I really like the mechanic of your light source being an NPC that you have to protect, great job!

Well done, could use a few more monsters, a little more excitement, but it was good. Thanks
Having orbo be your source of light is pretty interesting, though it's kinda finicky at times. Really love the art style and music, good job!
Pretty nice! The dynamic light source thing added some suspense and surprises to what would otherwise be a pretty ordinary maze game. Made the most of some... fairly rough assets, using the darkness to cloak them and the sound effects to make you scared of the stuff going bump in the dark. Not sure what the point of the money pickups were? Not bad for a jam.
Very cool! I love the dynamic lighting and audio effects.
Nice audio and graphics. Like it. Good job.
Great atmosphere with the dark maze.
Cool graphics! Good job!
Nice entry, congratulations! I liked that the light entity was a character which needed to be moved - great touch. I also appreciated the adaptive sounds when enemy was close-by. Although the maze was simple but because of the lighting it got really nice and moody.
I liked the mood of the game, great game!
Scaring music QAQ, the main theme loop has a liitle break
It can get 10 stars in mood
I dig the lighting effects! And nice touch with the music playing when an enemy is near.
That gory game over screen really terrifying
Nice job on this one! I like that you need to keep your light orb's pathfinding in mind as you navigate around corners. It's cool that if you leave them too far behind, you're still able to navigate in the dark for a bit but it encourages you to go back and rescue your buddy. The Jaws-like music that plays when near enemies (and gets louder as they approach) is a nice touch. I hope you expand this concept a bit more after the jam!
Very moody! I love that there were big stomping sounds that well telegraphed the tree enemy. Nice job :)
I liked the mood of the game a lot, i don't know if the engine or framework you used had the light system builtin, but it was very good. The graphics are not bad, but if all of them used the same pixel scale would've been better. The music loop is very short and you can clearly see when the loop starts and ends. Overall it was a good game, congrats!
dang it orbo we don't have time for you to get stuck on the walls, we got places to be

very nice one! nice maze and the sounds, while the music was quite repetitive, the sfx and the special music when near enemies was really nice. I enjoyed it, well done!
Omg this creeped me out so much  The music, the atmosphere, everything was so spooky & nicely done. I loved it! You did a very well job, thanks for this entry. 5/5 Mood for sure!
I got jumpscared by just noise. Cool pixelart!
It would be great if there were an action prompt in the game
Loved the music coupled with the overall mood of the game, nice implementation there! I suffered a bit because my screen is not that bright so there were parts where I literally couldn't see anything, that's the only thing I didn't like.
The navigation of the maze with the keys and gates made me remember the design of Doom, loved that!
@leking I'm always up for feedback - what do you mean by action prompt? A cursor to hint where to go?
Mr. Snack was great, good job nice game
aMAZEing game I love it. I was wondering why not have Orbo ignoring walls
Well done.
Although it was a little finnicky in terms of pathfinding, this game was incredibly clever and surprisingly creepy! I love it!
