This was a pretty solid idea and was a fun little game to play. Collecting resources and selling was satisfying, I did run out of materials tho, and was losing money faster then I could make it by killing slimes and fishing. Very nice game, but I would accidently sell my tools for free which was very annoying. Nice Job!

Thank you for your feedback, the chest is indeed a bit weird to use. If you run out of ressources, you can use monster fertilizers and the Hoe on the ground to create more entities ^^
Good job on your first game-jam entry! I enjoyed this game. Does it have an ending? I just about emptied the world (except for the stuff that respawns) and it seems the game just keeps going.

The game does have an ending, you need to reach $500 (so you need to be careful about not emptying the world too much)
Wow! A crazy amount of depth and content for a jam game. Really loved existing in this world and helping Billy fight through the constant charges - almost like a twist on Stardew Valley - what you escaped to the mystical forest but still had debtors calling? This game has a ton of details: the occasional multiflower the little birds on stumps different replenishment rates for different tasks being able to double-fertilize for faster gardening Yeah, a really wonderful game - glad I was able to beat it!

Wow! Really a nice polished game, with a lot of content, different equipments to use, and many tiny details like being able to catch a gold fish :) Congratulations for putting this together in 48hs.

Awesome game idea and execution.Paying bills every 10 seconds is very realistic aswell lol. excellent use of the theme and overall just exactly the types of games i want to play in a game jam.

I really liked the game and the art and music worked well together. My only real gripe with it beyond what you can do not being obvious or some of the stuff very well indicated outside of the notes you have in your description, is that you cant move diagonally. For some reason it takes me a bit to properly adjust when I cannot move in two directions at once. Resulting in my having a hard time predicting where im gonna interact and the like. So perhaps if you want to keep the single direction at a time thing adding an indicator for whatever tool your using would be nice. Not necessary as otherwise you have a pretty cool game on your hands here. Regardless nice game, I enjoyed it!
I love the design here. I played until I picked the land clean of life. I wish there was more to do. The concept is great. It would be cool to rent vehicles, so I could afford to make trips to far off places to gather that loot.

Huzzah!
Cool fun little game the bobbing animation whilst walking is quite satisfying, also always a fan of seeing other people use Godot, I love the engine!
Heeey that was funny!
Fun little game, I need to use all the resources in exchange for money, there are so many places to interact in the map, it seems like an endless survival challenge.

@ugly-robot @hotaloca @gcrexx @thatzniko @aderpychickenstudios Thank you all ^^
@mcnuttys I considered diagonal movement at first, but I didn't know how to deal with the fact we can only hit in the cardinal directions (which way should we hit if we're moving up left ?) Your suggestion is very helpful though, I didn't think about it but it makes sense to indicate where the action would hit. Thank you ^^
@ben-paris A good way to play the game is to keep most things "alive" actually, bushes occasionally get berries, rocks get gold, Quenouilles (I think it's cattail in english) have a chance to multiply if there are at least 1 alive, and stumps may get a little friend on them. Another thing that is not obvious (you'd need to try it to know it) is that monster fertilizer can be used on the ground and spawn things depending on the ground type. Vehicles may be a bit out of the scope sadly, but if I make a 2.0 version I planned to give an interaction with the while flower to increase the player's speed for a short time. Thanks for your feedback ^^
@wrex Congrats ^^
@moonblast If I make a 2.0 version of the game, I planned a survival mode where there is no money goal but instead the bills increase slowly each 10 seconds and the goal is to get the best time :p Thank you ^^
I had a lot of fun playing this, that's what its all about, well done.

I so enjoyed at graphics. Good job!
Very nice game. Not anything flashy, but short, finished and relaxing piece is a good thing to aim for in a jam game. I wish the map was a bit bigger though, I finished it on first playthrough and didn't even try using hoe or fishing rod. The item pickup collider was also a bit weirdly placed (too high) so first I thought the flowers were not pickable.
At first, I picked up a bunch of tools and started thinking, "why did my dollars start to zero at the speed of light"? Then I remembered about the rent and was able to pass for 188. In fact, the game really went to me. This is the game where you can spend a little time to increase the record, especially since each generation gives unique results. You need to think fast to gather resources in the fastest way and quickly change tools. Difficulty is also good. I like it

Didn't manage to reach the end, but I found the idea of renting items and having to make the most out of them very cool!

I saved Billy. Fun little grind game, I liked it! One thing of note, character movement was sluggish when tilting the left stick diagonally.

Took me forever, but fishing finally paid the bills. Nice game!
Fun game with a surprising amount of depth for a jam game. Good job.
Bills to pay every ten seconds... what a nightmare. ^^

Really cool idea for the theme, implementation was pretty good too. I fished until I won lol seems like that's the most lucrative thing to do. It would be cool if the map was a bit bigger and/or the players spawn was random to encourage doing different tasks for each new run. I can see this being a full game with little minigames for each task the player can do. Good work!
Haha, original and easy, very smartly

Finding a reliable source for accurate replicas of utility bills can be a challenging task, but after extensive research, I finally found a company that exceeded my expectations and [fake proof of address pdf](https://utilitybilltemplate.net/) really great. I was also pleased with the company's commitment to customer privacy. They shipped the replica discreetly and ensured that my personal information was kept confidential. Overall, my experience with this company was outstanding, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of accurate replicas of utility bills. Their attention to detail, commitment to customer privacy, and ability to customize replicas to meet specific needs make them a top choice in this industry.
