@philomory You've pointed out pretty much all the issues I have with the game as it is, so it's nice to see that others feel the same way. How I'd end up fixing these is up in the air, but I know at least where to start when thinking about balance. Thanks for the feedback!
Really enjoyed it! (Other than some grammar errors and typos, though not sure if English is your first language) Worked well in a one-room setting, and sound while minimal was effective.
Nice art and very interesting concept! As others have said though, I do think the controls for switching collider and gravity need to be more intuitive (and whether the collider/gravity is on or off should be shown as well). It also felt like puzzles were too easy to break at times by taking advantage of the physics when switching colliders, but also kind of part of the fun. Well done overall, there's definite potential in the story-based approach you're taking.
Really fun and interesting idea! Did you use an existing captcha or just make it look like one? Impressive either way.
I like how there wasn't much said other than the controls, but it was designed well enough that the progression was really smooth. Good job!
Thanks for playing!
@iwilliams Changed some of the dialogue wording to make it less misleading (there are ways to progress without it)
@luis-felipe-patrocinio Never heard of it before, but glad there's a game out there that fleshed out this kind of idea! Might give it a shot sometime
Charming game and pretty well designed. Wondering if you used a capsule collider for the player? Made for some interesting jumps but would be nice if the collision was more precise.
Art was well done, liked how the game evolved over time. Like another commenter said the powerup placement feels a bit too random so you don't always feel like they're helping you, but it's a minor issue. Nice work!
Always love the ridiculous intros, lol. The package throwing into the houses felt a bit weird but only made me miss once or twice. A lot of personality in this one from the voicelines to the honking, shame you didn't have time to implement enemy collision as I would have liked to see how the gameplay worked with it but great entry nonetheless.
@captaindreamcast Just wanna say I always appreciate your comments, thanks! Will give your game a play soon.
@eli-delventhal If another browser doesn't work, give the desktop version a shot. Godot 4 games seem to be finicky on web at the moment
@sbeif Unfortunately fullscreen currently breaks the visual scaling, hopefully that's something we can fix in a post-jam version.
@badcop @gametrodon Trust me, we wanted keyboard shortcuts as well! Not enough time though  Thanks for playing!
Nice little game, I liked the art and the different themes between the levels. By the way, not sure if it was fixed yet since I played the web version but it seems the game over screen can still appear after you win.
Great entry! Art and sound design was executed really well, controlled nicely and level design was pretty good. Only real complaints I have would be that the box felt a bit too bouncy/unpredictable and seemed to get stuck on a platform on the second to last level I believe? but didn't impact gameplay too much.
Both gameplay and aesthetic were simple but very effective. Great entry!
