Was super fun and fast paced the more nights that passed!
The shotgun was satisfying to use and made me feel like I was playing doom again.
I think the fragments and the red spirits as they are rebuilding themselves should have the collision disabled. I got stuck in weird places alot after gunning down a few of them near walls and corners. Also maybe a more transparent material when they switch to spirit form.
The small pumpkins seemed to shoot off into space sometimes if they got hit while being carried. Some way to throw or launch the pumpkins back to the base would be super cool though, maybe being able to throw it in the air and shoot it or just a special throw button. That way you can juggle them back to the base if you cleared a few stolen ones in the later levels.
The sounds themselves was good but I think the higher end of them needed to be EQ'd. It was a little harsh on the ears with such a spikey sound.
Kudos on the tutorial also, it explained everything pretty well and didn't leave any questions.
Overall it was a blast and I could see a full game working out with some more mechanics added. Sort of like nazi zombies mixed with orcs must die / base defense hybrid.
