Oh No! they died! haha very funny concept!
I hijacked your explanation about the use of AI, very well said... haha I believe it completes your game with nice graphics, but the main thing here is your concept and the game mechanics itself.
I enjoyed playing it! Reminds me of Physarum fungus
IDK if it exists on further levels, but it would be nice to have some traps, or other challenges.
I don't mind the use of AI necessarily, but I'm not a fan when it's obvious like this. Also the mixed styles (the icons at the bottom and upper right) isn't great either. Sometimes ugly MS paint drawings can look more beautiful than a mix of whatever AI generates. Anyway, the game itself is quite boring. I don't really care for the medals, so after 15 creatures have been saved, I'm just there waiting. There's not a whole lot I can do. So yeah, the pacing is a bit too slow for my taste.

Nice little game! I really enjoy the whole mechanism of the game
Simple but pretty cute game👍
The little guys have an interesting behavior model, pretty fun and simple. The use of the bomb wasn't super clear to me.

AI art doesn't bother me in its usage but it does lead to a bit of a mismatch in the icons in the ui of your game and the level end screens. The little creatures do not match too well.
