Cool game and great menu artwork. Bad choice of font tho, it's not readable sorry.

Cool game and great menu artwork. Bad choice of font tho, it's not readable sorry.
Nice game. Lack sounds and was a bit too long for buying upgrades tho.
Great!
Very cool idea, I finished it with a 38150 score. Some balancing issue tho, as the base attack spell is just the best base option and do very little damage, you ended up cheessing them in corridors. At the end the Air Chick is very op lol. It's also a bit hard to aim, maybe a twin-stick gamepad approach would have been better.
Amazing compo entry.
Really nice game, I managed to finish it. The mood was really nice, the gameplay well designed yet a bit repetitive once you mastered it.
Good job guys
A bit unclear and too hard for me, sorry.
Good game but the balancing is too harsh with some questionable choices in the mapping in my opinion. Events are fun and well designed. Is there an ending?
Fun game but some questionnable choice on the inputs. You should have put the fire/ice magic on the same button and put it also on the right mouse button. Jump collisions are also very rigid. But there was some very nice idea on the LD.
A little buggy and too bad there is no fullscreen option, but solid draft of nice small rts.
Very relaxing. I got amateur.
We choose the P ending since it was the more fitting for the mood I guess. Very nice attempt, good job.
Very neat and polished. Good puzzle game, with numerous enjoyable levels.
Really relaxing to let it play!
@scottgamer28 Golden fever : "When you start to have a lot of treasures on you, going back to the shop will become increasingly difficulty as you have to fight the Gold Fever every time you want to go up."
basically if you exceed certain value caps in the items you carry, you'll get hit (1 or 2 HP) every time you go up (think Made in Abyss if you know).
@osh-studio Sometimes the generator is not very generous and can behave strangely, just go back to shop and restart again, a brand new dungeon will appear. The virtual end of dungeons is somewhere around Depth 200 but you don't need to go all down to see everything.
There is some "hidden" surprises like the demons that will challenge even a full armored build (search for the Chaos rooms). You probably have to search a bit to find those.
For those who are completionists: there is about 28 different enemies, 22 unique Rooms and 68 different objects.
Thank you all for your kind and positive comments!
@philocode The mimic have a bugged name yes, there is few mistakes like that here and here. Enemy resistance was to be shown, but was not included for time reasons. We're currently considering creating a fully-fledged game depending on the reception and the spotlight earned from this jam!
@jcmonkey Some kind of zoom out was planned but didn't made the cut due to time constraints :). It will probably be in the full version if we decide to continue the game.
The full game is on Steam!

Nice use of the theme, just a little too difficult I think.
Solid gameplay loop! Would have like a way to "accelerate" the scanning while i was in a safe location. The mood is there!
Kinda hard to play with a sensitive mouse but it was fairly well made! Too bad we don't have time to read the jokes on the contracts.
Nice compo game, fairly challenging. I sometimes had a few problems when the orbit circle was partly outside the screen.
Nice polish. A little slow on the gameplay side, perhaps having more different cards and a little more difficulty would have helped.
Not very intuitive, but fairly complete.
Very neat puzzle game!
Very smooth gameplay and mood. Very enjoyable!
Very neat, great ambient. Hard to remember some patterns with the added stress.
Well executed, too bad there is only 1 fight. The heavy attack seems very (too much?) spammable, it seems stamina is not calculated properly if you spam it.
Nice take on a 3d snake!
@thelastslowpoke, we often play and rate simultaneously, we are from the same team no worries :)
Nice concept with a very nice execution! Too bad I suck at parking.
2024-04-17 23_34_20-Voir Dire.png Very funny and overall a very great jam game. Congrats. By 13 votes out of 7, I'm innocent your honor.
Level 2 (the third) was surprisingly challenging! (or maybe I misunderstood the obvious solution) Good puzzle game with little fishes.
@Enreh Trolls have a balancing mistake, they should be 4 HP and not 1.
We did a small patch to fix some minor stuff including the Troll HP error which was never intended that way. Only the itch.io page was updated so you can DL the original end-of-the-jam version here if you care about that.
@monika It's a bit confusing because I didn't have enough time to make it work as I wanted. The "Gold needed" (the right number) is not properly updated but the gold used (left number) is properly updated. I'm sorry for the confusing elements.

