Nice atmosphere. You mostly have to remember from the runs before ... (or i am just not a good thief) got caught.
It's a good game, the sounds are top-notch, but unfortunately, I couldn't complete it.) It doesn't really fit the theme, as it's more of a "thief" than a collector.
A wonderful game with top-notch graphics, but it could use a little more training. At first, I didn't understand what to do.
But then, once I figured it out, I got hooked on the game, though I still don't understand where to find the last item that looks like a lamp :)
Love the animations in this game! The music and atmosphere are truly amazing as well. On my second attempt, I also managed to burgle successfully. Awesome game overall :)
Thanks to you all for your feedbacks!
A nice point-and-click game with a good visual style. It took me a few tries to realize that I should pick items based on their drawing rather than just grabbing the ones that look the most expensive xD I also didn’t quite get the purpose of two items in the first room — the medallion on the floor and the keys behind the banner. Just a distraction? :) Overall, not bad — thumbs up!
Very nice execution! I love oldschool point and click adventures, so this is right up my alley.
the da is really incredible I love it
Didn't manage to correctly finished the game, I found the lamp but it seems the other items were not the correct ones.
EDIT : Never mind! 2025-10-07_13-08.png
for the others: the good items are the one drawn not the shiniest
After a couple of attempts I was able to win! Definitely need to pay very close attention to the silhouette of the shapes to make sure you steal the correct item. Loved the art, the pressure of the detection, and some false leads/interactions in the world.
Really great job!
This is simple gameplay but well executed - that should be an inspiration to us all, haha. You didn't give yourselves a harder time trying to randomize the list or make several levels, and yet this single loop has a lot to offer. The music and sound design are a highlight, giving the interactions a lot of extra flavor, especially with the spatialized sounds for your character's (and _her_) movements. The art is consistent and welcoming.
As a solo programmer myself I know it can be hard to integrate all the cool stuff artists and musicians make, and this entry seems like it doesn't miss anything. The approaching "enemy" near the end is a nice touch, and a very funny twist once you reach the victory screen.
A couple areas of improvement: I think the chest could be made more identifiable. I had found the key first, but I think I wouldn't have understood that it required a key otherwise. It can also be tough to realize that you picked the wrong item since it takes the place of the outline in the inventory, so you can't check that you got it right without putting the item back. Congrats for the release!
Thanks @kyrio for the constructive feedbacks, it's really appreciated and encouraging !
You did an excellent job!
Simple but good game, nice work!
Took me quite some time to find the one in the middle. Nice Art and game idea. Good work.
I had a great time on the game, the atmosphere is really well done!
This looks so magical please please please tell me you did not use AI 3
Sorry I am wrtiting one more comment, but, god!!!!!! Your art style is stunning. Five stars for Graphics for sure! I will give you a little advice: leave feedback under many games and then you will get just as many feedback back. Your game is gorgeous, you deserve so much more attention
I did it  Took me 4 or 5 attempts, wasn't to easy to make out the book and the drinking device, they didn't look to distinct from each other. Also I picked up a bundle of keys that had no use I think?
Great audio and art work :)
I really appreciate your artwork style :-).
@ira-baciu it's not AI, all the art was made by our fantastic and talented artists @betty-of-frogs and @goldenpear-willywillo ! You can find all their arts links in the "Credits" page inside the game  Thank you for your kind words, glad you enjoyed our game !
@ira-baciu oh wow thank you so much 😁 We drew everything ourselves and I'm very happy you like it ! It was our first time experimenting with this artstyle and it was really fun. Glad you liked it so much ❤️
Simple, pretty, and well made. Loved the art, the sound effects, and that cool detail where the eyes follow you. The inventory feedback could use some work (it wasn’t intuitive) and with a bit more animation, this would be a really complete game. Good Job!
Beautiful game!
Fabulous artwork and music. It's a shame there's only one level and the items are always in the same place. I did appreciate the little joke in the win screen, though.
Great art and atmosphere.
Perfect artwork and sound design! The gameplay is simple but enjoyable - I’d love to see more content added!
Really beautiful game, loved the art-style, and you managed to keep it consistent in the entire game even with so many things drawn, including in the UI (and there was two artists)! I loved the attention to details, such as the eyes in the paintings / armor following your cursor. You even customised the godot loading screen of the web export, it's so cool, I have to look how to do that as well
Very nice music and varied sound effects. Especially when the witch starts "looking around", the footsteps are well done and stressed me :P They also work well together and with the art style
I spent some time getting the right objects (and the right key for the chest). In particular the book: I didn't feel that it matched the outlines, so I though there was one I had missed and kept looking. Maybe the "loosing" screen could tell you what items _were_ correct.
The first time I also got caught because I passed the "noise" threshold while going left, so at the wrong moment, and didn't understand what I had done wrong. I understood it on the next run (very good idea by the way)
I ended up trying ~5 times until getting it right, I liked the winning screen ;)
Overall, all aspects are very well done, it's a very solid entry!
Edit PS: Oh, and I love the pun in the game's title!
@swynfel Thank you so much for your constructive comment ! We plan on doing some UI modifications to make the needed/missing objects more clearly identifiable. Thanks again for your comment, it's really nice to read for the whole team and very encouraging :)
@swynfel Thank you for your feedbacks, we will implement some improvements after the voting period to avoid these kind of mixed feelings where you don't really know what just happened ! You are one of the only who noticed the eyes following the mouse, good job  To change the splash screen : Project -> Project Settings -> General tab -> Application/Boot splash -> "Image" and set a custom one ! We use one of the splash screen made by KenneyNL that you can find here : https://github.com/KenneyNL/Godot-SplashScreens/tree/main, enjoy !
Your game is so cool and well polished. Great job!
One of the most polished game jam games i've seen, great art/audio as well. Very simple mechanics but fits the theme and allowed you to go above and beyond for the polish.
