyed it.

@wouterk12: Thank for the kinda comment.

@prunus-padis: I think, especially with Jam games, it is very easy to overlook stuff that is not that obvious to most players as you have spent too much time developing and playing the games over and over. I think the two games you highlighted were probably the least explained in terms of gameplay.

@nanaschi1984: Thanks for the kind words. I'm glad you enjoyed our voice 'acting'.

Collect-o-maniac by Surfa 2025-10-13T19:04:23Z

Want to say thanks to everyone that has played the game and left a comment we appreciate it very much.

@jordan-neff: Yes the music is a little repetitive. We ran out of time. The music choice options is a carry over from the last game we made for LD JAM (hairdivers). We unfortunately did not spent enough time on the backing music. The plan was to have a base track with individual music over the top for each of the games.

@aldenwitt: Yeah we wanted to have more backing tracks but ran out of time. Also we find the music creation the most difficult part of any game jam.

@gaverion: The gun barrel scrubbing is definitely the most non-intuitive part of the game. In hind-sight I wish I made it so you can grab any part of the handle not just the end.

@loiclegrosfrere @patuwu @eugenik @deadcode @boncebon @gonulgaye @doa @stefaink @alaah @ukulelefury @schu @jonasolsson @makoteam @fupi @ursagames @melissa-mechun @firellon @vasea123 @youpz : Thank you all so much for the positive comments. I will try my best to play all your entries and leave a comment and rating.

Gobblin' Günther by Crygos 2025-10-12T17:16:01Z

I really liked the music. What a banger of a track for a jam game. Thought the art was nice and coherent. My one complaint was on the gameplay side. If I dropped some loot it could snowball into loosing everything if it happened on the far left of the screen. This was because you dropped it just in-front of you and hit the next piece dropping more loot.

Other than that was fun and well made. Good job

ASM - Automatic Spider Machine by Sylf 2025-10-08T18:38:11Z

Wow I'm glad that I don't own a automatic spider machine in real-life. Got completely overrun with spiders fairly quickly. Found it a little difficult to know when my merges registered fully and a few times felt a bit annoying when I merged spiders for them to instantly disappear behind some furniture.

A nice quality of life feature would have been to be able to click on a specific point on the furniture to have the spider run away from that point. Maybe that already exists if so I failed worse than I thought.

Overall I really like the graphics and thought it was a fun like jam game.

Stamp Divers by harujam 2025-10-08T18:52:29Z

The amount of times I would memorize the stamps and then instantly forgot the colours as soon as I got to the dumpster diving scene was a little too high for my liking. Having a way to see the stamps I was looking for after the scene started would have been nice. It wouldn't need to stop the timer.

Overall I liked the graphics and the audio queue.

Patch-flip Scout Camp by BeanSecrurityRat 2025-10-09T20:20:58Z

This game was a lot of fun. Great job on making something fun to play. I did think it was a little easy and would have like to have had more level/rounds to play. I just stacked damage and blew the opponent away.

Wanted to play more so must have been good

Can confirm the Linux build worked for me on Fedora 42 kernel 6.16.9-200.fc42.x86_64. Was a fun little game and the graphics were great.

Felt bad for the poor kid loosing his game to a unruly god

Canned by Nanaschi1984 2025-10-08T20:30:59Z

I like the atmosphere and graphics. I also felt like the gameplay was a little confusing. I could not get past 26 cans on the second 'day'. It might have just been me but I could not find anymore in the canteen etc...

I did think it was an interesting entry overall.

Good entry. I think it was would have been nice if the fog was blended a little more in the first level and if there was a way to see the place you have explored already. But overall I liked the idea and I Was just glad when I died on the first level it was early on in my playthrough.

I had quite a few issues with the web build on itch.io (camera clipping, UI not selectable) but that might be because I was running firefox. I think the idea has promise but some bits felt quite under cooked, which is totally fair for a single developer.

I think it would have been nice to have the mopping and vacuuming be limited to specific spots, with solid visual cues rather than the whole floor.

I could not figure out how I was supposed to mop underneath the tables? If that was what I was supposed to do. So I ended up with c rank.

I like that someone's mind also went straight to Pokemon when the theme was announced. You really captured the art style of the early pokemon games. I did feel like the mini games were a little simple but I really liked the idea. Overall great entry.

A1 MAS Collector by Boncebon 2025-10-09T18:06:53Z

Graphics and audio were really good. Gave properly creepy vibes the whole time. Not quite sure it fit the theme and it was quite short so possibly just ran out of time?

Love the cameos (shorts guy and creepy face within the hands) from what I am assuming were a couple of the developers.

Roots of Sorrow by Solvenoff 2025-10-08T18:25:36Z

It was very creepy so you really nailed the atmosphere as both the visuals and the audio were top-notch.