This is showing 3/6 and should instead show 3/3.
Very nice graphically, a bit too difficult I think.
Great art style with a catchy music.A bit confusing at first, maybe spreading the level out that much wasn't a good idea. I played until I unlocked everything.
Pico 8 really gives it a distinctive retro feel
The combat mechanics were interesting but slow. I also loved the atmosphere of the exploration phases.
Very good mood, and the cards had really a nice style!
Very neat puzzle game!
The concept is a very nice spin on platformers
I liked the art style. The projectiles through walls was mildly infuriating. Maybe the movement was a bit too fast too.
Unfortunately not working at all with AZERTY keyboards
Dumbfounded by what I just heard
Control have something going on, too bad you didn't have more time for the LD
@onlysleptfor4hourstdy You seems to be very unlucky, you probably can retry once more I swear it shouldn't be that hard
@jaco-van-hemert Cats and especially multiple cats are supposed to be fled from until you have a truly death stack of rats (something like 80-120 rats). The lab rat have higher attack speed and speed.
@iron-head we wanted to include a boss battle but we runned out of time, you can think the number of your rats on the left as a score!
@sockenpuppe it's intended to go beyond the cap! it's just like a small goal to reach as a objective like i told earlier
Would also really like to have a boss fight with my boys but we runned out of time!
@scrapmetal Yes the level is generated on the go with some procedural generation rules!
There is nothing that 100 rats unlock specifically it's a just a small little goal.
A bit confusing at first but pretty funny when you manage to play it as intended
Very enjoyable! a bit hard to do in solo
Hope it gets enough votes, it was great
I think there is some problems with the UI, I have a hard time navigating the menus and understanding how to play
Nic artstyle. Too bad the big enviro wasn't scaling to my 2K screen.
It would probably have been worthwhile to offer a Windows/Linux version. Very cute art style, controls are a little sensitive.
@linky439 I'm pretty sure doing a post release build to just offer more options for platforms is allowed! But it's okay I understand the constraint.
Very sweet, a bit laggy probably the very nice shader. I would have love to see the result of the collect at the end but I guess you run out of time to make it.
The ending was properly triggering at least voice and camera. But it was not showing anything new but the voice lines from what i remember. @re-markable
@t-c there is an ending, but you just have to survive enough to see it, nothing else. Maybe you have seen it just wanted to be sure.
@septimor Attacking not being mandatory is on theme with the game and was designed so. If you read between the lines, you are literally reaping/stealing their soul to last a couple more seconds. Even by self-conservation principles, it's pretty grim. If you had the outro, yes you "won" the game.
@thelastslowpoke You cannot survive the end without harming others, even just collecting hourglasses & such, you are harvesting memories. The music tempo was a nightmare to code and integrate, let alone taking 100MB of disk space for no reasons, never again xD
@thelastslowpoke Yeah, the game narrative and morals are very much open to interpretation.
Well I'm struggling to understand the results, they are way worse than i expected. The feedback seemed better than that and I did worse that my game jams years ago. Well such is it life.
The music is pretty nice but too quiet, that's a shame
Mood is really there, UI is a bit hard to read at first. I think coloring the expected "output" by outcome (green/yellow/red) would have really helped, i managed to survive to round 17 in my game 2.
I'm not used to bullet hell and damn, even on easy it's quite hard. But it was very fun. Very NIER-esque. I played the game using Wine but i would have loved to have a Linux build (as you said the HTML5 was lackluster).
Solid entry and very nice music. Probably lack a bit of variance and polish but I see a good gameplay loop when I see one.
The idea is very funny. That end....... (please next time if you do only 2 controls on keybord, please think of AZERTY users, and either put Q in replacement for A or allow arrow keys)
Unfortunately, it is easy to get stuck in the user interface
Very nice art style, the pigeon should have been a little faster for comfort
Collision was a bit hard but i guess I enjoyed the game enough to restart 4 times to finally see the victory screen!
I thought it was a bicycle and I'm quite disappointed, jk. Quite a good mood.
Nice Paper Please Like, nice polish for a jam game
Didn't manage to correctly finished the game, I found the lamp but it seems the other items were not the correct ones.
EDIT : Never mind! 2025-10-07_13-08.png
for the others: the good items are the one drawn not the shiniest
