I was a little worried with all the warnings that this game was going to try to scare me, but I was pleasantly surprised! The voiceover is really well done

this game looks suuuuper pretty
i had an issue with the hitboxes on a lot of the UI elements - it seemed like they were all offset by a bit upwards, which made it hard to click things
other than that, very polished game!
this game just kept surprising me. I thought I had a nice cycle figured out with the trash can, then it just... fell over. After that, I was hooked on finding all of the rest of the little details. Great game!
this was really fun! I really liked the UFO wave-clear mechanic.
I think the game could benefit from a little more feedback when you make a mistake - I would get into a weird cycle where i'd make a mistake, not realize for a couple characters, and then struggle to get re-started on the word.
really fun and polished though!
hmm - I didn't think about the fact that there are multiple meteors on the screen together; that does complicate it a bit
I think maybe you could still have a sound cue when you make a mistake in the middle of a word? a screen shake might be distracting for a game where you have to read words. Maybe it could flash the word red or something briefly?
BOOOOM
amazing game, trust me, as current reigning champ i would know 🫡
I love the robot and how it's concealed behind the wall. such a clever way to maximize impact while minimizing scope!
I've got a new personal best for your scoreboard :p
small_victory.png
while you're updating @kuviman 's score, could you update mine as well? thanks ;)

seemed like a fun game, but my characters kept getting stuck on the crates :/
@sopata oh nice! I didn't rate yet, I'll give it another go tomorrow :)
I like the mechanics and the build up of the game. After my first big fall to the beginning, I ended up quitting; I think an important thing to consider with games of this nature is pacing. I think it felt a little unnatural to fall all the way back to the beginning in this game, since the beginning is somewhat long and boring to go through a second time - it doesn't really feel like a challenge, just a big punishment.
I appreciated the later parts of the level design though! I noticed some clever paths to route the player back to the beginning when they fail.
Fun game (but very frustrating :p)
the game crashed when I got to the boss(?), so I couldn't make it to the end
I really wanted to check this game out, but my character kept getting stuck :(
woah! this game is eerily similar to the idea I started LD50 with, really neat to see how the same idea can lead to very different finished products!
cool game :)
I like the aesthetic of the game, and the audio is really well done!
I had a really hard time figuring out what I was supposed to be doing. It felt weird that my papers kept sliding across my desk like it was ice, and the papers being in the foreground of the tutorial text really made it hard to learn the mechanics.
Once I realized there was a second game screen I was supposed to be looking at, I made some progress, but I still struggled with understanding the quota for a bit.
Cool game!
Nice game! really liked the progression, with how quickly the levels escalate. The message at the end is nice too!
one very minor nit - pretty sure bananas are bio-degradable ;p
this was cool! I really liked the visuals, the bloomy glow effects + the voxels is a neat combo :)
I played this on my stream! [Here's a link to the VOD](https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1619345236?t=5h20m00s)
super cool game, enjoyed the music and the visuals a lot :)
ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhh this takes me back to my computer architecture class in college, thanks for that
going to use this solution the next time I'm asked to program fizzbuzz in an interview
I played this one on stream last night! unfortunately the VOD got muted, so no link :(
I loved the atmosphere of this game (and hated the sound effect when I got eaten haha). The music and audio is really well done!
The gameplay loop could use improving - I kinda felt like I was running around in circles, and it was really easy to get lost. Maybe more unique landmarks would make it easier to remember where the player had already been?
fun game! got a bit hectic, but on my second playthrough I think I figured out how to cheese it a bit  100k.png

I played this one on stream last night! unfortunately the VOD got muted, so no link :(
this game is incredible. it took me a little bit to understand what I was meant to do, but after that it was super enjoyable. I loved the level designs, the look and feel of the game, the sound - everything.
the fast forward is a tad buggy, but not in a game-breaking way, so it's not a big issue.
this is what all 5s looks like in my book :p

wow you weren't kidding that we had similar ideas!
I really like the direction you took, still ended up being a very different game (love the humor!) :D

incredibly polished game, unique idea, lots of fun!