I have two minor complaints: * Some of the items were hidden behind some of the background / set dressing. Meaning I missed out on some of the visual story-telling that the individual items had (also missed out on some art). * Sometimes I felt like I was going in circles looking for something. It might of been nice to have a way of pointing to the next item if the player is taking too long.

Overall was a really interesting and cool experience. The art was great and the audio really added to the creepy atmosphere. Good job

BloodPact by stefaink 2025-10-12T17:24:01Z

Like the graphics and audio. Felt like it was a bit easy to play and the attacks felt a little light and weightless. Would have liked it to feel a little more obvious when my attacks connect with the enemies.

One 'bug' I found is if I left to the far side of the screen I could jump up to the level above through the platforms. Overall very good entry into the jam, thought you guys got a lot done with this entry. Great job

Good jam game for sure. Graphic, music and audio all had a high level of polish. My main complaint was on the difficulty. The damage coming from the enemies didn't feel consistent and it sometimes felts like they had an unfair advantage on my guy, being fast overall. Also it would be nice to get a little more feedback when enemies were stunned or couldn't attack back straight away.

Great jam entry though.

Also as a cat lover and owner I really liked your logo. :cat2:

Really enjoyed the cutscenes. Loved that you put some story into a jam game. My main complaint was I feel like you put the scoring backwards. Surely 200/300 (200 out of 300) makes more sense than 300/200 (get to 300 but you have 200?). Overall one of the best entries I have played this jam.

METALOBAZA by Dunitru 2025-10-13T19:45:18Z

Originally the music did not start for me but did on the first restart. I found the jumps to be a little floaty but I really liked the gameplay mechanics, changing the robots and being able to deposit the toolboxes to change my robot.

RESPECT by LoHii 2026-05-01T21:13:28Z

I did find the controls a little annoying but that is partly my fault for having an odd keyboard with the arrow keys in a separate macro layer. The jump and roll mechanic was unique but did feel a little unforgiving but that made nailing it feel much better. I like the ghosts of other players as well even if that did just highlight that I did bad.

A Signal In The Forest by gamesplusjames 2026-05-01T21:05:54Z

I liked a lot about this entry but there was also a few things I was not a fan of. I wish there was a bit more environmental decorate so you could orientate yourself. I felt like there was maybe too many repeats of the puzzles with no much differentiating the last two times I did the puzzles. I also would have likes for the music to play in the background not just with the radio on. Also a small amount of background sounds would have made it less silent and empty feeling.

The graphics reminded me of those old road carpets you might have as a kid . I liked the horn sound effect that was a fun choice. I thought the car driving felt nice and responsive. The graphics felt consistent but I did noticed the placeholder nest for the bugs. One thing that stood out to me was the horn and the drone SFX were much louder than others. But overall good job.

First Contact 3000 by 23edsa 2026-05-02T16:44:54Z

Was a good game. These idle games are not my cup of tea but I see that this was well made and had a good progression path. I would have liked a bit more from the UI elements but I understand the time constraints in a game jam. Overall good effort.

As with pastry-chef I was terrible at this game. But it was very charming. I really like the graphics and overall concept, it fit the theme well. Also it was very topical with the Winter Paralympics that ran recently.

Mimics Must Die! by Surfa 2026-04-21T20:12:31Z

@yakovdavis : Thanks for playing. I was worried about this being the case. One key is hidden behind a fake wall. I added a note to the page with the spoiler tags for others.

@comicsans : Thanks for playing and good job on finishing the game.

@lohii @gantunk : Thanks for playing. The balancing was definitely last minute so I appreciate that just smacking everything is a valid strategy. Maybe it is optimal for the speed run

@braktheman : When testing not in the browser the popper was fine but yes it seems like in the browser the particles cause terrible slow-down. Thanks for playing.

Directive 13 by Nabil Shelim 2026-04-21T18:43:55Z

Really liked the graphics and the idea. It felt a little repetitive and the sounds were a little loud for me initial. I also got stuck on Day 8. It seems like it only gave me the first two words and I could only get 'Protect Target' it wouldn't let me discard it either. Was a shame as I was hoping to experience the whole game. But overall was very well made, excluding the potential bug I had.

Only other complaint was it felt like the Guilty , Innocent decision should be the other way round to match the accept / discard buttons on the code screen.

Great SFX and premise for a game. Had quite a bit of fun with this one. Great job.

There is always a few really cool little puzzle games that come out of Lundum Dare and this is definitely one of them this jam. Really cool designs of gameplay and puzzles. Great job

A repeat of others but yeah if the detection cone was a bit clearer it would be nice. I think for me personally my biggest gripe was not so much not knowing what to do but the reliance on timing for some of the puzzles. Overall was a well put together little game.
