Love the visual style!
@caoslourenco sorry mate, I was just preparing the page for the upload. There is a link available now.
@Roomy cheers
Wow, so complex!
Incredible visuals, and all of the music really immersed you into the game. Super complex. Incredible that you managed to do all of this in just 72 hours solo!
Cool game ! The gameplay is simple but works, I managed to finish it with a 5 star rating ^^ This could have benefited from al least one more gameplay mechanism to have a truly original game :)
the game idea is fantastic, i always wondered who refilled the chests in all the dungeons. now i know. fun game here.
Thanks for hanging out in the stream and bringing your game!
Here is a link to the VOD that starts at your section. https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1809875425?t=02h07m12s
Nice stealth game! Simple but fun gameplay. Really love the mood!
Great looking visuals ! And very fun idea too
mega cooles spiel siht top aus und macht spaß <3
Very polish game with perfect visual and fx ! I doesn't know it was that hard to be a janitor in a dungeon xD
The game is gorgeous!
Great and unique game, I love the idea of having to go through and replenish a dungeon, whilst also having to avoid the usual traps and monsters. The movement penalty for carrying multiple chests at once was also a great touch.
I think there's a lot of potential to expand this in the future; maybe cleaning up the mess of previous adventurers such as corpses of monsters and missed arrows etc. It could also be interesting to reset and replenish the traps yourself, and then have to avoid them whilst walking back through them, rather than them just being always on.
Great twist on the genre. I would be better with some more speed on the character.
Loved the humor and overall concept of the game, good polish too, great work! I thought the movement of the player a bit too heavy, though.
Great looking and playing game!
The environments look stunning for being created in only 72 hours and the idea and humor were both clever. Great work!
My GTX 1060 can't turn this, sorry i can't put rating
Thanks everyone for the comments, we appreciate them!
@josephgallear yeah there certainly is. We had a lot of ideas we had to cut out due to the time limitations but who knows, perhaps we will give it another try once we chill out after the game jam. Thanks!
Very impressive considering the time crunch!
I think the overall feeling of the game was great. The only downside for me was it felt a little slow moving around. But overall was pretty fun and would have like to see more levels.
Woho! Really cool game. Humor is so good!! Good Luck!
This is really fantastic! The graphics and gameplay are crisp. Nice and simple with a lot of thought put into the presentation/marketing. Really wonderful job. I am curious whether all the art assets were made during the jam. I ask only because they seemed to have slightly different styles between the world/characters and the monsters. It also had a pretty similar style to some assets I've seen on the Unity store (although this was UE). It's not really impacting my score one way or another, but I do feel like it'd be good to say if you did use any pre-made assets or not. If you did, it's no big deal. If you didn't, it's honestly incredible that you made those that fast and your scores should be boosted because of it! Really amazing job by the whole team.
I like the idea of preparing a dungeon for heroes to arrive, and having to avoid traps and enemies is a neat way of making that interesting. Gameplay felt solid and visuals are good, my only gripe is that it was a bit laggy on my PC (I guess Unreal games are trickier to optimize).
Good job.
Great stealth game! I like being able to take cover by crouching, which is a nice detail. I just would prefer not losing a chest when dying, as it basically means having to start all over again. And I wish you would add an Escape key for closing the game when being in full screen.
I think the idea of resetting the dungeon is interesting and has potential, but just walking around and placing the treasures wasn't really that fun for me. The stealth portions and carrying penalty just felt like tedium rather than interesting gameplay mechanics. I got killed by spikes with 2 treasures on me and then when I respawned I only had 1, so that left me short a treasure. Is that intentional?
@dustyredbird thank you for your kind words. You are correct in terms of art style mismatch and it is indeed due to the fact we used free package of assets. This is also the reason why we opted out from being rated in graphics category (same as audio). Sorry for the confusion!
@le-don you are right there is no menu in any form and the only way to quit the game is alt f4, honestly I have completely forgot about that, sorry!
@francis I certainly see your point, the stealth in the game is the main machanic we invested our times in and we hoped that the adrenaline rush you get when you are almost spotted would bring the joy but we are very well aware that it's far from the state of art. Regarding only having 1 treasure, yes, this is intentional. We felt like killing the player and having to start from scratch is too brutal for a game jam game thus we decided we will restart player character location and destroy one chest. This way you cannot deliver all the chests making your final score lower but you are still able to finish the game. Hope this clarifies this!
Thanks all for playing!
Very cool game! But want to change trap collider and add pause screen.
