Definitely rock hard. I found it very easy to be forced into rounding a corner to make progress and instantly see red. The tension is well delivered though.

The vibes in this game are great. I only wish I knew how to evade the drones sentries better. Great job!
I really like the vibes on this one. The simple art style does really fits a dystopian city. The "after curfew" setting conveniently explains why the city is so empty and silent. Trying to cross that wide-open street was very stressful. Unfortunately, I am very bad at stealth games and never actually successfully completed a delivery, despite trying several times. But perhaps that's on me.
I love how this game looks and the mood is excellent, it really captures that dreary vibe and getting spotted by the drones is heart wrenching! The only gripe I have with this entry is that sometimes I found myself getting spotted through the walls, maybe I missed a drone that was behind me or something, but I swear it happened multiple times. That only added to the spookiness, I loved my time with this one!
Hi! Nice mood and art, it seemed well-balanced for me and the spatial audio helps a lot. Couldn't find the delivery point unfortunately :/ Good job!
Really smooth mechanic and slightly stress induce, I think that's the aim. The environment feels a bit cramp and it's not too clear where I need to go, I would wish for a beacon of sort to set the objective since the environment is too similar for me.
With a few extra touches this could be a classic horror game. Loved the early 3D-esque aesthetics and the feeling of dread, it's nice to see someone attempt something like a horror game in a jam and actually succeeding. I wish there was just a little more things to do - I'd certainly love to see some post-Jam improvements to this game because I'd get this if it were a full game!
Classic look and feel. I didn't get really far. I really wanted to open some of the doors.
great take on the theme. The sound design and PS1-era graphics were a big highlight and set the mood really well.
Honestly amazing atmosphere. The complete silence followed by the buzzing of a machine really gives you the oh crap feeling of being caught. I had one drone very nearly capture me and having it just sitting across the corner was the most tense I've felt this Jam. The architecture of the cityscape also makes for some really interesting ways to navigate. Its simple but effective for raising tension. An excellent entry for the Jam!
i died on 4 / 5 packages :(
fun stealth game!
REALLY hard but I love the atmosphere!
@badcop noob
I succeded ez clap
HAH! Outmaneuvered those robots.... Only took me about 5 tries :)
The aesthetics and mood are awesome. I love the grungy low res textures and the lighting - really creates a nice environment. Great job!
I loved the aesthetics of this game it kinda felt retro but also not? idk how too describe it. The gameplay was simple but decent altough i feel the gameplay would really benefit from the abillity too lean with Q and E like in many other stealth games
Wow, this is kind of brilliant! The stealth gameplay is on the difficult side, but nonetheless well tuned - I was always able to gauge positions of enemies, take a peek without giving myself away, slip away if the enemy that noticed me was far enough, etc. And the level design was great in the balance of safe vs dangerous areas (and how clearly communicated that is). Stealth gameplay is really tricky and I think you basically nailed it. The one thing that would be nice would be some last ditch way to get away from nearby enemies. If you're spotted in close quarters, you're done for, and that's not super interesting. Escapes are exciting.
The atmosphere is impeccable. The hum of the enemies is so menacing. And the architecture has a really strong dystopian, brutalist vibe. You do a lot with a little here.
If there's one complaint I'd make, it's that the game overstays its welcome. It's kind of unclear what the endgame is. Is it endless? Are there a certain number of packages? I got caught during the second delivery and decided to stop playing. Would have been totally satisfied to do a single run and escape.
But yeah, I'm a sucker for stealth games and this is really, really good. One of my favourites for sure.
Thanks for submitting your game for me to play on my stream! Extremely cool mood. The audio was very useful to the gameplay which was nice!
Props for doing 3D in a game jam. The controls were really smooth too. The toggle for crouch instead of holding down was a good choice for players on a keyboard. At one point my mouse went off the screen to the right and then it was harder to control after that. I guess I should have pressed "I" for toggle inverted mouse?
Thanks for hanging out in the stream and bringing your game!
Here is a link to the VOD that starts at your section. https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1810812417?t=01h18m26s
@pdotjpg Yeah, a few people have mentioned about not knowing whether there is an ultimate goal as it's not communicated anywhere. There is and it's to deliver 5 packages and then escape. I've added a note to the LD post to clarify. Thanks for playing and for your feedback. :)
@johnsensei I'm not exactly sure what you mean about the mouse going off screen but maybe your mouse wasn't captured by the game? You may have needed to recapture the mouse again once in game by clicking (if you can see the cursor, your mouse isn't captured). The inverted mouse setting is just for people who like to play with the up and down movements of the mouse swapped around (so moving the mouse up moves the camera view down and vice versa). Thanks for playing.
Thanks also to everyone else for playing and for the great feedback I've received - super useful.
Getting captured made me jump IRL - that moment of capture feels so viscerally frightening
"You do a lot with a little here" above feels so right - the art, audio, and gameplay come together to create an atmosphere that is so mysterious and menacing. Well done!