I had no idea what I was doing most of the time - I managed to figure out the first jump and shoot a bunch of... eyes? o.o
the hit marker sound effect made shooting feel pretty satisfying, and the aesthetic was pretty cool!

I had a fun time playing this one, even if it made me go a little crazy :)

This was a really fun concept! There were some bugs, so it would have been nice to have a soft reset button built into the game, but not a big issue
when it was working though, wow! I felt like I had all of the tools I needed to pull off some badassery during the slow motion sections. I liked the speed that the bullets moved in the slow motion, it felt like a good balance
one thing I'd criticize is the controls - having to double tap ctrl to roll was unintuitive for me, and made it really difficult to roll while also sprinting
overall, fun concept!
I got to floor 24 but the continue button was borked D:
I played this on stream! [Here's a link to the VOD](https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1619345236?t=4h38m00s)
the weapons all felt really satisfying to use, and I like how they each had their own little theme music haha

my game bugged out right at the end so I didn't get to finish, but it was really fun and polished! incredible job, as usual from this group :)

cool game! I wasn't entirely sure what all the mechanics were, but I did have a good time making enemies go boom and racking up ~40000 points
I played this one on stream last night! unfortunately the VOD got muted, so no link :(
This was a blast to play, thanks for bringing it by the stream!
I loved the visuals and the gameplay concept, as well as the main game loop of making a song -> rating some others' music.
the only question is... how do I rate the audio category for this?!
really cute game! I played it on my stream, [here's a link to the VOD](https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1619345236?t=4h48m00s) :)
I really like the idea of drawing the paths! I think this could work really well as a mobile game :)

this was really nice. The graphics are super crisp, and all of the animations are fluid. It all feels very consistent and minimal, which I'm a big sucker for :p
I also liked the music, it made me feel like a robot (am i playing a robot? still not sure haha)
unfortunately steve murdered a lot of the children from my orphanarium by recommending I use controller :(
this game was really fun!

This seemed like a really good foundation for an adventure rpg! lots of complicated systems, and a cool world that was fun to explore.
I played this one on stream last night! unfortunately the VOD got muted, so no link :(
I ended up giving up in the middle, because it was becoming quite a time sink, but I really enjoyed the puzzles! There was quite a lot of content for such a short time
The music is simple, but it works and doesn't get too annoying, which is important for a game of this length :p
good job!
good level design for this type of game - it's fun to explore the different paths
I still haven't been able to beat it even though I've spent a lot of time playing .-.
I played this one on stream last night! unfortunately the VOD got muted, so no link :(
that was a fun game! I made it to the level with all the lasers, and the game got a little too crazy for me at that point. I like the design of the earlier levels a lot though!
played this game on stream! reminds me a lot of CoD zombies :) the steam integration bit seems really cool, I might try that in the future to see how it works ^^
I played this one on stream last night! unfortunately the VOD got muted, so no link :(
I only played for a bit, I think I got to the point where I had around ~6000 ore at my peak?
The game started to have some performance problems at that point in the browser, so I'm not sure if I was playing correctly if the goal is 100,000
The mechanics all seemed to work well - I think the only thing that bothered me was that it was hard to select particular types of units. I kept accidentally grouping up my miners and interceptors on the same square, and they got really difficult to separate
cool game!
Ds get degrees :sunglasses:
cool game! the concept is kinda similar to what I did with my game, but we took it in totally different directions :D
I liked the design of a lot of the levels, but some of them felt designed so that I needed to fail a few times and memorize what I was supposed to do; those levels didn't feel as great to me
also, I got bugged on a level with an orange background - I kept floating up at the start and I couldn't get out of it
I got 2716m as my best so far ^^
i am the world's worst button presser, confirmed
wow that was super nostalgic, thank you for making this!
I played this one on stream last night! unfortunately the VOD got muted, so no link :(
It was a short but enjoyable little puzzle game! I think my favorite of the mechanics was the one where my robot was a certain color, and powered down every 10 seconds - that opens the door for some really interesting puzzles down the line!
This game feels like a good foundation for building a neat puzzle game :)
I played this one on stream last night! unfortunately the VOD got muted, so no link :(
this game was amazing. for someone who doesn't claim to know all the rules of tennis, you sure nailed the feel a tennis game should have!
I love the audio and visuals - the mood is perfect.
The only thing I'm left with to criticize is the tie in with the theme - it felt pretty secondary to the gameplay, and at times I hardly noticed it was speeding up
ignoring the theme, though, I loved this game!
this game was really fun! I particularly enjoyed the audio.
the visuals were also great, but it was hard for me to pay attention to anything that was going on in the background while I was focused on the tasks (hopefully stream enjoyed it ^^)
UHJK is definitely an odd choice when IJKL is right next to it :p
for the gameplay loop, it felt like it would go forever once I figured out all the tasks - i wish there was some way that the difficulty ramped.
thanks for linking it on stream!

