i like penguins
The game is actually quite hard! (maybe I'm just bad) I especially enjoyed pushing naughty penguins into water.
Those sneaky penguins stealing my fish :). Took me a bit to figure out I shouldn't eat the fish when I pick them up. Cool game, good work.

I'm glad you enjoyed it! Eat feature only added for fast remove if you pick wrong fish
Also you can return fish back to you again, if you collides with penguin that holds fish :)
The concept is really fun and original! And it's great to be able to play on a browser. Well done! Controls are a bit complex to handle, though.

I really like this concept. Penguins are funny and the gamplay emphasizes it. I like how challenging it is to give fish to the right penguin as others are trying to get it first :D cool idea! It is a very nice game for 3 days with nice design
the waddle is really cute, and it was definitely a "ooooh, i get it now" factor when I finally dumped a bunch of penguins in one of the holes :D
The penguins going into the drink is absolutely the top part of this game. I was getting some input bugs that killed me a couple times though - direction keys getting stuck and so forth.

Fun game! The music and sfx are really nice, and the gameplay is solid. There's something really satisfying about the back-and-forth of trying to steal a fish back from a big mob of penguins. It's also really fun to dash around the edge of a pond and cause all the pursuing penguins to fall in. Very good work on this one! :)

Very cute entry. The graphics are very thought through and I quickly empathize with the little wiggly walkers. As mentioned earlier I didn't immediately identify who's on my side and not.
This is the most complete game on this jam so far, with huge commerce potential. You should definitely polish it a bit and make mobile or something. I have a lot of fun.
P.S. Not sure how to flip the iceberg.
When I play this game I'm thinking, low poly penguins must be a thing, their so cute :3 The loop is very intuitive, it's clever of you to put the color of the direction, display the keys and have the fish picked up automatically. For me despite the difficulty, these smart details make the game very accessible and it's great
Fun idea! This is the second game this LDjam I play that uses pinguïns, haha.
Stealing the fishes back is a bit hard to get used to.
I had a lot of fun playing this game! I was surprised there was upgrades and everything. Very cool game. Only issue I had was with the dash sound effect which I would associate with dropping an item, so I kept thinking I dropped the fish, just a minor nit-pick. Other than that great job!

Cute game you made, I think the gameplay is pretty easy to understand and leads to funny situations, the the style of the game mixed with the camera angle has a professional vibe to it, the restart after falling in water felt too punishing though, but I had fun experimenting with strategies around the army of penguins!

Nice entry!! I liked a lot the experience. I think it would help to know where the fishs are (all the time). I would prefer to throw the fish instead of push the penguins (but it can be just me). Good job!
Fun game. I find the concept of them being greedy funny. The most fun is when they all fall into the water. I find it very successful.

I like the low-poly design of the penguins and they look so CUTE with the fishes in their beaks! Such a great concept too, I bet a lot of people are kicking themselves for not thinking of it! Great work!
It is pretty fun game. I like the feeling that those "silly" panguines are coming to block your delivery. However, at first I don't get that the colorful point on the screen is to tell my goal (to pick a color and go there). More guide can be added. Welcome to play my game as well.
This game reminds me of the classic moment in SM64 when I used to throw the penguin off the cliff, and my inner child loves it! It's incredibly fun, Great Work!
Hehe funny penguins! So cute :heart: It was a little hard at first, as the other penguins immediately took the fish as soon as I encountered them. As I understand it, in such cases you need to have time to quickly use the dash and not to forget about, but it was not clear how to replenish the charge, there is not enough tutorial more than just specifying the keys But once I figured everything out it was pretty fun, great job!
Fun game! Nice that it is indicated in which direction you have to deliver. I like the pushes - even though I always pushed the one I was supposed to bring the delivery to into the water as well. ^^ The penguins are very cute.
At first I didn't know what to do but once I got it it was quite enjoyable! I loved running away from greedy penguins and watching them fall in water while they were trying to catch up with me to eat my fish. I also tried to bring them to the fish reserve thinking they'll be happy to eat the fishes there, but they only wanted MY fish. So I drowned them.