it was a lot of fun! for some reason everyone in my chat said the screen looked wonky, but I just thought it looked like a normal Tuesday for me...
jokes aside, the wobbly platforming was something I haven't experienced before, so it was a really interesting twist on the classic platformer!
I played this one on stream last night! unfortunately the VOD got muted, so no link :(
This game was amazing! other than the crash I experienced on stream, I have nothing negative to say. Bounce upgrade is super OP, but it didn't make me have any less fun!
I played this one on stream last night! unfortunately the VOD got muted, so no link :(
this one was really fun! making a procedural game during a game jam is definitely an ambitious task, and I think this one turned out pretty well. It took me a bit to realize the circle around my head was my hitbox, but after that it was decently smooth sailing!

really cool game, I was very surprised when I ran into the big pirate ship (and it ended up being my doom!)
@Martta :O that makes a lot of sense! I thought it was just a bug lol
I am clearly a bad pirate :see_no_evil:
Thanks for bringing this by stream! I had already seen a little bit of it on another stream, but it was still fun to figure out the puzzles!

here's my high score so far :) fourcents.png
almost enough to buy a coffee in california :sunglasses: :sob:
wow! my strategy for this game kept continually evolving, but after a few playthroughs I'm still not sure what I think the best one is!
I especially liked that I could get cornered - it really made the edges of the screen feel extra dangerous to navigate
well done!
I played this one on stream last night! unfortunately the VOD got muted, so no link :(
it's a nice game! managed to beat it in the on-stream run even though I was getting extremely tired haha
took me a while to understand the arrow mechanics, and I'm not sure I would have ever figured out the kicking mechanic without help
very fun and cute little game :)
I played this one on stream last night! unfortunately the VOD got muted, so no link :(
This game nearly made me rage, but it turned out surprisingly fun! the timings on the electricity panel are suuuuper tight, but you can gain some extra milliseconds by hitting enter with your left hand and already having your right hand on the mouse when it switches over
I enjoyed trying to crack the code on the electricity panel a lot!
@kepsert so effortless o.o
@prologi you beat me! my best so far is 2:13.994
played this on stream and got mildly addicted :')
that final boss was cruel!
before I played this game I was curious about playing the original "Unforgiving"
...I think I'm no longer interested :p
this was a fun little rage-type platformer game! I really liked the graphics - very clean, minimalistic, and consistent!
also, that door open/close sound effect is top notch
a very relaxing end to the stream, thanks for bringing this one by

the premise for this is really cool, and I love the dystopian world you've built here. Jam games don't generally have the greatest writing in my experience, so this was a pleasant surprise!
I also enjoyed the hacking mini-games; I think they could use a more significant penalty for failure - would make them feel a lot more suspenseful!
I played this game on my stream! [Here's a link to the VOD](https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1619345236?t=5h36m00s)
really cool concept, reminds me a lot of braid
I had fun with this puzzle game! a couple of the mechanics were tricky to figure out - it might be helpful to swap level 3 and 4!
thanks for sharing it on stream :)
very cute game! the background music fit nicely I thought, and I love how you have the google doc guide for the evolving speedrunning meta :p
i played this game on stream and it was really fun! the b-hopping mechanic felt very satisfying, and I enjoyed greedily attempting to bring in more and more carts with each run.
also, that goldeneye-esque sound track fits the game perfectly (and makes it feel even extra nostalgic)
I had a lot of fun with this one!
I played this one on stream last night! unfortunately the VOD got muted, so no link :(
this one was really relaxing! on the later levels it gets pretty interesting, because you're basically playing 5 different games of memory at the same time haha

*(oh, but I see you recorded it! nice :D had no idea you were still there haha)*
I enjoyed grinding away at it while slowly descending into madness haha
I didn't manage to beat it, but it was a very satisfying platformer with a nice themed twist. It actually really reminded me of a platformer that had a similar mechanic in LD50 a lot, but I can't remember the name
I also really love the color palette you used!

I raged a little when I realized the clock at the top was a collidable object, but other than that it was fun :D
I don't think I made it even close to the end haha
this is the first game that has ever made me wonder if I'm color blind
I found it really satisfying how the pieces moved - it wasn't just a rigid grid, they could sort of push on each other, which felt nice to play
I also think the game is designed well, having 6 colors on the 5x5 board is a good balance!
nice work for a first jam game!
I couldn't figure out what to do for the 3rd level, so I got stuck there
i made a profit of -169, which is pretty good I'd say
i'm a secret agent now 😎
I liked this game! reminds me a lot of my own entry 😅
I played through a few times, trying to figure out what the secret was. My best playthrough ended up being the one where I tried to time it how i would if I was actually telling the jokes, which is good! nice work :)
it looks like you accidentally linked to a WebGL build instead of the source code
i love capitalism
i laid off my entire workforce and replaced them with drones and i lost? i think it must be a bug :(
48 :(
i liked this game a lot, was fun throwing mail and i liked the atmosphere up in the clouds
kuvi definitely cheated
there's no way he's this jiggy
i played the super hardcore mode (not for beginners) of course because i am a legendary gamer

mice were not meant to accelerate
this was fun, i like the music and also that i can get blocked by lamp posts
what those grandma's doing on that roof tho
better than ricky, ez
took me 33 minutes but i got there in the end :')
this is a cool game!
I think it could benefit from being a little faster paced - one idea would be to make the enemies one hit kills (or at least give me some feedback to know i hit an enemy)
really good game
had some lag in the browser build, but it was probably just because browsers suck
loved the music coming in whenever an enemy was nearby

i like this because it's realistic; i'm bad at juggling in real life, and also in this game
good job
the waddle is really cute, and it was definitely a "ooooh, i get it now" factor when I finally dumped a bunch of penguins in one of the holes :D
this was fun!
i wish it didn't take so many clicks to deploy a car though
I got 1 minute 20 and 53 zombies
fun game!
the camera movements are a little bit sudden and it's kind of jarring, but that's an easy fix
The real friends were the corpses we made along the way (my entire party died but I saved the world, so that's good)
i am the popcorn tree
my best score was 36300

My best score was 166
really interesting take on the theme!
some ideas from stream: * potentially give the player as much time as they want to prep for a level * drag-click to place a line of conveyors (check out how factorio does it)
fun concept, i like the way the boxes move
this guy has the best posture i've ever seen
would die again
Truck and i are *not* friends
fun game! i am really terrible at it :p
I loved the audio particularly; the first time I fell off the edge I lol'd
my only nitpick is that as a left handed gamer, I was a lil sad to have to use the arrow keys with my right hand :(
really fun game!
i would kinda expect my mouse to be locked to 1 dimension (left to right), it's a little weird that my vertical positioning also matters
also i had to significantly lower my mouse DPI to do well at this

the left and right turning with keyboard keys was pretty sensitive, dunno if it's a bug
moving with the mouse worked fine though, i really liked the zoom / bullet time effect when i held LMB
i hate the monkey as much as i hate capitalism
the boat driving was rly fun tho
easter egg achieved

fun game! I got to 70
I liked the part where i got to kick enemies off of the platform
this was very cool, lots of fun mechanics

this was really neat! played it on stream
might have to go back for another speedrun now that i know there's bunny hopping
i am absolutely terrible at this game, but it feels/looks/sounds great!
this is a really nicely put together game! i liked theory crafting the different characters to see which one I could push further
i think the difficulty curve could use some tweaking, but i could also just be bad at the game idk