Love the cute low-poly penguins and relaxing music! And really like the idea of having to dash past a horde of hungry penguins. The instructions are good for the jam, but afterward it could be helpful to add a basic in-game tutorial since it took me a couple of tries to figure it out. Nice job!
Like the penguin design, fun to play, gets really challenging really fast. Like the music, a bit repetitive my only complaint. Overall good job.
such a fun game! Love the theme, music, mechanics and trying to keep fish away from those greedy friends. Would be nice to have an option to restart the level for clumsy delivery penguins and if the coloured circle was a more thematic shape more like an arrow or fish to make it clear where to go. Overall, great effort, had a lot of fun!
As a penguin lover, this game was a real treat! Delivering fish to the hungry penguins was so beautiful. I loved the dash and push features, and the levels were cleverly designed. I highly recommend this fun game to all penguin fans :penguin: :penguin: :penguin:
Nice submission :), here's some feedback: - I find it really harsh that the entire game resets when you land in the water and it quickly kills the fun for me. Perhaps tying "game over" to another aspect, such as having too many open deliveries left at the end of the day would be better. This would also allow you to remove the penguins from despawning, which is really annoying. - Some of the mechanics, such as you being able to take back fish from penguins, aren't very clear. - Your art and music is fantastic. - Impressive that you got an upgrade system working, that stuff takes time.
All in all a good submission, great work!

I like your game! Unforgiving AI and color coding :P Satisfying mechanics and the addition of radar dots to direct you was a helpful feature. The music has a nice chill vibe to it, kind of reminds me of Donkey Kong Country tunes. Very cool

Was fun and addicting! Liked the overall experience, great looking, nice sounding, good controls! I spent some time eating fish thinking it would replenish my charge, which I think would have been a nice addition. Would also like to be able to just restart the day if I fell into the water, instead of completely resetting from 0.

Ok this is really cute! I like the graphics and the nice music which fit together really well. The addition of thieving penguins as an obstacle / challenge combined with breaks in the ice is a fantastic idea. The addition of upgrades is great. I have a *bit* of feedback:
- I thought eat replenishes my charges, and took a moment to realize it's a "get rid of the fish you're holding so you can pick up another one" button - Grabbing the fish back from the thieving penguins could be a bit finicky - LMB "Push" says hold but it seems to do exactly the same when just clicking. Unless there's an upgrade I missed? - It took me a moment to realize there's a timer, I think it should be a bit more visible (brighter color, and maybe a number of seconds remaining) - Since this is ice we're talking about, it would be cool if you gained momentum as you go forward - Falling in the ice resulting in a total game over was a bit too much - I took a moment to realize the colored dots meant "deliver here", I think they should be arrows with penguin next to them

OMG,it's so cute! You play as this little penguin delivering fish to other penguins on different colored dots around the ice. But watch out, because these other penguins will try to steal your fish! You can push them away or dash to escape, but if you fall in the water, it's game over.
Overall, I had a blast playing it. The low-poly graphics are adorable and the music is so calming. There are even upgrades you can get to make your deliveries easier. The only downside was that it was a bit hard to figure out at first, especially with some of the mechanics like grabbing the fish back from other penguins and using the "eat" button to drop your fish and pick up another. But once I got the hang of it, it was super fun and addicting. Definitely recommend giving it a try!

I love this game ! It's cute, easy to understand, it has penguins. I didn't notice the time bar before the second day, i wish it was a little more visible. I don't know if it's my screen or if it's because i didn't play in fullscreen but the money is practically above one of the amelioration for me so i can't buy it. Overall it's a really good entry to this jam, good job !
Nicely put together game! Really like the low poly visuals and the sort of bouncey back-and-forth walk animations. Music is really chill, and I can't quite put my finger on why, but I really like the tinkly time running out sounds.
Had quite a lot of fun getting a bunch of enemies following me then leading them into an ice break rather than pushing them in - but definitely got a bit too bold with it once or twice and just ended up falling in myself!

I think the graphics were my favorite part of this game. I found it difficult to feed the correct penguin. I think it may be slightly easier if the other penguins didn't immediately snatch the fish away. If there were a short "forgiveness" delay, even 0.25 seconds, it might make it a bit smoother experience. I also think it would be a nice touch if you didn't have to restart when you fell in the water, but maybe just a time penalty. A little forgiveness on the player goes a long way I think. This is a really solid foundation though and a very memorable entry. Nice work!
